11 Places to Eat and Drink in the Northern Neck of Virginia | Eater DC

"Locals love to dock and dine at this year-round waterfront gem in Burgess. The surf-and-turf menu includes specials like loaded potato wedges, crab cakes or soft shells with fries and cold slaw, clam chowder, prime rib platters, and Cajun pasta with blackened shrimp." - Jeff Chin

What a hidden gem... Horn Harbor Restaurant was amazing. Best drink I have had in a long time, the Crab Dip is a must try. I have never had Chesapeake Spaghetti...OMG the shrimp and bay scallops tossed in the homemade pasta sauce !!! Perfection. The view is beautiful and our server, was the best, friendly, checked back on us and pleasant personality. 10 Stars across the board. Bonnie Smith

Excellent food, service, and atmosphere. Off the beaten path and located at marina where you would expect a restaurant to be. Extremely busy, everything was delicious, and the waitress/staff took care of everything. A guys trip where everyone was happy and had no complaints. We had drinks, appetizers, entries, and desert.

Delicious food with a nice view of the river. Sat outside in the shade. Service was quick and attentive. Enjoyed the brunch Seafood burrito that was loaded with shrimp and crab meat. Fish and Chips were also very good.

Was there Sunday 8/3 had a 6pm reservation. Received water when we sat down waited 20 minutes to place drink at app and dinner order. Received drinks 30 minutes later. App 20 minutes later. 30 min., later still no word on main meal. Left at 8:00pm. To make matters worse we have been there before and all was good. This time we had out of town guests and we had singing their praises. Only explanation, “we’re short staffed”. No sorry. 2 hours really?

Oh My! Delicious! The food was fantastic and the Key Lime pie was out of this world. Our waiter was awesome too. It was a wonderful outing.

I went to this establishment in a group on the 4th of July. On first impression, the scenery was gorgeous and the employees were outstanding. They accepted our reservation early and seated us at our desired location on their outside. Once seated, my group and I were treated to an outstanding view and quick service (ordering drinks ans food). However, once the food had been ordered, we didn't get our food until nearly an hour had passed (55 mins). The waiter would briefly check in to refill on drinks, but that was a few times throughout the incredibly long waiting period. Furthermore, upon close inspection of our booth, my group and I noticed that our table was a bit sticky. There was even an ant or two underneath the glass surface of the table. Although, it may be possible that the stickiness of the table is how it typically is, rather than leftover residue or some other issue. When the food finally came, everyone in my group was satisfied, and the process was quick and easy from there. I ordered the Bleu Cheese Burger and my friend got the Atlantic Salmon

Ordered takeout and received expired chips. I called to inform them & wasn't given an apology or offered a way to rectify this situation, but I was told it would be looked into. Very unprofessional response to a customer calling to inform the restaurant of such important information. The wraps ordered (not pictured-chicken ceasar) were good. Shrimp wrap pictured.

Yelp
I had a superb dinner last night at an old favorite, the Horn Harbor Restaurant. It's been a while since I was there, but it felt good being in comfortable surroundings where I know they'll take care of me. I even got my favorite window seat to watch the sun set across the water through. I like the fact the decor remains unchanged. They had Rockfish Imperial on the specials menu, and I nearly went with that. It is just a fabulous dish, with crab imperial on a big slab of tasty rockfish. Instead, I went with the Sea Food Delight, which is a big pile of fettuccini noodles with 3 big shrimps, bay scallops, and clams under a very tasty parmesan sauce. The clams are the star of the show and I was served 27 wonderful clams - ohh, they were sooo good! I know there was 27 because I brought the shells home with me and just counted. The shrimp is good, but there's no scallop-y taste to the scallops. I suspect they are not bought locally. This meal will stuff you, believe me. The service was very good, although I did not see Hannah, who, over the years, has done an excellent job of keeping things organized, so there was some lack of organization and tunnel vision among the servers. The restaurant was 2/3 - 3/4 full when I arrived on a Saturday night and the older crowd seemed pretty happy. Having enough servers was an issue of the past, but not the present. They tell you on the menu they'll seat you up till 8:30, but really, get there by 8 to have plenty of time enjoy your meal and relax. I got there about 8:15 last night, and was pushing it, but they were really nice about the approach of closing time, and made me feel I was welcome to stay later. Folks should also check out their little gift shop to the right of the front door where they have a very good selection of nautical items for sale.

Yelp
Quick service. Good drinks. Excellent fish and chips. Lovely view. A little bit of a drive but worth the entertainment as we were there during a fishing tournamen. Someone caught a 42 pounder:)

Yelp
WOW! I just had a spectacular meal at Horn Harbor Restaurant. The dinners are consistently good. Normally I'll get the Seafood Delight, Captain's Platter or, if I am really hungry and deserve a special reward - the Admiral's Platter. Tonight they had a baked rockfish special which I went for. A nice, thick, perfectly cooked slab of rockfish arrived on a bed of rice and covered with shrimp and crab imperial. I thought I'd died and gone to heaven! I swear, it couldn't have been any better. It came with a side of fresh vegetables - fresh green beans, onion, squash, carrots and maybe something else. It was really good, too, and cooked just right. With the house salad, I came out of their stuffed, as usual. I am a big eater and take it from me, they'll fill you up and you'll walk out with a smile. They had another special that looked intriguing, which I may try next time - one of their very good crab cakes with a soft-shell crab in a sandwich. Maybe next time, if they don't have this fantastic baked rockfish dish. Super head hostess Hannah was there, keeping things going smoothly and they were about half full on a Wednesday evening. It's generally a good idea to call ahead to get a reservation so you can be sure of getting a window seat to watch the sun go down peacefully over the Great Wicomico River. Take your time getting there on the winding road that takes you there because there's lots of deer. Another good thing I noticed was a couple of big potholes at the top of the hill coming out of there have been filled in.

Yelp
Cool spot on the water if you're visiting the area. The reason for not giving 5 stars was because the food seems really salty but overall was good. We got the admiral platter, shrimp dinner, crab cakes, fish and chips and was impressed. If you're on the deck in the summer it's HOT. The server was great - cocktails and mocktails were good. There aren't a ton of restaurants in the area, so we were happy that it was good! We're from New England and the seafood is unbelievable, so we're a little hard to please when it comes to southern seafood, but we were happy.

Yelp
Nice casual mostly seafood restaurant. Everything our party ordered was fresh and delicious. Would recommend having more fresh fish selections and non fried items added to menu. Will definitely be back for more.

Yelp
It's me again, what a change in service, great to see a little shop open as before. We were there last month and all enjoyed their meal. Always room for improvement and you have catered well

Yelp
Awesome Good food!! Drive your car OR your boat there! Fun eating out on the pier and inside dining is nice, too.

Yelp
Such a long & winding road to get there but worth it! Nice menu, good service, friendly staff.

Yelp
After visiting a nearby winery, my husband and I were looking for a good (yet not stuffy) seafood spot for our anniversary. After hearing about this spot on Yelp and again from the folks at the winery, we had to check it out. We are certainly glad we did!!! Now, let me say... We almost missed the small sign off of Old Glebe Pt Rd (on the right) and I thought I saw a few children of the corn on the drive back as they danced to dueling banjos... But all worry subsided once a mountain of perfectly steamed crab legs beckoned me. My husband ordered the small (cough cough 28oz?!?) mouthwatering prime rib. (Needless to say we had prime rib omelets the next morning!) Get there early, as there was already a bit of a line before they opened on Saturday night. Service was friendly and efficient. It's for sure that we will be back when we are in town!

Kathy M.

Yelp
The food in this restaurant was poor as was the service. They sat us at. Table that was filthy and falling apart. The view of the lake was nice. Might be an ok place to have drinks

Yelp
Had a great meal here visiting family. Our server Michael was awesome...attentive, friendly and had great suggestions. Inside seating looked nice, but we couldn't turn down the waterfront view. Among the four of us, we sampled a little of everything: crab cake, prime rib, fried oysters, crab dip, soft shells and fish & chips (rockfish). Prime rib was just okay but everything else was above average. All the seafood was fresh and well-seasoned. Collard greens, the vegetable of the day, were great. Highly recommend this spot of if you're in the area.

Yelp
This restaurant is located waterfront with 3 great outdoor seating areas. The view is beautiful. Upon arrival we were asked if we had reservations, "no this is our first time here." We were seated outside by the hostess, also our waitress. She told us reservations were recommended so that the appropriate number of staff could be scheduled. Got it!! Needless to say our service was slow. Our meal came out warm, sides & condiments forgotten and then the wrong salad came out still forgetting the other side. when the sides did come out we were reminded, "this is why we recommend reservations." We did get our to-go boxes quickly!! My husband is a generous tipper, with the exception of tonight!! I'm curious to know how the service would be with reservations! It seemed to be good around is!

Yelp
Great location. The view was amazing. Got three great drinks from the bar abs really enjoyed their fall special cocktails. My meal was great and my husband enjoyed the prime rib. Server was great and very attentive. Can't wait to go back and enjoy waterfront dining!

Yelp
Only one star because you can't do none. Went in with moderate expectations, it's the Northern Neck, but was was even less impressed. Ridiculously limited menu, no local caught seafood, not even Rockfish or raw oysters. Seems like if Cisco doesn't deliver it pre-made, they don't serve it. We live there and won't ever be back. Don't eat here.

Yelp
High prices and small portions! Had dinner with my sister. Ordered a glass of Merlot to go with a steak. It was undrinkable. The waiter admitted that it had been open for awhile and he had had someone else send it back. The salad was very small, only a few bites. No bread was offered. Then came the ribeye steak. It was tough and stringy. Bake potato tasted like it had been cooked way in advance. My sisters seafood platter was good but the portion was so small that she was still hungry after eating.

Yelp
Went early @ 5:00 to avoid weekend rush - fairly busy day. Outstanding locaition on the water, motif and facility was beautiul. However, I rated this experience only "FAIR", based on past meals there this year with new owner. Prime Rib was excellent and prepared perfectly; Salad was mediocre - asked for extra onions, did not make it to the small serving of salad. No crackers, bread or croutons; Greens were excellent; seafood (oysters & crabs) were way overbreaded and way over cooked - hard almost burned and not much taste left; had two waiters on lower level inside that rushed around briskly, but did not listen nor seem to give much attention to our table - perhaps under staffed, but they lacked knowleged of good service and due to running around and not listening well. Upstairs service has always been very good. I will wait until I hear better reviews before going back

Yelp
Best water front restaurant we've found close to us! Was so happy to find this spot during our spring break stay. Great views and food.

Yelp
We went to this restaurant (Summer 2018) as a special outing with family. We were a party of 6 and no one was satisfied with their food. I might mention, my family was brought up with seafood, as my grandfather had a successful seafood restaurant for years. We don't expect EXCELLENCE, HOWEVER for the prices we expect good, and whats listed on the menu. My parents frequented this place many times before and was happy with it, that's why they selected this place for our special occasion. Not only will they never go back, but we wouldn't think about it. I ordered the crab cakes meal. The crab cakes were TINY. I do not eat much and i could finish both of them with room to spare. Another ordered shrimp scampi and it tasted like nothing but lemon. It was gross. When we asked to have something else, the waitress wasn't very happy. My fathers shrimp tasted like shoe leather. The service was not great by a long stretch. We told her of our complaints and i also told the manager. No one seemed to care our night was much less than expected. Drinks weren't even kept full or a fresh one brought. If you want a good seafood meal, this isn't the place for you. Expensive mistake. Beware!!!

Yelp
Hopefully the new owners will take reviews seriously. Some of us want to be good customers and some of us have been in the restaurant business. It's obvious the new owners want to succeed. They don't understand they need help. The food quality can change with a good chef. The front of the house really tries to do a good job... the owners need to learn. There are plenty of customers that notice good training. Ask for help!

Yelp
We have watched and waited (during the closure and remodel) for the re-opening of this restaurant. It was well worth the wait. We had cobia fillets, baked potatoes and salads. I had house chardonnay. It was all delicious. The staff was charming and the setting directly on the water is unbeatable. Do not expect instant service. There are lots of patrons, and a capable staff, but it's not something to be rushed anyway. Watching the folks arriving and departing from their boats is entertaining, as are the beautiful birds and open water. They have a happy hour, and this is about the only place I know of locally where they serve draft beer. What's not to like????? We will be back.

Mackn S.

Yelp
If you are eating here, it's about the view and maybe the servers.... Or most likely-- it's the only place open Mon-Wed. Our server was friendly and funny. Overpriced drinks and barely edible entrees are what stands out in the end though.

Yelp
Horn Harbor House Restaurant is down a long winding road - tucked back on the waters of the Great Wicomico River. No wait on an October Saturday evening at about 7PM. My favorite beer - Sierra Nevada Pale Ale - is one of two beers on tap. Perfect choice for steaks and seafood alike. One of the night's special was the Prime Rib - offered in two cuts: The "Pebbles" or the "Wilma". Opted for the more manly cut. Cooked to pink perfection - but without a substantial crust - and not a whole lot of flavor. Still - the "Wilma" was tender despite it's impressive thickness - and with the accouterments of horseradish and au jus, everything turned out to be pretty tasty. Fresh side salad with grape tomatoes bursting with flavor. Friendly, courteous, and attentive staff rounded out a very nice evening. Toughest part of the night was deciding on dessert. A Heath bar cheesecake, flourless chocolate cake, apple crisp, bread pudding, or blackberry cobbler. Who are these people that devilishly put all my favorites on one dessert menu and force me to choose? UPDATE: On a subsequent visit, opted for a Fried Oyster / Shrimp platter. Both very tasty. Noticed the seasoned couple next to us went with the Fried Oyster platter with mashed potatoes as their side option. Fries that I ordered weren't up to par - so think I'll try the mashed potatoes w/ gravy next time around. Splendid service and always a warm welcome from the front desk. So glad this restaurant is nearby.

Yelp
When looking for restaurants in the Reedville area we came across Horn Harbor, but were surprised by some of the reviews. Our experience was very good. The restaurant had good views, excellent service and good food. Our waitress, Heather, was fantastic and was great with our kids. If in the area again we would definitely come back to this restaurant.

Yelp
Went there last night with high hopes. I got broiled scallops with a salad and fries. The scallops were OK not great and the fires were cold. Salad was basic. For desert I had the homemade bread pudding. It was hard and very overdone. Came with a melted scoop of whip cream. All for $25.95. They need to do a lot better.

Yelp
This restaurant was not very good. The meal I had was was terrible. I would not eat there again. I had seafood bisque. It was watery not a good taste to I started to send it back. But was with family and didn't want to start a confusion. So I paid forty dollars for a terrible meal. Will not eat there again. I would had better meal at McDonald's and got s fish sandwich.

Yelp
Great views, good food , extremely friendly service. Nice place to have a meal on the water

Tara T.

Yelp
Great seating and view. Michael was fun. They need more help but it wasn't too bad. The calamari was excellent. The crab dip was okay. The drinks tasted like a lot of mix and not much alcohol. The Seafood Delight was misleading. It said pasta with shrimp, scallops, and clams for like $24. I asked for double scallops they couldn't do it, so they did double shrimp. Then the dish gets to the table it looks like a few shrimp and I'm like where's the scallops - the food runner and waiter say "oh it's scallop pieces" ummmm okay I wouldn't have gotten it if I knew it was "scallop pieces" so just be aware of that. I miss the crab legs but I had emailed them a few weeks prior regarding that and they said it is because they are too high priced on the market right now and it wouldn't be fair to offer them and they be over priced - which I understood. We will return someday, I just won't be getting the seafood delight or mixed drinks - it'll be fish and chips and beer for me!
google avatar

Yelp
Was there 2hrs and received no food. 2 other tables came in after us they waited about 1hr and got there food our waitress came by 4 or 5 times and apologies but still no food. What was starting to be funny became funny no more. After driving 1hr to get there 2hrs no food it was time to leave.

Yelp
Dinner here last night (May 29, 5 people). Hours are limited and it is always busy. Waited 20 minutes for a table-not bad. Bar beverages were good and served promptly. Four out of five dinners were very good. Three mahi specials were a large piece of fish prepared very well. Spicy steamed shrimp were also very good - large shrimp and not over cooked. Last order was a salad and the "spring roll" appetizer. The spring rolls were inedible. Very thick "roll"-almost like an egg roll and they were soaked in oil that seemed like it had not been changed in several weeks. Not good at all. This is a good place to eat. They just missed on spring rolls.
google avatar

Randy J.

Yelp
Average flavors. Calamari tasted frozen and very bland. The marinara sauce wasn't seasoned well. The jumbo shrimp were large but unseasoned and again bland. The clam chowder was good. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Expect to pay around $20 a person and up. A little old bay and salt and pepper in the preparation of the entree's would have been great. I'll never be there again but worth a try if in the area

Yelp
My husband and I moved to Ophelia 5 years ago. Our neighbors turned us on to this fantastic restaurant. We love going there. Anytime we have guests visit, we always take them there for dinner. No one has ever been disappointed. About a month ago (February 2017) I met another neighbor who informed me that Horn Harbor has been taken over by new management and that they are no longer open for dinner. Does anyone know anything about this? If it's true, it is a huge letdown. I hope it's not true.
google avatar

Jonathan T.

Yelp
We went there for dinner last night and had a terrible experience! Our server Fran had tables all over the restaurant and barely gave us any of her attention someone else refilled our drinks And a different person brought me the food! It seemed like she had literally all the big party tables and did not care about my little 4 people who were just watching her go table to table. We were here almost two weeks ago and had a different server who tonight was upstairs and she did a great job! We were very disappointed in the service and felt as if we were bothering her when we did finally see her and asked for another round of cocktails we will make sure next time to ask for a different server in hopes our experience will be a lot better!! I guess it's true that a good server really can make or break your experience!! Good luck if you do go !

Yelp
This is a casual seafood house. We went on the recommendation of a neighbor who said it was some if the best in the area. I ended up getting the fish sandwich, and it was perfect. Fried fish, lettuce, tomato, and a tasty bun. Simple and great. I added some tarter sauce it couldn't have been happier. My wife got the ribeye, which is always a risk at a seafood joint, but the server assured her it was good, and it was. Large and thick and charred. Much better than we expected. Some friends got the crab legs and were very happy. I don't eat that so can't say much, but they thought the price was low for what they got. The menu has a good variety and price range. The non-seafood options are limited, but good.
google avatar

David S.

Yelp
Great food &service at comparable price. Well worth your time. We came here to celebrate our anniversary as we have for the last few years. The wife ordered the grilled grouper which she said was perfect. I ordered the prime rib which was cooked to my desires exactly. Always have had good service and great food here at Horn Harbor.

Darlene W.

Yelp
Tonight was the first time we visited this restaurant under the new ownership. It was disappointing. The seafood bisque was watery, no substance. Tasted like milky thin clam chowder broth. My husband ordered it because he loves bisque. I would have sent it back but he doesn't like to make waves. I had the fried oysters. The first few were good but the ones on the bottom were mushy and watery like they had been held on a steam table for awhile. The prices, were too high for the quality received. I doubt we will be going back for a long time or until they improve their quality. The defiantly don't have the same cooks that worked there before. The serving staff was great.

Leigh H.

Yelp
After two local families highly recommended we NOT waste our money at Horn Harbor we decided to be fair and have our own experience. I wanted so much for this to be our "go to" local restaurant. It's certainly the closest to our Heathsville home. We were seated at 5:30pm (only two other tables in the restaurant had patrons). After an hour and a half we asked if our food would ever come (we watched four other families be seated, eat, and pay their bill). Perhaps we should have asked earlier but we continued to get our drinks and I was enjoying the company of my boyfriend. The waitress stated the kitchen "never received" our order. Something that should have been identified by her much sooner than an hour and a half. I kindly stated we wanted to leave. We were given a check for $60 for our cocktails. We gladly paid and received a receipt for $149 for someone else's meal charged to our card (we know this because their itemized receipt was with the charge slip). Another discussion with the waitress who said she "accidentally hit too many numbers while running the card"...an obvious fib on her part. A manager approached who asked us "not to leave a bad review and give them another chance!" We left starving and no offer by the restaurant to make our experience any better. This wasn't a case of lack of help. This was a case of poor management putting an inexperienced wait staff on the floor (they used the excuse that she was new!). I love the work you all have done on the restaurant, however, we will be heading into Kilmarnock, Irvington and White Stone with our dining out experience.

Yelp
only place anywhere near the Northern Neck, you can find this kind of food. Healthy, fresh and tastes good, pretty much always
google avatar

Toya S.

Yelp
Horn Harbor has a great view and it seemed to stay busy. The service was pretty good though the waitress wasn't the most friendly. The woman at the front was very nice. The crab cakes and seafood au-gratin were very good. The chocolate bomb was very tasty but rather small.

Yelp
Horn Harbor House has made dramatic improvement since reopening under new management about a month ago. I had a very good prime rib dinner tonight. Service was good. Caesar salad was good. Baked potato was hot. The owner, Dan, is new to the restaurant business but has listened to comments and made great improvements after a shaky start. Good to see the place was packed tonight.

Tiffany B.

Yelp
The reopening of horn harbor was very exciting because we have always loved it there and it's close to home. We were worried that the new owners were keeping the name and menus items the same and would not be able to live up to the legacy the previous owners had left. Well, they aren't quite holding up that legacy. I keep giving it a chance hoping that by trying new menus items each time that I'd find something amazing. I haven't. It's just ok and sometimes not even that good. The service takes forever! We sat down and it took them about 15 minutes to get someone to come and great us. If they were busy I could've understood because I'm very patient when I know places are busy because I waited tables so I get it. I wished that the new owners had just changed the name and did totally different menu items it's not horn harbor anymore.

Suzanne S.

Yelp
Worst meal I've ever been served. NY strip was so tough I couldn't cut it. Even the baked potato was over cooked. Owner copped an attitude when I sent it back.
google avatar

Richmond D.

Yelp
Perfect balance between local charm and a smooth professional restaurant operation. Courses arrived like clockwork and each was exceptional. Perfectly mixed beverage, crisp salad, real butter and fresh crackers, perfect seafood and sinful dessert . Real food, real patrons...Nothing better anywhere at any price.

Yelp
Right on the Great Wicomico River and fun to boat to for a great meal. The restaurant is only open Thursday-Sunday. I have eaten there several times, the latest last week. While I have always enjoyed the reasonably priced seafood, this last time I had the most incredible mouth watering scallops (fried) that I have ever had. I usually avoid scallops in a restaurant - too many bad experiences - but we had a mixed seafood appetizer fortunately before I ordered and all I can say is WOW! The wait staff have been there forever and even remember you when you have not been there in several years. Worth a trip if you are enjoying a trip to the Middle Peninsula!

Rebecca L.

Yelp
I've never written a review before but this was so bad I downloaded the Yelp app just to write the review as I hope the owners and staff will try to improve. They were very busy and with attitude apologized and the service and food was horrible. Failed to fill our empty drink glasses and had to ask three times. Hamburger and bun were visibly burnt with black char. Chicken was over cooked. They've got a great location and view and potential but they really need help with the quality of food and service. We won't be back.

Yelp
Found this restaurant on Yelp and was adamant about trying it out. We were staying in Reedsville and drove about 25 mins out just to see what everyone was raving about. Everyone at the front was smiling and in good spirits. We were immediately seated (the place was pretty empty anyways). I think our server's name was Delores and she was great! She was very friendly and lively. She knew the menu inside out and started pointing out some of her favorites and raving about how good their food was. She wasn't pushy or anything. We went along with her suggestions and tried the seafood platter-broiled and the 18 oz steak. It was getting late by the time we ordered so we asked her to make sure the steak would have enough time to cook. Luckily they were able to accommodate us and our order was put right in. The plates were massive with so much food which half of was taken home. Everything was so fresh and delicious. It isn't the food that I'm giving 5 stars to it's Delores. Even though the food does deserve it! You could tell that she enjoyed being at the restaurant. She was very pleasant and bubbly and very prompt with her service.

Yelp
Overall, not pleased ... this only deserves 2 stars for me personally because the waitress was amazingly nice and kind. But there was a dilemma when my sister and I ordered our chicken wings. What had happened was that we were the only 2 that didn't get our food on time... in fact we were getting our food a little while after everyone else in our family was done eating... the lady came up to us and said they had cable troubles with sending our order down to the kitchen, and my sister leans over towards me and says 'if they were having cable troubles, wouldn't their tv not work, and also, what was the whole purpose of the waitress writing down our order.' While I didn't want to say this aloud after many experiences of realization, my sister felt the need to say it because of my actions in the past, and if she had not said that, I would've walked out because I wouldn't have been able to hold that in much longer. So then this lady brings us extra bread and plates so that we could have something to eat while we were waiting, and she made us pay for the extra bread that we didn't even ask for. After receiving the bread she blames it on hurricane Florence, a hurricane that only made the water rise to the docks at some boat ramps, and occasional wind that wasn't even an issue to the northern neck. Another thing is that there were other tables around ours that came in after us, and STILL got their food before us, and had ordered what I had gotten for dinner. Lastly, those chicken wings are most likely smaller than your pinky. Overall not planning on going there any time soon. But if you would like to go there and your reading this review, pick a sunny day and tell me I'm not wrong because I can guarantee that they'll make up some excuse for your order not being ready on time.

Yelp
heck yeah! Fun atmosphere that is casual and refined all at once! I have enjoyed dining here since I was a little kid. I always loved walking the docks, seeing the boats while waiting for our food to be served. There is a main dining room, an alfresco waterside dining area outside, and a bar area with tables... so this one restaurant has several different rooms to enjoy your meal. Great service, great food, great fun! Especially events like they do for halloween. :D

Yelp
We love this place. We have been a couple of times and never had a bad meal. My wife had the fried shrimp that were tender and moist. I had the ribeye which was cooked to perfection. The view of the water is calming. This is a hidden gem. Always check the specials as the are usually incredible. One of the orders we had was for prime rib and the piece was huge. Bring an appetite, but don't worry about big city prices. This place defines value. Enjoy.
