Horseshoe Casino Baltimore - A Caesars Rewards Destination

Ousside!!! LevelOne at the Horseshoe is electric!! It gives you outdoor concert vibes but you are within the parking garage so you have coverage in the event of inclement weather. It was easy to get to and entry was super smooth thanks to us having VIP bands. We also had a section for those folks enjoy the concert without having to deal with the crushing crowd. The event staff was very helpful and you can tell they had experience. We came to see GloRilla and no one disappointed. The opening acts were great and it was nice that they were Baltimore natives. Once GloRilla did come out, she shut it down. She seemed completely comfortable on the stage and her presence was undeniable. The crowd was mosh pit style so be careful if you have problems in cramped spaces. A few people had to get carried out but it was so hot outside and couple that in with a crowd of people. Any concert that is happening at LevelOne, you need to be there. The better your tickets, the better your experience.

I placed an online order at the Buffalo Wild Wings Go here last night. The app and website claims they are open until 3 am and i got there at 1:10. They closed hours early, with 10 online orders on the screen with no one to make them. I only found this after waking 20 minutes in the rain. I was told there are 4 food service places in this casino with only 4 shared employees between them and they randomly close when employees feel like it. The app had no way to dispute the transaction. When I spoke with another employee at Jimmy John’s, he told me I’d have to come in the next day for my food. How is this acceptable business practices? My friend and I are out over $50 between us with nothing to show for it and no clear way to get refunded.

I didn't come for the Casino so I couldn't tell you about it, other than it looked nice inside from the outside. Instead My fiance and I went for a Glorilla Concert @ Level One. The concert experience is a whole other story, but as far as the venue goes. get your mind ready. When/if you see an advertisement for anything at "Level One" in Baltimore; just know that it's not a CLUB on the 1st floor. It's quite literally the parking lot. It wasn't dirty, and it's not like there was glass or anything on the ground, just....it was a parking lot; Didn't expect THAT.

Love Horseshoe. Try to visit once a month. Great rewards. Free softdrinks, food choices limits but great steakhouse. Games are fun and up to date but a few old school slots still active. Go have fun.

The outdoor concert venue is terrible. Parking was $50 if you didn’t have a VIP card. Eight drink lines were 25 people deep, and the venue is poor at best. (Hot - limited air flow with concrete below your feet and overhead,, and Porta Potty restrooms.)

Overall it was nice. However, there was hardly anybody there. Perhaps it's because I went on a Tuesday afternoon. Many of the restaurants were closed. The bar was closed. Even the downstairs guest services was closed. But all of the slot machines were easy to use and fun. My The reduction in stars is based on the fact that the only eating options really were pizza and donuts and a sandwich shop I think. I understand why because it was so slow. But I would like to have been able to get a drink and maybe some better quality food. It does appear there were other great options which I assume are available during busier times.

Went to casino specifically for Eric Benet concert in the Harbor Room. The Harbor Room was small and intimate with individual folding chairs which was convenient to reposition oneself for more room around them.

Never been to a casino before and I played blackjack. We had a very nice (and competent!) dealer and my friends and I have a great time. I was also happy to have found a slot machine with a lever to pull which was incredibly satisfying. I’ve heard the quality of dealers can vary, but I got *lucky* with mine, I suppose!

It's kinda ghetto with a lot of old people, but it's pretty cool. I think they've developed new management because now I see a lot more events going on on the weekends and some features. Hoping to host an event there at some point they've offered some more food options outside of the usual pies, which is awesome because their pizza is delicious Now they have Dunkin' Donuts buffalo wild wings and a sandwich shop. I think it's Jimmy John's. I go back all the time because it's a cool hangout spot and it's only 12 minutes away.

$30 to park for a$25 show. Nuff said. Waste of time and money. Stay home for less.

Stopped by while waiting to board our cruise ship. The band that was playing was loud and horrible!!!! The smoking area was disgusting and there was zero ventilation running. It was an unenjoyable experience.

I've been a patron of this casino for approximately 10 years, though I'm not a gambler. I used this as a first date spot for ages, can't beat the security, lol. There are a lot of bars and restaurants at this casino, so it's useful and interesting even if gambling isn't your thing. Recently I visited the Horseshoe for a concert. This was a new experience for me, but the employee checking IDs directed me to the room where the concert was to be. It was a little underwhelming, my seat was a pinch uncomfortable, but the overall sound quality was good. I enjoyed the concert and would return for another.

I don't gamble but I always have a good time here. The nightlife is lit in here from the djs to the bartenders and I love how spacious it is. The drinks are reasonably priced and the bartenders are super friendly. The staff at the front is very welcoming as well, even the security guards.

Parking Nightmare at Horseshoe Casino / Topgolf Baltimore Be warned: the shared parking garage between Horseshoe Casino and Topgolf can be a trap if you forget to validate your ticket. Topgolf offers free parking only if you validate inside. I didn't realize this and got stuck at the exit gate. I called the number posted, and the attendant told me I'd have to pay $30. I explained that Topgolf parking is supposed to be free, and asked if I could go back to validate. She refused, saying she could get in trouble for letting me through. With five cars behind me and no cash on hand, I was stuck. Then a woman in a truck who turned out to be an employee offered to help if I gave her $10 in cash. I paid her, and she let me out. It didn't feel like an official solution. Honestly, it felt almost like a scam. Whether it was or not, it was shady and uncomfortable. Tip: Validate your parking ticket at Topgolf before leaving. Don't assume it's automatic, and don't expect help at the exit gate.

Horrible food service and took over an hour just to get out of the parking lot. Do NOT recommend!!!

Went here a couple of times during my gambling era lol. It's one of those things that you do just because it's close and I literally live across the street. For the most part, the people who work there are pretty nice, especially the security guards and the front desk people. But when I try to go to the restaurant connected, I timed how long it took for someone to acknowledge me and it was literally 10 minutes

Fun Casino with lots of entertainment to explore here. Slots, tables, and more. This establishment offers free sodas, if stocked in the machine and if ice is replaced on good days. Understandably busy. Restrooms are clean and comfortable seating. This establishment knows how to care for their customers and keep them here. There were a few instances when machines broke and customers had to wait awhile for an attendant to respond. All in all, nice.

Have not been to Horseshoe for awhile and DEFINITELY WILL NOT be going back went 4/19/25 and played the game 5 dragons rapid at $2.50 @ spin got bonuses but 80% of them were multiple of 2-3-5 and other times got bonus was only a 3-5-8 multipler like said got bonuses couple dozen times but kept constantly get worst multipler and it can not be random!!!! Since they losing money they turn everything down there no way can get worst multipler dozens of times in a row its impossible but Horseshoe managed it so you lose. This is the first casino I took my wife to as we had time to kill after our Greyhound bus dropped us off next door and when the gates opened at M&T at the Ravens vs.Seahawks game. We were hoping to get breakfast here but sadly none of the food places open until lunch time. There are plenty of slot machines upstairs and downstairs that are pretty well kept but a few machines did not have visible cash out buttons. Overall we had a decent time but it would be nice if food was available at all hours, especially in the morning.

My review may be slightly biased as I was born and raised in Las Vegas in the land of casinos. Honestly, the interior of the casino is lovely and well-maintained (check out the gorgeous chandeliers in the photos). However, the immediate exterior (e.g., parking garage, elevators to get inside) is pretty poorly maintained with trash on the floors and interesting smells and sights that do not necessarily make you excited to go inside. The food and drink options aren't amazing but they aren't awful - they have some good options but a lot of the times the places aren't open so it defeats the purpose. I did like the pizza place which I've seen has been consistently open! My partner really likes roulette, and for some reason only a few tables were open (many were closed). We eventually got to play and it was great, but I wonder if the casino is understaffed or something else is going on. Pros and cons to coming here - give it a shot and see what you think!

Came with the family to try and win some money. Played the quick hit...started with a 100 and ended with 10 bucks. You can't always win! But it was good time with the family joking around and sitting enjoying a drink

Poe's Nest was an excellent experience. James, the bartender was very attentive. The drinks were plentiful and the atmosphere as great. James, the manger, ensured our experience was measurable. I will be back. Clean bar, affordable prices and centrally located.

It was just ok! Was in town for work and I found the second floor to be more lively than the first. Only thing I didn't like is a beer was $9.00 little high for this kind of area/place. I did see someone in high limits slots win $9,000.

Was just there last night. Took my 21 year old daughter for the first time, and she absolutely loved it. The casino was tidy and clean although I did notice some changes, some of the restaurants they previously had aren't open any more and almost none of the bars had shock top on draft and only blue moons in the bottle. However; the bathrooms were very clean. Overall, I had a nice time.

Be warned. If you self excluded in PA you will not be welcome here either. I self excluded in PA so I wouldn't go to the local casino. Decided to drive the extra distance to this one where I used to be a 7 star. When I arrived I asked at the door when my ID was checked if my self exclusion in PA affected my status here in Maryland. They said it shouldn't. I proceeded to lose 2000. Then security comes around and tells me I'm not allowed in and takes the money I have in the machine. This after I loose 2000. So they don't stop you at the door, only after you lose a bunch. Mafia.

After years and years Horseshoe never changed for the better. But rather for the worse. Upon entering the garage and getting out of the car. You smell a very strong ammonia smell which is from the heavy amount of human urine in the garage. This is the only casino I know where they never POWER-WASH the garage with REAL SOAP. There is very heavy amounts of grime on the concrete as well as the walls which are starting to show clear as day. **SEE PICS**. After bypassing people asking you for change in the garage as soon as you get out your car since there is almost no VISIBLE security whatsoever in the garage. You are then required to go thru security inside to enter the casino. There's a metal detector also. **SEE PICS** Not being used currently though. Upon getting to the security podium. No one says "Welcome or anything nice" But rather they say "remove your mask" for their facial recognition system to scan you. After entering the casino. It becomes a very depressing environment. You see a lot of people using the ATM's to get more money out. Not that many people cashing tickets really for good amounts of money but rather for mostly under the 20 mark. No machines playing bonuses or anything. Mostly all the food places are closed down. There are a few that still exist but are usually only open at night for about four hours which is very sad since there's really nowhere decent to eat at. The drink people never smile and when you tip them they don't even say thank you. Which is truly ridiculous and shows a complete lack of even a decent amount of class even. The executive staff here as well as player rewards is the complete worst. They're very defensive when asking about comps. I had asked them to do a tier match which usually Atlantic City does every year for me since it's a Caesar's property. Also they have it clearly advertised here as well. Complete waste of time. The employees will look at you like you're trying to rip the place off and begin to treat you almost like garbage. Very very poor customer service as well as fraudulent advertising to get people in the door. The executive host here is very young and treats people like garbage. Complete utter disrespect for high limit players as well as regular players. They have a poker room and a Horse betting room. As well as the usual table games. Most of them have high limits even for the regular tables and mostly all of them use "Shuffle Master" which is a system that gives the casino an advantage really in the constant shuffling of the card decks. The sports room is closed off during certain times to prevent people from sleeping in there. **SEE PICS** NOW FOR THE VERY BAD The payouts here are the worst I've ever seen. I can't even remember the last time I seen someone here get a hand pay. Playing various machines even at MAX BET and you still lose all your money really. Barely any machines bonus or anything. The high limit room is the worst. No casino executives like other casinos come over to you and say thanks for coming or playing or do you need anything. Truly a depressing environment. On the weekend late nights. I think horseshoe becomes a nightclub because it attracts a very large crowd of young people wearing their pants half way down and talking complete slang. The employees here are somewhat friendly. Usually all the times I've been here. The bathroom employees were the nicest. The rest of the employees make you feel like whenever you ask them anything. It's like you're bothering them. The noise level is normal for a casino. The general crowd here is normal class. All adults since it's a casino. Overall. This place is a MAJOR DUMP. One of the worst casinos I've been to in my time and I've been to a lot. Lastly. They need way more security here as well as fixing the huge potholes directly outside of the casino when coming off of 295. Also the constant shakedowns for change by bums and junkies since some of them while asking you for change have their eyes close and are almost ready to fall over inside the casino even gets ridiculous after awhile.

It's a nice casino. However i go to vegas least once a year if not more and I've never been charged for drinks. That is wild to me that this casino charges you for drinks while gambling. It was very clean though and they had plenty of options to gamble dependent on what game you like

My husband and I went to this casino for the first time and spent 3 hours. The parking lot smells of urine, when you go inside to take an elevator to the casino, the urine is so intense (on carpet) it gags you. We did not have any success here - that happens (didn't take any stars off for that). Half the food places are closed. Not once did we see anyone with drinks, nobody. Not one time. We traveled two floors, we sat at the tables for over a hour, nothing. I asked the dealer if he could send someone over and he said he would. Nothing. No water, no drinks. Stood in line for over 20 minutes to get a member card, they kept pulling people with chips. I'm not sure what was going on but after 20 minutes we gave up. Left thru the hall of urine

The place was dead. In 5 hours, not once did someone come by to offer beverage service. Couldn't find a bottled water anywhere. No employees engaged with me except at the cashier's stand. The place was dirty outside and didn't appear very safe. No security outside and just a doorman on the inside. Over half the machines were out of service. Previous reviews indicate that this is an ongoing issue here. Many locals said to venture further down the road to a different casino, will do that next time.

It was My first time playing at a casino yesterday and I had a lot of fun with me and my group! I didn't have much money to spend but the Blackjack dealers were kind and fun to play with. Jessi was the name of one of the wonderful dealers my group had for a bit. There were 2 other great gentleman but I forgot their names as the night got longer. However they were fun and kind to play with as well. Even the other guest playing are kind. Its a welcoming atmosphere.

Do NOT go here! It is not worth the risk of being robbed/ assaulted. I was robbed at gunpoint on 4/20/24 inside of their garage's stairwell. My car keys, wallet and watch were stolen from me and this place didn't even offer me anything from my experience, not even a SORRY! Here for some exercise and relaxing time. I come at least once a week. The place is still popular as ever but free soda machine are always busted. No ice with flat non carbonated soda is terrible. They must fix it.

This has got to be my LEAST favorite casino in the DMV area! Overall this place just didn't capture my interest. I came here two weekends ago on a Saturday evening with a friend. Venue - Arriving at the Uber drop off location, the area seemed a bit sketchy, behind the casino or next to some type of dark area construction. Once we stepped inside, the casino is visually pretty! We entered in the lower level, and I instantly noticed how dead the casino was. We eventually ventured upstairs where more people were gambling, but still rather shockingly empty for a Saturday night! (tip: go to Maryland Live! or MGM, it's fairly busy and fun there on weekends) Total Rewards - I went to get my players card at the total rewards desk. There were only a few people in front of me and it took A LONG TIME. There was only ONE staff member handling regular players, but three staff members for higher tier players! The other staff members refused to take us even when their lines were empty. Total Rewards was offering a "tier status match"--basically if you have a high tier status as certain local casinos, they would match it to their "Diamond" status. Sounds great, right?! Well, I got my new players card and a Diamond player's parking pass instantly. HOWEVER, it's been over a week and my account hasn't been updated to the new tier status!! So basically I don't get to access any of the Diamond perks yet. I have never been to a casino that took so long to update their player's accounts. Service - There are not a lot of cocktail waitresses that come around the slot machines. When one finally showed up, she messed up my drink and then I couldn't even find her again to fix it. Food - We did try the Gordon Ramsey Steakhouse! That'll be a different review!

Horrible. Machine froze and management refused to give me my money back. Told them to check cameras and they said they are too cheap to do that. Horrible service, horrible management.

Despite losing all my money, I had a great time! It was super crowded and the slot machines were fun. I didn't like some of the black jack and roulette tables were crowded with a lot of people and other tables were closed. I did notice some of the slot machines were not working so I couldn't give horseshoe a full five stars. Plenty of places to dine and the lounges are super cool.

Love pizzaette forgive me for the spelling , the pie we had was the Mediterranean, it had lamb crumbles mozzarella, peppers olives and the sauce is good . It was thin crust and crispy and flakey and just so Yummy , we drove a hour for that pizza. They have live music in the center in the bottom floor, they play a variety of really added to the ambiance . While on the second floor and went to the bar where the stage is , go see the Bartender named Maurice , his customer service is exceptional and the Drink selections are phenomenal .

I went to the Ravens game on Saturday and parked at the Horseshoe and that was one of my biggest mistakes of the past decade. After the game when I got to my car the parking lot was full and no car was moving. My buddy and I went into the casino to kill some time and hour later no cars had moved. We observed no employees helping direct traffic. It felt like we were being held hostage at this place. I had to track down the GM and finally after almost 3 hours they directed traffic and the we were able to leave. Three hours after the game. Ruined our experience. This place will go out of business if they treat customers like this.

We went there for Steak, which was amazing. I don't gamble, so I can't really speak to the casino itself. It's less noisy then the ones I've been too in Vegas, though. And much cleaner. The infrastructure (parking garage, elevators, etc) need some attending, which is shocking given how new this structure is. If you like the dice and cards and all that, knock yourself out. The design and style are bright and loud, but not overdone and tawdry. I think I'd probably dig the slots and tables here, if that was my scene.

I had a couple hours to spare before leaving Baltimore, so I thought hey, why not hit up the casino? I had seen Horseshoe Casino when I arrived in Baltimore as they're located right next to where the Ravens play so it's a highly visible casino. I stopped by on a Friday afternoon and had no trouble parking in their complimentary garage. Once you walk in, Horseshoe looks like your typical casino. Your usual assortment of slots, table games, and sports betting. I've been to casinos in Vegas and Louisiana but this was my first time checking one out in Maryland. Unlike Vegas, you don't get complimentary alcoholic beverages while gambling. They do have complimentary soft drinks at least. This casino is actually owned by Caesar's. I played some slots and some video blackjack. All in all, it was a fun experience and I made a profit which is always a good thing! I didn't check out any of their dining options so I can't comment on that. Added bonus: $10 reward in slots if you sign up for their rewards program (only takes about 10 minutes to sign up)

Sharing is Caring. This is a nice casino that has opened several years ago with the emergence of legalized gambling in the state of Maryland. Located within walking distance of the inner Harbor, Camden Yards, Ravens Stadium, and plenty of restaurants and nightlife, this truly is a gem for the city of Baltimore. There are problems ***FREE DRINKS ARE ILLEGAL IN MARYLAND*** so you have to pay for them and parking during Ravens games are highly overpriced. There are poker tournaments and such scheduled throughout the year, and on weekend nights expect high table limits and some back up in waiting for drinks and a spot to play. Overall nice to have- but there's always other close options for casinos as well.

I had the worst experience at this casino. Terrible people at the e try and didn't feel safe at all. Entry is a joke you go to Foxwoods or mohegan sun where you are treated with respect. If you want to gamble your better off online I remember years ago I went enjoyed myself now never again stay away

It's pretty funny that the first time I went to horseshoe casino, I wasn't even interested in gambling. I only went to horseshoe to try the Gordon Ramsay steakhouse. The casino is pretty good. Its clean and well kept. Like most casinos, parking here is free. You just park in the garage and do the self park unless you want to pay for valet. If you've never been in a casino, prepare to be amazed! I've always said that casinos are grown up arcades. Sometimes, it really feels like you're in a arcade. Slot machines remind me of games in arcades that you spend money to play. They have tables for black jack, poker, and many more. Usually min is $5, $15, etc. You can win or lose it all in the blink of an eye. If you decide to go and gamble, I hope you win a lot!!

So today June 16th 2024 I tried to give this casino a few more try's. There's new dealers here who scammed me out of my money. I don't mind losing when the house loses but when I'm on a roulette table putting my chips and the dealer gives me 1 second to put my chips down and clears the board immediately I'm pissed. I do know when spinning you're allowed more than just 1 second to place chips . Well tonight that wasn't the case . I started putting chips in the table and the guy swatted my hand away after 1 second. Ball didn't even go around . Usually they give us between 10-12 seconds. I even spoke to a pit boss but he didn't assist me. He just stared at me and walked off. That's the first incident . Second incident the same dealer messed up a spin and the one pit boss yelled NO SPIN. I had the table loaded . They literally stopped the spin . We didn't get a respin or our money back. I'd like someone to contact me so I can get my money back that was wrongfully taken from me. Or I can just seek help with the gaming commission. But this casino is empty and now I see why. We have to battle the rigged casino and the rigged dealers . But I will not stop here. This will be brought to the media if I'm not assisted in a timely manner

Had really good time here. They have plenty of slots, but not too many poker slots thatbiblike to play. They only had about 10 near the poker room. The parking was great with easy access to the casino entrance, and it's in a really good location right off of I95.

Stopped in for a bite to eat Sunday after the Ravens game. It wasn't super busy and most areas were clean. Some of the tables near Piezetta could have been wiped down. Other than that, I didn't gamble on this trip.

Bartenders on lower level of casino, not friendly and don't seem to like their jobs. I was there Saturday evening and won't be coming back to the lower level bar. For some people they don't mind giving a sample if a person wants to try a new beverage and for some people they seem to not want to bother. Poor customer service. They act like it is their own personal alcohol the way they dish it out to certain people.

Understanding this is not Vegas and is a local casino, there should still be a level of hospitality that should come standard. The staff was rude, the security guards were unprofessional chatting up with others instead of screening guests, and then they would screen guests they were frustrated and almost irritated. The bartenders were selective and quite inattentive. Would not come back here - I'd rather go to live or the harbor.

I have visited this casino often the if from me worst casino ever. Machines are now off blanking broke or either they pay nothing. Nobody wins sad but true Bathrooms are nasty and so is the food If you want 9 good time pr thinking about a

poorly managed , there are homless people begging in the garages and on casino floor, people pissing in the garages, staff is really rude

This place sucks. They wouldn't let me in because I had a punch hole on my drivers license. I have never had any issue at Atlantic City NJ, Delaware, Md live, and other casinos. They should only care about my age. My id didn't expire or anything. Hey well good thing is I saved my $ at this crap. I drove to Md live and played there and did pretty good!

So I like the fact that there is no nasty smoking allowed. It's nice to be able to walk out broke but still smelling "fresh." Games are somewhat old school but I did find a slot that played me for an hour, and gave me a false sense of hope of a big win, just to steal all my monies. All good, it was still fun, I should learn to be not so greedy.

This is one of those casinos that will take your money. You don't have a chance. It has low attendance so they will set the machines to take from the patrons onsite. Legal theft. And the attendants will act like they don't hear you when you call or put on the service light. Terrible attitudes. Spend your money elsewhere.

Great venue, neighborhood gem, Great food and entertainment, safe fun party atmosphere. I've celebrated birthdays, get togethers and most recently "Best of Baltimore" here. Every staff member at every restaurant, customer service desk, bar has been very respectful, kind and welcoming. I look forward to returning back sooner than later. Pros - Great custumer service, safe well lit parking garage on every level, drink specials and happy hours throughout venue, Great DJ's, nice dance floor, clean bathrooms, great decor and clean. Cons - it's a casino! Ha I truly have no real issue w this establishment.
