This little gem in the heart of Toulouse will please your taste buds for either lunch or dinner. The food is just fantastic, so elaborated, elegant, delicate, cooking on point, mix of colors and seasonal produces inspired by the South of France Gastronomy from West to East. Don't be scared of the size of the plate, the menu is designed for the guest to be the right amount of full by the end. I have a big appetite and I was full. Don't skip the Cheese course reinvented by Chef Clément Lessoud, even to share or you might regret it 😊
Chef is inventive and kindly accomodated my severe Lactose intolerance as I mentioned it on my reservation a few days prior.
This is to me Michelin Star level, but fairly priced and less pretencious.
"Reservation only" allowing the Chef to avoid waste.
