We had lunch at Hosteria Uva Rara during our trip to Italy earlier this year. What a treat! A Michelin-star rated restaurant, and it was obvious why that distinction has ben bestowed on the restaurant. Everything from start to finish was excellent. Cured meats, to fried battered vegetables, to Casoncello, to Tagliata, with sliced beef steak as a main course and fresh fruit pie for dessert. Our chef-created special menu was superb. Red and white wines accompanied the meal and paired perfectly with the courses. Service was impeccable. A gorgeous restaurant, and a fabulous meal. Highly recommend.

We went there on Monday for dinner and were the only couple inside. So if you want to have a “private” dinner you can do the same😄 The food was great (especially octopus and guinea fowl) nice atmosphere and very friendly and polite staff. Recommended for sure!

Not only is the food amazin……. Work class, but the team are now my friends. Both the front of house and the chef all came to talk with us and after 2 meals we are all proud to have a made a friendship. Thanks for the amazing Italian food and hospitality

Parking across the street. Nice outdoor seating, breezy and cool even during hot August. Well translated English menus. Friendly staff who will take the time to explain the dishes to you. Zero wine knowledge unfortunately, do your best and take something you know. Payment by credit card, only inside. Don’t wait for the bill to come.

Avoid this place . Extremely expensive, terrible service . I am used to Michelin starred Restutant so I don’t mind paying if service and good is right But we took paccheri 5 literally 5 of them for 22 euro They made us pay coperto 5 euro while in the menu is 3 Stay away !!!!!
