We recently had the incredible opportunity to bring our WITCH-O-RAMA Market & Drag Shows back to Chicago with an invitation to bring them to HOSTÉ, a brand new distillery and event space located in the beautiful Pilsen neighborhood. From the moment we walked in, we were captivated by the stylish ambiance and the inviting atmosphere. Their specialty cocktails are truly a work of art. Creative, delicious, and a huge hit with our guests. What really sets HOSTÉ apart, however, is their genuine commitment to empowering our queer & BIPOC community. Tres Chic place hits the hood! Awesome open venue for large parties with their own distillery. Affordable price points and knowledgeable staff, from the general manager to the bartender … everyone was on point! The caterers that would love to work your private events had GLUTEN FREE GREATNESS AVAILABLE 🤩. It caught my eye about a week ago and I looked it up, then I was driving by today and saw “a party” stopped it for the meet and greet and was impressed! As an entrepreneur, I can not wait to support this new local biz!

We hosted our Power of Procurement event here and loved every moment. The space is thoughtfully designed and incredibly flexible — from the built-in disco ball (yes, iconic!) to the complimentary AV setup (mic, speakers, uplights, and more), everything made for a seamless experience. They have women’s, men’s, and gender-neutral bathrooms (we love the inclusion), a complimentary coat check, and even a green room for event teams or talent. The venue staff goes above and beyond — helping with both setup and teardown. We also loved how customizable the space is. There’s some great built-in décor, but they fully encourage you to bring in your own to make it yours. Their artist-in-residence program featuring local Chicago artists adds such a creative and community-driven touch. Hoste may be a newer venue, but they operate with the polish and professionalism of an established Chicago favorite. We can’t wait to host another event there soon!

incredible event space! delicious and affordable cocktails, made by some really lovely bartenders. you can tell there’s a lot of love put into this space, the drinks, and events. the food pop ups are always super yummy too!!!! highly recommend to attend their events or do your own event here

The venue is gorgeous and the staff is great. The GM Natalie is amazing. She’s so knowledgeable and makes sure that everyone is having a great time. The vibes here are immaculate. I love a great community space that hosts such a diverse collection of events and teaches me about so many talented local artists. Love this place.

I hosted a fundraising event at Hoste and could not be happier with the experience. The space is gorgeous, and Jordan and his team were incredibly easy to work with. Natalie was responsive, accommodating, and helpful throughout the planning process and during the event. Everything ran smoothly, and our guests loved the cocktails and ambience -- a few guests even asked for Natalie's contact information so they can reach out about booking future events. Highly recommend Hoste for anyone looking to host a private event in a unique and beautifully designed space.

I recently had the pleasure of attending Hoste Cocktails’ open house and launch event at their new Pilsen venue, and it was an unforgettable experience. The space itself is stunning—soaring 36-foot ceilings, exposed brick, and skylights create an airy, welcoming atmosphere that perfectly blends industrial charm with modern elegance. The custom-built cocktail bar was the centerpiece of the event, showcasing Hoste’s commitment to craftsmanship and hospitality. The cocktails were, unsurprisingly, the stars of the evening. I sampled their signature Gold Fashioned, a rich blend of aged rye and bourbon with saffron bitters, and was blown away by the depth of flavor and the unique touch of the orange zest atomizer garnish. The Martini, crafted with bespoke gin and a custom dry vermouth, was equally impressive—elegant and nuanced, with a delightful yuzu zest finish. It’s clear that Hoste’s team have poured their expertise into creating these exceptional ready-to-serve cocktails. Beyond the drinks, the event was a masterclass in hosting. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, the ambiance was lively yet comfortable, and the overall vibe encouraged connection and celebration. With amenities like a green room suite, AV equipment, and partnerships with top-tier caterers, Hoste’s venue is poised to be a go-to spot for weddings, corporate events, and private parties. I left the event not only impressed but already thinking about future occasions to return.

We had such great experience hosting at Hoste last week! Hoste is very a cool, welcoming event space that was perfect for bringing people together in a new way for Associated Colleges of Illinois! Their hospitality helped create an atmosphere that was inviting, fun, and full of great conversation. We heard many positive comments from guests, and it’s clear the venue helped make our evening special. Natalie was always checking on us, the bar staff was nice and professional, and the cocktails were truly amazing! Hoste is a hidden gem, and we’ll be recommending it for future events. We appreciate everything the Hoste team did to help make our night a success!
