A must stay Hotel, serves the local businesses well and friendly staff . Only thing i would recommend is better attendance at reception. But otherwise fantastic.

Great Place to Eat I really enjoyed my time at this restaurant. The food was fresh and full of flavor, and the staff was kind and helpful. It’s a place I’d happily come back to. Highly recommended!

An absolute hidden gem. The staff were incredible.|I arrived late in the evening, the restaurant was due to close, I was told if I could be ready to order within 15mins I would be looked after. I was there in less than 10 minutes.||The food was outstanding to say the least. The service excellent. The room was very large, comfortable, warm and clean. Massive bathroom also.||The only pity is was here for work. This would be a wonderful venue for a romantic getaway. Indeed, I believe the entire hotel and venue would be ideal for wedding.

Fell upon it by luck on the way to Ghent from Strasbourg, and whilst just off the main roads it was a great find. Room very clean and modern, service helpful and restaurant on site is apparently very popular with locals, so if you book ahead and get to eat there it would be a total package. Unfortunately we couldn’t get a table as fully booked, but ate at a great Italian down the road instead.

If you are anywhere close to this location, you definitely need to stay at Hostellerie De Biek! The atmosphere is so cosy, the room is great, and the staff is very friendly and the best of it all is the food! I recommend dining at the hotel. You will not regret it.

Clean rooms. Parking in the back. Restaurant. Supermarket is walking distance from hotel. Everything was perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Not bad. Food was excellent. Truly enjoyable, but 4 courses in 2,5hrs was a bit slow (on a Tuesday). Rooms are good but I do NOT recommend to stay here when it's hot out as my room did not have a (functioning) AC. During normal weather a good stay. Hotel is a beautiful renovated brewery and you can tell a lot of effort went into the conversion to a hotel.

Stayed here last year on a Sunday when the restaurant was closed, even more upset now that I know what we missed. Last night of a 15 day motorcycle tour to Eastern Europe (first night last year) and a good end to a great trip.||The whole place is excellent, rooms a very good size and fitted out well, very good shower and plenty of space. On site parking although not fully secure not a problem. Staff were helpful and some did speak English, breakfast was simple but only one waiter on who also (when we had all nearly finished) asked if anyone wanted eggs and bacon.||Back to the restaurant, the meal was a set meal for 20 people (vegetarian option included). Presentation could not be faulted, each course was fully described to us (in English) and excellent to eat with wine included in our package.||Well Done. Best hotel of the trip.

Stayed here for one night traveling between Knokke-Heist and Brussels. Cool boutique hotel with lovely rooms and an overall really cool property that is a really nicely renovated former brewery. Staff was great, allowing us to check in a bit late with no complaints after spending a bit longer than we'd expected at the beach. Breakfast was very nice as well.

This is a nice hotel with a lovely restaurant and nice breakfast. Pieter and his staff are wonderful! I've been staying here regularly since they opened and they practically feel like family. The rooms are clean and the whole place has a great modern-rustic style. If you are staying in Moorsel or coming to Aalst for whatever reason I would definitely plan a stay at de Biek.

Came here as a guest in business lunch. This town is not at all a tourist venue but this little hotel restaurant (I am told it was converted from a brewery) is a gem. Limited menu is often a good thing, this place proves the rule. All dishes were outstanding, and the wine pairings were astute.
