Hostellerie de Levernois

This was the first stop on a 4 leg trip through France, and it set the bar incredibly high. From pre trip planning with the concierge, spa attendants, and dining/bar staff, every single interaction was 10/10. On top of that, the grounds were stunning, rooms were beautiful, the spa was heaven on earth, and both restaurants were excellent. We loved starting the day with their gorgeous breakfast delivered to our room followed by a trip to the sauna. We'd finish each day in the cozy bar/lounge with a night cap, enjoying the fire and live music. Hope to return soon!

Wow. This place was amazing. This is a nice-sized hotel/resort with only 27 rooms. We stayed in a recently renovated room above the Spa which had all good amenities. Spa was great, grounds well maintained, restaurants (both the michelin star/gourmand and bistro) were incredible. What really makes this place is the service! Super attentive and nice staff at every turn! Would highly recommend.

We enjoyed a 4 night stay at the Hostellerie de Levernois during our visit to Burgundy. From the arrival to departure the service was welcoming, properly attentive and pleasant. The rooms, the restaurants and the beautiful gardens were magical and better than advertised. The location was perfect allowing us to enjoy all the region offered while providing a respite from the city. We also enjoyed dining twice at the gastronomical restaurant Table de Levernois. Highly recommend.

Beautiful location. Very well positioned to explore de Burgundy. Few minutes car drive from the city.|They provide everything you need there. After a day of exploration nothing better than the both restaurants and de cocktail bar with that jazz duo.

I stayed with my parents and my kids for a night and a dinner at the gastronomic restaurant. The staff was remarkable, very attentive and kind. The owner even came to say hi and made sure we were fine. ||The Menu Degustation was amazing. I particularly loved the foi gras and the deserts were just fabulous. The service was perfect. ||We had a great time at the hotel too. The room was spacious ; they had excellent fruit nectars in the fridge. ||Kids went for a bike ride around the property and were thrilled. I highly recommend the place if you are looking for a peaceful elegant location in Bourgogne.

My husband and I had the most wonderful experience at the hotel. From booking to check out, the staff was extremely attentive and kind and went above and beyond for us. We arrived early morning and they had our room available for us. The food - breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all out of this world. Room was so charming and very comfortable. We cannot wait to return!

This hotel continues to improve and impress - and that is from a 5 star base. the newly opened spa, and the outdoor lap pool (30 metres long) are excellent additions and make the stay even better. Food quality continues to be superb.

A perfect Burgundy escape. From start to finish, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful — especially Mathilda, who made everything effortless for us and for Casper, our friendly dog. The food was outstanding, every meal beautifully crafted, and the whole environment feels calm and refined. The gardens, the service, and the genuine warmth make it hard to leave. We’ll definitely be back soon.

This is a must stay The owners met as at the door as you enter this world of grace and charm our room was in a separate building the walk through the lovely gardens and the attentiveness to detail It was July 4th and the chef had produced as amuse Bosch a Hot dog with an American flag . The wine list is extensive and a great selection of half bottles of you are traveling with only a couple We had a "surprise tasting menu " and it was truly up to the standard of his etoile his sauces were wonderful five in all and very creative and inspired Breakfast the next morning served in the Bistrot a lovely place to begin your day we had omelette s And there is a full buffet

One of the best services especially by the concierge staff. They are so nice and accommodating to assist us in planning out our day and mapping the bike routes. It's definitely the little touches that adds to our experience. They placed water bottles and locks for the bikes. One of the highlights is definitely their bistro restaurant! Do try to eat at their bistro. The pork chop was one of the best I had! Their other fine dining restaurant (which we did not go to) is Michelin starred. Areas of improvement: 1. Their "king" bed is really uncomfortable. They pushed two twin beds together which suck when you're lying right on the crack. The sheets are not luxurious for a 5-star. 2. No wifi in our room. However my sister's room in room 54 had wifi. 3. For a 5-star, you really shouldn't be decorating with FAKE flowers!!!! My sister and I were pretty shocked by this. Don't get me wrong, the inside lobby was tastefully decorated but the fake flowers really depreciates the level of luxury especially if it's a "luxury" hotel. Get real flowers stat! 4. No pool or jacuzzi! Other than that, this hotel should be commended by their services. If you are in Beaune and don't mind a 7 min ride to the center of town, stay here!
