Lovely hotel with easy access to buses to the city. There is a restaurant attached to it, and buffet breakfast was €22/pax/day, and we opted not to take it. No hard sell there. Rooms were good, and looked refurbished. Shower pressure was good and warm. There was no heater in the room during our stay, but we were given a heater to use during the stay as the temperatures fell due to the constant rain. Positives: • Service staff were friendly • Bottled water provided during room service. Room service was good, but quality varied. • Easy to find free parking at nearby train stop (3min walk without luggage), and easy to find buses to Luxembourg city. • Relatively quiet street and rooms. Was sometimes able to hear the noise from the dinner tables as we were on level 1 at Block B. Negatives: • Lack of adequate lighting above the sink to view yourself in the mirror. • Some wet/damp area on the floor under the 2 side tables as I had to drag them away from the wall to access the wall sockets. • Our tissue box had only 2 pieces of tissue when we arrived. Had to go to the front desk to get a replacement box. • Smoking point in front of the entrance at Block B - always felt like I ran into a wall of smoke there.

I recently stayed at your hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The staff members were not friendly at all — even the people at the entrance didn’t greet guests or offer a simple smile. In addition, there was loud noise coming from the kitchen until around 10:30 p.m., which made it very difficult to relax in the evenings. The bathroom was also not properly cleaned, and the tiles had visible stains, which gave an overall impression of poor hygiene. I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve the service quality and cleanliness for future guests.

I had lunch there with a friend. Good food, great service. I have lactose intolerance and I usually ask discretely about the ingredients. In many places I see eyes rolling but here they voluntarily proposed to give me a non lactose version of what was on the menu. Super nice. I will definitely go back!

Very mixed experience. It is indeed a cute hotel on the outskirts. Room clean. We got the standard which is very small. Breakfast ok (but flow of buffet poor). No Intel that our room would be over-the-road and that there was no lift. We were fine, but mobility-restricted guests should check. Comments about service are interesting - and varies from person to person. It feels like a fancy restaurant with rooms tacked on to make some extra.

If you value sleep, avoid this hotel. I didn’t get a single restful night in 5 nights. I stayed in room 310 and managed no more than 4–5 hours of broken sleep each night. The noise from the hallway, the room above, and the street was constant and jarring — I was woken with a start every night, even while wearing earplugs. The hotel even provides earplugs in the room, which says it all. There’s also no air conditioning or heating. In summer it must feel like a furnace. I chose a hotel outside the centre for peace and quiet, but instead I was exhausted every single day of my trip. I regret booking here and would never return.

Very good location from the airport. 2-3 mins away from the train station so you could reach the city center less than 30 mins.The hotel has cozy atmosphere, but no lift and AC.But the Dyson fan was cool enough :)

A perfect place to stay at in Luxembourg!!! The rooms are clean and look pretty new, the service makes it possible for you to check in even at night, and most importantly, the spot is beautiful and near the city center👍🏼🎉

Good hotel with good service. The breakfast is very tasty and enough choice for everyone. Diner was always very much cared for. I will visit again.
