I had such a spectacular experience here. The food, the wine, the team, the entire evening was such a treat. I’d heard about how wonderful this restaurant was and it didn’t not disappoint. Whether you are on the Camino and looking for a memorable meal or simply in town for a weekend getaway, this restaurant is the best. Locally sourced ingredients, beautiful Spanish wine list, creative and delicious dishes (and the team will accommodate vegetarians!). Every dish I had was fantastic. A really warm and friendly restaurant. The waiters are extremely attentive and knowledgeable. The food is delicious. My only criticism is my partner was served duck which was amazing but no potatoes or vegetables on the side. However I would highly recommend this restaurant.

23€ for a hamburger and beer How did I want it done rare, medium or well done? Pretentious? Its a hamburger! I think I ordered medium, it really it didn’t matter, it was thin and tasteless. And it took half an hour to get a hamburger to a half empty terraza. That’s 3€ for a good beer, 5€ for a poor quality hamburger, and soft cold chips. So 15 euros for the pretension and the offensive polystyrene box. Nothing tells a customer to get lost like serving their food in a in a plastic container that you know is going straight to landfill. As usual in Spain, the waiting staff were good. Polite, knowledgable and efficient.

This is by far the best restaurant in the area. It serves fine dining cuisine. Be sure to make reservations as it fills up quickly.

Fantastic place! Finally!!! After 2 weeks of hiking a very nice place with good food. Take the ribs!!! They are the real deal. My wife had the vegetable main dish and really liked it too. Man. Can’t thank them enough!

This is an exceptional place and a must go restaurant if you are in Fromista! My server, Albaro, is attentive, thoughtful, and will not steer you wrong. He’s the son of the owners and speaks superb English (helpful for this American walking the Camino). You will be well taken care of and enjoy a delightful meal in a fantastic, intimate setting.

Wonderful dining experience. Extremely professional staff. A restaurant that does everything correct. Superb food, wine and attention to detail. Well worth visiting and will not break the bank.

Visited while on the Camino. Wanted a change from the typical pilgrims menu and this place certainly offered that. We had an excellent 2 course lunch. It is pricier than a restaurant tailoring for pilgrims. Place was very busy on Sunday noon. There was a bit of a wait for a table.
