Great hot chicken and fresh ingredients. Fresh crisp slaw and pickles. I got medium and probably should have chosen the next up but it was tasty. Had the loaded fries which were crinkle cut and was a huge serving. Nice patio seating too.

Great food, great atmosphere, and great service. Overall, we really enjoyed our last visit to hot chicks! We ordered the "HOT" chicken sandwich and it definitely came with a kick! That kick combined with the HC sauce made it to be one of the best hot chicken sandwiches we've had! PLUS the sandwich itself is HUGE! You can 100% be full by just the sandwich, but it comes with awesome crinkle cut fries! We really enjoyed the slaw on the sandwich and the pickles on the tenders! Everything was flavored really well and the combinations of slaw and pickles meshed really well. PRO TIP: get the HC sauce and try your chicken with it! Staff was also great as it was our first time ordering there and they walked us through the whole process. 100% one of the must try hot chicken spots! Going back soon to try out their hot chicken on a rice bowl!!

The service was great. Kind woman worker quickly greeted us and was very attentive. The medium spice chicken sandwich was enjoyable. Good kick of spice. Chicken was crispy and juicy. Mac and cheese was super creamy and cheesy. The fries was so-so, similar to cafeteria fries. Fries was seasoned with something sweet and salty. The mild Fit Chick Plate was ok. Chicken was naked and flavor was bland. Perfect for a healthier option. Ok experience, but will go back to try other spice level and the breaded tenders.

Easy 11 out of 10. The chicken sandwich is done perfectly well - I went for the one with medium heat...just an awesome choice and it breaks right in the mouth. I didn't care much for the fries. The decor is amazing, inviting and clean. Customer service was on point, very friendly and courteous. I see myself adding 10 lbs here, see you soon!

Great stop, perfectly breaded and cooked chicken sandwich. Hint of sweetness followed by heat. Juicy sandwich and excellent flavor. Mild has a good little kick even for beginners, medium would be satisfying for heat lovers and I personally wouldn't try the Hot or Hot AF, good luck on those! Will definitely make a trip back, worth the 30 min drive. Pro tip: eat over your fries so they catch all the flavor! Enjoy

I love that the food was made fresh to order. I went with someone else that swears by the chicken and they loved the sweeter/spicy flavor. I do wish they had more heat and seasoning but I guess it balances out the fries which were somewhat salty. (nonetheless the fries were good). You get really big portions for the price. I didn't care too much for the sweet flavor (I think it was the slaw) and since I got the hot chicken tacos, I wish I would've gotten cheese or some kind of different sauce to go on top outside of the sweeter flavor that comes with it. The food is pretty good but I'm more of a salty person rather than sweet. Overall it was fairly good!

We came here with LED Emerge Signs for their grand opening event! The chicken is so juicy, tender and crispy with a nice kick! We had almost everything on the menu including drinks! This is definitely one of the best places for Nashville Chicken! The staff was very friendly and made sure we had an amazing experience! 5 Stars!

First visit. Wasn't sure what to expect. Food was freshly prepared and served piping hot. Decor in the place is bold, black and red and pretty cool. I got tenders with medium heat and since it was my first experience with s side of fries. The tenders are a very generous size. They were cooked well and still juicy. The breading was light and the hot seasoning was a little strange for my taste because it was sweeter than I expected. It was good but probably not something that sticks out as something I can't wait to have again. The fries were ok. They're a thin crinkle cut, but I felt like I got a lot of crumbs from the bottom of the bin. Unfortunately, the main reason for the 3 stars is the customer service. I wasn't really greeted and the man that took my order didn't look happy to see me or to even be there for that matter. The other man that brought my food out was pleasant though. Everyone can have an off day, so I'll return for another visit and will adjust my rating accordingly.

Service and the employees are amazing. They care and they treat you well. The food was good, but nothing crazy. It's a little pricey for 3 tenders and fries and they were just ok. I got the hot lemon pepper with some honey mustard and blue cheese. The sauces are good and flavor wise it's a five. However, the chicken is not as crispy as it should be. I think if they focus on the chicken they can compete with Dave's hot chicken. I will still go back and try other stuff, but I still think Dave's hot chicken is better.

The interior of the restaurant could have used some work. The restrooms were not great and floors need a little work. I ordered the rice bowl and chicken sandwich and fries. Rice Bowl was okay. This review is solely based on the Nashville hot wings. Ordered Uber eats and decided to try this place. They were having a special of bogo on the Nashville wings so I said ehh why not? I ordered the medium spice level. Sadly the medium spice was not spicy at all to me. I can tolerate some spice but this literally had none. I had to add hot sauce. The wings also just lacked flavor overall. Pretty bland bite for them to appear as if they had seasoning. I was very confused by the wing. Pickles were decent but not great. Ranch was delicious but didn't add anything to the wing really. I was really hoping for the wings to be good and a new go to. I may possibly try a chicken sandwich or tenders in the hot or super hot levels to see if it's any better but as of right now, just based on the wings, I was pretty underwhelmed and disappointed.

I had been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally got the opportunity yesterday. Unfortunately, the experience left me quite underwhelmed. Where to start... First impression walking in, the menu was easy to read and they had a number of options to choose from so I walked over to the counter and was greeted by a very nice young lady. I placed my order for chicken tacos (mild), and noticed the slushy machines up against the wall. When I asked if those were margaritas, she proceeded to let me know what flavors they had, so I added a peach marg to my order. She asked if my order was to go and I decided to dine-in since there weren't many customers and she hands me a buzzer. It's after 2:00 and rainy & cold outside and the restaurant is pretty much empty, but I'm having trouble finding a table that doesn't look dirty. Even though there was no visible trash, you could tell people had eaten and that the table tops hadn't been properly wiped down. Gross. So I settled on a table and wiped it down with some handy napkins and waited for my food. As I waited, I noticed that the top of the napkin holder on my table was covered in a thick layer of dust as if it's never been wiped down, ever. (Mental note to self - don't come back here). So a good 10-15 minutes passes while I'm waiting on my order and I'm starting to wonder what the hold up is and look over to where they're preparing the food. Maybe they fry everything fresh and it just takes awhile, but it sure seemed like the wait was a bit excessive for two tacos and an empty restaurant. So I finally get my food and it looks very appetizing. It also tasted great on my first bite and it was certainly filling, but towards the last few bites, the spiciness was starting to make my nose run (even though I ordered mild). I guess I'm not into spicy foods so that's on me. What I will fault them for is the MUSIC that was blaring loudly throughout the entire experience. With a name like "Nashville Hot Chicks", you wouldn't expect them to be blasting Latin rap music would you?? One song..., two songs..., perhaps - but having that type of music on blast the entire time, coupled with having to wait so long for my food, had me wishing I had taken my order to go. If you like the music of Bad Bunny, (Latin "raggaeton and trap"), you'll love this place. To top it off, the peach margarita lacked any type of peach flavor nor did I bother to finish the drink. I wished I would've taken pictures and video to back up my review, but I was just ready to leave. I was hoping for a better experience but I see no need to ever go back. Word to management - please do a better job of wiping down your tables after customers are done dining, that would go a long way towards improving the customer experience; and maybe consider varying your music somewhat.

One of my favorites for hot chicken! I love hot so I get the hottest level which they call Hot AF I've gotten the sandwich and the loaded hot chicken fries so far and have gone back multiple times already! Service is good, atmosphere is nice, like a sports bar vibe tvs and music. Good amount of chicken and it's always juicy

It was not ok! I got mild and there was no heat. They are dry rubbed wings. It was pricey for 6 wings. It say 10-15 minutes for hot food. It took them over 30 minutes everyone that came in after us was served before us. When I did get my order it looked good but were cold and raw close to the bone they looked crispy but were not. We didn't say anything because the man at the counter was not very nice. At one point slammed the phone down and through a bag of food across the counter. I would not recommend this place based on these things.

We got to try the Hot AF Seasoning and it was spicy so we ordered it on top of the Loaded Fries. Unfortunately, the sauce masked the spiciness of the chicken so all we could only taste an abundance of salt. Less sauce so we can enjoy the flavor of the chicken, please. The Slaw was a nice touch to give the dish a snap. Share the fries with a friend or else you'll go into cardiac arrest. For the Jumbo Tenders, we chose Hot and it was a good spice level. The Mac and Cheese was fantastic as it was creamy and perfectly cheesy. The floors and tables were really sticky so that was gross.

Atmosphere- chill, good for a weekday or a calm weekend. Food- 5/5 delicious!!! The fries have a sweet seasoning. It's like wing stop but better. The chicken is juicy and the spice is just right. The coleslaw it comes with tastes different. I'm not a coleslaw person but I did like this one! Complaints- Ranch is 50 cents. It's not like any special homemade ranch it's good but not special so I think this is a little ridiculous. Mac and cheese was a little too watery. We paid about $30 for two sandwiches, one side of Mac and cheese, and two ranch (lol) plus a tip.

Staff was nice and place is clean and flavor if chicken is good but the chicken it self I thought was dry and the breading sooo very hard and thick. It was tough to chew and over time just got tired of eating it. The Mac and cheese was good but im not sure it was so good to be worth that cost for the tiny bowl you get. The fries reminded me slightly of wingstop fries where you get some sweet sugar ness on it but it got very soggy easily and the way it was cut was so irregular that I had huge random potato chunks along with tiny burnt potato slivers in my fries. The quantity of the food and size of the tenders were pretty large and good and the flavor was really good. If they could just fix the issues above I think this place could be one of my next favorite hot chicken place thats finally close to me I would go to often. But if not I rather reccomend my friends to try another place like Ricky's.

This place was pretty good. Came by recommendation from a co worker and I'm glad I did. The chicken tenders are a pretty good size so I was full after just eating two of them. Don't spring for super hot sauce here unless you are sure you can handle it. I got the medium and it was pretty darn spicy. Just enough to be good. Anymore would've been too much and would not have been enjoyable. The fries are good too. Atmosphere is nice and welcoming. Feels like a cool spot to just chill with some friends. Wouldn't spring for the frozen lemonade things, weren't strong enough to waste the money. Overall 4/5 for me and I'll be back.

Went here again! This time we chose the rice bowl for a change and also ordered medium and hot chicken sandwich. We opted for dine-in and thoroughly enjoyed each bite! Made a valid choice by going here after a long day of shopping!

The name of the restaurant changed so at first I was not sure if I was at the right place. The service was good. That is the reason for the 2 stars. I ordered the loaded fries. Tasted so bland and was nothing special, not even the sauce could help the dish. Over the meal lacked flavor. The portion size was good, just wished their was flavor. I'll stick to the Hot Chicken place I normally go to.

Firstly I'm giving 3 stars since I ordered Togo understood the 10-15 mins wait. However 2 people came in after me and were served first ~ I'm figuring if you order to eat there you'll get your food quicker. I had very little time to eat on returning to work. Now the food was good even being mild it was slightly spicy for me. If I order mild again I'll tell them light on the seasoning. The gentleman serving was very organized and wore gloves ‍‍‍

That moment when you ask your husband if he would like hot chicks for Father's day?!? He was very careful about his answer. lol. Awesome experience! If you're looking for fried chicken that's tasty, this is it. We tried several styles from the menu and each one was epic! Fresh chicken, loaded with flavor, generous portion, but be prepared to wait 10 minutes because it's made to order. Small but quaint space (branding is excellent). Service was all the way up!

The food and service were pretty decent, but I thought the portion sizes for the chicken was extremely small. Got a slider + tender combo for $11, but it feels like I ordered fries with a side of chicken. Taste wasn't bad and service was good.

Having experienced hot chicken in Nashville, Hot Chicks piqued my interest. We were going to the Home Depot and this place was right next to it so we figured we'd give it a try. When you walk in, you basically enter the ordering queue. The menu is pretty simple with tenders, sandwiches, and tacos. There's a salad option along with loaded fries, but it's pretty much about the chicken tender. I did notice that there were no wings, or dark meat options, so that's where it started to diverge from the Nashville tradition. If you're going to do Nasville chicken right, then do the whole bird. The sides included cole slaw, jasmine rice (huh?), fries, pickles and Mac 'n cheese. There were also beer and other adult beverages available. I had the three tenders (HOT) on the fit plate with a double order of slaw, and ordered a side tender with Hot AF seasoning (I wonder what the AF stands for?). The Hot AF was very hot, and left my mouth burning and yearning for a couple trips to the soda fountain (I know, milk is better). The Hot tenders were pretty potent as well, and had a good taste. I thought the slaw was also done really well and tasted good. The atmosphere of the place was good; it had picnic table seating, an outdoor patio, and big screens were positioned throughout. Interestingly, the owner of Hot Chicks is the same person behind The Yard and Texas Republic in Fort Worth, and Theory Night Club in Dallas, so kudos to him for branching out with this concept. Was the Hot AF as hot as Hattie B's? No, but it was hot. I wish there was more variety on the chicken pieces like wings and dark meat, but tenders are probably easier to make. I'd rather have the brined, floured and fried versions like you can get in Nashvegas, but this was good, and I'll probably come back.

Super super spicy and delicious. I just love the juicy meatiness of the chicken they use. It's got a thick crunchy breading and is seasoned up the wall!!! Be warned the spice levels are serious. Medium was honestly uncomfortable for me, I'll be going with mild from now on which still packs a strong punch. Their medium is equivalent to the average hot! That dry rub really burns. It's good just too intense for me

I've been craving some hot chicken for awhile now and decided to finally check this place out. I've been to Nashville numerous times and have had all the great hot chicken places there so wanted to see how this would compare to there; and I gotta say they did a really great job. I got the "Hot" hot chicken tenders and it definitely had some heat to it. The spices were on point and the tenders were a great size. You definitely get what you're paying for. This place makes your food to order so you don't have to worry about getting stale chicken but be mindful because it means it will take longer than your typical fast food joint. Overall it was a great experience and definitely recommend to someone who has never had hot chicken before.

Decided to give this place another go after a long hiatus. If you go back to my first review, this place used to be excellent! I initially gave it a 5 star review. Here's what has changed since then. 1. They no longer make their pickles in house. They used to have delicious house made pickles and now they have bottled pickles. 2. They used to have a special dipping sauce, now they just serve ranch. 3. They no longer serve a slide of bread with their meals. 4. The chicken used to have a thick layer of breading and the chicken itself was bigger. Pretty sure they were tenders, before and now it's dry chicken breast. Nothing about this place is the same when it first opened. This is one of those places that gained popularity and lost its quality. Very disappointing experience.

I came here with my wife and a couple of friends and overall it was a great experience! The workers were pretty nice and our food came out fast too. I got 4 tenders with spice level hot, and some fries. The fries were interesting, the pieces weren't very uniform so they didn't cook super evenly but the seasoning that they put on the fries was great. It was a little more on the sweet side compared to many seasoned fries that I had but it was surprisingly good. The flavor on the tenders was really good! I wish they coated the tender with a little bit more of the spice because the spice mix was great. The "hot" level of spice wasn't unbearably hot but it had a good kick to it. The only disappointing part about the tender was the breading, it wasn't as crispy as I would have liked but it was overall decent.

We decided to try them out since I was in the mood for some hot chicken. I got the tenders (Medium), hubby got a sandwich (hot), and we got the kiddos a sandwich and nuggets with no heat. The meals came with fries as well. As we waited on our food, someone had ordered the fries with the chicken - looked delicious, and I might have to try that next time. My food was good - it wasn't as spicy as another hot chicken's medium heat was but still good. Everyone enjoyed their food... no complaints. We will go back if in the area.

Absolutely ridiculous. I don't know if they are under new ownership but my order was horrible! The order was for JUMBO bone in wings and they are little baby wings. There were no pickles or bread and when I asked the person at the counter where the sides were he said oh we changed it and argued with me about it. I said but in Uber eats you have not changed it and that's what I paid for. The boneless wings plain looked burnt and like gizzards. I am missing my house sauces that ALSO was supposed to be included. Never coming back here again.

Ordered the sandwich, wings, and chicken and waffles. All the chicken was dry, rubbery, and barely edible. We've had bad experiences at this location before, but they advertised new flavors on their ig page and there was a deal on ubereats, so we gave them another shot. Ironically, the wings had almost none of the lemon pepper seasoning we ordered. Additionally everyone's fries were stale. Will be sticking with daves hot chicken and ricky's hot chicken.

I got free chicken from their deal going on right now and I cannot complain. Really solid chicken and a great selection of flavors.

Nashville hot chicken on rice? I have had so many versions of the sandwich but this rice bowl has me craving another one. The combination with their house made pickles, coleslaw and comeback sauce was on point! The chicken was moist, extremely flavorful and the Hot AF is definitely going to have you reaching for some milk. Note: I suggest starting with medium or mild and getting a Hot AF tender on the side. You'll love it!! I promise!!

Update: I didn't realize this place tried to contact me through Yelp and try to make things right but I do appreciate it. I would like to say thanks in trying to reach out to me. It shows that this place cares and tries to become better. The original review was meant to make sure it doesn't happen again to the next person. I'll probably stop by one day again if I'm ever down in that area. In the mean time guys, please don't let my original review scare you. They probably already fixed that issue.

Really kind people working here and the chicken was pretty good, you can't go wrong with garlic parm! Fries were nice and crispy too! Would recommend!

Went back to give these guys another shot. I wanted to love them so much. I remember the fries being really great last time, but today they were just wrong. I thought I remembered them being hand cut? I could be wrong but these were so bad. So HARD they broke my fork! I love the pickles and slaw (I don't typically take slaw but theirs has a vinegary bite that stands up well against the sauce) Chicken is still just meh. It's tender and juicy but there's a flavor component missing that makes it underwhelming. The girl working at the counter had the best personality and was funny and warm and helpful. It was a little disappointing to see two gentlemen- looked like possibly the owner and manager meeting in the dining area- ignore her when she tried to notify them that she was leaving for the day, despite seeing the "manager" make eye contact with her on two occasions. After my fork broke I headed to the empty counter to get a replacement and it took a few moments for him to realize I was there- though when he did acknowledge me he was kind and smiling.

One of the better hot chicken places in the area. It's fast casual. Got the medium spice level and it was good for me. Three tenders for $9.50. I actually liked that it didn't come with fries as part of a combo unlike many other places. Note that they do offer grilled chicken for people who are looking to be more health conscious. Would come back again.

Not worth the price point. The company is bent on up charging for petty things and the real prices are not reflected correctly on their jumbo screen menu. Having already paid for 2 meals amounting to 25+ I asked if we could try some of their hot chicks sauce one of the workers was filling in the pc cups. The manager starts ringing up sauces to charge more so I point out the dishonesty their pricing tactics. He points to a small folded paper with 8 pt font of the increase after the cash register. Hey I realize it's Plano, and rents not cheap but the least you can do is update the pricing on your menu. Not have a tiny paper that a normal sized human being would have to squat down to even read.

Warning: Hot is Extremely hot. I ordered Loaded fries with chicken and chose HOT as spice level. It was extremely spicy. I've has thai food at level 5 in the past, but this was too spicy for me. I couldn't finish my meal. Try medium or low if you cannot tolerate spicy food.

Love that this place has outdoor seating. Chicken has varying levels of spice. I would say the HOT here is not nearly as hot as Rickys or other competitors. You get some back heat without the initial flavor burst you may expect from hot chicken, but it's still good. The fries are delicious with generous Cajun flavor on crispy crinkle cuts. Something that surprised me was my order of tacos, sandwich, and fries was delivered with no sauce. I had to go back in to order sauces at 50 cents each. Not steep, but something to remember so you don't have to go back up to the counter. Something unique is that they have boozy frozen drinks which I'll be sure to try next time. Overall a good convenient chicken spot with ample seating and short lines.

The people making and serving were nice and were not the problem. It's this franchise alone. The main franchise I visit is in fort worth and the food quality is wonderful. The location is on Dallas pkwy is terrible. The chicken was over fried and over grilled. They don't have crinkle-cut fries and the ones I received were hard and brittle. The sauce is cute but the food quality is garbage..

When a new Nashville chicken spot opens up in Dallas, I'm always excited to try it. Although this place was good, I would not say it compares to some of the other Nashville chicken spots in dfw which is why I give it 3 stars. Service & Atmosphere: The service was amazing, the staff was very helpful in answering any questions that I had. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice, as they have TVs for anyone that might want to come watch a game. Although I would say, when it is busy it get kind of packed and the social distancing protocol is not in play. Food: I ordered the the sandwich with medium heat and the loaded fries with mild heat. The chicken breast was cooked very well, but the breading of the chicken was nice and crispy. I always love a good crunch! The pickles were kind of dry for me though. The loaded fries come as crinkle cut fries topped with chicken slices, coleslaw, and sauce. This was very filling for an actually meal alone. Would def order this again. But it came with a side of cheese, which I was not a fan of. Tasted like broccoli and cheese to me. However, I would say the spice ratio was not as accurate. Maybe next time I should try the hot to compare it. But I only felt a small bit of a kick for medium. Overall it's a great establishment and a great addition for the Plano area.

I am a big fan of spicy foods and the Main Chicks Sandwich satisfies my craving. The chicken breasts are quite spicy, so get ready! The brioche buns, paired with the vinegar slaw and hot chicks sauce is the perfect combo. And, their fries are equally as great, the seasoning is so flavorful. All in all, the meal is reasonably priced and worth trying.

So I've heard a lot about this place and I was so excited to finally check it out! Being part of the email list, I received an invitation to come to a sneak peek and I knew I couldn't miss it. I ordered The Sandwich and Loaded Fries, to go. Seeing as Ricky's Hot Chicken has been my best, and only Hot Chicken experience in the DFW, I couldn't help but compare the two. I'm sure many of you are going to do the same thing so I'll save you the trouble. The Sandwich - I couldn't help but notice that the sandwich was a lot smaller than the one at Ricky's. The portion sizes overall are a lot smaller as well. Not a bad thing, just the first thing I immediately recognized. Second, the slaw was okay, but the vinaigrette left much to be desired. Not the worst, but not my fave. I've gotta give it to Ricky's on that one too. However, chicken was delicious!! I got the mild spice level and it actually had a bit of a sweetness that I wasn't expecting. Still came with the heat though, so that was a nice surprise! Mind you, I generally order the medium spice level at Ricky's, so bear that in mind. Their Hot Chicks Sauce is also delicious! Definitely reminded me of Rickys comeback sauce with a bit more tang to it. Seasoned Fries - Okay, this is where they have Ricky's beat. These fries are fresh cut, super well seasoned, and SO GOOD!! You can absolutely taste the difference!! LOVED them. One thing you should note is they definitely give you less fries here than they do at Ricky's so keep that in mind. Loaded Fries - These were good! Like I said before, the coleslaw didn't blow my mind, but it wasn't bad! The fries were delicious, piping hot and the chicken was on point. All in all, good! So yeah - Long story short, - TLDR - My boyfriend said it best, "Hot Chicks has better fries, but Ricky's has the better chicken sandwich". So that is our verdict. All things considered, I would definitely come back. The staff was super nice and welcoming, and the food was good! I am definitely excited to try other things on the menu!

1st visit based on Yelp reviews. The other hot chicken locations didn't have enough info to get me to their place yet. My best advice is start with mild seasoning. Anything more you need to be fire proof I guess. Sign said wait 10-15 minutes for food but we got ours a bit faster. Maybe not too busy for Sun lunch. Weather getting better so some eat on patio.

Finally came here yesterday after waiting several weeks to come here after reading all the great Yelp reviews. This place deserves all the great reviews! I can tolerate spicy food so I ordered their Hot chicken sandwich thinking it would not be a big deal, was about to order their Hot AF option instead because I can eat spicy ! Glad I didn't, their Hot option was more than enough spicy! Anyhow, I've been to the popular local Hattie B's in Nashville and this sandwich is second best to theirs which is a huge compliment! Hit this place up now if you haven't yet.

Omg everything here was so good. The chicken and waffles was great. The tenders were so good. The fries had a little kick to it. The wings were my favorite. The medium was a bit too spicy for me but had really good flavor. The mild flavored wings were my favorite. It had the perfect amount of seasoning. BYou don't even need the sauce that comes with it. Definitely coming back here for more wings.

We were welcomed as soon as we entered the door! Employees were all very nice, attentive and clean. Establishment well maintained. It's also nice and cold inside to beat the heat. The Mac and cheese was SO flavorful. I'm in love. Chicken was big juicy and the mild was just right!

After reading all the hype around Hot Chicks and Nashville hot chicken in general, I was very underwhelmed upon trying out Hot Chicks. Their tenders to me tasted just like the tenders from Whataburger. Except unfortunately, their fries aren't very good so they can't compare to Whataburger. Overall, the aesthetic of the food is akin to Canes (with regards to the diversity of their menu and the style of their platters: chicken, sauce, tenders, bread, cole slaw). But even compared to Canes, I'd say Canes is better because it's cheaper, faster, and has better tasting bread, sauce, and fries (their chicken is probably the same value for me). Overall, this place is not what I expected. It cannot compete at ALL to a restaurant like Mike's Chicken, or even to similar Nashville Hot Chicken places like Ricky's in Richardson. I probably won't come back here, I could just go to Canes or Whataburger if I was interested in this style of food. Disclaimer: I got the No Heat tenders. I don't like spice which is why I didn't get a hotter flavor, but perhaps that is the real selling point for this place. That would make it different from Whataburger or Canes that don't sell spicy chicken.

I came here after visiting the Potter's House and the food was very underwhelming. I order the 6 wings hot with seasoned fries and a water. It looked good but was super basic. It just had heat with no flavor. And the wings were really small I assumed they would be whole wings. Ughh wouldn't recommend if you are hungry

Overall the food was good, very flavorful but the problem was the time we waited for the food. My colleagues and I came to the restaurant during our lunch break around 12:20, placed our orders right away. There's a sign saying the order might take 10-15 minutes which we were fine with that. After waited and waited, those customers who came after us for to-go had left with their food (they didn't order ahead of time- they ordered at the counter like we did). There were only 3 of us, we got our food after 45 minutes!!! This's not acceptable, understood that they cook to order but this's way too long for just a fried chicken!!! They just prioritize the takeaway orders and not dining in. Very disappointed.

I'll start by saying , I eat at this Location quite frequently and the food is usually hot and fresh . I only gave them a 2 because I know the food has much better potential . Today I ordered my usual which is the jumbo wings and seasoned fries . First , these wings are no where near the size they usually are . There is NOTHING jumbo about these here . They were extremely overcooked and had no spice to them whatsoever. The fries were soggy and had NO seasoning at all either . Idk if there is a new cook or what but this is just horrible . I hope that they are able to figure this out but I won't be ordering with them again unless I go to the store myself .

The best Nashville hot chicken I've ever had! This place was fire. We ordered the chicken sandwich and the chicken tacos and both were super large portions that came with fries. We got medium heat which was a nice good spice, leaves your lips stingy so beware. We also ordered the Mac and cheese which was surprisingly great - tasted like real cheese and not some artificial mix. The chicken itself had a sweet, soft, crunchy feel that just made it so delicious. Highly recommend!

Hot Chicks was amazing. Toasted brioche bun, secret Hot Chicks Sauce topped with awesome coleslaw and some seasoned pickles. My first bite was just what I had envisioned... crunchy fried crust and tender juicy chicken inside. The chicken breast was probably two inches thick. The fries came hot (warm) and seasoned. On spices, they don't have fire extinguishers on the wall for no reason. We got the "mild", which was a little hot for both of us. I'd probably get it mild again, but it was a little too much for my daughter. We had their chocolate mousse for desert, which was topped with some toasted marshmallows. It was rich and creamy. We recommend Hot Chicks and can't wait to come back! We are already thinking who else we can bring with us.

Delicious! Super crispy chicken with large portions, with homemade style fries, and addictive Hot Chicks sauce. As a comparison to Rickys Hot Chicken (which is the other frequented zabiha Nashville Hot Chicken joint): 1. Hot Chicks fries were superior, they were crispy and seemed made in house with flaky sea salt unlike the generic crinkle cut fries at Rickys. However the quantity of fries with the sandwich combo is more at Rickys. The fries at Hot Chicks also do not seem to be tossed/seasoned with the dry spice rub like at Rickys. 2. Hot Chicks dry spice rub has a slightly sweet flavor to it so the chicken itself had a little sweetness to it. 3. The chicken itself seemed extra crispy and larger than the portions at Rickys. 4. Beware the spice levels at Hot Chicks are a notch above Rickys. Overall loved Hot Chicks, it was clean and the outdoor seating was awesome and well kept. Will definitely be returning, my husband and I have found our favorite new Nashville Hot Chicken spot in the DTX area!

No just no! Went there today with wife and we regret it. We ordered the sandwhich and fries with side of the "special sauce". First of the place looks nasty the floor are sticky and the tables you can see the streak marks of dirty water. The sandwhich brioche bun is good but the chicken breast was stale and old! I'm sure it was fresy fried but old chicken that's the only way for it to be nasty like that and not sure what their meaning of "jumbo" chicken breast is by it was flat!!!! And hard barely any meat. I took a picture of it too. And now the fries, more like the cheapest type of fries you get at mom and pop shops. The fries were super thick and not fully cooked at all. No wonder this place didn't have a single customer there while we there the entire time. Ending up tossing the food and going to another place. Wasted money and time! Never again Update: not sure why the owner wants me to email him when I clearly mentioned my entire crappy experience here
