I had such a great experience here! The chicken tenders were cooked perfectly, and you can really taste that everything is made fresh with great quality. The food came out hot, crispy, and full of flavor. The customer service was amazing from the moment I walked in; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel welcome. It’s hard to find a place in Beaumont that delivers both delicious food and truly great service, but this spot definitely does. I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending it to everyone looking for the best tenders in town! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Hot Chix restaurant has yummy original and spicy chicken strips and wings. I love the idea that they have Mac cheese with chicken; also, they have delicious shakes. My son tried Orio one and loved it. The restaurant is super clean and the staff are friendly and very kind.

I’d take a picture of my meal, but it was so good it’s already gone! I got the tender meal and was not let down. Honestly, it reminded me of Raising Cane’s — except better. The tenders were perfectly juicy and cooked just right. I had the original flavor this time, but I’ll definitely be back to try the spicy ones. And don’t forget to order the Hot Chix signature sauce — easily one of the best fry sauces I’ve ever had. The prices might look a little spendy at first, but for the quality and portion size, it’s totally worth it. Honestly, you’d spend about the same at a gas station deli for dry chicken, and this blows that away. The employees and management were super polite and gave 10/10 service. And now for what matters almost as much as the food — the cleanliness. This place is spotless. They’ve got a 100 inspection grade, and it shows. I’m pretty picky about where I eat, but they keep this place clean and comfortable. Highly recommend!

It's ok .. I was just hungry and needed something quick.. the chicken is good the spice or crust is very messy... The coke and toast was the best thing there to me.... But they're cooking the tenders properly and that's a big plus. If you like messy good eating this is your spot.. But I did appreciate the customer service...

The chicken tenders are awesome and the sauces and fries. Five stars from me. The tender were giants, everything is freshly made. Recommended.

Had 2 sliders with fries. The chicken was seasoned well (I chose HOT) and the slaw was crunchy. The only improvement I would make is kosher dill slices instead of regular hamburger dill chips. Service was OK, but food came out very slowly. I'm sure this will speed up once they've been open for a while longer. Overall, I'll be back and will recommend to others. UPDATE: I took my wife today for her first experience. I was excited that they DID CHANGE their pickles to kosher dill!! It made ALL the difference! As a huge fan of Dave's Hot Chicken in Houston, my wife said, " That's BETTER than Dave's!" Service has improved, and the food was out twice as fast as before. Keep up the good work, Hot Chix!!!! I'm telling EVERYONE!

Staff is very friendly and the food is phenomenal. Girlfriend has an iron gut and the blazin hot spice level definitely put it to the test.
