Amazing customer service Fahed was a great work with a great attitude and seemed very genuine with a great smile. He was a hardworking person helping out both in the front and the back, and was extremely efficient with his work. Fantastic food definitely recommend trying out the tacos. And they had many varieties of drinks and food.

Didn’t expect much from a gas station, but Hot Chix blew me away. The chicken is crispy, juicy, and packed with real flavor—not just heat for the sake of it. The sandwich with slaw and pickles hits all the right notes, and the fries are legit. Staff are friendly, place is clean, and you leave smelling like pure fried happiness.

My friend recommended this spot to me for great food, and it did not disappoint! The tacos were amazing (!!!!!) along with everything else. The flavours in everything I ate were top notch. Everything was cooked perfectly and really had such a great kick to each item. Such a great little piece of Southern in Toledo :)

Halal good food. One thing to remember. If you ask spicy. You will get spicy.

Drove 35 minutes because my boyfriend raves about this place, waited over 20 minutes but once I tried the food I wasn’t mad anymore. Definitely would drive back again 👍🏻

My boyfriend had a mobile order and I ordered the hot chix fries and they gave me fries with chicken and cheese sauce. That’s it. No pickles, hot chix sauce, or coleslaw. And my milkshake is milk. It’s not frozen at all and 100% melted all the way through. This is my second time and the first time was great expect the milkshake was also very melted then. For $13.99 for my fries and $6.99 for my melted shake, you would think they got it right.

First time ordering from Hot Chix and absolutely amazing…Wow! It’s been a very long time having over the top, quality chicken done right! The staff were super friendly and everyone greeted me as I walked in to pickup our order. Their attitude was super-positive and the food was delicious! A special shout out to April and Matthew! Thanks for taking care of us this evening with a wonderful late night meal. The family was happy and was nice to see everyone laughing and enjoying their food over funny stories. Ordered a variety of food from here and everything was delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly. The biscuits are so so good!! I got the 3pack of Avo-ranch chicken tacos and was blown away by how well they were prepared and tasted! This place is definitely worth the money. I highly recommend it!
