Had this catered one day for work and man I have to say……. IT WAS AWESOME. I dealt with Linda for the catering process and she’s amazing. The food was delivered hot and fresh, exactly what we ordered, and when I say the employees were skeptical as it being too spicy when they tasted it they all sat back and looked at the sandwich and said WOW THIS IS DELICIOUS!!!! The sandwiches were huge, the fries were awesome and the employees (hard group to please) were extremely happy. After lunch went back to clean the room, normally it’s food left, Not yesterday, they ate multiple sandwiches, there was absolutely nothing left. Don’t change anything keep the food and the service impeccable just as it is!!!!! Thanks again Linda!!!

Absolutely Amazing! I just had one of the best meals I’ve had out in a long time. The chicken was incredible — perfectly seasoned, full of flavor, and the portions were generous. You can tell they put real care into what they serve. On top of that, the gentlemen working there were exceptionally kind and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend. I’ll definitely be back.

My friend recommended this spot to me for great food, and it did not disappoint! The tacos were amazing (!!!!!) along with everything else. The flavours in everything I ate were top notch. Everything was cooked perfectly and really had such a great kick to each item. Such a great little piece of Southern in Toledo :)

Amazing customer service Fahed was a great work with a great attitude and seemed very genuine with a great smile. He was a hardworking person helping out both in the front and the back, and was extremely efficient with his work. Fantastic food definitely recommend trying out the tacos. And they had many varieties of drinks and food.

I don't know which is better, HOT CHIX's service or the fantastic food! Their customer service went beyond and above with their catering order and the manager made sure they had everything perfect for the event I was doing. Also, their chicken and their variety on the menu is unbeatable. Everyone at my event loved their food and was saying how it was the best chicken they have ever tasted! Can't beat the fact that their chicken is HALAL, which is certified in the way it is cleansed and prepared!

I was traveling from one state to another and stopped at this gas station. I honestly didn’t expect the food to be this good! The quality was amazing, the place was very clean, and the staff were so friendly — especially someone named Mousa. He was really kind and welcoming. I highly recommend this place! 😊

This place is a true hidden gem. The food is always hot and fresh. Tons of options to fit your needs. The staff is friendly and fast. We order lunch here all the time and they always do an excellent job. I recommend “the feast” it feeds 25 people and is like $200 which is a steel for the amount of food you get.

Ordered a variety of food from here and everything was delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly. The biscuits are so so good!! I got the 3pack of Avo-ranch chicken tacos and was blown away by how well they were prepared and tasted! This place is definitely worth the money. I highly recommend it!

The fried chicken is good, a bit pricey, and if its in the tray you can get by the piece and dont have too pay extra for nasvillizing. The hot is insane, medium was a bit much too. If its in the hot tray you also dont have to wait a min of 20 mins for chicken, which seems like a long time, but thats nothing compared to time you wait just for your order to be taken. Its just plus for a well stocked over-priced carry-out offering a decent product, which when available is a decent value. I think if youre part of the "family" you get better pricing and service. Overall i would say if they have thighs, legs and wings in the warming box, no one in line, get a box of pieces -it satisfies. Let me add no way around the wait, YOU CANNOT PREORDER A PICK-UP, according to phone msg, they aint got time for actual orders unless they can see you. want to pick-up on the way home or to work? Pass it by, they close early and open late. Its a family food supply where the rest of us are the profit margin.
