I stopped by this small hot dog place and was honestly impressed. The food was tasty and perfect for a quick, satisfying meal. The service was friendly and welcoming, and what really stood out to me was how they treated my dog! They brought out a bowl of water and even gave him a hot dog of his own. That kind of thoughtful gesture goes a long way. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and looking for something casual, quick, and delicious, plus it’s dog-friendly, which is a big bonus!

This place is great! I came for some food and I asked if I could have something from the breakfast menu and they had some time so they made me the steak and egg sandwich *chefs kiss* and I got some potato pancakes too. I asked if they had sour cream and applesauce and they didn’t but the owner (seemed like the owner) found some sour cream and packed it up for me. I even asked for some giardiniera but as a bigger side so I could take it home to my husband but they sold me the jar that they use! It was honestly one of the best customer experiences I have had in awhile. We own an icecream shop so we know how hard the grind is and I can tell this crew cares and works hard. Not to mention the food was amazing! My husband is very happy with his sauce and he ate my leftovers and he also loved it. Thank you guys for making my day!

I got the Italian beef sandwich without the peppers. It was really good and that dipping sauce they give you takes the sandwich over the top. My GF enjoyed the cheese burger we both love the potato pancakes.

I love this type of environment. The establishment itself is old and outdated. It's small. It's not the cleanest. There are 4 or 5 large picnic tables outside and a small bar inside that you can stand at. You order inside and sit outside and they bring it out. It's CASH ONLY. The prices are fair, the food is good and the service is friendly. You really can't ask for much more. Oh, and the seasoned waffle fries are amazing!! The only issue was the parking lot, there wasn't really anywhere to park. We just got lucky. But, it was busy.

This is one of the places my dad took me as a kid. Now, I'm getting to take my family here, which is truly a gem. The service is southern hospitality. Gotta get a chili cheese at least once. But all the menu is great. It's a great place to eat and enjoy South florida comfort.

What a perfectly fun joint. We were hungry before going to the airport and saw this little joint just off Griffin Rd, a few minutes away. The dogs were made to order, and the waffle fries were off the charts.A super-friendly mom-and-pop atmosphere. I had the Chicago dog. I've never seen or had anything like it. Definitely going back again with the family.

By far the Chicago dog they serve is the best dog I ever had. At first it seems like there is too much stuff on it but it all blends perfectly together for the most delicious dog Cash only we only had 10 bucks and were able to get the Chicago and NY dog with 2 sodas. I think we were a bit short but the owners daughter who runs the place was so nice she said don't worry I got you. Great pit stop for lunch or a snack. Even dinner super delicious !

What a great and friendly place to go for lunch! I consider myself a hot dog connoisseur and this is south Florida's palace of hot dogs. So many tasty choices done well. I enjoy the Chicago style and my old reliable cooked onions and sauerkraut but my go-to when I hit Diggity is the New York style. If only they had the J Buffs Italian style Hot Dogs of NJ, but don't fret, They do have the Italian beef sandwiches of Chicago if you need something other than cow lips wrapped in a sausage casing. I can't imagine anything the have not being good to eat but I haven't had everything on the menu yet. I am working on it though. It's Cash only! So know that going in or else you will have to have a lesser meal for lunch. Go, you will love it!

Always love to support family owned businesses! They offer family feel service and good food! Drive thru available on the back of the building or dine "in" at the outdoor picnic tables (covered). Be sure to bring cash- cash only establishment. Absolutely come here when you are craving a good hot dog!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Everything from the customer service to the food is beyond amazing. This is one of those Dania staples that you MUST come visit no matter how far away it is from you. It should be noted that they're cash only so make sure you have that squared away before visiting. If you love hotdogs & burgers I promise you'll leave here more than satisfied! I could go on & on about how fantastic their hotdogs are but even that would be under-selling it. There's just something so special about these dogs that can't be put into words. They use Vienna Beef dogs which really helps them stand out. Every time I visit it's a necessity to get a Chicago dog & I usually pair that with a regular or a chili-cheese. The Chicago dog from here is something that you'll eat & continue to have dreams about for weeks to come, it's THAT good. The toppings are always incredibly fresh. They've got the balance of everything down to a T; I guess that's what happens when you've been in business for over 30 years! They also serve burgers & Italian beef sandwiches which I've never got because I'm so hooked on their dogs, but I've been here with people who've ordered both & have nothing but great things to say about them. The portion sizes are huge & there's no lack of quality in either of these also. Maybe one day I'll order my own but I don't mind taking a few bites of their food while I scarf down my hotdogs. Their cheese fries are also a great addition to any meal. Much like everything else, the portion sizes are phenomenal for what little you pay here. I also want to bring up the fact about how sweet the owner, Rosina, is. From the minute you walk in all the way until you leave, her & her employees treat you like family. It's not something you would expect from a hole-in-the-wall hot dog vendor but they sure make you feel welcomed. These people truly appreciate your business. I've even been offered an extra free hotdog when the owner thought I wasn't full enough from what I ordered. Now that's how you get customers to keep coming back. It's no surprise why the business has been going strong for as long as it has! I've now been coming here for a couple of years & I can confidently say I will continue to come as long as their doors remain open. Do yourself a favor & stop on by. You won't be disappointed!

Cash only , cash only! Not that I made that clear let me tell yeah about this place. Small cooked to order hot dog stand/place that makes the kid in you feel like a educated kid! You take the basic hot dog and make it classy. Fresh tasting authentic flavors wrapped into a bun . Many options to choose from . Large selection of sodas to pair with even have Dr Browns cream sodas ! . Please give them a try . They even have a drive up window . Live laugh and hot Diggity Dog !

Great dogs! I got the NY style and boy did that dog crack. I would recommend this place to anyone that loves hot dogs.

Love the silly name that's fun to say. This has become my new place to get a Chicago dog because they're actually open unlike some places *cough cough* hot dog heaven... And there's a drive-thru which I love...the waffle fries were perfection.

This is a great hotdog spot. Probably my favorite in the area. Staff are courteous and attentive. I got my chili dog and onion rings in just a few minutes and the serving of the onion rings was surprisingly generous with a great dipping sauce. Hot dog has a great bite and I love the simplicity of a chili dog done well. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the area. Only issue is they only accept cash so come prepared but the prices are very reasonable.

I am a regular here, normally I have a Chicago dog & I'm happy. This time I had a deluxe burger, it was one of the best hamburgers I've had. Thanks momma, you are the best.

This is a great place to grab a quick hot dog. It's like a hot dog version of a ventanita- you do step inside to order, but there is no seating so once you order you sit at picnic tables outside. There's a drive through as well, but I haven't used it. The only thing to keep in mind is that they only take cash, I was almost disappointed but fortunately my better half had cash on him.

I want to start by thanking Naomi S for telling me how great the Chicago got dogs are here. She didn't lie, it was almost a if I was in Chicago eating one of their famous hot dogs! I really have to start by saying that the people who work here are just the nicest and most helpful, especially Rosita who is one of the owners. I didn't realize it was cash only and my son and I ordered a couple of dogs a couple of drinks and some fries.. When she found out I didn't have cash on me she offered to buy the drinks and the hot dogs for us. I mean where do you see that nowadays? I told her I would run down the road to get some cash but ahe really didn't want me to make the extra trip but I told her it was really no trouble at all and I told her how much I appreciated her kindness and how rare that is nowadays. The food was fantastic! In addition to our hot dogs we shared some fries and a small order was way more than enough for two people. As we were eating Rosita came out to see how we were enjoying our food and then insisted we try a hot dog with her homemade red onion sauce and she made one for us, on the house. I know that red onion sauce is typically a New York thing but I encourage anyone who's never had it to at least try it once. The red onions here were sooo good, I'm definitely hooked! We've since returned and have tried the chili dogs and the burgers and both were amazing but that's only made it harder for me to decide what i want when I go there! If you like hot dogs, sausage. burgers and Italian Beef sandwiches, give this small, family owned restaurant a try I promise you'll be glad you did. Closed on Sunday and Monday.

Legit Chicago dogs! Not just a half-assed attempt at Chicago dogs - this place has all the proper fixin's. Chili cheese dog was tasty too & basket of fries was generous.

Yes ! Finally found the best place for hot dogs in Broward county ! The place is organized, clean and inviting. The service is extremely friendly. Prices are good. Tried few kind of hot dogs- All of them where tasty and with generous condiments. Wonderful! Little tip : get cash (they accept no cards)

Loved the deal on dogs and my sought after Sausage peppers and onions! Chili cheese dog had a perfect blend of chili on it. Staff was great and nice to see folks from NY and NH running it. Go for coffee and pastries across the street after.

Chicago Dog I'm still giving it a five-star because everything is over the top except this time. It seems like the flavor of the hot dog change. I hope I'm wrong. I hope they haven't changed anything but I'm still going back

HOT DOG! A small family food spot. I REALLY like going to this place I've been twice now they have odd hours, I've been twice when they were closed, which was annoying but I just call before we get in the car now too make sure they will be open. I've had the Chicago dog my bf had a burger and we split a chili cheese dog. The food was on point, yummy!

Great place to grab something to eat. Either breakfast or lunch, you can not go wrong. Very small place, it does not look like much. It might even look closed. But make sure to stop by. I went to eat at 1pm and the place was not full. There was a line in the drive thru. And it was constantly moving. This place is known for sandwiches and hot dogs. I had the Italian beef sandwich and it was great. I will go back to try the chili cheese dog for sure!!! The people working there are super nice too!!

I always pass by here but never been till today. It doesn't look nice but the food is great. You order the food inside or go through the drive through. There is parking in the back. After you order your food you sit down and they bring it out. The staff was very nice. I'm told it's been here since the 80's I went with my husband who is from Chicago. We loved the food. He said the giardiniera on the Italian beef was the right kind of hot. We split that sandwich which they put in two plates for us. Au jus was on the side. It was very tasty. But of course messy. We also had a hot dog each he had the Chicago Dog with all the topping and I had the New York Dog you can have that with sauerkraut and onions. We will come back again

This is small hot dog "hut" but is a staple of Broward county. Though they specialize in hot dogs and brats, they have several other menu items. If you are looking for a good ole' fashioned hot dog... this is your place. Please be aware.... this is a cash business only (or was at the time I visited). The employee who took my order notified me of their policy, which I certainly understand. I did not have any cash on me at the time. I was able to speak with the owner, who proactively realized my dilemma, and was exceptionally accommodating. I look forward to going back.

The best hot dogs anywhere. The New York dog is spot on. Trying the Chicago dog today. And they welcome my sweet pup with open arms and hot dog snacks. Hahah

Supporting local community restaurants during these times sometimes involves a 20 minute drive...and well worth the effort! My wife used to frequent Hot Diggity for lunch for lunch when she worked on the airport property. I occassionally could rendezvous and got to enjoy a great hot dog and visit with my sweetie! Today I had my favorite standard, the Chicago Dog, complete with all the trimmings on a steamed poppyseed bun. Delicious, and we shared Waffle Fries and some Onion rings. They have A&W Diet Root Beer to go with your meal. Calling ahead to place our order we only had to wait a minute or two at the drive through window for our order. We pulled into one of the open parking slots in their small lot to enjoy our lunch. There was no way we could drive any distance with our prize to taste and enjoy!

Lived here 23 years, have driven past a million times. Very glad I stopped by today as I was craving a NY hot dog for lunch. Had 2, didn't disappoint!

HOT DIGGITY DOG!!! It was absolutely STUPID how good the hotdogs were. The Chicago and N.Y. were DELICIOUS but.... That was hands down the best chili cheese dog i have ever had the pleasure of scarfing down in my entire life. I'm absolutely stuffed and I'm still debating getting another. And this was one of the most welcoming and attentive staff i've ever experienced. 11/10. * bring cash * we had to to go to an ATM but boy was it worth it. This place truly deserves every bit of praise it gets. Rosina is an absolute angel.

I have driven by this small unassuming place countless times and we finally decided to stop yesterday. When you walk in here you feel like you stepped back in time. The lady, Rosina that runs the place told us its been here for 30 years. She was helpful in guiding us in the right direction with what to order. My wife had the polish sausage and I had the burger. Both were excellent. We also tried the chicago dog and were very impressed. They have a drive thru and some seating in the front. Just be sure to bring cash as its cash only. Ill definitely be back. Food tasted very fresh!

It was a beautiful day to eat outside at their picnic tables, instead of just getting their drive-thru window. Ordered the Italian Beef sandwich with the sweet & hot peppers of the giardiniera era, with the dipping sauce on the side. The larger 8" Sandwich had a good amount of beef & decent size, with the right amount of spiciness. The onion rings were thin & battered well. No waffle fries were not available at this time. Soda Diet Dr.Pepper in can only. We return to try other menu items, Italian sausage & Sabrett & Vienna Chicago style hotdogs. Be Warned No credit cards / Cash Only. Staff was very friendly & accommodating

I must have passed this place hundreds of times and never really noticed it. I am not sure what made me stop here this time. I was with my son and his friend and I wanted to take them somewhere quick but a little different than McDonalds or Subway. Hot Diggity Dogs and More is little more than a roadside stand. There is some counter seating inside but much more seating outside on the picnic tables and benches. There was a gentleman playing music outside when we were there which just added to the atmosphere. Hot Diggity also has a drive thru so you don't even have to get out of the car when you are really craving that dog! What I found truly special about this place though was the service. The woman that took our order was so sweet and our order was ready within minutes. Hot Diggity Dogs specializes in the Chicago style Hot Dog but it serves "New York" style hot dogs and chili digs as well. Despite several trips to Chicago, I had never tried a Chicago style dog so I had to go with that. I don't have much basis for comparison, but the dog with all the toppings was pretty good. My son got a. Philly Cheesesteak and enjoyed it. There are lots of other items on the menu including chicken, burgers, sausages, fries, onion rings. Yes, it's junk food heaven, but it does have more charm than your average fast food chain.

I love stopping here! Family friendly if your into that however I mainly see people on break from work come in for a quick but definitely not fast food experience. I've been here about 6 times. It's always consistent always friendly and always delicious and fresh... except that one time, they were closed and I was so sad lol next time I'll check the hours before driving out! Chicago dog and a chili dog are my go to staples here..... total $7 for lunch can't go wrong there! I usually always have my own water bottle with me however if you need to buy one they have nonalcoholic drinks inside for purchase as well. There is parking in the back or you can drive thru. It's a little messy I prefer to eat there. Some days they even have music

Number one Hot Dog place on my List. They have pivoted well during the pandemic. I phone ordered while in line for the drive through. The food was ready by the time we got to the window. These were the best dogs ever. I had the all American and the Chicago style dog. Chicago was way too messy but delicious at $3.85 it was worth it. My date had the Chili dog and it disappeared before i could look over and ask how it was.

I used to come here when I worked at the airport not far away but more than twenty years ago! Today, I was craving a hot dog and decided a drive was in order. The building looks much the same... and surprisingly, the prices aren't much higher considering how much time has passed since my last visit. We ordered on the phone as we were driving and they told us about 10 minutes. We made better time than expected and the order was ready in just a minute or two more. They have a drive up window (which they've always had) so they know how to do takeout quite well. The parking lot is not big nor is the space for their few outside tables either. The tables are not being used at the moment, of course. I had the easy order -- a sabrett with a bit of brown (they call it spicy) mustard. I'd asked for it well done, but they didn't do it that way. It was still quite good anyway. Perfect for my craving. My husband had their Chicago dog -- a Vienna beef with all the usual fixings including that neon green relish. Eek! It was messy but very good, as well. I couldn't remember which I liked best so we ordered two different sides -- their onion rings and their waffle fries. The onion rings came with a dipping sauce. Their waffle fries are lightly seasoned. Both sides were piping hot -- just out of the frier. And a tad greasy. I liked the waffle fries better of the two options. They have other things to order here besides hot dogs, of course, and some done very well. But if you're looking for a good dig, it's well worth the drive to head in this direction... Always an excellent choice... their hot dogs are soooo good and their fries are always crispy. We couldn't wait until we got home so we ended up eating them in the parking lot. Lol.

They have a lot more than hotdogs. Fast and inexpensive. I loved the Chicago dog! Don't get the large fries unless you have a lot of people in your group to share with.

Now that's a damn good dog! My local Chicago dog place has been closed for a while out of no where. And I got the hunger, so I decided to go on the hunt for a new Chicago dog. This place did not disappoint. It's a little place with a few picnic tables outside. The service was beyond what I expected. The people were all very nice, and they brought our food out to us when it was ready. Turns out my last place was phoning it in this whole time and I never knew. Hot Diggity Dog had the freshest ingredients- nothing soggy here. And you know what put it over the top? The season salt brought all of the individual flavors together. I will definitely drive the 30 minutes to get there the next time I have a dog craving. It wasn't just a hot dog. It was a WOW hot dog!

Small laid back establishment serving primarily hot dogs and beef sandwiches, but there is lots more. I had a hot dog with chopped onions that was delicious! The service was outstanding - fast and very friendly with hard workers. It is cash only, but since it was my first time, they worked with me. Give this place a try as I will definitely return!

I don't think I've ever felt closer to home while dining in south Florida. Rozene the owner of Hot Diggity Dogs and More provided a customer experience I won't soon forget. Depicted is her standard cheese burger & this is everything I am looking for in a old school diner burger: coarsely ground, griddle seared patty, pillow soft bun, a slice of American cheese, a thick tangle of onions, a flourish of pickles, and vine ripe tomato, but my favorite condiment was the crispy seasoned waffle fries. --I really hope the community continues to support owners like Rozene. If you want exceptional customer service with a hospitable charm and you happen to have cash on hand pay her a visit. * Side note: there's an ATM across the street. -2nd Side Note: I also ordered a chili dog but it didn't make the photo.

This place is amazing with very nice staff, we got fish baskets and hot dogs and everything was really good, they even offered us free drinks. I would go again, definitely recommend.

Friendliest place in Florida! A must go to place! The "hot dog lady" as she called herself hooked me up with their world famous Chicago dog, which was delicious. They have a drive through and picnic benches. It's a cute place that has been there for 35 years. Very reasonably priced! They have breakfast sandwiches and I will be back for that. Definitely. With cash in hand. As they only take cash! My kids will be here next week and we will definitely come here on a walk with the dogs!

Love this place. Great Chicago style food and unlike the jerks at Hot Dog Heaven, the owner and staff are so unbelievably nice. Oh, and also unlike Hot Dog Heaven, they actually put real giardiniera peppers on their beef sandwich. Make the trek west of 95; it's worth it
