The 24 Best Things to Eat at Universal Orlando Resort | Eater

"Don’t be fooled by the name and the ’90s exterior. This whimsical eatery offers denominations of tube steaks from Vienna to Sabrett and beyond, each dressed up in its hometown style. A self-serve mustard bar even enables a twist on the classic Chicago dog, if diners are so inclined." - Carlye Wisel

Ooooowwweeee I loved this place!! I’m from Chicago and I haven’t had a foot long in decades. Not only was the food good but the service was great too!! It is a walk up window but the staff was nice and the food was done super fast. I really wanted cheese fries and boy did they deliver. It was basically a large fry. This place is probably the cheapest thing you can get in that area of CityWalk. The dog was good, slaw was good. I can’t wait until the next time I go to the parks. This will forever be the first place I go!! I’ll be dreaming about the fries until I go again 😩

This place has been around for a long time. City Walk is continuously changing, evolving, reinventing itself and the food and beverage inside, but the Hot Dog Hall of Fame persists. Chronically understaffed, always running out of toppings, and excessively overpriced, the only thing the darn place really has going for it is its convenience and the simplicity of its menu. No, but seriously, it's actually fun seeing all the different dogs and seeing what kind of mood you're in. I always want the Two Foot Dog, but I'm always here when I have to eat awkwardly three hours later, so I don't want to get full. I came here this most recent time right before HHN. I reviewed all my options, and I went with the Chicago (Vienna all- beef dog, poppy-seed bun, yellow mustard, neon relish, sport peppers, pickle spear, diced onions and tomatoes, celery salt). If you've never had one of these, I recommend it. The bun texture is nice, the peppers add a nice bite, and the celery salt adds a floral note that just makes this a nice dog. Anyway, under the right circumstances, this place could make a night nice lunch for you and your party. I will probably be back.

Google
Dinner as we returned to the park after a midday break. We waited for a while in line to learn they were only taking mobile orders. Right after we ordered, they opened up the stand-by line. The food was good but the state dogs didn't obviously scream those places. Decent place for a cheap bite though.

Fun menu. Service was great! The italian hotdogs were good, although the buns were just average. The baseball stadium seating area was unique although would have been good if there was an area with AC.

Google
We ate here before visiting the parks on December 7, 2023. There was a mixup with mobile ordering that afternoon, and our order was not received properly by the location. After waiting about 20 minutes, I inquired and they started working on my order. Others were having the same mobile ordering issues. When received, however, the hotdog and sausage were excellent. The Kansas Cuty dog was good, but the Italian Sausage was amazing! The fries had zero flavor, like they hadn't been salted out of the fryer. In the future. I will get chips as a side instead.

Google
Friendly, efficient staff. Amazing portions for price. Absolutely finger licking hot dogs, with enough detail to use the regions hot dog brands in the hot dogs represented. They also have stadium seats from Yankee Stadium, Comiskey Park, Tiger Stadium, amongst others. Bonus: they face a giant screen above the store showing live baseball whenever possible. Legitimately one of my favorite places I've ever been. I would give this ten stars if I could. Everyone involved needs a raise and a pat on the back.

Google
Not sure how they are able to call themselves World's Best Dogs, but this is definitely not it. We came here around 9 pm on a Saturday after a day at Universal Studios. The wait for the food was about 15 minutes. The mustard/sauce station was empty, all of the bottles were empty. The seating and tables were all pretty dirty. The concept is cool, being able to try different types of hot dogs, but the overall experience and food was not great.

Dale Rigdon

Google
It's a standard hot dog. It's executed well and there are many topping choices. I go for the Chicago dog. Fries were average. It feels like the service should be faster. Baseball theming is fun. Gluten free bread available. We have visited twice and GF was sold out once. I would not rate as a must try but you will also not be disappointed.

Yelp
Pretty decent hotdog. I ordered one of the premade selections however the cook forgot to put the pinto beans on which was the reason i ordered that hot dog! Our cashier and person who made our food was named Abby. She couldn't have been more rude. We're in a heat advisory and just wanted to stop to refuel before switching parks. We spent $44 which included 2 fountain sprites. After our meal i went to ask the cooks if they do refills and they said no but proceeded to tell me that you can get refills on waters. Knowing I had made a fountain drink purchase I asked for a water refill but the man i was talking to didn't know so he asked Abby. Abby looked at me (felt like she was profiling me) then said No. Anyway, City Walk hotdogs is always a go to stop but unfortunately this experience has knocked it down on my list of Universal favorites!! Abby is doing this business and disservice! And Seriously City Walk Hot Dog Hall of Fame needs new refill rules, especially if there is a heat advisory issued!!

Yelp
Pros: Conveniently located right in the heart of City Walk. Not too far out of the way of most trips here. The hot dogs themselves are pretty good. They're like name brand all beef franks. Cons: Once you get to a person, they're always nice, but they're always so understaffed that the wait is sooo longgg. The price is high, but not like, too high, compared to other theme park related food stalls. Tips: Get the Chicago. It's delicious. And the Arizona is, too. You probably can't go wrong with any choice if you survive the wait to get to the register.

Yelp
I usually don't like hot dogs, but Hot Dog Hall of Fame was different. I ordered the Kansas City Hot Dog, and it was phenomenal. The hot dog was well-made with plenty of toppings, and everything tasted fresh. There were also so many other options to choose from, making it a great spot even if you're picky.

Yelp
We had purchased our Universal annual passes and were picking them up after 6 (for free parking!) so we could use them while family were in town. On the way out, we decided to eat something quick at CityWalk. The Hot Dog Hall of Fame was on our way, so we decided to give it a try. I love all of the different toppings options they have for hot dogs, and the price is pretty reasonable for a hot dog and fries combo (especially when visiting a theme park!). A lot of the hot dog topping options tempted me, but I went for the Italian Sausage with onions and peppers instead. The sandwich and fries came out hot and we didn't have to wait too long (like some of the reviewers have mentioned). And it tasted great. The condiment bar is pretty sparse. I wish it had more options there, too, instead of just ketchup. And I love the stadium seating. It's very well themed. However, we ended up sitting at a table above the stadium seating so I had something to set my food down on. It was a fun experience and a good quick service option at CityWalk.

Yelp
Me and my gf stopped by recently after spending some time at CityWalk. The cool appearance drew us to the place and I was like I haven't had a proper hot dog in years. Almost eight to be exact. So I was like let's grab a dog and share it. She eats kosher and I eat vegan/vegetarian 99% of the time with the exception of pescatarian here and there. I saw that they had a vegan hot dog and they use Field Roast which I truly love and they also had a veggie dog which I eat as well, but I was like you know I haven't ate meat for a long time let me splurge a little on this trip. We ordered the Chicago which is my favorite style and my gf had never had. So it was a nice treat for the both of us. We opted for the Nathan's weiner instead of the Vienna because it's kosher for her religion. The hot dog itself and the toppings were plentiful and great, but the bun was super soggy which left for a bad experience. The staff wasn't very friendly at all and had bad attitudes. It's a cool place with a lot of different styles which is great, but if you are adding topping make sure you drain off the liquid first so the bun isn't a soggy mess. - Hot Dog 3/5 - Service 1/5 - Atmosphere 3/5 2.5 stars Enjoy!

Yelp
What happened to all the sports memorabilia used to have on both sides of the counter area. This has really gone downhill within the last couple years. Always one of my favorite spots on CityWalk. Love sampling the hot dogs and mustards from different ballparks around the country. Unfortunately, they no longer have the specialty mustards and only have yellow mustard and guldens. However, they continue to advertise that they have all these. Sad to see the decline

Yelp
First they didn't give me my change and then seemed like it was a huge issue to give it to me. And then I ordered 3 plain hotdogs. I've been waiting for 50 minutes. This place is a joke.

Yelp
This is located on that Universal Citywalk. I got that 2 ft long hot dog with chili and shredded cheese for about $20. It was mostly for pictures but the hot dog came out really tasty. Service was good. It didn't take them long to prepare and cook it for me. We shared it between two people for dinner.

Yelp
The Hot Dog Hall of Fame is located in Universal Orlando's City Walk. They have very good hotdogs and a large array of mustards. I tried the Chicago Dog and Colorado Dog, both were very good.
google avatar

Didier B.

Yelp
Not a good experience. Love the idea of this place but a 45 min wait for two hot dogs is unreasonable. When we finally got our food it was cold and flavorless. Save your time and money don't eat here.
google avatar

Elizabeth K.

Yelp
For the love of all that is holy, don't go here for a hot dog, especially when it's raining. How does ALL that covered outdoor seating get wet? Now on to the food. The two-foot hotdog looked impressive, but their idea of hotdog chili means actual beans, stewed tomatoes, and all that soupy mix was poured over the entire dog so that the bun was soaked through. Items asked for, like an order of extra fries, was ignored and when asked to refill out Universal cup they looked at us like we were speaking a different language. It got so bad, I warned others in line to be careful.

Noah F.

Yelp
This place was great we weren't expecting much and we were just tired after a long day. But those hotdogs were different so good that we ordered everyone.
google avatar

Yelp
Boy the Yelp reviews for this place ran the full spread of zero to 5 stars which is not unusual to see for themed type fast food establishments. More than a few of the bad reviews left me chuckling at their witty comments but also scratching my head. For myself I give a solid 3-1/2 stars. Being from New Hampshire, I went with the Boston which I thought was tasty & filling, no fries for me but they looked good. They also have a nice selection of specialty mustards if you wish to customize your dog. Next time @ I'll go for Boston's historical rival the New York! Price wise $10 is a bit high but still a better deal than a Fenway frank which will set you back $6. The staff was polite & I got my Boston dog in short order. So go get yourself the dog of your choice & Enjoy!

Yelp
This place has the potential to be great. It was good and it was flavorful but tis was just a boiled hot dog with Toppings. What it needs is a quick toss on a skillet to give the dog the snap it needed to go to the next level. The customer service is quick. The fries are made to order thank heavens and the ambiance is cute it reminds you of sitting at a stadium eating a hot dog. I wandered over here because I could smell the hot dogs as I walked past. I just wish they would consider a quick toss on a skillet because you can't call yourself the Hot Dog Hall of Fame with boiled dogs.

Yelp
We were visiting Universal Studios and were starving. This place was closed by on the walk and we could order the food through the universal app for pick up while we walked. It was easy to order and the app updated when it was ready for pick up. We ordered 2 plain hot dogs with ketchup and 2 chili cheese dogs. The order was ready within 10 minutes, everything looked great and tasted great as well. Although we had our order to go, we sat outside of the establishment and enjoyed our food. It was peaceful, fans hung from the ceiling and we still had access to condiments and anything else needed.

Yelp
Cold hot dogs, lukewarm fries, good selection of mustard, Cold buns, not warmed or toasted, all adds were cold, really no effort to make a decent hotdog. OK window service, quiet area in the city walk area. I know, I ate at city walk at Orlando universal, can't seem to find a good dog-don't bother with this place - no good!! When I eat poor nutrition food, I want it to be great, not an overpriced cold hot dog.

Yelp
Just had the Kansas City. Awesome dog! The pulled pork was could stand on its own. In a dog along with sauerkraut and bbq sauce... it was 1st class!

Yelp
Last year, while waiting for our table at Bubba Gump, we walked around City Walk and ran into Hot Dog Hall of Fame. My wife is from Flint, Michigan (known for the coney's), and of course, Detroit was on the menu. But beyond that, there were so many other hot dogs from different states that looked at sounded delicious. Ever year, we go to Halloween Horror Nights, so I told myself that the following year, I will try this place out. Well, I finally got the chance. Service: I mean, it's technically an amusement park area, right? So, you may get some folks that are extremely nice and wants you to have a pleasant experience, while some are just trying to get off the clock and could care less if you're having fun. Lol. On this day, the crew was cool. Atmosphere: The atmosphere is soooooo Cool! It's set up like a baseball stadium. Lots of colors, so it definitely gets your attention. Food: I ordered an Arizona Hot Dog with Fries ($9.99). Without fries, is $8.99, so you might as well get the fries. The Arizona came with bacon, grilled peppers & onions, pinto beans, & cheese. I got mine with no pinto beans & no cheese. Tasted really good. I honestly could've had two, but couldn't see myself spending $20 on hot dogs, theme park food or not. Side note: FRIES WERE GOOD! Overall, it was the experience I was after. Again, I love good hot dogs and coneys, so it was a must. I'll probably be back next year to get the Chicago.

Yelp
Service is very slow and unmotivated. Hotdog was 89% Bun No straws or lid for drinks Huge Fail

Yelp
KUDOS and thanks to the entire staff for providing supreme quality customer service at Hot Dog Hall of Fame! They made my order fresh consisting of a fresh hot Nathan's Hot Dog and fresh French fries ! The food was delicious and filling! I had Bleu Cheese Dressing and Celery Salt for my 2 free toppings! The ambiance was clean and free of noise so I could enjoy my meal! I highly recommend all to come and visit to support this local business here at Hot Dog Hall of Fame!

Yelp
This is a decent place for a quick service meal in Universal City Walk especially if you want to use your Universal dining plan. Seating is outdoors with some tables and unique stadium style seating that is similar to a baseball stadium. They have a ton of unique hot dogs of different types and sizes and specialties. If you're using your dining plan you can choose the combo which includes French fries or chips or just the dog by itself. Sadly the combo doesn't include a drink, so you need to use a snack/beverage credit to add a drink. I went for the "Milwaukee" which is a bratwurst with mustard and onions. It was very good and bursting with flavor. The bun was ok - it was fairly plain though fresh. I would've liked a more interesting bun like possibly a pretzel bun. Overall, though, it was a tasty and juicy meal. So this is a great place for a quick meal if you're willing to eat outdoors without air conditioning (it was just fine on the cool evening we visited).
google avatar

Yelp
Located in City walk this place is kind of hiding off to the side. My husband loves hot dogs so we came here to try some new toppings. Its a little expensive for hot dogs I would say but they did have a variety so that was cool.
google avatar

Matthew L.

Yelp
What can you say about a hot dog? Either they're horrible or they are good unless you are truly in the city were they are famous - like Chicago. Hot Dog Hall of Fame attempts to match the hot dogs that you get in cities across the US. They are at best average in meeting the taste. They do have various brands of hot dogs that you find in different parts of the US. It's over priced for a hot dog and chips. The service was not very fast and people were getting impatient because they were having to wait over 10 minutes after they placed their order to get a hot dog. It should have been faster since there were two people serving.
google avatar

Sean M.

Yelp
24 minutes to get a plain hotdog and fries??? ABSOLUTELY WOULD NEVER BOTHER coming here again, for a hotdog that taste exactly like the one I cook in my microwave in 45 sec
google avatar

Jarrod R.

Yelp
Popped over to this spot after a long day stomping around Universal and was just looking for something hearty to get some quick energy. Some fun selections and themed dogs up and down the menu (Chicago, New York, KC, Detroit), but I went with a mere foot long with chili and melted cheese. It hit the spot.
google avatar

Darrin B.

Yelp
Not a bad place to stop and grab a quick bite to eat on those occasions that you either don't want a sit down meal or it is to busy to get into a restaurant. The menu is all about hot dogs from several of the famous baseball parks around the nation. Stop by and have a Dodger Dog or a Fenway Frank. Then you can keep on partying at City Walk and you saved both time and money.
google avatar

Yelp
I was literally craving a hotdog all day while being in Universal. So when I saw that they had a hot dog hall of fame and served Chicago dogs...it was full game!! We exited the park to have lunch. Hubs and I opted for the Chicago dog with fries and a drink. Seating is outdoor and it looks like a ball park -- seating in the "stands" and picnic seating on the main walkway. The staff just seemed very unorganized here. There was a bit of a line and when I finally got up near the window to place the order the staff member just stood there with no welcome. She had walked away previously so it wasn't clear if the orders were placed at the first window or the second. I walked up and placed my order. Stood there for a little while as the line hadn't moved. The manager walked over asking to see my receipt and proceeded to inquire with his line staff on the order progress since the line was pretty backed up I would assume. The line staff pointed to my order to which the manager advised there should be 2 dogs and not one. They quickly made the other and called my name to pickup the order. Still wasn't correct as only 1 had fries despite ordering 2. Staff apologized and got the second fry. The buns were not soft like Chicago dogs should be. My buns was more hard on the ends while my hubs was hard throughout. Sort of disappointed so we'll have to go to Portillos to make up for it lol. FYI -- they don't refill the Universal mugs but do give a discount to pass holders. Also they don't do refills!

Santina R.

Yelp
Hot dogs were really delicious and filling, definitely worth trying out. It is a very inexpensive meal that if you're in a rush or need something on the go, it is the perfect match for you.
google avatar

Anthony S.

Yelp
The theme of the pace was nice. They had tables w/ umbrellas to sit under or an area set up with stadium seating so you could feel like you were sitting at the ball park. The employees were professional and polite. If you eat here they have a good selection of hotdog sizes and topping for your hotdogs. The hot dogs that my wife and I had were very good. They did seem to be high priced though. One thing I did not like was if you ordered a beer you got that right away but if you ordered a soda you had to wait for your soda until your food was ready. It makes it difficult for one person to carry everything. Especially when one person is at the table to make sure you have a spot to eat. It is inconvenient to make multiple trips when you have a bunch of people standing around and crowding the window where your food is sitting waiting for you to get back. I would recommend a some type of tray and drink carrier to help customers get there stuff in one trip.
google avatar

Jim W.

Yelp
This is certainly not the fanciest place within the CityWalk area, but they serve HOT DOGS, so it is what it is. The food is not bad. They serve beer. I'm sure they pass health inspections, but unlike other places on CityWalk, this place is more street food than fast food or fancy food. The folks who work here seem to like their job, and for the most part, seem pretty happy and friendly.
google avatar

Maygan P.

Yelp
This place has a very cool atmosphere. The sitting area is pretty cool and plenty of it. The dogs can be a hit or miss ;) I got the vegan field dog, which they made fresh and it was really good! The sauce, roasted corn, cilantro and lime were tasty! My boyfriend got the Chicago dog and it was not so good. The bun was stale and hard; the dog itself was okay, but the fries were stale and cold. We had high hopes, but unfortunately won't be returning. Give it a try, maybe you'll have better luck than we did.
google avatar

Krista C.

Yelp
Theming was cute, menu looked great but, hot dogs were a swing and a miss. Hot dog hall of fame is located in the middle of city walk. It's a quick spot to grab a bite before or after a day at the parks. The menu consists of 9 different types of dogs each named after a state were they are popular. Theming looks like a baseball stadium with bleacher type seating. The Boston- topped with mustard, onions and relish. The Detroit- topped with onions and chili. Both dogs were on a stale bun and not cooked enough. Supposedly they were Nathan's dogs but as a Brooklyn girl that grew up near Nathan's I can say they certainly didn't taste like them. Topping were minimal and the chili was somehow dry? Can cross this spot off of places to eat at Universal Orlando.
google avatar

Morbo X.

Yelp
Great service and the hotdogs ordered by city was easy and topping pairings were fun. The theming and ambience were really cool, with the ballpark seating. We would return again for sure.

Yelp
The food is average, at best, and prices are high for what you get. Service is slow. I got an Italian sausage on a bun and some fries. R got a hot dog on a bun and fries. I didn't appreciate standing so close to other customers while we waited for our food. This fast food counter and kitchen are enclosed with glass, and they don't have a PA system, so everyone has to get close to the one window that is used to pass food orders through in order to find out if their order is ready. The reason for the overall 1-star rating is because they big time fail when it comes to safety - not taking safety seriously and not taking immediate action when someone gets injured due to unsafe conditions. It certainly ruined our experience. At the physical spot where the line starts at Hot Dog Hall of Fame, they left a puddle of water on the floor. If you're in that area, you can't help but walk through it. Couldn't they mop up or squeegee the water away so it isn't a safety hazard? R, carrying a tray of food and a box of donuts, walked through the water, then walked up steps. The steps led to the highest level where tables were available. Unfortunately, the water on the bottom of his shoes and the concrete steps that were painted with smooth paint are a safety hazard, and he slipped on one of the steps resulting with all the food he was carrying flying all over the place. I immediately rushed to him to see if he was alright. One of his hands was scraped up and bleeding a little. To summarize what happened afterward, I went back to the Hot Dog Hall of Fame window and explained what happened and asked where first aid was, and asked her to call someone to clean up both the standing water and the food strewn all over the steps. I went back to where R was sitting, and I let him calm down. However, no one took care of either one of my requests, and we sat there for about 45 minutes. Eventually, we went to First Aid, where he got antibacterial spray on his scrapes and a bandaid on one of his fingers that was bleeding. I also told a Guest Services leader what happened and wrote and signed a statement. I'm still upset that this place didn't take safety seriously.

Yelp
Little pricey but you don't have too many options when visiting the parks. The Chicago was delicious & toppings were fresh. Fries are small in portion size.

Yelp
Do yourself a favor. Keep walking. This place was horrible. It reminded me of the Bad News Bears sitting in the dugout after a losing season. Our hot dogs were cold and the fries were old. The staff was nonchalant and careless. They talked on their cell phones instead of cooking fresh food. Yes, the outside design looks pretty cool, but looks can be deceiving. That's where the ball stops. Babe Ruth is rolling in his grave. Do NOT eat here. You will be very disappointed.

Yelp
After walking around CityWalk, we decided to grab a bite. We originally planned on dining at Antojitos but wait time was too long. We wanted something fast because there's a newborn baby with us who's starting to become cranky. We figured that we can't stick around and wait so we decided to come here which is just across Antojitos. This place sells hotdogs named after 8 different cities. Some people in our group ordered those but I decided to get the foot long hotdog with fries for $12. I shared this with my niece and it was filling enough. They also sell a two feet long hotdog for $16 which is even a better deal. Service was fast and friendly. I like the baseball themed decor especially the memorabilia they put in glass shelves. I love the baseball uniforms employees are wearing. No inside seating available but lots of outside seating available. There's even a gazebo on site and vintage stadium chairs.
google avatar

Luis V.

Yelp
If you are in the universal city walk location and are looking for a quick bite, try this place out. We tried going on a Saturday for a sit down restaurant and the wait times were horrendous, luckily we came across this hot dog stand with fast service and a great menu. They mimic the iconic hot dog styles from various states even making sure the hot dog itself is different. I was hesitant to pay $15 for a hot dog with some fries, but the quality of the food, mixed with baseball seats, live sports and fast service makes this worth it. It might not seem the fanciest, but on a busy Saturday night you can't find faster service than this.
google avatar

David P.

Yelp
Cool place but unfortunately does not make the hot dog hall of fame for me. It was a quick experience which was nice and the portion was good however the chili on the hot dog was nothing to write home about and the hot dog itself seemed average. Would be a good spot if you want something quick. I would stick to the basics here.

Yelp
The worst of the worst experience. Slow service and mediocre dogs with over price. Pass here Don't eat the world worst dog

Yelp
Pretty good! The menu was extra small because of Covid so they didn't have fries or speciality dogs on the menu. Still good though! Would definitely recommend the brat

Yelp
The hot dog selection did not disappoint! My friends enjoyed the two foot long hot dog while I tried the vegan option. As it was my first time trying a vegan hot dog, I didn't have high expectations. However, it was much better than expected!

Yelp
We went on a busy Friday night and mobile ordered through the Universal app. We did have to wait a little bit but they were worth the wait! We got a plain hot dog with cheese and bacon bits and a Boston dog! The fries were good but wish there were a little more fries for the price. It was crowded but we found a spot across the way to sit and eat. But the baseball stand seating was a very fun idea and little decoration we appreciated. Will definitely stop there again for a quick bit before or after the parks!

Yelp
The only redeeming factors about this place are Landon and Katelyn - the only employees that seemed to understand good customer service. They understood that our order was wrong and immediately worked to correct it and offered excellent recovery service. The guy cooking the hot dogs seemed to be a hard worker also. The place is poorly run - no doubt poor management is an issue or you would not see such apathy from the other employees. Do not go here unless you are starving for a hot dog and you have absolutely no other options. We paid over $40 for 4 hot dogs with fries, and they had a long way to go before they hit mediocre. Too many other options to give this place your hard earned buck!!

Yelp
The worst experience. We were on vacation, thought I'd live a little and order the two-foot hotdog. Waited fifteen minutes to place our order (typical for Universal Orlando). The two orders ahead of us also ordered the two-foot hotdog. They received their order within five minutes. After waiting twenty minutes I noticed that there we no two-foot dogs on the grill but several other dogs. Waiting in the heating lamps was what looked like my wife's order. I went to the window and asked the employee if maybe my order was overlooked as I didn't see any two-foot hotdogs, the previous two two-foot hotdogs were made fairly quickly, and several orders behind us went through. The employee looked around, looked at the computer screen and then came back to the widow and told me that I needed to wait longer for two-foot hotdogs. It was another ten minutes before a two-foot hotdog was brought to the grill. It was another ten minutes before it was brought to the window when another man's name was called who was about fifteen orders behind ours. I protested to the employee that we'd been waiting forty minutes and he then called the man back, expecting me to take the hotdog from him (after he already took it to his table - and didn't have the toppings or condiments anyways). My wife then asked if the hotdog that had been sitting under the heating lamp for twenty minutes was hers. The same employee then said, "Oh, yeah. You want it?" My wife then requested to have it remade after setting so long and looking a little soggy. When the employee tried to hand me a hotdog already manhandled be another person, that's when I told him we'd been waiting too long already and I just wanted our money back. It took another five minutes for (what seemed like the manager) to refund the transaction and unenthusiastically tell us, "sorry bout that." Wasted an hour and went away completely frustrated but hope no one on Yelp makes the mistake we made.

Yelp
While the hotdogs were ok, the fries and service left a lot to be desired. We got there when they opened, only 2 people ahead of us. It took over 15 min to get our order. Mind you the dogs are already cooked Then they didn't have pickles which they could have told us when we ordered and maybe we could have changed the order. They couldn't even get my husbands drink order correct. Beautiful location.. crappy service ended up ruining our lunch.

Yelp
Went to the clubs at Citywalk. Closed for a private party. That's a first. So decided to eat here. They have a variety of hot dogs made how they like 'em across the USA. I got the Kansas City Dog, topped with pulled pork, bbq sauce and cole slaw. I asked for the dill pickle to be on the side. My friend got the New York dog; sauerkraut and mustard. French fries were only $2 more, dogs were $6-8 except the footlong $10. We both noticed our bottom buns were hard on the bottom. Top buns were fine. French fries were mediocre. So, this place gets a 2.5. and no return visit.
