If You Like These Miami Spots, Try These Broward Spots - Miami - The Infatuation

"Perfect if you like:DogmaTo eat a hot dog on the sidewalk while cars whir by is one of the great American pleasures. And Fort Lauderdale’s Hot Dog Heaven excels at this pleasure just as well as Miami’s Dogma. Both are little roadside operations with sidewalk tables and hot dogs that always hit the spot. Hot Dog Heaven’s original owners were from Chicago, which is why you should be ordering a Chicago dog here (although we also love the grilled salami sandwich a lot)." - Ryan Pfeffer, Mariana Trabanino

The 25 Best Restaurants In Fort Lauderdale - Miami - The Infatuation

"South Florida is full of people fleeing cities with winters, and Hot Dog Heaven feels like it was ripped straight from a freezing Chicago sidewalk, in the best way possible. You can get a wonderful Chicago dog at the little shop (which has been open since 1979), but there are also Italian beef sandwiches, sides of giardiniera, and—the sleeper hit of the menu—a grilled salami sandwich. Hot Dog Heaven is home to the best hot dog in Fort Lauderdale, but it’s also just a classic and a lovely place to stop for a nostalgic weekend lunch. Just know you’ll probably have to sit outside or take it to go. This place is tiny." - ryan pfeffer, virginia otazo

Haven’t had a hot dog in a while but drove by this heavenly place and had to give it a try. These hot dogs are so Heavenly good. Just what me and my partner need to continue the day. The chilly dogs and cheese fries are just right perfect amounts of toppings…. Just perfect if you’re in the Fort Lauderdale area definitely show them some love!!!

Google
Let me set this straight how are they known as hot dog heaven when their Italian beef sandwich is soooooooo good. I was skeptical that such an normal looking sandwich could be worth $15 but damn, with every bite I understood. The Chicago dog has a nice flavor to it,and the chilli cheese fries taste the same here as just about anywhere else. Wouldn't return for the dogs or fries but that Italian beef though 🤤

Google
I have no idea Why this hot dog shop has good reviews. I was given a steamed bun, not toasted, and it was covered with poppyseed. I wasn’t given a choice about the bun. I added sauerkraut to the hotdog and it was put on the dog refrigerator cold. The hotdog was steamed, not grilled. Frankly, I’ve gotten better hotdog dogs on the streets.

Since the early 90's, I used to go to Hot Dog Heaven frequently when I lived and worked in Broward County. Even after I moved to Lake Worth, I would still try to stop by whenever I was in the area. I was saddened to hear that Barry had sold Hot Dog Heaven last year. Anyway, yesterday I finally had an opportunity to go and enjoy a Chicago hot dog at what was once, my favorite hot dog joint in Florida. Upon entering, I noticed that some cosmetic changes had been made since my last visit. However, the most noticeable difference was the absence of the warm welcome one would receive from Barry when you walked in the door. The countertop was full of boxes of Vienna Beef hot dogs buns, so you couldn't really see the employees working on food orders. No longer does one enter and go the right to place their order and watch as their hot dogs are constructed to order before their eyes. Now, you order at the register and your name is called when your food is ready. I was most disappointed when I was told they would not honor my full Hot Dog Heaven reward card. (see picture) In my opinion, that was a huge mistake by the new owner/management. I was told that perhaps a new rewards card was coming. When? HDH has been under new management for months. Anyway, too late. The damage was already done. The hot dog and fries themselves were good, but that was primarily because they still use Vienna Beef, which in my opinion, are the best. But something about it felt off. Barry Star understood Chicago. He understood Chicago Hot Dogs. They way he would rotate the steamed buns so they would not get too soggy, and tap them open with his hands before using a tong to place a hot dog into it. He understood customer service and warm welcomes. I'm not so sure the new management does. As I left, I did not hear the "So long." or "Have a great day." that Barry and/or his other employees used to say as you walked out. I left Hot Dog Heaven saddened to learn that it just wasn't what it used to be and that it was most likely the last time I would walk in and out it's doors.

Google
Order the Chicago dog! Slaw and sour pickle were so good! Also end with a homemade brownie- it literally melts in your mouth!

Google
Absolutely Delicious!!! The best burger 🍔 I had in 30 years!!! Also slipped in a hot dog & the beef & hot dog bun were amazing!!! The wife had the Tamale Float & she loved it! If you live in Florida, you should be here at least weekly!! If you are visiting Florida, make sure you come at least twice during you visit!! The owner is on-hand & is all about customer service & satisfaction!!!

Yelp
Hot Dog Heaven virgin although the building is not new to me and have passed by hundreds of times always taking an interested glance. A few free parking spaces at the rear of the bright red and yellow old fashion building. Three mosaic cement tables on the front patio and limited counter seating inside. No frills here just slinging grilled meats specializing in Vienna Beef Chicago Dogs that come loaded for $5.99. Watched my late lunch heating up on the small grill with the crackling sounds and smoke rising above the beef made the anticipation even harder to wait. Loved the thick tomato wedges, onions, relish and the kosher dill pickle with yellow mustard adding color to my dog that was peeking out the ends of the soft poppy seed bun - the only self additive was deli mustard. So hungry that I engulfed the dog in four quick bites but it packed flavor and was shockingly filling. Next time I will buy two Chicago Hot Dogs to pacify my big appetite.

Yelp
First time at Hot Dog Heaven in Fort Lauderdale after hearing a lot of people talk about it, so I figured I'd give it a try. I ordered two dogs. One was a chili dog with raw onions, and the other was closer to a New York style since I'm really not into the Chicago style. For that one, I went with kraut and mustard. The bread was super soft, which I really liked. Also like the poppy seeded bread. The chili was okay--, but nothing over the top. My only gripe on the 2nd dog was that the kraut was cold. It was good, but cold. I guess that's how they do it, but I'm more used to hot kraut, so that threw me off. Their standard is yellow mustard, which worked fine, although I personally prefer brown. They do have brown mustard as well--you just have to ask for it. I saw it after they'd already made mine. The Vienna Beef dog itself was okay, but since I usually lean more toward Sabrett (the New York brand I grew up with), it didn't quite hit the same for me. Still, I can see why people enjoy them. The place was very clean and had the feel of a neighborhood favorite. All in all, a good trip. Worth checking out, and I'd recommend giving it a try if you're in the area.

Yelp
This place should be on the Florida Historic Landmarks list, at this point. Hot Dog Haven was always a staple when our grandma would watch us. After not having been for decades, I decided to return and try the food as adult and I was still just as happy as I was when I was a kid. I got the Chicago dog, as it comes, with a side of fries. I really liked the different flavors and textures of the dog, however the fries needed salt. Inside has counter seating and a self-service ordering register, outdoors had more tables.

Yelp
Difficult these days to find a great tasting hot dog but even harder to find one with a soft poppy seed bun which makes a world of difference. This hot dog shop offers it all and gets busy at lunch time. My hubby gets his dog loaded but I like the basic yellow mustard and raw onions on the poppy bun.
google avatar

Yelp
If you like Chicago hotdogs, and who doesn't?, this is a good place to find them. I also had an excellent Italian beef sandwich. Fries are good. New owners bought the place a while back and the atmosphere is friendly.

Yelp
After a year of talking about a friends and family lunch, made the trip from Coral Springs and all I can say is, it is worth it!! We pulled up and were greeted by the sign saying they are a historic site for Vienna Hot Dogs... my excitement went up and I immediately knew my order! I had the Italian beef sandwich - perfectly cooked, juicy, tender, beautifully seasoned thin sliced beef on a hoagie bun topped with sautéed onion slices, red peppers and carrots. It was live at first bite. The meat melted in my mouth and I couldn't wait for the next bite!! I also had a Chicago dog. Hot dog on a poppy seed bun with mustard, relish, large tomato slices, a pickle and sport pepper (the signature pepper used on a Chicago-style hot dog. These are small, green, medium-hot peppers that are pickled in a seasoned brine and added to the hot dog whole, contributing a tangy, spicy crunch to the overall flavor profile.). Meaty, crunchy and yummy! Our friends had the sausage, which they said they'd come back just for it. A hot dog with mustard and sauerkraut and side of fries. One bite was as good or better than the next. EVERYTHING was delicious and we need to go back a whole lot faster than it took us to get here in the first place! And... the staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. A few outside tables are available as well as a few seats at the window counter inside. A great overall experience and worth the indulgence.

Yelp
Not been to Hot Dog Heaven in at least 5 years; I stopped for their Chicago Dog. I am so impressed, I started coming here in 1990. What makes you go back again and again is consistency is the key! I am excited and have to recommend to all who pass by 101'E Sunrise to stop and get a dig!!' My favorite is the Chicago dog. I also ordered a side of chili, with a heap of onions, a giant sour pickle and their home brewed unsweetened tea; all for under $20! I tell you I have stopped here intermittently since moving to Miami. I cannot be more impressed I am enjoying a great lunch. If you have never been, I encourage you to stop: 101 E. Sunrise Blvd. They close at 5!

Yelp
New owner and management, but still a treat from childhood, even purchased two Hot Dog Heaven t-shirts. Currently, the prior punch card (free hot dog) program isn't available, but it's on their things to do list. Super dog with sauerkraut, onion and mustard!

Yelp
My first time trying this staple in Fort Lauderdale. Believe all the hype. It's delicious . We ate inside at the counter. Staff is friendly and kind. I like how the woman who took our order suggested things or else we would've forgot a few items. I can't wait to return.

Yelp
Chicago Hot Dog Heaven in Florida! If you're from Chicago, you know what a real hot dog should taste like -- and Hot Dog Heaven nails it perfectly. These are truly outstanding hot dogs, almost identical to what I grew up with in Chicago. The authentic Vienna poppyseed bun is soft, lightly steamed, and absolutely perfect. The hot dog itself is exactly as I remember -- juicy, flavorful, and with that perfect snap when you bite into it. The toppings are spot on: two large wedges of fresh, cold tomato, crisp pickle spear, sharp onions, and of course the correct yellow mustard. Absolute perfection. Every bite took me right back home. Honestly, this is as good as it gets outside of Chicago. If you want the real deal, this is the place.

Yelp
This hotdog place has been a real Staple in Fort Lauderdale. The previous owners (just recently sold) were the best. I wish them the best and enjoy retirement. My son, Jackson, has been coming here for a few years now with his dad. They get a dog and sit on the back of the truck bed and have a "boys lunch" as my son would say. The owners knew Jackson and would always welcome Him to the counter and ask if he would like his usual order. I brought him a few times, but I could never match the lunch date with him and his dad. This place was really Special, not just because of the most DELICIOUS hotdogs, but because of the warmth and care they treated their customers. They have the most delicious Chicago dog - and I don't even crave for hotdogs but let me tell you, this hotdog was as good as it gets ! Fast forward to Today - HDH has been closed for remodeling - to "update" it. Some things are better left untouched and what's not broken, don't fix it ! My son is very sad and convinced his pals aren't there anymore and that the dogs aren't going to be the same....me too bud! Wishing new owners luck and success but that's why this place worked - the charm - that old vintage feeling of getting the best dog around town. We will miss what was ....
google avatar

Alex K.

Yelp
Delish hot dogs! The place is pretty small so I'm sure parking can be rough depending on what time of the day but worth it! It's definitely a place to grab and go instead of staying to eat. I shared the polish hot dog and the Chicago. Both were good but the polish hotdog was my favorite. The bun was incredibly soft.
google avatar

Laura F.

Yelp
Such a cool little spot, it looks like you're going back in time a few decades to when restaurants had fun and vibrant colors. A decent amount of outdoor and indoor seating, there were a lot of guest here (Saturday afternoon). The best hotdog place ever, the buns were so soft and the hotdogs were great. We got the small cheese fries and it's a good portion for 2 people.
google avatar

Yelp
One of the two great places in the Fot Lauderdale area for a Chicago dog! The food and service have always been good and the new owners have kept the tradiion alive.

Yelp
A local institution is Hot Dpg Heaven. New owners took it over last year. I thought I'd give it a try Chicago dog was delicious but small. Yet it filled me up. It was eh to me

Yelp
Food was really good & service was quick! I recommend the chili cheese dog and burger
google avatar

Yelp
I know nothing about the previous ownership and how the food was during that time. I have been looking for a good chili dog since moving to Florida. And well I am still looking. The Hot Dog and bun were very good but I thought the chili lack flavor. I did like they use crinkle cut fries so that is a plus. Let me say I would go back I would just try something else beside the chili dog. The Service was exceptional and everyone seem to be a happy family working as a team. I got my food fast. The place is small and parking is tight. So be prepare.

Yelp
Authentic Chicago dogs and beefs. Nice outdoor seating area or just take it to go. Highly recommend!

Yelp
IFKYK we were sad when we heard they were closing. I have been eating at this local place for 40 years. Stopped by yesterday and was delighted to see they were packed for lunch. Got to chat with the new owner Joe. They really have done a lot to clean the place up and it looks great. They kept so much of the things we all loved. THE AMAZING HOT DOGS AND GREAT BURGERS. There are a few new things on the menu to check out. Was great to see the people coming in and chatting with Joe and the local feel still there. Oh and check out the new hours of operation..... 101 E Sunrise Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304

Yelp
How have I lived here for so long and never been here. What a tragedy. Amazing lunch. The Chicago dog was 10/10.

Yelp
I read the article recently and tried - twice - to pay homage one last time. I was too late. It's gone, and we've all lost a small part of our local history. Living in Miami, I never got to go to HDH often enough. Whenever I was near Sunrise any time around midday, I had to stop in for a super dog, fries, and a root beer. I'd done this since someone, a Chicagoan no less, first introduced me about 25 years ago. It was already a fixture then, with its reputation further burnished over the next quarter century. It was simple food prepared exceedingly well. I didn't go there often enough, but I always liked knowing it was there, ready to scratch that itch for old school fast food. I will miss this small slice of heaven a lot.

Orlando P.

Yelp
Gave this a shot to see if it was comparable to Arbetter's down in Miami. Lets just say that not all dogs go to Heaven, stick to Arbetter's. Tough casing, chewy, canned chili was flavorless, cheese sauce is just wiz, cold, not even warm and melty. Ate first dog with struggle and had to leave behind almost the full 2nd after two bites, cause i just couldn't anymore.

Yelp
Came here to say the service was better than the last time I came here. I've been coming to this place since I was a little girl, because my family business was literally two doors down from this joint. Coming here is so nostalgic to me, but over the years this establishment has been getting mixed reviews due to the customer service towards different groups of people. I've dealt with it once for myself. The service isn't great, but it is not horrid. They aren't very welcoming here. It's straight to the point with ordering due to the rush hour during lunch time. Parking is kinda congested it's in the back of the business. Very limited, but overall the food is pretty consistent. The burgers and hot dogs are well prepared. Fries always fresh! It's definitely a go at your own risk type of place. I'm not sure if they read the reviews from yelp, but the customer service was definitely better the day I went. What I Got _____________ Classic Cheeseburger : 9/10 This was delicious just a I remembered. Fresh ingredients. Lettuce, tomato, onion, mayo and ketchup. Simple but effective for my taste buds! Fries: 9.5/10 Fried to golden perfection. No salt added. They do put salt and ketchup packets in the bag. Customer Service: 8.3/10 Parking: 6/10 Overall Experience: 8.7/10 This establishment has been Tamied ™

Yelp
We have been loyal customers of Hot Dog Heaven for over 30 years, and our business is only a mile away. For decades, it was our go-to spot. Unfortunately, since the sale to the new owners last year, everything has gone downhill. Today, I was ordering lunch for six people in my office. When someone suggested Hot Dog Heaven, the entire room immediately objected--and the reasons are clear. They changed the bread on the chicken sandwich (it's awful now), shrunk the drink sizes, and even altered the brownie. Why would anyone buy a legendary restaurant with a 45-year reputation, only to start changing the staple items that made it successful in the first place? It makes no sense. Sadly, instead of ordering from Hot Dog Heaven, we ordered from Primo's Subs. Bottom line: changing the classics that built customer loyalty is a terrible idea.

Yelp
Truly the best hot dogs ... The Chicago style Hot Dog was amazing, so is all the staff. When you visit say hello to Jazz & Nick, super friendly & always with a smile !!!

Yelp
I've passed this place a million times living in south FL. Finally we decided to stop in on this random evening. Let me say this we were not disappointed. We just ordered a plain old hotdog with onions and ketchup and it was delicious. We also shared a fountain lemonade which was refreshing. This place screams nostalgia. Walking into this restaurant is like taking a step back in time. Original decor and menu. This restaurant is a straight to the point place. Order/ pay / get your food no small talk. But you got to respect it. We ate outside on the patio but this place is definitely a take out spot. We will be back to try the chili dogs.

Yelp
I've been craving a good hot dog recently for some time. While looking through Yelp, I came across Hot Dog Heaven. Aha! I hadn't been here in years so it was time to revisit. Many moons ago when I worked nearby, I'd go and sit at the counter and enjoy a quick break. I could swear this place was located right by the tracks and much bigger... but I may have this wrong. So I had to check the directions and the address again. This "stand" is takeout only. Most people were taking their food to go, but there are three round concrete tables with benches right outside -- facing Sunrise boulevard -- that people were dining at.. so we decided to join them. The tables are communal so don't be afraid to ask if you see an open seat. We got our Vienna beef dogs grilled -- they are usually steamed but will throw them on the grill if requested. I got two regular dogs and he got one Chicago dog and one chili dog with onions. We both agreed that the hot dogs were good. Just what I'd been craving. He said the chili was quite good -- much better than checkers; and the Chicago dog with all the fixings had a bit of a kick. They offer the option of making your dog meal a combo by adding a drink and a side (most were getting fries), but we just wanted the hot dogs. And if you look at the menu, they have other things to order if you're not with a hot dog eating companion, like sausages, burgers, sandwiches and even some tamales. Prices are reasonable. Parking is tight in the small lot behind, but most people come and go fairly quickly. Now I know where to come next time a craving comes upon me. But they do take vacation and are closed in July They only open Wednesdays - Saturdays which I'll have to try to remember....

Yelp
still in tears that this gem is closing. a great little snack spot (or a whole meal depending on your order) hot dog heaven is one of those comfort spots. stop by -- chat w the team and get served a hotdog and cheese fries in just a few minutes. the service is always fast so you never have to wait around to fulfill your craving. i rly love the artwork all around this little shop, it makes you feel like you stepped into someone's cozy lil space.

Pamyla M.

Yelp
Their ownership must've changed because it's lousy. I ordered the Polish and the hotdog for My Husband and we ordered two sandwiches to go because they don't serve Italian sausage anymore and when we got home, the bread for the Italian beef was like a hotdog bun. It wasn't even like Italian bread. It was lousy. I'm just so disappointed in this place and like I said, the ownership must've changed because I don't remember it being like that. I remember them serving excellent food excellent and with the combo Italian sausage and a beef no, that's oh no no

Meghan M.

Yelp
Their hot dogs are phenomenal, especially if you like dogs with traditional toppings. Their sport peppers are delicious!

Yelp
I'll rant for a bit. I used to come here back when I was a kid in the later 70s and early 80s with my Dad. Same ownership from start to present. Then I got older and started coming back here in the 90s when I used to go to Hollywood Hills, but then I moved further away. I read the news article that Barry was selling and retiring and well deservedly or closing shop, and had to make a trip down there at least 1 more time, but this place is a landmark and is standing room only inside no counter sitting since Covid and closing down for a bit, but with 3 little tables outside on the patio front, not enough parking to the point that people have to park next door, and a place where the ownership knows most of the people by name. I was there yesterday for about 35 minutes, eating and hanging out while at least 30 people walked in for carry out pick-ups and were called by first name. At one point, Barry walked outside to make sure one of his longtime customers got to their car ok because he looked in pain. Where do you get that? The same customers wished the couple good luck and said they hop things worked out. The selfishness is that if bought, will this place maintain the amazing standards this stand has delivered selling a perfectly cooked dog and hamburger? The truth, though, is that regardless, Barry deserves the break. This is a review based on service and quality not because this place needs my review but because this family deserves it. A lot of people will complain about the outskirts which they are right the city around has deteriorated, but walk inside and grab a Hot Dog at least 1 more time or for the first time at the 1st Nationally recognized Historical Vienna Beef Hot Dog Stands before it either changes ownership or shuts down for good. Thanks, Barry and family, for a great set of memories

Yelp
It's back and I am so happy it is. Quality hot dogs are an art form and this place does it perfectly at great prices. A local gem that was brought back to life after an amazing history. Chicago style is the way to go, but you can't go wrong with anything.
google avatar

Jessica J.

Yelp
Such a shame what this new owner has done to the place! I've been coming here for nearly 8 years now and today was my first day back after the new owners took over. Prices increased, portions are smaller and the place is filled with signage that looks retro but like they're trying too hard. This place was successful for some many years because they cared about their customers. It seems like this new guys just cares about profits. Unfortunately after all these years, I don't think I'll be coming back.

Yelp
I come here with my Sister and Niece. This place is Amazing!! Love the ChicagoDogs and Chili Dog Absolutely Delicious!! The People working there are so friendly and nice. HotDogHeaven is a great place to grab a quick bite to eat whenever you're on the go or just want to treat yourself or friends or family. The building is so clean and spotless. I'm Definitely coming back again.!

Yelp
I'm happy to say that the hot dogs tasted just like they did under the original owners. I always thought the french fries were the weak point of the menu. Sad to say they changed them, and the new ones are worse. :(.

Yelp
been coming here for years when ever the old owner actually opened, i saw on sun sentinel news that there was a new owner so being local i wanted to support. Food was excellent i had a polish sauusage with grilled onions, mustard and sport peppers on a poppy seed bun, it was phenomenal, also had a regular dog ketchup and mustard was great as well. new owner was nice, place was clean and i was happy to see how busy he was the door was revolving customers in and out like clock work. i will be back soon

Yelp
Forgive me Father, for I have sinned... it took me way too long to leave a 5* review for this absolute gem on Sunrise Blvd! No need to visit the psychic next door to see your future: a 100% Pure Beef Vienna hotdog (some say imported directly from the Austrian Alps) prepared and cooked with love and care. Before we get into the real star, the food, a few pointers: This place is closed on Sundays (you my Chick fil A), Mondays, and Tuesdays as well as everyday after 4:30pm. You can't just wander in like a neanderthal anytime you want. There's also minimal parking and no dining inside. Fear not; this joint has a few colorful tables outside with a palate that would make Romero Britto squeal. Once you blow past the purgatory looks of the outside, inside you'll find an angel of a staff putting their old-school, signature Chicago-style spin on hot dogs, charbroiled sandwiches and Italian specialties. No, you don't have rabies; your mouth is just frothing from the sound of this delicious cuisine. What to order you may ask? The easy answer is one of everything. But considering I have the tastebuds of a Norse god, I'll leave you with a few recommendations: the Polish sausage (with mustard, sautéed onions & hot peppers) and the Italian Beef Sandwich (marinated to perfection). And don't be afraid to wash it all down with a fruit punch or lemonade! What more is there to say? Five paragraphs, five stars for a classic South FL establishment. Leave your Versace apron at home, grab a halo, and get ready to find bliss at Hotdog Heaven!

Yelp
06/24/2023 Saturday. On our adventure to try places we have never been to in Broward County we came here. My friend tried the Chicago Dog for the very first time and totally loved it. We definitely will be back to try their other style of hot dogs.

Yelp
The old owners left and the new one's appear not to be following directions for how to prepare the food. After decades of stopping by to grab the best dog in the area, left super disappointed. Overpriced and not made with the care of old. Get a hold of the previous owners and have them teach you how to make a chillidog.

Yelp
Hot dog heaven is that hole in the wall spot that you drive by every day and never really think about stopping in. The day finally came where we decided, it was time! They advertise Chicago style dogs as well as Italian Beef Sandwiched and other simple handheld foods. (Burgers, sausages, etc) as well as fries and sodas. I went simple with a traditional Chicago dog and also tried a burger. Got fries with cheese sauce on the side. Hot dog had all the necessities for a chi town dog. Mustard, relish, onions, pickles, hot peppers, and celery salt on a steamed bun. Tasted exactly how i wanted it! Burger was pretty basic. Cheese, lettuce, onion, tomato, nothing spectacular but not a bad burger. Fries were good. Hot, crispy, and again what you want without being anything special. Pricing is right for a super basic but delicious meal. I do with they had a better parking situation because the 4-5 spots were taken. I also wish the seating options were more. 3 tables outside leaves a lot of people standing around waiting for food and tables. Probably best to grab your food to go if you can't get there early.

Yelp
As a Chicagoan living in Ft Lauderdale, it. is impossible to get good Chicago food because this area is the New York. Jersey and Philadelphia side!! Look no further than Hot Dog Heaven for a great beef sandwich or hot dog where even the fries are stars!!

Yelp
This place is the best. You can't drive down East Sunrise Blvd with stopping here. The food is amazing. Quick and friendly staff. I love a good Chicago dog and they make it right.

Yelp
I enjoy Hot Dog Heaven fries with extra ketchup. The food is delicious and customer service is friendly. It's very hard to find parking, but the building looks amazing. I been going to Hot Dog Heaven since 2002. I highly recommend trying their food. The fries is my go to.

Yelp
Hot dogs are just like Chicago's. Fries are very bland and need salt. Disappointing getting there and having them close before their stated hours.
