Craving for some classic comfort food, this spot is a must-visit! The hot dogs are fresh, delicious, and served on soft, small buns with additional options like mustard, ketchup or pickles. Pair them with crispy fries cooked to perfection, and you’ve got yourself a satisfying meal. And the best part? Twenty bucks can easily feed a family of 4; talk about affordable indulgence!
This place is perfect for when you want to treat yourself without worrying too much about sodium, carbs, or calories. Just dive in and enjoy! Families seem to love it, probably because it’s budget-friendly and welcoming.
But there’s more to this spot than just great food! It’s a piece of history! Open since 1944, this place has been serving up fresh hot dogs for over 80 years, and it still draws a crowd. The young crew in the counter is attentive, courteous, and efficient. Our order was ready fast and the way we wanted. They accept credit cards and cash.
The restaurant is relatively clean, with spacious bathrooms, and the parking lot even offers a scenic view of a small stream in the back of the store. It’s the little details like these that make it special.
If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and stop by. Whether you’re craving a quick bite or just curious about this historic gem, you won’t be disappointed!
