A decent bar with various fried chicken options. I like spicy food and was underwhelmed with the “hottest” option and felt that the name was misleading. The fry on the chicken was okay too and pretty standard. We did notice that they have happy hour though that would make it worth going to if you’re in the area. The vibe is pretty relaxed and a bit of a dive bar. Service was okay but a little bit delayed in between.

Came here because the pictures of the chef’s special looked really good. And it was good… just a bit too salty for me. One of those things where the first few bites are amazing but then it gets intense quickly. Probably doesn’t help that it’s on Texas toast. However I would still recommend trying the chef’s special. It is unique! The sauce reminds me of Raising Canes, which most people rave about!

The best part of this establishment is it is right on the Boulevard. Great spot for people watching and observe all the goings on. Service could definitely use some training. We were told to scan the QR for the menu but weren't told how to order, so since we didn't see our waiter for a very long time, I just ordered food online. We waited 40 minutes for our food and I ended up going to the counter where my food was sitting the whole time! Our server never asked if we were ready to order or if we had any questions about the menu. If we wanted a refill, we had to seek him out. Not sure of his name, but he had nice eyes and dread locks. Food was not to my liking as well. It is rare that we leave food behind, but this was not worth taking home to finish later.

The all-day breakfast and late hours (until 2 am) made it easily my regular, convenient spot. **However, I no longer feel safe at this establishment and will never return. I urge women, particularly, to stay away and be vigilant.** My loyalty ended when the man who physically assaulted me a few months ago walked in. He proceeded to sit at the bar, directly next to me, his back turned. I froze, speechless, and heard him loudly dismiss the situation by saying, "it's all good, it's cool" to the bartender. I immediately walked away, making sure everyone saw that I was absolutely not "good" or "cool" with the fact this man assaulted me, denying and lying about it. I refused to pretend it never happened. Crucially, not a single staff member or owner intervened or addressed the situation. I was forced to walk out, knowing my safety was secondary to their indifference and silence. When an establishment allows an alleged assailant to dismiss and ultimately intimidate a past victim, they are creating an environment that is demonstrably unsafe for women, but clearly caters to toxic men and their abusive behaviors. Management's inaction speaks volumes; they would rather believe a man's dismissive lies than acknowledge the truth that one of their patrons is a predator who physically assaults women. Turns out this spot is a toxic men's hang-out where you will find intoxicated, married men actively preying on women, knowing that disrespectful, harassing, and violent behaviors will be tolerated in silence without any repercussions—a space where unchecked masculine toxicity and sexism prevail. **Stay away; the convenience is absolutely not worth the risk to your safety.**

Amazing Chicken right on Hollywood Blvd Strip! Can’t beat the flavor .. the sauce is the best!

This is a great place to grab a quick bite if you are on the Hollywood Blvd strip. Great food at a great price. The best chicken I've had honestly. We got one of the Chef's Specials and it was a toastie sandwich with chicken and sauce with a side of fries and coleslaw. Definitely, one of the best meals I've had on the trip. The service was great and appreciated that the dine in area is closed due to the pandemic but they had a bar counter with stools on the outside for people to sit and eat. Limited seating up to 5. Highly recommend this place.

Decided to stop and people watch while we were out and about and it looked inviting. Glad we stopped! Good pricing for the area, fast service. Very clean and we were torn on chicken or a smash burger so we got one of each. I personally was not a fan of the chicken seasoning but I loved the smash burger! To me, the chicken was way over seasoned. It was tolerable in small pieces though. I have never had this style of hot chicken before so it's possible it is supposed to be that way. I would go back for sure!!

Great Place to Catch a Game I was looking for a place to watch the Dodger game, there are a few other bars/restaurants in the same street who were showing the game that were extremely busy. We decided to stop here, they have a lot of tvs so you definitely won't miss it. I ordered the bone in wings and some drinks. They're cocktails are on the sweet side but were good. If you're looking for a place in the area that isn't super busy this is a good spot.

Good food. Bad service. Server never came to table so we just ordered from the Bartender. Excellent flavor in food, fries were surprising. Restaurant could do well with a deep clean but it fits the area.

I've loved this place since I discovered it during Covid. Their #1 original sandwich meal with a fried chicken tender, spiced how you like it, house sauce, coleslaw, and pickles on a bun; it comes with a side of coleslaw and seasoned fries ($12.50 + $1 doozy style (add American cheese and honey). I get it spiced medium which is perfect. The bartendress/waitress that was there today (June 20, 2024), was lovely. She answered all my questions and I could see her doing a wonderful job with the other customers as well. The bar/restaurant is in the middle of a busy area of Hollywood blvd. The walls have openings to the outside street so there is fresh air within. The paintings in the walls and the decorations are cool and it has great music.

This was my 2nd or 3rd time here. So while in town I brought bae to experience the spot. I love the food here and of course the drinks. You can sit by the window and people watch as people walk up and down the street. They always are playing good music that encourages people to stop and dance on their stroll.

I came in on a Sunday night for a friends birthday and it wasn't very crowded, so we were able to get tables all next to each other. Security was nice. The waiter came soon after we sat down and showed us where to scan for the menu. It was a bartender with pink hair, she was kind and thorough. The website can be a bit confusing while looking at the menu because there's like a separate dine in menu than the "order now". The food was really good and it was a nice serving size for a reasonable price. I ordered the #3 which was the Tenderific Two. It came with two tenders, toast, topped with pickles, and fries. I got medium heat and they were really good. The sauce was good too, but you might need extra. I only had water to drink, but their margaritas did look good, and I heard they were pretty tasty and strong. It was a nice sized space, I never knew it was located here on Hollywood Blvd. I would definitely come back for the food if I'm ever in the area. Con: kind of hard to find parking

On Labor Day , The atmosphere was quite welcoming and friendly the food was delicious we order the chefs special The Original Motha Clucker Sandwich, comes with coleslaw, pickles and a drizzle of house sauce. Pick your heat leve l we got medium the coleslaw is very tasty just like how I like it made not to salty quite perfectly and to celebrate my birthday I order a Margarita w/Tajin 10.00 not to mention the service was excellent the beautiful blonde female server was amazing I will return again the prices are good and affordable the seating is lovely open windows thanks I appreciate your good service and tasty nice food I'm coming back

This place has really great bar eats and a nice vibe! My friends and I visited after hiking in Runyon Canyon. I ordered the Blackberry Whiskey Sour. It had blackberries in the drink instead of a liqueur. It was pretty good. I also got the fried pickles to share. They were really crispy and came with ranch and a spicy remoulade. I loved the remoulade! I also got the star of the show, the chef's special. Even one of the ladies that lives there say they always order it. You can order the chicken at any spice level. My friend and I got one medium and one hot so we can swap a piece, not sure how hot the heat would be. The 'hot' was my favorite because I love spicy food. Neither were overwhelming. The service was great as well!

The food was good the atmosphere was cool. Top notch playlist and the vibe was great to come off the street for a late night bite. I ordered the chicken strips. My pinky finger was bigger than the "strip". Can't believe they would even sell this. I guess they're not worried about return customers since it's on Hollywood BlVD. there are plenty of other hot chicken restaurants that taste better than this place and will serve you chicken larger than your pinky finger.

Was up in Hollywood on Saturday and was craving some good Nashville hot chicken. This place was really close - on a corner of Hollywood Blvd. so walked over to it. At first I thought I was at the wrong place because the sign is different than I saw online and also it looked like a club. I double checked my directions and yeah, I was right where it was. Because it was a saturday night around 9pm there was a bouncer and he was checking IDs. It's more a bar than a restaurant (but also no? Lol an in between) and while there is seating its not a place you'd take your family. Which I saw a family with a baby try to come in and they sat for a few minutes then left because the music was too loud and I don't blame them. They have a small bar against the wall and there were a lot of groups standing near it so I just grabbed a table. It's not very apparent where to order or anything - so I was hoping if I sat down someone would come to me. They have the menu on the table via QR code. The tables are pretty small so since I was alone I fit well but a couple next to me was struggling to fit all their stuff on the small table. After a bit someone finally came up and asked if I had been served. I said no and ordered their Tenderific two but with no sauce or pickles. I just wanted the tenders and that seemed like the only option. Waitress gave me a funny look when confirming that I didn't want the sauce or pickles which I understand bc I think its suppose to be like a sandwich but nope, just want the tenders. It was a bit of a wait, but once I got the food she got me ketchup and left me be. The chicken was really good - well seasoned and crispy on the outside but juicy inside. It was pretty good and so were the fries. The bread is just two piece of white bread - probably wonder bread or something cheap. Again, this is more of a bar than a restaurant but I did see a lot of people sitting. I say its not like a restaurant because although a lot of people were sitting it was incredibly hard to hear or even think because of the music. Plus there isn't any room to dance like a bar, but the space between the bar and tables is not much. They have a lot going on in that small space. The couple next to me had to scoot to sit side by side just to hear and talk to each other. Luckily I had my airpods with me so I was just listening to my own music and enjoying my meal. Also not very good cell service in there, at least for me, I couldn't really browse the internet while eating. It took a bit to finally get the attention of the waitress to give me the bill. I thought she would when it seemed obvious I was done, but she didn't check on me once after she gave me my food. She seemed pretty busy with online orders and ordering for everyone else at their tables. Overall, really good chicken but the atmosphere just wasn't for me. If they had a bigger space and was able to have a bar and space for people to dance or congregate with the music and tables farther away for people to sit and eat - that would do them well. If I were to come again I'd try to online order and just go eat in my car.

I still think about this grilled cheese with chicken. Everything was 100/10 here! If you ever on Hollywood Blvd, stop here!

On Hollywood Boulevard off the beaten path at Las Palmas and Hollywood Boulevard. Great service great accommodations for those in need. The food is Nashville type hot chicken and burgers and appetizers. Full bar and happy hour which definitely is a plus.

I only order through Uber Eats. Three months ago you used to get generous portions of fries. Now, for the same price you don't get even half the amount you used to. This happened when they switched from paper packaging to plastic.

Bomb food, chicken is seasoned just right, fried to perfection, and juicy as hell. Seriously, on point.

Worth the hype! Came by last week with some friends and loved the vibes! Tyler (pink hair) was our bartender and she was the shit! We had the sampler, chicken sandwich, and smash burgers. Everything was great. Try the "clucked up spice level" if you dare! HMC was a cool spot with good people. Highly recommend for food or if you are looking to turn up!

The service was slow and the food was average bar food. Also the place was dirty and generally unkept especially for the middle of the day. We certainly wouldn't go back.

1st time at this spot and I'm extremely disappointed. I ordered the Chefs special, the online picture shows a sandwich with fries and that's not what I got. I only got a small sandwich for almost $11. I tried calling several times and no one answers the phone. When I went to pick up my order there wasn't any customers so I doubt they were busy.

Had lunch here a few days ago. Place was crowded, but the food came out in a short time, and was delicious. Had the smash burger and wings, both were tasty. Wish I had more time in the area, as I think this place must get busy in the evenings.

So sad the Studio City location closed, but I took a stop here earlier this week and was impressed. Try it!

This is NOT a tourist trap. Located right off Hollywood Blvd this hot chicken sandwich delivers! Got mine mild to be on the safer side but feel like I could have gone spicier (gringo here). 2 for 1 drinks happy hour deal gets you $4 for a 805 but the bottle is 12oz. I'll be back

Visiting LA on business and just wanted a good burger. I walked in and Alex immediately acknowledged me. I told him what I was looking for and he said look no further. Found a table by the window so I could people watch and he took care of the rest. It was the best smashburger that I have ever had and the fries were crispy the way that I like them and with a very tasty seasoning. I cleaned the plate! Will go back AND recommend wholeheartedly. Just let Alex know that I sent you ;-) PS full bar and great cocktail suggestions.

Pretty good wings, and I've def had my share of good and bad ones. Can't say much for the place other than the food as this was a takeout order. Will say tho there only looked to be one server working the entire place, including the bar, it wasn't busy with maybe two tables seated, but still only one person seemed a little understaffed.

When it's late and you want something to eat and watch the game ... not a ton of choices! This place looked chill from Hollywood Blvd. open aired windows were nice. Loved that they had TVs to watch a sports game ... lots of TVs . Must admit it was loud and hard to have a conversation with people at your table. The service was good. The chicken wings were okay ... nothing special . Only three choices for wings . Wish there was more choices to choose from. Found it weird only gave you drumsticks and no flats. First time I've ever seen that. However; it did the job of curbing appetite. The bathrooms were not clean . Both men and woman shared two bathrooms . Across from toliet was a urinal with urine all over it gross. Paper towels all over the floor and the garbage overflowing. Some gas station bathrooms were much nicer.

My boyfriend and I came here before catching a weekend show, and the place was so chill during lunchtime. It's perfect for staring outside the window. We both ordered the chicken sandwich with fries, and both were fantastic. I ate some of the fries first because they had a really nice seasoning with free thousand island sauce. My only complaint is that the coleslaw was bland and a super unnecessary side. I don't remember if there way any slaw in the sandwich, but I rather have none at all.

This place is fun. I went here a couple weekends ago with my wild friend. The owners were super cool. The black female bar tender was funny and attractive and the food was good, better than the average bar food.

Great food and drinks!!! The chicken was super crispy, and perfectly sauced. I got mild and it had great flavor. As for drinks, I had the spicy tamarindo paloma, and it was perfect. I could drink so many of those! The place is very loud, but plays good music. Definitely would call it a drive bar. Bathrooms were not that clean, but I like that's it's a 1 stall room. Service was just okay but the food/drinks made this 5 stars. We were able to find parking down the street that we paid for through a parking meter. So glad we came here before our concert at the Hollywood Bowl.

This was the best last stop to an eventful friends' birthday celebrations, the energy walking in was electric and inviting! We got different flavor margaritas and they were delicious. We appreciate still being so nice after closing this was a great vibe, thank you

It's a bar that serves chicken. On the plus side, they allow under 21 in to eat. The tables were not wiped. The bartender came over to take our order. Menu online. Got our drinks, but no one ever came back to see if we wanted refills. Food was ok. Sliders reminded me of the old "where's the beef" commercials. Chicken strips were very thin. Fries were good. Nachos was canned cheese, and the chicken had an odd taste (maybe reheated). Salsa seemed old, cilantro was dried out. Side of slaw was about 1/4 cup.

We decided to drop by this location because we weren't sure if their Sherman Oaks one would be open due to the recent bout of rain. The interior definitely resembles a sports bar and is fairly loud which isn't my kind of scene, but we still decided to give this place a shot. Unfortunately, everything was super confusing and really fell short of our expectations. First, no one bothered to hand out menus and you had to hunt down an employee in order to even get one and then again at the end to pay. They seemed to be extra focused on the bar. Second, we noticed that no one bothered to wipe down tables in between parties and this left them horribly sticky. Finally, many employees were not wearing masks and the prices are higher than what is advertised on the menu. Since we had driven all the way here, we decided to order and got: Two Chicken Sliders (2.5/5): These sliders were far smaller than the ones we saw on their website and took a surprisingly long time to come out. Their seasoned fries were decent and the chicken was nice and tender; however, we ordered medium spice and honestly did not find the sliders to be even a bit spicy. Instead, they were on the saltier side and the pieces of chicken simply had seasoning sprinkled on them which meant the flavors did not marinate all the way through. The coleslaw was watery and basically a gross cabbage salad that we could not take more than a bite of. LA has so many more hot chicken places to offer with better prices, hygiene, and food. I would not recommend this place as they care more about the bar than the food that is actually in their name and what they are supposedly known for.

If you're from Hollywood you know this spot was not that much of the business, but if you haven't yet I recommend coming here for its new rep and new owners. Chicken is FIRE, I ordered the quesadilla with chicken and the chicken was crispy and booomb asf. Drinks and food is price friendly. I'm telling you, best food on the block! The music is honestly so good it makes you wanna get up and dance. Our server, C(K)arissa was so kind and attentive with our table. Arthur is extremely friendly and truly cares about his business and how his customers are being served. Place is clean and the ambient is littyyy. I don't like coming to Hollywood much but whenever I come I know exactly where to come now!

Another day, another chicken place but this time along the touristy neighborhood of Hollywood. The place has a lot of inside and a few more outside. It's an open air type of restaurant with TV screens. Place wasn't busy when I arrived. There's only one other table occupied by a group. I was greeted immediately by lady sitting in the bar. Placed my order which didn't take long to be served. I had the chef's special ala carte. This is a sandwich on a Texas bread filled with cubed chicken and slathered with sauce. Filling was generous. It was flavorful but felt a little bit dry so I ordered a side of coleslaw. I added it into the sandwich which actually helped a lot in bringing all the flavors. I recommend this to anyone who'll order ala carte but if you're actually getting a plate, it already comes with a side of fries and coleslaw.

The traffic here is insane. During a Hollywood bowl concert I do not recommend going to this place that we ordered via yelp and tried to cancel. As soon as we could not find parking they called us back to tell us that they would walk our order back out but by that time I was sitting in very dense traffic, so I hope my hot food went to someone in need as it is a pretty big price tag for some hot chicken.

I live one block from hollywood blvd and in that exploration I found the best corner space that not only honors the energy of it all but also the light weight fun experience that it is to be a Hollywood-ite. DANI makes everything fun, important and good for us that attend thank you for this we are so grateful after a pandemic to enjoy here. Your food and space is awesome

I got on trusty Yelp to help me pick out a restaurant for the night and choose to try out this place. I love chicken and bread plus the fact that it was within walking distance made it a no brainer. After reading some of the reviews I went with the chefs special and OMG! The sauce is so good, the fries and the seasoning were yummy and the bread was so buttery and soft I wanted more! I was not crazy about the coleslaw that came with it, I should have asked to swap it with another side meh. You do get to pick the heat level so if you are afraid of trying it out because it might be too spicy dont be! I got medium and it was just the right amount for me. Next time I will try the next level of spice on my food. When I went it was around 4 pm so there was not anyone in the restaurant. It seems they are primarily a bar, they have Tv all over with music blastic all the time. They serve like 6 main dishes and some side dishes. I really wanted to try the fry pickles (that's my fave appetizer) but did not have the stomach for it. Next time I for sure will try them. The waitress serving me was nice but nothing extra worth mentioning. My meal did not come with a drink and just for that one order it was about 12 or 13$ for one person and I was full. My suggestions is bring a few people and order 3 meals and it should get everyone feed to the full. I was staying within walking distance to the place so I dont know if they have parking for the restaurant but i KNow there's plenty of street parking nearby. They have these garage doors that they put down when they are close or when its cold outside but the day I went they have them up. You could sit down at a table and have a good view of the walk of fame and all the people passing by! I saw a guy walking his pet goat down the street! Sadly I did not get a picture of it *sad face*. It was nice to have that kind of view since I went alone and had no one to have a conversation with.

We were in town again for a concert, and just had to stop in. Service was as a little slower than usual. Had to ask multiples times for refill and the check, but the food amazing. I only wish the chefs special was made with pepper Jack cheese.

Be careful. Drinking glass smelled like vomit and 12 hours after eating here I can't leave the bathroom. It's the only thing I've eaten today. Couldn't be anything else.

NOM NOM NOM! Do not miss this hot chicken place! I admit it's in the middle of tourist town and that makes it suck for parking and no local really wants to go to Hollywood for a normal meal. I went for lunch twice on my days working from home and day off. They really need delivery. Parking is $3 an hour on those meters over there. :( First time I had the Chef's special sandwich and it was sooooooo good. I got medium heat and it was perfectly balanced. The bread was thick enough so that nothing fell out of the sandwich as I ate it. The cheese was good, the chicken was spicy and they added their special sauce which put it over the top! I could not stop saying "mmm" while eating this sandwich. The fries were also a good size and texture to pair with the sandwich. 2nd visit there and I got the fries with chicken on top. SOOOO very good still. I tore through that plate as well. So good, spice level perfect and the amount of food you get is great for the price. Everything is fresh and comes out hot like expected. I have already recommended this a few foodie friends. I will be coming back on another day off or ordering delivery when they get that online.

Perhaps the best wings I've ever had. The clucked up spicy is truly hot. Order judiciously and enjoy. Food and service were both fantastic.

Hello new favorite hot chicken spot!! Talk about amazing food! The sliders are PERFECTION! These guys have the hot chicken recipe down. The chicken is white breast meat, juicy and tender. The seasoning is perfect. The buns on the sliders are also delicious and don't get soggy. The fries are thin and have great seasoning also! They follow instructions wonderfully and make sure that the order is just what the customer wants. Can't wait to go back!!

The western melt was delicious! Fries to die for. Beers ice cold. .. Perfect afternoon snack! Waiters attentive and sweet! Fun place good videos and music.
