This place never fails. We refuse to go to any other branch that isn’t this one . Even tho the drive is 30 min away. But shout out to Mykesha & Tristan for the amazing and fast service . You both are amazing . And the food was a 10/10

I’ve had a food blog across the nation for 8 years and I’ve been to almost all the hot and juicys I can find….this one by far my favorite. I was greeted upon entering by Mykesha and Tiana and Mikey took care of me during my stay. This team is well put together. Full of professionalism, strong work ethic and you can tell they love their jobs. Employees like these come from great management. I had the chance to meet the manager as well. The food you can fix and with seafood it’s not always the restaurant’s fault….the live crawfish and shrimp heads were PERFECT!!!! The lobster head was filled with all that good stuff 😉 You can tell this restaurant cares about its customers. Worth the visit. Will be visiting again.

Hostess was kinda shady but once we got our waiter everything else went smoothly. The food was delicious. Mild seasoning was very hot but they gave me butter to tone the spiciness down. The food, soju drink and margaritas were good.....came hungry left full and sleepy

Came in on a Friday evening, and even though it was busy, we only waited about 20 minutes for a booth—not bad at all! We got the shrimp Hot N Juicy style, potatoes, corn, and a basket of fried catfish & fries. Everything was on point! The shrimp had the perfect kick, and the catfish was crispy and flavorful. Great food, good service, and a solid spot if you’re craving seafood. Highly recommend!

Tristan was a great server! Very attentive, super friendly & funny! He made us feel welcomed. Our food was delicious and will def come back.

My parents have been loyal customers of this restaurant for over eight years. Unfortunately, their most recent visit was deeply disappointing and upsetting. Upon entering, they were immediately asked to show ID as part of a so-called “new procedure.” Oddly enough, no other guests around them were asked for ID only my parents, who happen to be Mexican. When they asked for clarification about this policy, the staff could not provide a clear explanation. It’s important to note that my parents were not planning on drinking; they simply came to enjoy a meal like they always have. There was absolutely no reason for an ID check, which makes it hard not to see this for what it was: racial profiling. It’s incredibly disheartening to see a place they once supported treat them this way. No one should be made to feel unwelcome or targeted because of their ethnicity. I hope management reflects seriously on how this situation was handled and takes action to ensure no other customer is subjected to the same kind of discrimination.

Update: I gave this location another try and ordered another pound of snow crab.. and I received 3 legs.. I just don’t see this being a pound.. atp their ripping people off.. In the past this place was great but I guess the turn over rate is high.. now it’s hit or miss, I never see the same servers working here..the service wasn’t great today, at all.. we had 2 separate girls serving us (even though it wasn’t busy) and we had to repeat ourself multiple times but I won’t go to much into depth with that maybe they just had an off day.. usually I order a pound of crab legs and 1/2 of mussels and I leave full. Today I paid $110 (+tip) and still left hungry.. I’m pretty sure the half cluster of crab they gave me with a hand full of mussels wasn’t anything near what I usually get in my order.. even my husband said his chicken tenders looks smaller than usual.. idk I love this place, it’s my go to crab boil place but after today I can’t say that I want to come back..

As always the food is amazing. But above all the service we received from a server named Johnnie was above and beyond what was expected of him. He was not our server and yet he came around to check on us and get us everything we needed at minimum of 6 times without making us feel like he was standing over us. My server came by a total of twice. Big difference... Huge! I always recommend this place to everyone. But by far Johnnie is the server I want waiting on me. Thanks Johnnie....

Hot N Juicy is one of my favorite seafood boil places! The food was incredible--fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We ordered the Get Your Feet Wet Combo with the Hot N Juicy sauce, and it was absolutely divine. The portions were generous, and the prices were super reasonable for the quality and quantity. The entire staff was friendly and attentive, creating a welcoming and upbeat atmosphere. That said, LJ was in a league of her own--exceptionally outstanding! From the moment we sat down, LJ made our night unforgettable. She was warm, knowledgeable, and had great recommendations for the menu. Her attentiveness and fun energy truly elevated the whole experience. If you're visiting, you can expect great service all around, but trust me--you'll want LJ as your waitress. Can't wait to come back for another delicious meal and (hopefully) more of LJ's amazing service!

Came here for lunch on Friday. No wait to eat so that was really convenient. They took our drink orders really quick and we ordered right after. The head on shrimp, hot and juicy seasoning with medium spice was perfect. The Cajun is exactly what I've been looking for in Vegas the last couple of years compared to other seafood boil restaurants. Cajun fries were great and mozzarella sticks were breaded so well with the perfect amount of cheese. Waiters were both super nice. 8/10, this is a good restaurant but nothing crazy out of the normal service. I will be back for sure.

Wow. To say we were disappointed would be understatement of the year. We ordered 1lb of crawfish Cajun, 1 pound of garlic butter shrimp, and 1 pound of clams. They gave us all the wrong sauces. Everything was cold and the shrimp was soggy and had black spots on them. I don't like taking chances when it comes to seafood and we definitely felt the food was undercooked and suspicious. We will NOT be going back. Gross, gross, gross!

Great service! My favorite is the snow crab with the hot n juicy seasoning and the sausage. Their heat levels are perfect, i have to have mine spicy. The little robots that bring out the food are pretty cool as well. It's always a great experience here. My favorite place to go for crab!

Wanted to update my last review. Went in, was full, the server quickly cleaned a table and sat us. He was also our server and he was very attentive and friendly. I had a bad experience last time with crab legs being served hotter than asked for, which hindered me from enjoying them, but this time, everything was as requested and delicious. I love pleasant experiences! Thank you, Malcolm, for the chat and making things right.

The food is amazing the staff is friendly and welcoming'! The food came out fast! The vibe is so chill and fun! I went in on Mardi Gras and it was decorated and fun!

Had a craving for shrimp and it was the last day of our week long trip in Vegas and glad we stopped by before heading back to Cali. We got there 20 min before happy hour and waitress told us so we waited until then to get the most of happy hour with gave slightly more food for less price so it's a decent deal. They gave us some complimentary crawfish to try. I'm more of a shrimp person but still had the crawfish which I liked. Maybe because I was hungry. Since there was no one there, maybe 2-3 other parties coming in while we were there. Our two servers were very attentive and great, so pleased with that. Inside was spacious and they had a bar and games playing on the tvs at the time. So it's a nice place to go with family and/or friends. Food was great and the spice level was great, we started off medium and asked for spicier sauce on the side which really made the food even better. We actually had trouble finishing the food because we ordered quite a bit for just us too. Been to multiple different crawfish/ Cajun fish style restaurants and this is one definitely at the top, local and bigger brand restaurants in Cali. There is one in fountain valley apparently, so going to check that one at eventually. Definitely recommend and plan on going back if craving it in Vegas if not will go to the fountain valley location.

Service: Our servers, Johnnie and Theresa, were fantastic--attentive and super friendly. Even on a busy Friday night, they kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. Great service overall. Ambiance: The vibe was relaxed and fun. Despite being packed, it didn't feel too chaotic. It was a good spot to unwind and enjoy a meal. Food: We ordered the "Get Your Feet Wet" combo with 1 lb of crawfish, 1 lb of shrimp with sausage, plus an order of blue crab and rice, and paired it with a beer. The Hot and Juicy sauce (mild spice) was thick, flavorful, and reminded me of Boiling Crab. However, the shrimp was a bit mushy from being frozen, which missed the mark for me. I get that it's not crawfish season or even shrimp season, so I'll give it another shot when it is. As for the blue crab, I'd skip it and go for the Dungeness crab cluster instead for a better experience. Overall, it's one of the better crawfish spots, and I'd still recommend it--especially when seafood is in season!

We celebrated a friend's birthday with seafood boil dinner on a Friday night around 6pm. Despite not making a reservation, our group of 4 were able to get seated right away. We all came in hungry and this place never disappoints. Green Mussels | Ordered a pound of mussels with lemon pepper seasoning and medium spice. As expected, the mussels were fresh and somewhat briny with a soft texture. Catfish Po'Boy | The crusty baguette alone was good LOL! The delicate catfish was encrusted with crunchy cornmeal. It was scrumptious! Service: The hostess was accommodating and the server was friendly. The bathroom was well-maintained. A separate area was located outside the bathroom for handwashing. Parking: Plenty in the parking lot.

I've never been to Hot N Juicy before and let me just say I'm amazed on how fresh and delicious the seafood is here! We got the get your feet wet combo and a side of chicken tenders and calamari. Everything was delicious and the flavor was definitely on point. The service was fast and efficient. We came in with a big party too about 15-20 people and they were able to accommodate us. Cruz was one of the managers that helped us out too and she was great! Her personality is so much fun and she knows how to take care of her customers and make them happy. Her team was making sure we got everything out on time and drinks were always poured. Whenever we needed anything the staff was on it fast too! Overall experience was definitely one for the books. I really enjoyed my time here and the food that they served here. It definitely won't be the last time I come!

Had an amazing dinner here with my kids! Very fun experience with my kids. They had never tried crawfish but surprisingly they liked it. Great service too!

Best seafood boil in vegas and they've been the best for as long as I remember. The food is amazing, but the sauce is what truly separates them from other seafood boil places. The inside of this location is great and it's never too busy like the other locations. The interior of this location is also spacious and cozy, unlike the other locations closer to the central part of town. Once i discovered this location, I never went back to the others. Always worth the drive. Have yet to have to wait to be seated at this location either.

I just checked my transactions and I noticed an unrecognized amount that was charged. Hot N Juicy had the audacity to change my tip amount. How dare they after I experienced bad service! I was out of water and didn't get a refill until I kept looking around and someone that wasn't my server noticed me. One of the waitress drops my check on the table when I wasn't done eating. Let me finish first then I'll pay! I thought that was rude. It was like I was being rushed to get out when there were only 4 tables occupied. Coming here is a hit or miss. Sometimes the shrimp is old and soft. The garlic butter sauce can be overwhelming when there is too much garlic.

You charge $30 more for half a pound of crab legs but pretty much just put one cluster in a bag?!? I've eaten at other hot n juicy locations in town and I know how much of the crab legs I should get in if I get the Drool. And this is not it!

I've come here a handful of times and felt the need to reviews because of LJ! She was so helpful, kind, and welcoming. Our food was good as always although I think they might've changed the etoufee a little bit.

If you're in the mood for some Cajun seafood, this is a must stop on Eastern! My hunny and I went for a late lunch early dinner. During this time, the place was empty. When we entered, we were happily greeted by the waiters. They conveyed that we could sit at any open table. Immediately we were given our menus and asked if we wanted to order our drinks. My hunny and I got a diet soda. Soon after we looked at the menu and decided to order (look below): The Drool (Snow crab comes with it): I ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT! My favorite is snow crab and it was cooked perfectly. The combo with the shrimp, potatoes, sausages, and corn were cooked to perfection. I will say we always have a hard time with crawfish but it was ono! I can't forget about the sauce and spice level, it just elevates the taste! Fried Calamari: It was crispy and amazing good with the sauce! Cajun Fries: I will say I think it's best just to order the regular size. My hubby and I wanted more fries! We definitely were surprised by the machine who served us our food! It was a fun and awesome new experience! Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely visit again when we are in Vegas!

I recently dined at this restaurant. Our server, Theresa, was excellent--very friendly. We ordered the no head shrimp hot 'n juicy, which features a blend of all their flavors, and the shrimp po' boys. While the freshness was evident, I found the overall taste of the food to be somewhat lacking. The po' boys were definitely better than the no head shrimp. On a positive note, I tried their Michelada, which was enjoyable. It was priced at $10. Overall, while the service and freshness were commendable, the flavors didn't quite hit the mark for me.

The drool is the best thing to ever get I am a 15 year old and I finished it all by myself I recommend to come to this place they have nice serving and every staff is so nice.

Tried this place for a colleagues birthday and it was delicious! We all left completely full and satisfied. The service was quick and friendly. They kept our large groups drinks topped off and full! The ambiance is what you would expect for a boil restaurant. In theme and functional. It had the good feel of - it's ok if you make a mess of yourself and your table. The portions were large and worth the money. I will definitely be back. 5 stars if my plain shrimp had a little more flavor. I'm a spice wuss though - so - couldn't try the actual spicy version of things.

This place is always a hit. They play great music. They make amazing micheladas. We had a pound of headless shrimp, a pound of green mussels, two pounds snow crabs, fried catfish and a half pound of sausage. Not one thing was bad. We ordered it with the hot and juicy sauce and mild. We like spicy food - we are both ethnic and mild was perfectly spicy for us but not burn your face off. If you're a softy don't get mild. The wait staff were very attentive. They work as a group so everyone helps and is on point. We destroyed it all and it was amazing!

Always stop here while in Vegas from Texas , did simple bag this time with Crawfish and shrimp , medium level heat and hot n juicy seasoning , everything tasted great , positive and happy employees and very attentive.

I came here on a Sunday around 3 pm, and there was no wait time. I was greeted as soon as I arrived and got seated right away. The service was friendly and attentive, and they have little machines that send you your food. I ordered 1 lb of shrimp head attached( market price), which was 15 then, with the hot and juicy flavoring and medium spicy level. Also, orders calamari as well. The shrimp was great; I felt I could have gone another level of spiciness as it was not too spicy. However, the calamari was hard and rough; I ultimately had to take it back. The server was nice enough to replace the calamari with something else. Overall, I would come back. Just do not order the calamari.

Came in yesterday for dinner with my husband, sister in law, and her boyfriend. This location is right on Eastern and in the same shopping center as Crepe Expectations and BJs. Hot N Juicy is like a Vegas staple here and this definitely wasn't my first time dining here and certainly won't be my last! It wasn't super busy for a Wednesday evening so we were able to be seated quickly. First things first, if you don't like to eat with your hands, this might not be the spot for you. They line the tables with plastic liner, you get bibs and gloves, and this is definitely not a first date spot cuz it gets messsay. I decided to order some pinot grigio to drink and then also ordered a pound of the snow crab, baby spice level and with garlic and butter seasoning. You can pick pretty much any time of seafood and it comes hot and ready in a plastic bag for you. You pick your spice and then the heat level. I'm the biggest wimp there is when it comes to spice so I alwaysss opt for "baby spice." The snow crab was DELISH! Highly recommend. I also got a side of rice to cleanse the palate and then my husband ordered us fried shrimp to share. We had about three waiters taking care of us which was so nice. Great to see staff stepping in and asking if we needed anything no matter who our assigned waiter was. I think their air conditioning might have also been out because it was a lillll toasty in there. But understandable, it's hot as heck out right now. I mainly felt sorry for the staff that has to work in that heat. Pricing is a little high, but at the same time, it's seafood and what isn't priced high right now haa. Seriously, such a good meal and a great experience overall!

At HNJ you can order combos, by the pound, appetizers, fried baskets, po' boys or desserts. My family had Cajun Calamari and the Get Your Feet Wet - 1 lb crawfish, 1 lb shrimp, dozen Andouille sausages, 2 corns and 2 potatoes with medium spice level. The seafood boil and friendly service was great.

I got sick last time I went the shrimp was old and just want not edible , I rather not go somewhere were they just think it's okay to serve food like that

If you love crawfish than you have got to try this place. The sauce was good and the crawfish was fresh. Unfortunately the crawfish was a little small. Our server Jamie was super friendly and attentive. We went at 11 am when it just open so we got seated right away. However we did try to eat there the night before and it was super pack. They only take reservation for large groups.

Couldn't wait to come here. my family and I love this place. This is the first time at this location. We were greeted by a very energetic girl that happened to be our waitress and seemed like she was the manager or was running the show at this location because she was running circles around any of the other girls working there We got there about 515pm and it happened to be happy hour who would've thought hot and juicy had a happy hour. This is awesome. We ordered everything we wanted and then found out. Most of it is half off that's even better. We ordered shrimp, clams, potatoes sausage also Cajun fries and we ordered some sweet potato fries which I have never had and they were absolutely delicious We will definitely be coming back over and over again The only reason I gave four stars the clams were very tiny, and every time I went to pick one up the shell would break I've never seen that before and I don't know why it was happening, but I thought it was a little dangerous being in the bag with all my other food.

My bf and I had our weekly date night here. It was our first time ever going to a crawfish boil-type place. Our experience was AMAZING. There were so many options and it was all so yummy. We got snow crab, shrimp, mussels, and lobster tail. It was so so fun and such a cool spot. The service was great and our waitress (I think her name was Katrina) was amazing. She was so kind and she answered all of our questions. This place is SO cool and must try!!

Literally the worst. Poor service. Poor food, soggy crab.$100 later - going somewhere to spend my money.

Our server Byron was awesome. Very friendly and attentive. He provided 10/10 service. It was quite warm inside. Made the dining experience a bit uncomfortable. I feel sorry for the servers running around inside! The fried catfish was disappointing as there was hardly any fish. It was mainly breading. Had to send the oysters back as the taste was bad. The pound of snow crab legs and pound of head on shrimp were good.

If you like crawfish and shrimp you have to come for a visit. We were served by James who was personable and knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered 'The Drool' and so did our friends. When it arrived, it was a hot bag of shrimp, sausages, corn, potatoes, crawfish and crab legs. The sauce it was in was really good. We ordered the shrimp with the head off. We already had enough eyes looking at us on the crawfish Everything tasted delicious. The lemonade was good. The sausages were my favorite. As I peeled the shrimp I noticed the black vein was still attached. This is the waste of the shrimp and I didn't want to make my sensitive stomach sick by eating it, so I ate sausages, crab and half a potato. I didn't bother with the crawfish and should have ordered a separate dish of something. I did order some rolls. I didn't want to leave feeling to empty. If you like your seafood with eyes and legs all over the place, this is the restaurant for you. I like the atmosphere and the folks were welcoming and accommodating. I'd love to return again, but order something different.

Hot and Juicy is always great! The staff are helpful and friendly, even when it gets super busy. Family friendly and this location is big enough to accomodate really large groups. They can get really busy so be prepared to wait if you come with a larger party for dinner on the weekends but they do their best to turn tables over quickly. Obviously the by the pound menu is the highlight here - I recommend the "Hot and Juicy" seasoning. But they've also got great fried food like the Hot N Tender Basket and Corn Fritters!

I've been twice in the past year and I don't even live in Vegas. The food was amazing both times.

Took some time for someone to get us started with some drinks. Customers were flowing in consistently so understandable. Our server was working as both host and server. But she absolutely made up for the wait and explained everything clearly with style and amazing personality. Checked up on us regularly while juggling other tables and hosting. Very efficient. Food was very fresh, my favorite was their live clams, their larger than other Cajun seafood restaurant. Everything else was great, we missed out on their blue crab since someone ordered the last pound! But we will be back! Thank you

We usually do take out... But we ended up eating in... LJ was our server and OMG!! she was amazing. Making us feel welcome and happy to give us all all the best experience. We just had more stomach to eat more... But, we had an amazing afternoon and we'll take care of. We are definitely coming back to dine in more often. We'll be back in 2 weeks.

Amazing food, atmosphere, service! We had my granddaughters BD dinner there with 10 of us. Staff sang happy birthday to her along with most patrons. It was so much fun. We will definitely go back! Thank you Hot n Juicy y'all rock!

We were celebrating our friends promotion and decided Seafood was the best way to honor her! We came here on a Friday evening around 630pm, the place was packed and super busy, but we got lucky and we're seated in less than 5 minutes; which was awesome! We ordered 2lbs of snow crab legs, 2 lbs of shrimp head on, 1 lobster tail, green mussels, Cajun fries, 4 corns, 1 dz of sausages, 3 cups of rice and several fountain drinks and beers. My fave was the lobster tail and mussels. It came out to less than $215 because the bag of shrimp was lost in the order, and we were compensated a few drinks. We didn't mind because we were enjoying ourselves! The staff was amazing- Val and Mikey really took care of us, and other servers who were helping the other tables took the time to ask if we were doing good, so we loved that! It was so busy, but we still got a lot of attention. We'll definitely be back again! Happy Eats!

I went there with some friends the other night, and we had the best time. The atmosphere is super fun and laid-back, perfect for getting messy with some amazing seafood.We ordered a big combo bag with crawfish, shrimp, and crab legs, and wow, everything was insanely fresh and flavorful. The crawfish were plump and juicy, the shrimp were perfectly cooked, and the crab legs were packed with sweet, tender meat. The sauces are to die for. We went for the "Hot N Juicy Special" and it was the perfect mix of spicy, garlicky goodness. You can really taste the quality of the ingredients everything was super fresh and bursting with flavor.We also got some corn and potatoes in our bag, and they soaked up all that amazing sauce, making every bite ridiculously tasty. The portions were huge, so we definitely got our money's worth.The service was fantastic too. The staff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. They even gave us some great tips on how to crack open the crab legs like pros.If you're looking for a place to indulge in some fresh, delicious seafood, Hot N Juicy Crawfish is where it's at. Grab some friends, roll up your sleeves, and get ready for a seriously good time. I can't wait to go back! Vegas is awsome!

I'm one of the few people that prefer the juicy cajun sauce over the hot & juicy sauce. We split an order of the hot & juicy shrimp and juicy cajun green mussels with sausage and corn. We went with the spiciest level, wasn't that that spicy but good enough. -Food comes out quick, and on a little robot -It stays crowded but everything moves fast

Ordered 2lbs of shrimp for take out and was very disappointed. Every single shrimp were soft and mushy. They were far from fresh. The flavor was great but the quality of the shrimp was terrible. They were not devained and felt like sand while chewing. We were just too tired to go back and complain. We ended up tossing the left overs. Will never go back again.

This is the first time ever we have walked in and have been sat right away! Usually it's a 10-20 minute wait, so we were super excited about that. However, it took about 5 minutes for someone to even greet us once we sat. Then mention there was no real menus just scan & look. Would of been nice to know that since we just sat for 5 minutes looking around. We ordered 2 margaritas, they were strong and delicious! The sweet potato fries were hot and cooked to perfection. We each ordered a pound of shrimp head on ($16 lb) , and snow crab legs (currently $44 lb). Side of white rice with our shrimp is a must. All the games were playing which my husband loved since he could eat and watch football. It was loud so you could easily bring kids if you don't mind a little mess. *bathrooms could use a little cleaning, but wasn't a huge deal*
