Been to other locations a few times, first time at this one. Pretty good seafood boil. The sauce they use “hot and juicy” is really fantastic. Even the baby spice had a little kick to it so be careful! Eveything was cooked great and tasted great! It looks like other locations are a bit cheaper than this one but we were in the area! Soju drinks were nice too! And it includes its own light show!

So my honey decided to take me and his parenta out to brunch 🤗 so of course he chose his mother's favorite restaurant....Hot N Juicy. We arrived around noon as they had just opened up, and we were the first customers of the day. The service was quick, the food was great, and the hostess was professional and friendly. I ordered the Two Handed Crawfish sandwich and it was fire 🔥! Definitely recommend. My honey ordered the Whole Ass Shrimp and Catfish and dad ordered fried shrimp with sweet potatoes. My honey wasn't a fan of the whole and shrimp bc they fry the shrimp with the shell. But when you remove the shell, the shrimp was pretty tasty. So if you don't like the whole shrimp, I recommend only ordering fried shrimp. Overall, this is always a hit for me! 🤏🏽👌🏽👍🏽

I visited here twice during my stay in LV. Both were take-out orders, and i loved it !!😍I was eating alone, and i ordered 1/2lb no-head shrimp / 1/2 dozen sausage / corn / (potato) / (broccoli) + rice. The portion was huge for me and i felt reallyyy full. 📍Hot n juicy sauce / spicy hot : If u like spicy food, i bet u would like it. It was hard for me to eat it without coke btw 😹 but i loved the flavor 📍Garlic butter sauce / medium hot : for me, medium hot suited the best. Actually the sauce is not that different from the Hot n juicy sauce, just that it had much more garlic pieces. ❣️sausage : sausage itself was normal, but i liked the variety eating it with shrimp. ❣️ corn : MUST ADD !! i loved it ❣️Rice : u must !!! get a ricebowl because the food itself is salty! Would definitely come back later ! Also the workers were so nice :)

Went in on a Friday for lunch. Was able to be seated quickly wasn’t too must. Service was good and we ordered the “get your feet wet” which was good value for how much you get. We ordered the mild spice and the garlic butter sauce and the head off shrimp. Next time I would do the baby spice as the mild was still kicking heat. The Crawfish is hard to pull apart and eat, everything was tasty but really messy. We changed gloves a few times to new ones as it can seep through when dealing with the shells. 2 people eating the bag and we still couldn’t finish it all. We also ordered chicken tenders and calamari as well and the tenders are battered with corn flakes? Were tasty. Was good value.

Honestly, if you want to go to hot and juicy, pick the ones on spring mountain. This is a cash grab at best. The seafood was incredibly dry. The shrimp was over cooked and mushy. You take off the shell and it's falls a part under your hands. The sauce didn't even cover the shrimp. They had no flavor due to this. When we asked for more sauce they wanted to change 3.50 for a small, half cup of sauce. Which was like half an oz maybe? For a bag of shrimp? The server we had at first was nice but then they transfered us because they were leaving and no one was 100% sure who our next server was. There was a gentleman at first but them a lady came up and said she was the server. We were told that there is no manager on site from our original server but the new server told us that there are no managers, just team leads. Even with that being the case, he said they dont have any control of what the kitchen does. He further explained that the kitchen makes the choice and they just go off of that and if they say that's what the sauce should be, that's all there is to it. To me that seems very odd and like no one wants to take accountability. I've been to hot and juicy on spring mountain a bunch, I will stick to that one from now on. Not worth wasting money at this one.

Hmmm I have such mixed feelings about writing this review. Let me first say that I've dined at all Vegas locations along with the one in Phoenix and California. With that said, I was quite disappointed with the Downtown location. Service was good. I believe his name started with a K. He had help from others bringing the food, etc. Food: Crab Legs Shrimp Pork Rinds Sausage We ordered the Hot & Juicy sauce on the side and wanted the sauce in the bag Garlic Butter. There seemed to be some kind of miscommunication as the server brought an extra sauce (we ordered 2), and in our bag, it had spice in it instead of the garlic butter like how we usually order it at the other locations. We returned the sauce since we know we get charged for it, and I was disappointed with the sauce in the bag. The crab legs seemed like it was old despite dipping it in the sauce. Everything else was ok. My family, who are visiting, commented that this was the worst Hot & Juicy they've ever had, and they too have been to the other locations. It's unfortunate as this location is closer to me, but the Spring Mountain locations are much better and fresher seafood.

We were in Vegas for the weekend and decided to explore Old Vegas. While walking around Fremont Street, we found this seafood spot within walking distance. When we got there, it wasn’t busy, which was a nice break from the craziness of the Strip. They had football on the TVs, which added to the chill vibe. Our server was super friendly and got our order placed quickly. The food came out fast, which we appreciated. We ordered a pound of shrimp (no head) for $19, and added corn and potatoes for about $4 extra. The hot and juicy sauce mix we got was really good—not too spicy, just flavorful enough. Here’s where things went downhill: when we started eating, we realized the shrimp weren’t deveined. That really threw us off. My boyfriend was completely grossed out because we always assume it’s poop when the shrimp isn’t deveined. It killed the whole vibe for him. He tried to eat some, but the thought of it got to him, and he ended up throwing up once we got back to the hotel. The potatoes were honestly the best part of the meal, but the shrimp ruined the experience. If they offered an option to have the shrimp deveined for an extra charge, that would’ve made a huge difference. The service and atmosphere were great, but we can’t enjoy seafood if it isn’t cleaned properly. For that reason, we won’t be back.

Google
My wife and I loved the service and atmosphere; however, the way this place charged you to create your own seafood bag was a little unusual(i.e. to create your seafood bag, the customer pays for the main crustaceans and then you pay to add-in your individual sides, like corn, sausage, etc.). The pricing wasn't bad, but we just thought it should have been a fix price for the individual created seafood bag...not all individually priced. Overall, the food was adequate for our taste. I would still recommend eating there if it's your first time and you decide.

Yelp
Food is very good/tasty. I ordered the #1 with the garlic butter sauce. I definitely recommend and will be coming back.

Yelp
I was so excited to show my friend this place but let's just say it's definitely not anywhere as good as its original location in China Town. The ambience was very lacking and could use some better lighting in there. It felt very sterile. There wasn't really any decor to speak of and there were lots of employees, but service was nowhere to be found. I had to go ask for a waiter several times and also take my bill up there and hand over my credit card so we could get our stuff and leave. The shrimp that I had was really dirty, and it kept picking out and having to clean the shrimp so much to the point where it basically made me lose my appetite when we asked for a fork to clean out the meat off the crab legs the server didn't have any clue what we meant, and came back with a plastic fork, which would've broke. And it was honestly a very bizarre reaction considering she worked in a seafood place she had never heard of a cracker or a fork for seafood but OK. It was a very strange experience that left us confused and not really excited or full. Our server left in the middle of our service and we asked her if we could tip her and she said well it just goes on the bill. I said well I'll tip you in cash and then she walked off and didn't take the tip so again, very strange. I'm not really sure what to think of this place except that I just would not come back. Also, the corn tasted frozen and the flavor was more spicy than flavorful. Even though I ordered no spice.

Yelp
This place is located downtown, really close to the Fremont Experience. That means that parking is kinda weird. You can get street parking or you can park at one of the lots ($) Anyway I brought my daughter to eat because she LOVES crab! I'm not a big fan of seafood but I am a fan of happy hour When we got there, no one was at the podium to greet us. Honestly it took more than 7 minutes before someone came over. We weren't the only people waiting to be seated. After being seated, I noticed that they also sat a large party (10+) right after us and near our table. It took a few minutes to get a server to come by, but when she did come she was very friendly and had a good attitude. I order a seafood boil, Cajun fries, wings and the shrimp étouffée. I also ordered a margarita. I received the margarita, seafood boil and the étouffée. All of these items were fantastic!! A server brought out regular fries and I told them I ordered Cajun fries. Another server came back with regular fries again! Lol I guess they wanted me to eat regular fries. When our server came to check on us, I let her know that I hadn't received the wings or my Cajun fries. I ordered another margarita, it's on the happy hour menu I never received my wings and by the time the Cajun fries came out, it was time to go. I felt disappointed in the service and honestly I probably won't return to this location. Our server was good, but service was not good at all!

Yelp
Walking distance from any hotel on the Fremont experience. Friendly staff and excellent food. The dining room is spacious and they do have tv's playing different sports. I ordered 1/2lb shrimp without the head and a Dungeness crab cluster, baby spice butter garlic. The baby spice is the perfect spice level for someone who doesn't like spicy. Both the shrimp and crab were cooked perfectly. I would definitely return.

Yelp
1st time trying a place like this. It was fun. Our service was sweet and made a really good red beer. I would definitely go back.

Yelp
This was my second time at a Hot n Juicy, but first time at this location. We ordered The Drool which came with crawfish, shrimp, sausage, snow crab legs, & potato/corn. It also came with a side of fried calamari. Our server was very nice and helped us decide what options to choose for our order. We ordered the 2nd out of 5 levels of spice and honestly it was a lot spicier than we had anticipated lol, but it was very flavorful and tasted good. Overall, we enjoyed the shrimp and crab the most, while the crawfish and sausage were nice but not amazing. I would definitely come back and order just shrimp and maybe try blue crab & some other side options like fried catfish or fried shrimp.
google avatar

Yelp
Don't come here been here for over 30 mins and asked for something to drink k they said it will take about 45 mins before they can take our order. They keep sitting people down and no one has drinks. People are leaving their seats. They only have 2 servers that said they can't help. Don't come here
google avatar

Miriam P.

Yelp
Sooo delicious!! Happy hour is definitely the best move. Servers were so attentive and nice! The place was nice and spacious. I will definitely be a regular and come back! Everything tasted amazing.

Yelp
My favorite location. Everyone is so helpful and love it isn't as packed on a week day. When my sister comes into town this is our go to spot. We always order shrimp hot and juicy style and spicy please. The more spice the better. My wife ordered the shrimp po'boy and let me tell you drizzle some lemon and add some of the hot and juicy sauce to it and you will see the difference. Also this location is very clean and has upgraded restrooms as well.
google avatar

Yelp
The good was really good. I was shocked with the size of the catfish as they were super small. Also not sure it's actual catfish and not swai based on the texture. The crab was good and the sauce was flavorful. We got mild and it was HOT... if heat isn't your thing I would go for baby sauce as it's supposedly not as spicy.
google avatar

Amy C.

Yelp
Food was fresh and delicious! Even the mild is pretty spicy! Service was friendly and the margarita flights are a good value for the downtown Vegas area.
google avatar

Yelp
We were disappointed in our visit. We picked the "Get Your Feet Wet" option. It comes in a big boil bag, which is typical. However, things were way overcooked (corn, potatoes, sausage) and the flavor was not great. Service was just OK. We would not recommend this restaurant

Hannah V.

Yelp
One thing u can't go wrong ring about is the calamari here idk why but its fav spot to get some !

Nichele H.

Yelp
I got the etouffee, calamari, soft shell crab and chicken wings. The etouffee was extremely nasty, definitely take it off the menu. The chicken was salty and fatty, not good. The calamari and soft shell grab was good. It was not worth the visit. This is my first time in Las Vegas and the first place I ate here BIG HOT disappointment. SMH!
google avatar

Cynthia C.

Yelp
Ok I have to admit I didn't think this place would be that good considering it is on the strip. I wanted seafood but was not willing to go to AYCE since I don't think I could've gotten our moneys worth. We had the margarita flight, it was good but the pear/melon one didn't really taste like it. We had one pound of live clams in butter garlic, one pound of no head shrimp in Cajun and one pound of blue crabs in hot and juicy seasoning. I loved them all! The shrimp was nice and big and meaty, we got 3 blue crabs and took awhile to eat but was still good, the clams were so big and the seasoning was great! We also got 2 corns and I'm glad we choose what we wanted instead of getting something that we did not want. Overall, it was a decent seafood meal in LV!

Andrew V.

Yelp
Waited 10 minutes to even be greeted after we were sat and once they took our order with a very unfriendly tone. 4 other families were sat down and received their food before we did. We ordered a very simple dish and yet they still took more than 40 minutes to give us an apology about the wait time. We still haven't received our food while writing this review. Absolutely ridiculous please rethink your plans before driving to this horrendous location.

Yelp
We absolutely loved this place. My girlfriend and I stopped here with four other friends after touring the Mob Museum and before walking to Fremont Street. The restaurant is immaculately clean, well lit with large televisions and plenty of seating. The staff was pleasant, friendly, accommodating and efficient. The food choices were scrumptious and varied. We ordered two large boil bags cajun flavored with medium spice. It was the perfect choice. The corn fritters were fantastic as well. They have a full bar and many fun specialty type drinks. The bill wasn't terrible for the amount of food we ordered and number of people we fed. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal and time spent here. Highly recommended,
google avatar

Yelp
We didn't do the seafood boil here, but we got their deep fried entrees. The poboy was actually pretty good. I also got oysters (which our server seemed to have forgotten at first and we had to remind them)- they tasted decent and seemed fresh enough but the shells were frozen. I didn't have any issues afterwards, so no real complaint. We went here before we went to gamble for the night across the street at our hotel. It wasn't busy but just a few others at tables spaced out away from us.
google avatar

Baye M.

Yelp
I'm giving two stars because the service was okay. Not great but not horrible. I can't speak on the seafood boil options as I didn't have that. I ended up ordered the crawfish po boy because it's been so long and I was craving one. I get that this isn't New Orleans where I had the best po boy. I had crawfish, shrimp and an oyster po boy and while I had exceptional meals back in NoLa; I knew not to expect that level of perfection. What I got wasn't even alright it was barely subpar. There wasn't even a lot of crawfish it was INCREDIBLY SKIMPY.I was mostly bread at a few points I had nothing but bread. n addition to this the crawfish was very crunchy but not very flavorful. Even my husband was upset seeing it. Needless to say I won't be wasting my money here again this experience soured me on trying their boil.
google avatar

Dede N.

Yelp
I don't this new location but I do know they are a chain of their restaurants in other places in addition to California too. I've had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. Must try.
google avatar

Kyle R.

Yelp
Very fun place to eat the food was very good and nice spice. Would go back again in a heartbeat.

Dj M.

Yelp
Ok, I have been downtown twice in last month on a Friday and like to eat fish on friday...1st time fish and shrimp were overcooked, lightly burned, and fries were undercooked...today again fish and shrimp overcooked and fries undercooked and soggy....fry cook cannot fry very well...really a 10 yr old can be taught to fry food but a professional cook cannot fry satisfying food...oh and while I was there customer brought in food order from night before...food was being returned for refund....may have to cancel this place for good seafood fix and definitely cancel on failure to serve good food
google avatar

J.P. W.

Yelp
So, even though this kind of food is out of my comfort zone I decided to go for it and give it a try. The waiter, Joe (though is tag said Brosef) was friendly and answered questions without making me feel dumb. The space seems a little sparse, but it worked for what was going on. The menu selections seemed good; those more familiar with this cuisine may disagree but I found plenty to eat. I'd go back without hesitation the next time we are in town.
google avatar

Jeff M.

Yelp
Great southern New Orleans restaurant with a wide variety on their menu. Their specialty is crawfish, seafood, combination in seasoned spicy steamed packages. Fresh oysters were delicious. We had the fried calamari with a spicy marinara sauce and a mixed seafood Boil bag with Cajun seasoning butter. It was filled with steamed shrimp, crawfish, crab legs with corn and potatoes in a spicy butter Cajun sauce. It was delicious. Service was great ambience and the decor of the restaurants was nice. It is located right off third Street off the Fremont Street experience. Slightly touristy, but delicious food and service.

Yelp
Upon arrival on the Monday night my first impressions were this was an unusual layout for a restaurant. The area was very open, and the tables were spaced very far apart. It felt like a converted space. They were incredibly short staffed and despite a fairly empty restaurant you waited on everything from being seated, to getting your order placed to getting drinks refilled. When you sit down everything is covered in enough plastic that it is probably choking the wildlife being caught and served. Even your $45.00 crab legs are served in what looks like a garbage bag. It was a huge waste and unsustainable way of serving food. When the crab legs was served, there were no usual utensils for breaking and cleaning them. Overall I disliked the entire experience and will never return to a location of Hot N Juicy.
google avatar

Milani L.

Yelp
New location in North Las Vegas and it's not too crowded like any other location. Food is always great and customer service on this location is great as well. If you're looking for a parking space, there's a bus station across the street and only charges $1/hr we were told. But because we didn't know that, we parked all the way at El Cortez hotel valet which is free, and you just have to give a $5 tip.
google avatar

Roberta M.

Yelp
Fabulous Calamari!!!!I received it quickly and it was excellent!!!! The service was excellent. I love this quiet restaurant. I could get something different every day.

R D.

Yelp
The server Zoe was so delightful that she made our entire afternoon memorable. She was by far the best service employee we met in our entire Vegas trip. The étouffée was pretty good and the catfish was quite good. The crawfish was frozen this time of year, of course but was a bit dry and had no spice at all. The catfish should've been served with lemon, but we had to ask for it and there was no hot sauce or other table service on the tables at all. Can't be even a faux Cajun restaurant restaurant without hot sauce on the tables. The drink specials are pretty good. I think the staff could benefit from a trip to Louisiana to see how Louisiana seafood is supposed to be done, but I still rate them highly because Zoe was so fantastic. She went over and above where to make sure that we were happy with everything and that we enjoyed our experience, We wish we could've taken her home with us or at least out to join us bar-hopping.
google avatar

Elaine J.

Yelp
Not to pleased with the food being served in a plastic bag. And that is how you eat it out of the plastic bag. Shrimp, crabs mussels were good but I haven't been back . Service was assisted by a robot.

Adela B.

Yelp
Today we gave another chance to my favorite place and it was 100% the girls rule... food was perfect and timely manner. The manager was really nice and checked on us several times also the server. The restaurant always well maintained. Happy Halloween and stary safe.. The Balcazar family. # 1 fans.

Galadriel H.

Yelp
The food was amazing. My son and I got the basic boil and shared it. We were stuffed and my 14 year old can eat a lot! The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. The service was quick and efficient
google avatar

Laura R.

Yelp
The service was excellent and everyone there was very nice. It is a chain restaurant and I would place it on par with Red Lobster. The fish is good, but there is too much batter.

Daniel S.

Yelp
Paid extra to get crab just for them to be this stingy. I see why they are half full each time I stop by.
google avatar

Erika M.

Yelp
Hot n juicy downtown Vegas is theeee best! Especially our host Kayla. She's so sweet and so nice. Accommodated us before our trip back to LA.
google avatar

Kevin C.

Yelp
Have had Good and Bad experiences... Food has not always been good. Service has been good and bad. I am reluctant to go back.
google avatar

Alberto M.

Yelp
I'm not too sure how long the downtown location has been opened for but I'm sure glad it is open! It's closest to the eastside of town so It makes it an easy drive from home. The possible downside is that there is not much free parking nearby but for affordable parking is available at the old bus station. Me and a friend came in about 730ish the place is really neat, big open space, lots of tables but they only had few people in there, so i'd say the place is not loud at all. As for the food... yes, headless shrimp for me, add some corn on the cob and give me some of that andouille sausage... how bout some kings rolls! Man oh man... things are about to get messy! Really good stuff without a doubt... go check these guys out!
google avatar

Ny'Azia A.

Yelp
The food is always great. The ambiance is always amazing. Idk about every location but I always get the best service at the one I love to go to!

Josheline P.

Yelp
Great service! Loved Andrea & Jade! Omg this is a new location and the no line best service ever cant wait to come back again!!

Vanessa W.

Yelp
The place was packed & wait times were long. However, the service was amazing from host to servers. Our server was a beautiful woman name Alexis. She was attentive, kind, patient and very knowledgeable of different ingredients with menu items. Thank you for having such an amazing employee to represent Hot N Juicy LV! Alexis will be my go to server everyday just off the first time experience given! THANK YOU A THOUSAND TIMES FOR MAKING MY FAMILY AND I COMFORTABLE!
google avatar

Richard S.

Yelp
Stopped here for lunch on a recent Vegas trip. I ordered a Crawfish Po'Boy, but they sent out a Catfish Po'Boy that I sent back. When I got the right sandwich it was very good. The Crawfish was hot, crunchy and flavorful with a nice remoulade sauce. The bun was soft and pillowy. The only problem was the seasoned fries. They were stone cold. I didn't complain but I think they just used the fries from the order I sent back. They are wheelchair accessible but the door is unmarked and locked so I had knock on the door until someone noticed me.
google avatar

Thalassa H.

Yelp
Our hostess ALEXIS was very helpful kind and professional. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was quiet and clean and the other staff was also very friendly! Definitely coming back and referring this restaurant to my family and friends!
google avatar

Lindsay M.

Yelp
The food was fabulous, 2 of us shared the "get your feet wet". It was so much food and absolutely amazing. The gentleman that greeted us, was so friendly, I originally just stopped in to look at a menu but the combination of the menu and his warm mannerism made us come back to sit down. And it was an experience we won't forget and we are so glad we went..(our server was also fantastic)
google avatar

Andy N.

Yelp
This place is absolutely a hidden gem. They have great prices and happy hour along with great customer service. I would definitely recommend even if you just want to come in for something small to eat... like a pound of shrimp could be your appetizer before your steak dinner down the street :) It's casual dressing so I would recommend to wear something light and maybe something you wouldn't mind getting dirty

Gisselle G.

Yelp
Our sever John was extremely helpful, kind, informative, and overall gave us the best service / experience possible. It was no surprise he was the team lead. We have never been to this location but we definitely will be retuning.

Millie O.

Yelp
Best staff in all of HNJ locations! Alexa & Alexis were so attentive to everyone in the restaurant- this will be our go to location every time we visit LV (even though the others are closer)!
google avatar

Tracy W.

Yelp
The food is so good and the service was great my 5 year old enjoy the shrimp and I enjoyed the catfish basket it was fresh and hot.

Mark R.

Yelp
Hot N Juicy never fails to provide quality food and service, especially in Downtown Vegas. Kate, along with other servers, was very respectful, and you could tell they liked what they did. The food is always fresh, and to top it off, the ambiance is very cozy. I would recommend it to all who visit Downtown Vegas.
google avatar

Keana H.

Yelp
My husband and I love this place! It's priced really well and we just love all the flavors and what they offer. The corn is great! The catfish is great! The shrimp and crab legs! Everything.
