First time in this place! 💫✨😋 - Warm and welcoming staff! They get to you soon as you sit down - loved that! (It wasn’t too crazy busy at the time we went there but still…) - The michelada was okay - there was too much of the mix in there - it tasted very concentrated. - I got some happy hour cajun fried, black mussels and shrimp - hot n juicy sauce 4/10 spicy. The kick keeps building up for sure and stays on the tongue. But the flavor was great! The mussels seemed to have more kick and flavor for sure. - Pretty chill vibes in there - definitely need to bring my brother- he would love it here! - Not sure I was a bog fan of the music - good option but not great 😬

Hot N Juicy Crawfish is hands down my go-to spot for Cajun seafood boil. You have to come to the original on 4810 Spring Mountain. The flavors are a bit different at the other locations. This one is by far the best! We were seated right away and we were greeted by our server right away. Throughout our dinner, she made sure our drinks were always filled and made sure we didn't need anything else. My go-to order is their preset combo: The Drool, Juicy Experience. You get 1 lb. Crawfish, 1 lb. Shrimp, dozen of Andouille Sausages, 2 corns, 2 potatoes, 1/2 lb. of Snow Crab and choice of Regular or Cajun Calamari. All for $72! The seasoning is bold, their spice levels are legit and the seafood is fresh. I always get the Hot N Juicy seasoning with Medium spicy. I have been coming here for 15 years... can't imagine eating Cajun seafood anywhere else!

Very disappointed with the experience. The oysters were not fresh. We ordered 1.5 and they were completely different from what we had last time. The shrimp I ordered for the first time tasted good, and the shrimp were uniform in size. I then ordered another half pound, but the shrimp were obviously smaller. The key point is that I could taste two different textures of shrimp meat in the same bag. One was firm, and the other was like shrimp meat that had been frozen for a long time. I felt that the kitchen used two kinds of shrimp together.

Nine of us experienced what can only be described as a feeding frenzy... shrimp, mussels, catfish, soft-shelled crab, snow crab, plus assorted fries, fritters, potatoes, corn... everything was amazing. Great accurate service. It was fun!

So delicious and great customer! Get advantage of their Happy Hour with 1/2lb when you dine here mon-Thursday (3-7pm) Love the hot n juicy sauce! Loved it! They had this brand in LA and they closed down but so delighted to see they have it here! The best!

Excellent service! The waitress was super nice and patient. She kept checking on us every once a while. They had live crawfish and clams, and both were good. We tried butter garlic, Cajun and hot n juicy sauces and all of them were tasty. Raw oysters were just alright though, they were not fishy but didn’t have the taste of freshness (ocean) either.

Guys and gals, let me put you on- I don’t do many google reviews, which is my BIGGEST mistake. I am a huge foodie, always trying out new dishes and spots in town, so for me to come here and make a review on this place should be enough to convince you it’s time to try it out!! I came here twice this month with my boyfriend (for reference, I’ve tried another h&j location two years back and fell in love). The first time, we ordered the drool (hot and juicy style mild) with extra corn, potato, and sauce. Their sauce is packed with flavors, thick for a good dipping, and has so many layers to it you’ll want to come back for more. We weren’t a big fan of the sausage in the bag (nothing to do with the restaurant- we just aren’t big fans of sausage in general) and would’ve preferred to get more seafood instead, which is why the next time we came, we got a pound of crab legs and a 1.5 lb lobster!! You know we had to get four potatoes on the side for the both of us to share and corn because they’re so tender and send you straight to heaven with one bite in their signature sauce. We decided on garlic butter for the crab, Cajun sauce for the lobster, and we stuck with hot and juicy for the potatoes and corn because it’s phenomenal in that sauce. In the future, we’ve decided to stick to the hot and juicy sauce completely. It’s our favorite and we couldn’t distinguish the other sauces enough to want another instead. We ordered fried donuts to go. My boyfriend had one and said they were excellent, but my stomach was bulging and I couldn’t eat anymore. 😂 I forgot they were in my fridge after that but would’ve liked to try them fresh and warm. They smelled amazing. Aside from the food, the service is excellent too. All the servers I’ve had have been attentive and caring, wanting to know how the food was and if they could bring us anything else. I wish I remembered their names. They bring tons of gloves, a napkin tray is sitting on the table ready for use, free drink refills for soft drinks throughout your meal (and they sent us home with two new sodas both times as well), tons of lemons/salt/pepper to add onto your bite, and a hot and juicy plastic bib of course, so food doesn’t splatter all over your shirt. If you looking for a seafood place with great care, tasty food, and a clean space then come here!! A plus side is you get to choose your own seating, so if you’re on the socially anxious side, you can choose to go anywhere that feels comfortable or even decide to sit in front of one of the tvs. FYI, I’m 20 weeks pregnant and hot and juicy is all I’ve been craving. I told my boyfriend I want to go back this weekend. 😩 He keeps saying “my pockets hurt” because I always get the priciest things and the biggest portions, but I can’t help it- what the baby wants, the baby gets. I swear I send him about 30 seafood boil reels in a day and am constantly bringing up the yummy potatoes and crab legs. I promise you, you’ll regret not getting extra potatoes on the side, so just listen to me and order a few extra for everyone at the table. I hope to be back here soon, and for all the mommas and papas wondering, this place is very kid friendly. There is a small bar in the back like most places (Applebees, chili’s, etc) but I’ve never seen anyone get crazy drunk here or use profanity. I think the little ones would enjoy this place, so don’t worry about getting a babysitter to watch them or staying home instead of coming out and enjoying dinner as a family. This is a STAPLE for me! My family has allergies to shrimp/shellfish and I LOVE Shrimp or as us Aussies call it - Prawns! So whenever my BFF can catch up - we go to Hot N Juicy in Chinatown: 4810 Spring Mountain Rd Unit C-D Las Vegas, NV 89102 Note; there are 2 Hot N Juicy restaurants on Spring Mountain (lol - I found out the hard way). So if you're meeting friends there, make sure to check the address. We arrived around 12:30 Wednesday afternoon and were seated straight away! Restaurant was clean. Bathrooms were clean. Tables were all set and ready for lunch. Today we ordered our usual: 1 Pound shrimp with head on $16 1/2 Pound shrimp with head $9 2 Rice $4 1 Corn $1.50 Sweet tea $3.25 Coke $3.25 Hot n Juicy spice Baby spice Total $40 plus tip! Affordable lunch and always yummy, hot and juicy Josi was our server today and she was very helpful and made our dining experience enjoyable! We always come back! Note: parking is always easy to find. The other location, not so.

Hot N Juicy was sure good. Luckily I was able to get a table and not have to wait. Get ready for a lot of flavors. And get ready for some water to wash all the seasonings down. I went with a pound of mussels, 1/2 of shrimp head off, whole lobster, side of mushrooms and rice. I tried different spice levels and for the flavor I went with the hot n juicy on all of them. The spicy spice level was perfect, had a kick and taste great. Everything was delicious but my favorite was the shrimp, because it wasn't as hard to peel as the lobster. The mushrooms were also very and went well with everything. To finish off I tried the fried brownies and those weren't my favorite. I think I got my seasoning did for a while

I was in Vegas, and I was craving crawfish in January. That was probably my bad, as it is unlikey that one can find fresh crawfish ANYWHERE, let alone in one of the tourist capitals of the world off-season. So, sadly, the crawfish was barely edible and super fishy. The price point, being Vegas and all, was far too much. I knew of a crawfish place in Texas that would charge less if they used frozen crawfish, and I could tell these likely were of that variety but being sold for "fresh" prices. The oysters were also pretty suspect. Flat, fishy, and nothing to write home about. Maybe if it's out of season it shouldn't be on the menu? Again, likely my fault for trying to get oysters in Vegas. That said, we loved the rest of the meal. We also got shrimp, which were plump and flavorful in the delicious spicy butter sauce that the bag was filled with, and the potatoes, corn, and sausage all were just what I wanted them to be--well-cooked and drowning in spicy butter. I will say service was quite slow, albeit friendly. We never got asked for a second round of drinks, and once we had a complaint (our extra butter never arrived) we were offered a free beer. I'll give this place another chance next time I'm in town if it happens to be during crawfish season as I do love a good boil!

They boil it all and dont strain it so the water dilutes the sauce and it tastes bland, ask for sauce they charge you

My favorite spot for crawfish. It never disappoints with the flavor or spice level. I also love getting their calamari, shrimp, and cajun fries. Staff here is always friendly and welcoming.

About one year ago I decided not to come back to this location again. I should have kept my decision. I brought some friends, TyJuan was our server. He was courteous. He took our order and gladly explained about king crab order cost $90 per pound. We didn't have a clue so we changed the orders for snow crab $44 I believe it was. Our started was shrimps and sweet potatoes fries. Sweet potatoes arrived first. I asked where the shrimps? We ordered this together. KARIM looked at me and said " it's coming". He then walked away with his big attitude!! We almost finished the fries when the shrimps arrived. We ordered a bottle of wine. It was brought to the table. Not served on the glasses. Don't they take training how to serve the wine in the glasses, and continue pouring it as we drink? Well I guess not. One of my friends unfortunately broke her glass and they all just looked. I have to ask, can we have another glass?? Obviously it was an accident. We got the snow crab orders. One of my friends who had been here with me said. Is this a pound? It doesn't look like it. I opened my bag and it was only one rack of legs. She was right, it wasn't one pound. I told TyJuan and he "apologize saying it was, there probably bigger legs, but it was a pound". Wasn't because we were females, or this is the new tactic for this location to sell steal from customers. Trust me, I've been here way too many times and always take pictures of our orders. I went back on my past photos and check the pictures of the crabs and shrimps .. these orders were not a pound each. I had bought both at Costco too and definitely one side of legs body is not one pound. Anyways, I guess these reviews don't teach nothing to some businesses. We think they learn from it and try to fix it. This location 4810 Spring Mountain Rd is the worst. I had problems with their service in the past and now they are stealing with the orders. Please please get an idea of how much is a pound of shrimps and crab legs before you go there. Don't get scammed by them. We paid and left. I should have never come back here. There are many other locations to go or new crab places. DONT GO TO THIS LOCATION. This is really unbelievable. Our server told us next time when you come back remind us of this incident... doesn't this sound like he knows that was not a pound? He didn't argue to our complaint. He didn't offer to weight a pound of crab legs to show us we were wrong. IT WASNT A POUND OF CRAB LEGS NEITHER A POUND OF SHRIMP. I will report this further with authorities... hopefully they stop stealing like this to other customers. Know about weight, appearance, taste before you go to places like this. Google it! Google says one pound is about 6-8 legs.. I had 4!!!

This lady is the worse. Upon coming in I initially didn't know I needed to bring in the credit card. I apologize and told her that the girlfriend paid and as I was close I was set to pick it up. First thing told to me was "It is in front of your face in big bold letters" before walking away. As I obtain the credit card information she ignored me the whole time. I finally got help from someone else. Next thing as I was helped, she makes mention that she will take care of everything behind the bar and everyone can stay out. Like she purposely trying to hinder my experience. The girl helping me continue to help and made things bit better but worse experience I've ever had.

Cajun/creole boil-style seafood. Basically seafood you eat with your hands. It's a large chain, and this Hot n Juicy is fairly similar to the other ones I've been to. Everything in the boil combo was good. Etouffee was great. Fresh oysters: some of the cheapest around, but not very good. They give you a bib, gloves, napkins, and a trash bucket.

What's not to love!? I've been a fan of Hot N Juicy for many years. This is a very casual dining experience. Drinks are served in disposable cups, table clothes are one time use only, and the food is mostly served in plastic bags. I highly suggest using the provided glove (doubled up) and the bib. Don't worry about how you look. Everyone does it. Lol. That garlic smell lingers, so you'll be glad you did. Lol. The service and hospitality is generally pretty great, and the food has never ever disappointed!! It's always packed with flavor!!! You absolutely must give them a try. A must when visiting Vegas!

We only like alive crawfish, and we went this Wednesday. Ordered 3lbs live crawfish, and we didn't like it at all. It tasted frozen. Don't go if you expect good quality live crawfish. Small and not fresh

We have gone here for years and loved it. Tonight was the worst meal ever. Horrible. The crawfish was mushy and inedible. We told our waitress and she took off 2 of 6 pounds. Our bill was $126 for two people. I doubt we will ever go back. Shameful to serve lousy food to customers.

Server was great. Just do not order the king crab legs, they were smaller than my pinky. No joke. And some how some of the legs didn't have meat in them. The other bag had one OK size leg in it and a bunch of knuckles. Truly don't understand but it was the worst meal of my cross county road trip.

Took my family here and we enjoyed what we ordered. Everything was good and our server Austin was very nice. We will definitely be back

I was in Las Vegas visiting and heard a lot about hot and juicy it was my first time the atmosphere is chill the food is ok / good . Everything was going okay until the bill came . So let me start with u have to scan a QR code to get the menu . They have happy hour mon-thurs 3pm-7pm . I came in on a WEDNESDAY AT 4:30 pm . I ordered two things off the happy hour menu chicken wings and 1/2 pound shrimp head off rice and a flight of margaritas off the regular menu . When the bill came I was charged full price for happy hour food I spoke wit the waitress who then spoke with a team lead can u believe they tried to blame me for ordering chicken wings and not specifying that they were from the happy hour menu they gave me a fuss about giving the righteous discount after some back and forth they finally made it right but for that reason I will not come back I would consider a different location.

Always consistently delicious. Hot and juicy seasoning - medium is what we order for crawfish, shrimps, and clams. You can't forget the fixings on the side - sausage, corn, and potatoes. A must stop whenever in Vegas. Servers are always friendly, attentive, and fast.

5 stars for Ty!! My husband & i are regulars at Boiling Crab but stopped by here tonight for take out. Being in the industry i kept telling my husband how much i'd hate someone coming in 15min before we close to order to-go and he showed nothing less than willingness to help us & answer my questions while maintaining a positive attitude. lol Ty will definitely be the reason we return :) and his micheladas are better than boiling crabs!!!

It's sad to see most the food in Vegas in terms of Asian food has REALLY plummeted in terms of taste and quality . The fresh crawfished tasted dead and old. The sauce was so skimpy and just doesn't hit the same, not to mention they charge extra if you ask for extra sauce. Everything is SO overpriced but not good. It's too bad. This used to be my fave place years ago.

I've been to Hot & Juicy at this location dozens of times (and again for pick up yesterday) This is definitely my favorite spot for seafood boils in the city. The food is always amazing and the service as well. It does get busy at this smaller location so beware that parking can get a little tight and is full majority of the time especially on weekends. But definitely worth a visit every time :)

Celina provided the best service we have ever had and we are frequent diners at this establishment. Hire more people like her...makes the experience better.

Been here about 4 times already. Always satisfying, and portions are good. We always order rice and extra sauce, mild, with our seafood. Wish they cut their days more thickly. Service is always good!

I dined at this restaurant, and I received exceptional service from Lesly and Karim. They were incredibly welcoming and frequently checked in on the quality of my meal at my table. I love the seafood boils here! I usually get the Get Your Feet Wet: corn, potato, crawfish, shrimp. My favorite is the Cajun spice, medium heat. This last time I got a flight of margaritas. They were pretty good, especially with tajin on the rim. There are two locations on spring mountain close to each other so make sure to confirm which location if you're meeting someone there. The staff was friendly and attentive. This place is always busy, so at times it can feel crowded.

It was delish!!! We got the "get your feet wet" and "the drool" which was both a little bit of everything for the 4 of us! We also got the fried calamari and Cajun fries which were hot and crispy. The service was fast and friendly! Definitely will be back!

September 22, 2022 - Late dinner tonight. Meet at 7:30 pm, for a 1 year anniversary of the passing of my brother in law. Party of 17, lol fun fact. It was me and my family (7), my sister in law and her roommate (2) and her neighbor and her family (8). What a fun bunch. Everyone finally arrives around 8, and the parking lot is emptying out a little. Inside is small but spacious. When everything is loud, you know it's enjoyable. The noise level goes down as the big parties leave. First things first, Gerald loved Hot n Juicy Crawfish, he ordered the spiciest level. This was our first time there. Between our two families the bill must have totaled around $700+. I only saw our half which was about $350ish. The awesomest thing is drinks were always filled, and everyone got their order. The biggest Thank You to tonight's awesome crew: Star, Rebecca, Alexa, Karin and Andrea! Talk about Teamwork, they were amazing! I don't know how they do it but I was amazed! Usually I have time to look around and observe, but tonight I was facing the wall so I couldn't see behind me. But I could still listen and hear. I heard laughter, talking and everyone enjoying their meal and company. When all the food was delivered, I saw a lot of bibs and gloves, and the cool plastic bags they bring your food in. So fun to see a table filled with love. Tonight's crew was on top of things, making sure everyone had what they needed. From the time we got there to the time we left our party was taken care of! Thank You once again Star, Rebecca, Alexa, Karin and Andrea. We appreciated your awesome service! As always head on down to the Hot n Juicy Crawfish on Spring Mountain and Decatur for Good Food, go with Good Company and I guarantee you a Good Meal!

My first crab boil experience was here. And it was the best crab boil I've ever had. I don't think I even want to try the other places anymore. I usually wait until I go back to Vegas to get this one. The flavors are strong and really good. The seafood is fresh and the service is always a plus. I love hot n juicy.

When Customer service is NASTY when you first arrived... It makes your experience HORRIBLE and you don't even enjoy the food. The food was ok, I would NOT recommend this please I would recommend Boiling Crab better. Boiling Crab has way better Customer Service.

I love this place... the corm fritters are my favorite and shrimp with the hot n juicy sauce . Highly recommended and friendly staff. Only downside is the parking when it gets busy it's hard to find any parking.

Food was awesome!!! TyJuan our waiter was awesome! He took care of us and was always there when we needed him. He was on point of taking care of our needs. Atmosphere is always awesome and feels like you're around family!

I would have taken a photo, but it was SO GOOD, Yelp was far from my mind. Hot and Juicy is my favorite crab boil in town because their sauce is made with real spices, not powder. Cannot beat the flavor, period. Shout out to our server, Sara. She was not only attentive and kind, but when you get service with a genuine smile, it makes the experience all that much better. Fast forward another review 5 yrs later...This place has really gone down in my opinion. I used to love this place but that was before Cap'tn Luis. I came here today for 1lb green mussels & 1/2 lb Dungeness Crab Cluster. It was not as good. Let me tell you why. Sauce wasn't as good as I remember. There were 13 green mussels in a bag. Green mussels themselves were small, overcooked, & didn't taste as fresh. The crab legs were small, overcooked, and tasted like they were frozen & not fresh. Although this place is cheaper than Cap'tn Luis but I would rather pay $20/lb of green mussels @ Cap'tn Luis & enjoy fresh & big green mussels, as well as Dungeness crabs. At Cap'tn Luis, they open the shells for you. Anyways, I happened to be in Chinatown & wanted to stop by for seafood. I guess I will just stick w/ Cap'tn Luis from now on. On a good note, servers today were pleasant & attentive.

The seafood was fresh and their sauce was perfect. The host was very welcoming and friendly and our server always smiled and made sure we were good. I noticed that every single server in there was helping each other and working as a team. They were all in such good spirits and smiling which made the vibe feel great. I definitely recommend this place.

The service was fast and friendly (thanks, Ayanna!), and the food was tasty. The "get your feet wet" was a great amount for two of us to share. We did the hot n juicy seasoning with mild and it left a nice light burn around my lips without being too hot. Also has a little sweetness before the heat kicked in.

Karim was a wonderful server. Cooks...we love you. The food here is extraordinary. I came back within two days for another go round. Hot n Juicy sauce mild. Thank me later.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience , catfish undercooked, furniture broken, my husband almost fell through bench when he sat down. I was going to take it home to cook however, the outside was overcooked, very disappointing

I came in around late 12ish. Parking is a little bit difficult in this location, you run out quick. There's a few empty tables so I got to choose where we sat. I had to wait for my friend for a bit, but the server always made sure that I was comfortable and taken care of. Hot and Juicy is my go to seafood boil. Food is always amazing. My favorite is hot and juicy sauce + baby spice. Their cajun calamari and cajun soft shell crab is also great! All in all, hot and juicy is a restaurant I always go back to.

We were seated immediately at a table with a bench and 1 chair. The bench is low, so be careful as you sit. We ordered a la carte as there are not many combo options. I had 1lb of the green mussels $13, 1/2lb of the Dungeness crab $21 and 2 eggs $1.50 each and there hot and juicy sauce(combo of all of their sauces. They are A bit on the pricey end but the food is good and filling. The service was prompt and our waitress was attentive!

Good pricing for head on shrimp. Catfish is SO good and a very good portion (4 big pieces for $10). Hot n Juicy flavor is ok in my opinion but still everything was still very good. Service was amazing but it would probably be bad on a busy day or dinner as I came for lunch.

If you love great seafood and you find yourself planning your next move after enjoying a refreshing day of gangland crime and racketeering at the Mob Museum, HNJ Crawfish should be in your list of Las Vegas stops (the museum is pretty awesome too especially if you're a Forensic Files binge watcher like myself). I was a little taken aback by the size of the menu -- more like flyer than a traditional menu. But after reviewing it, you can see that they focus on their expertise and the choices are plentiful believe it or not. Denise and I enjoyed the catfish Po Boy with sweet potatoes fries ( not alot of cheat in our cheat day). Anywho, The fried brownies were a nice finish and date night ended well with the satisfaction of knowing that a return visit to explore much more of that "mini-me" menu is definitely in our future planning (Austin Powers reference for the uniformed few).

Sorry to say but after 10 years of HnJ being my go to spot for seafood I'm done! Post Covid seeing prices going up and quality of the food going down. They even tell you they're going to give you less sauce so you should order (and pay) for extra. Also seeing the place itself deteriorating makes the dine in experience less than acceptable. They have removed the pads from their benches so I won't sit on them anymore they're too low and too hard. And most of their chairs are falling apart. They have a portable AC unit inside set to 80 degrees and it can't keep up. Today they had no straws and no wet naps. They also only had SMALL gloves that didn't fit any of the men eating there. The shrimp have been getting smaller and less cleaned. Today they tasted old and my friend got sick from eating them.

Out of all the places to get boiled seafood, HotNJuicy is by far my favorite . Not only is the food seasoned to the core, and served hot, the selections are all delicious. I have had the shrimps, crawdads, mussels, clams, calamari,fish. I mean everything is delicious and the potatoes are fork tender. I love the garlic and hot n jUicy flavors on my food by the pound. The only thing is the ordering ahead online service was lack luster. I ordered almost an hour and half before pick up and the food was not ready when i came to pick it up by the time requested. Then is was waiting for french fries for 15 mins. (no kidding) It was explained that they had a shift change and they were coming out. due to time constraints i had to 86 the fries and get my money back.

Absolutely amazing! We've going to Hot N Juicy for sometime and this is our first time with this store. @Sara definitely made a memorable experience. She is attentive and very friendly. Sara is witty and knows how to connect with the customers. Everyone is having a great time while dinning in. Music is great and the place is very laid back. We will definitely return. Hot n Juicy has the best sauce out of any the seafood boil restaurants I've trued. Shrimp are huge and service great.

Great service. Attentive staff. We had Celina! Food, I would say, is not bad but also is not amazing. Still a fun place to visit if you're into the whole Cajun seafood scene.
