Hot N Juicy Crawfish

Well, I had to fly close to 8500 miles to get here, and let me tell you it was worth it !!! The food was incredible as we had The Drool expireance, hot n juicy style, mozzarella sticks and chicken wings, all made to perfection. The hot n juicy sauce left in the bag amazing for dipping what ever you have left on the table, wings, sticks, calamari, you name it and it will fit. The ice tea with raspberry was great to turn down the heat, and not too sweet. Staff was super friendly and helpful, they suggested to mix the lime with salt and paper to make additional sauce for dipping that you have to try. Overall we had great tasty experience to remember, although it was not cheap or fast as it takes quit some time to get throughout the huge bag, I would do it again. P.S. I really wanted to try the king crab legs, but it price just spiked up to almost triple the average price, so if you plan on having the king crab I will recommend checking up on that beforehand.

The food was great, flavorful and shrimps was juicy. The crawfish was "fresh" but only 5 or 6 of it taste fresh. The calamari was yummy! The service start off great then not so much. We waited over 20 mins for them to noticed that we're ready for the bill. It wasn't super busy or anything. More like they're busy talking and walk around.

I was a little hesitant to go to this location of Hot N Juicy as it was located on Santa Monica Blvd, near so many touristy locations. However, I was pleasantly surprised as the service was fast, great and the food was absolutely amazing. I've been to quite a few Hot N Juicy throughout the country and this by far is my new favorite location. Their signature sauce, Hot N Juicy, was wonderfully done here. It has the right amount of spices and the consistency of the sauce was thick enough to stay on the seafood. Crawfish was not in season so they were frozen rather than live. Highly suggest to try them when they are fresh and live as they have a different flavor. However, the snow crab and blue crabs were great with the sauce. Check out this location if you're in the area, but be forewarned that it is located in a very busy area and parking can be difficult to find. But it is well worth it.

Coming from the East coast — I wasn’t sure if the quality of food would be the same because... you know, we excel when it comes to seafood 😊😊😊😊. Anyways. I went in at exactly 12pm on a Sunday and it was very fast speedy service. I ordered snow crab legs, green mussels, and shrimp (hot and juicy flavor; spicy - spice level). It was delicious. Due to my crab leg addiction, I’ll be back for me 😊

Had some minor problems with service. Waiter forgot to put my order in but he did make an adjustment on the bill. I thought my medium spicy shrimp with garlic butter sauce and fried catfish were pretty good. If I’m ever in the area again, I would come back.

Nice flavor but nasty food policies. Once I arrived home I was disgusted to find that my shrimp was not deveined. I called the restaurant to tell them and they confirmed that Hot n Juicy does not devein their shrimp. This means they leave the digestive track, poop included, inside of every shrimp. Avoid the shrimp or you'll end up eating more than you expected.

This once favorite place of mine has completed gone down the drain with the rain. Service was HORRIBLE. Greeted by a young man that had an attitude and acted like we were bothering him from the conversations he was having (very loudly) with the other "staff". Had a snippy attitude when asked about sitting outside on the patio. The main sitting wasn't even half way full. Food was over priced, smaller portions and the what ever they were trying to pull off as "fried pork skins" for $ was offensive and looked worse than a bag of $1 pork crackling. I return them. My sausage was literally SWIMMING it what I guess was Garlic Butter. After sitting there for a while, it soon resembled Yellow Cake Batter. During the shift change, the new server introduced herself and VERY SOON AFTERWARDS sauntered over as asked were we ready to leave, in which I replied "I didn't know there was a time limit" on the tables. So many things wrong with this place. Employees all sat around and chatted with each other, very loudly and unprofessionally. I will not be coming back and waiting my money or time

Although there’s one back at home in the DMV, I’ve never visited but I had to try it while in LA. Super clean, friendly staff, delicious food #Pescatarian #Catfish #Calamari #Shrimp #Crablegs
