"At Hot Pot World Rotary, ingredients like meat, seafood, and vegetables make the rounds through the restaurant via conveyor belt. Customers can select their preferences for dipping into their choice of stock — options include Vietnamese, Chinese, Thai, Korean and Mongolian broth. Unlike other hot pot restaurants, soup pots are individual rather than communal. Status: Certified open." - Megan Hill

Great food. Having your own bowl of soup to put the noodles, meat and vegetables of your choice is great, especially for my son with food allergies. We can eat what we want and the way we want it.

Google
What a great experience we had here. Many people have suggested this restaurant to me for a while now. It's an interesting way of making and enjoying some excellent food. This intriguing way of cooking has me ready to go back again soon. We'll worth giving it a try.

Google
Soup not rich and flavorful, Sichuan is the spiciest but it actually not spicy at all… most met on the belt is frozen and very limited options, cost adds up more than traditional AYCE hot pot..happy lamp sounds more affordable and satisfying ..Can do a 1 time experience 4/10…Most spot are empty on the restaurant and also the belt..only catfish and shrimp and mussels for seafood I can see rn…

The waitress was very nice and friendly and was very nice about helping newcomer like me and giving recommendations. I only wished that they refilled my water more often as i was the only customer in the restraunt. There is a novelty of having your food come on conveyor belts to you, but I find that quickly wears out when I'm waiting for the one item I want to make its way to me. It is a little unsettling when I think about how the food ultimately has been sitting out for hours at a time including chicken and seafood. When I was there I saw a sign that said the food was there from 11 am and expires at 3pm and I got there near 3pm. It is also saddening the amount of food waste that must occur from this system in place. One thing that ruined my experience was seeing food that I didn't like come around frequently. The broth that was served was great and I ultimately did enjoy my meal. I feel it can get expensive really quick really easily thogh and the value isn't quite there for me. The people are nice but I ultimately don't see myself returning to this establishment.

Google
First time I came here a waiter spilled a whole glass of water on me and I left without getting anything. However, I'm glad I gave it a second chance because it's great and surprisingly cost-effective.

Google
Not a Bad idea! Came here after I seen the reviews online. So you pay by the plate and the Broth! The Broth alone is $8 to be careful pilling up the plates. The broth I got was a little on the salty side but everything else was fresh!

Jaida Luna

Google
place is not good, It’s very dirty pretty much anywhere you look. Food is mediocre, most stuff is frozen and some of the stuff looked like it was sitting out so long it was extremely dry. There wasn’t much variety it was mostly vegetables. I got the fried fish cakes and they were dry and didn’t taste good. this place is way too expensive for the service, atmosphere and food quality, me and my boyfriend got around 15 plates and it was 90 dollars

Google
So cool to see everything passing by as you eat. A nice variety to add to your boiling broth! Please try!!!! ❤️🔥 Only thing is the boiler is table level and when things get to cooking, it will spill over a bit on the table. But I hate is so minor compared to the service and atmosphere.

Yelp
Currently our favorite hot pot restaurant. Each person is given an individual pot and food comes around on a conveyor belt. We are a family of 4 (with small children) so it's really easy for picky eaters. Price is pretty decent. We could literally eat here like everyday lol. 10/10
google avatar

Oliver A.

Yelp
I really like the concept, but the execution needs some work. We came here for dinner and it wasn't busy at all. Maybe two other families. We were a bit confused on seating since there was no one greeting at the front, but a nice older lady asked us to meet her at the back, and she seated us. She was very attentive throughout our visit. We chose our broth and got to cooking. We noticed that the food was frozen solid, not fresh, and didn't look fresh like your other hot pot places. I can only assume this is the case because it has to go around and it needs to stay cold. But even some of the food looked like it'd been going around for a while. To some this is fine, and no harm, but visually, not it for me. I do want to mention that the chilly oil they had there was a 10/10! I love chilly oil. As far as the establishment, it looks a bit outdated.

Yelp
Closed in the middle of the day with no signage or warning. 3pm on a Tuesday. This review needs at least 85 characters so that's what this is.

Yelp
OMG!! Where has this been my whole life?! In Federal Way at 2020 S. 320th St. is a place called "Hot Pot World Rotary." What an amazing place and great experience. The owner seats you and brings water. When you order, you choose your favorite broth. She brings the broth and puts it in the holder over an infrared burner. You add your favorite vegetables and meats and when it's ready, you ladle it into a bowl. This place can cater to all food habits. Vegan, Vegetarian, Carnivorous, Pescatarian, ETC. I highly suggest trying this place out if you're in town. Just Amazing!! The service is great but, the owners work the place alone so a little patience is necessary. Totally worth the extra time though. The owner is very friendly and I enjoyed talking to her and getting to know the place. I'll definitely be back with lots of friends.

Yelp
I enjoy their causal setting with lots of independence. They have a wide variety of options and good soup bases.

Yelp
TLDR: Food: 5/10 Good, sort of Service: 1/10 Poor, all around Ambiance: 3/10 Casual but uncomfortable This place is really hit or miss. The service is terrible. I actually had a really bad experience when the chair my husband was sitting in straight up broke and he fell. The server came over and was just so unconcerned it made us both want to leave but you can't just take half cooked food home with you. The ambiance is like a low rent buffet but where everything is raw. I would not go back here, as the last time I got sick afterwards and I am reasonably sure it was related to a food safety issue. Nothing on their rotating bar is cooled and it does not seem to be very well maintained or managed as the staff seem almost apathetic to their customers. Also, a slight annoyance but a red flag for me, you can never get a refill of any beverage without flagging down the server and then it will still take them who-knows-how-long to get back with a pitcher. Go at your own risk and be ready for overpriced-lackluster broth that will leave you wanting something better for less. I suppose if you love hot pot and you can't get to a better alternative this could be for you, but for my money, I would recommend going elsewhere. I tried to like this place guys, I went back after the chair incident, I really gave it a good college try, but this place is just meh, and in all of the worst ways. Thinking about the poor experiences I have had makes me sad. Hot pot should never do that, because hot pot is everything that is good about soup, but this place robbed me of my hot pot joy one too many times. Overall, HARD PASS.

Yelp
Fun experience, food was as expected, service was fantastic. Restaurant was much bigger than I thought. Would be fun to eat here with a big party if you don't mind blowing some money. Kid friendly. Would recommend at least once!
google avatar

Melissa L.

Yelp
Family owned and Family vibe. Its a fun place to bring family and kids. The variety of selection is balance. Veggies, meat, and seafood It comes around on the conveyer belt. That's fun. It's pretty much self-serve. Only services needed is to order what broth you want and drink. Price: Do I think it's worth your money, maybe. But it's on the pricey side. Will I come by, maybe not. Good for a one time experience. Services: pretty quick Inside: GO SEAHAWK! Clean with a homey feel. Outside: plenty of parking. Thanks for the entertainment.

Yelp
We were craving hotpot place and this was the closest location from where we were. Pick a broth between non spicy- to extra spicy, any broth will be charged $8.50 ea. they have 4 plates to choose from where you just grab and throw into you hot pot both. It ranges between $2.50-$5.50 depending on the color. It reminds me of genki sushi where it's a passing through belt with the items. They have pork, chicken, beef meats, vegs, tofu, and some desserts. It was our first time and we definitely enjoyed. It was a Friday early evening so it wasn't crazy busy yet. Not bad for 2 of us we spent $68 around there. Parking is available in front the store. Overall you pick, cook, add your spices which are available on the side in front of you.

Yelp
I've had the same experience it wasn't it tbh. Was expecting something good especially from hot pot places. But food that just sits a lot on the counter definitely wasn't it for me. Service was alright to a degree, things could improve a bit more. Ambiance felt more like a simple merry go round without the fun. Wasn't my cup of tea.

Nicole W.

Yelp
I like the food here a lots, especially the variety of vegetables for the hot pot. They came on a rotary(conveyor belt), you pick what you want to put into your borlingbroth pot and cooked to the texture that you prefer and enjoy. The service today was super busy. There is only one server at the time when I was there. The server somehow she make it works. The ambiance is a self-served hot pot. The veggies and meats come to on a conveyor belt.
google avatar

Nguyen T.

Yelp
The big thing for this location is the conveyer belt. And it's a pretty pricey gimmick. It's not that the broth or cuts of meat were bad but they didn't really stand out and for how much food you got, it definitely is not worth the price.
google avatar

Jay C.

Yelp
I don't know how this place got 5 stars. The place was dirty you can tell by looking at the steel panel in the picture and the raw meats and veggies looked like it was sitting on that belt all day. The seafood looked dry and was sitting on its own liquid for who knows how long. The broth was tasteless and they had limited sauce options. Not to mention each plates were overpriced. I had a bad experience overall and I doubt it's going to get any better. $4 for 4 small quail eggs? Cmon now, this place is a rip off.
google avatar

Sam L.

Yelp
THIS PLACE IS A FILTHY DUMP! Service was very slow, only 2 workers for the front of the house. Once we ordered , server never returned...had to search out someone to get more water. Ordered beef broth for my hot pot, smelled like dishwater, flavor had an off chemical taste...not real broth. Food on rotary was sad looking and not fresh ...salmon that came around looked like it had been frozen for the last decade, pale pink and gray. For what this joint charges, it was a monumental disappointment....and no, I won't be returning
google avatar

Christine N.

Yelp
3.5 Love the concept of this place! This place is huge! Wish the beef or meat slices were thinner. Service was excellent. Price can get expensive quick. Great for solo or small parties to share plates. Soup base is very flavorful. Some one the seafood options were surprising (king crab).
google avatar

Mara C.

Yelp
Lots of options you can choose from. The flavors of the soup are soooo good. We got the Tom yum, Kim chi and also beef flavor. Clean and friendly place. The elder lady is just the sweetest. Always checked on us. Had a beautiful smile. Can't wait to go back here!
google avatar

Marie R.

Yelp
This is the first conveyor belt hot pot place I've ever seen! The owner who seated us was really nice. He explained the process to us and left us to decide on what we want. My friend and I both got the beef broth, which was good! It's like a pho broth but in hot pot version. We got a bunch of veggies and meats and they all worked with the broth. They also have spicy, non-spicy, and chili sauces. The spicy sauce was a bit much for me, but I loved the non-spicy sauce. It was more like a black bean paste, which I'm ok with! I wouldn't mind going back although I'll be honest that some of the meats, veggies, and seafood items look a bit questionable.

Paco D.

Yelp
Disappointing considering the price. Especially factoring in that the broth is $8.50 for each person and then you pay for each item on top of that. Shaved beef cost $5.50 and the cut used was nowhere near worth that and that was pretty much the theme. The dumplings and wontons were basically meatballs wrapped in a flimsy wrapper. Zero veggies inside the dumpling fillings. They get 2 stars because the lady who sat us down was incredibly nice and helpful. Overall, service was nice but the price of the food was not worth. Rather go somewhere else to spend $80 for 2 people...
google avatar

Ochied D.

Yelp
went to this place yesterday because i was craving for hot pot. place almost empty. some of the seafood that rotates on conveyor have smell. eeew. also be careful when you pay. i was irritated this morning after checking the receipt. LOL. this lady over there literally gave herself a hefty tip. lol. i don't mind giving tip when it's due. but if someone decides it for themselves. that's when it's kinda irritating! so be careful. she literally took the machine away from my view aoon as i tapped on the contactless machine... then saw this only this morning on my text when i checked. lol. like i said. tips are ok but if you assign it to yourself without me having the choice, it's kinda stealing ‍
google avatar

Tricia M.

Yelp
When we arrived only 2 other people were there. There was a diverse selection of add-ins. The gentleman who was there was extremely friendly. My biggest issue was this... I got the jumbo shrimp/prawns and they were not deveined which just turned me off from eating them, which sucked because I still got the opportunity to pay for them. Other than that it was pretty decent and an overall decent time for my first hotpot experience.

Emma P.

Yelp
Food? Bang for your buck. Service? Awesome. Ambiance? Warm and inviting. This place is huge. Meat was fresh and great quality, noodles were also fresh, veggies were delightful. 100/10 coming again! Super similar to revolving sushi, but instead build your own hot pot!
google avatar

Vicki V.

Yelp
Service was prompt and fast appreciated that it's on a conveyor belt. Pretty fun to bring mom to. She enjoyed it
google avatar

Royce L.

Yelp
I had so many hotpot before. To be honest, this Resturant is good if you are curious about how it works. I came here 3 times already. The more I came the more I discover the issue. It opened in Tukwila before, unfortunately the Resturant cannot survive there so It moves to Federal Way. The food on the belts are all frozen. some of them are freeze on the lid. When you looked at it, just feel odd. The broth is blend, like really blend. I don't think there is any customer service because there is only one person service the whole Resturant. I think this is shortest review I have ever wrote but it really don't have much to say. if you are first timer, then I think it is worth to try it. However, when you look closer to their food and quality, I don't think you will come over here again. Also, Prices are not cheap here as well... really depends on what you eat and how much you eat tho....
google avatar

Sean H.

Yelp
Unfortunately having to lower my rating two 2 stars. I don't quite enjoy coming here as much as I used to. The prices have gone up quite noticeably while the quality has maintained its mediocrity. The starter broth has increased by $2 I think while the per plate price has increased as well. I don't feel like I got a good value or my money's worth. I tried their kimchi broth and really enjoyed that. Smoked bacon is also really good. Service is very minimal. We had to flag down the waitstaff multiple times to get a refill on water and broth, as well as to check out. You're better off going to boiling point or another hotpot place, that actually does have AYCE option, for the same price.

Bo W.

Yelp
The food is delicious. The service was great. The ambiance is an individual or family style rotary hot pot. The conveyor belt of fresh veggies, meats, tofu and desserts. You pick up what you like to put into your hot pot.
google avatar

Michael A.

Yelp
A pretty good Hot Pot place! Arrived here at around 2:20 PM on a Sunday afternoon on 4/10/22. Had to wait about 5 minutes before getting seated at a table. The Conveyor belt was right next to the table, so it was very simple to grab the food items we wanted for the Hot Pot Soup. Told our server what we wanted in terms of the broth and then picked our ingredients we wanted from the rotating belt. The plates were color-coded for pricing reasons. They had Blue, Green, Red colors.... At least for the ones we picked. Got some Pot Stickers, Ramen, Udon Noodles, Rice Noodles, Broccoli, Beef, Chicken, French Fries and Garden Rolls, among others. All of the foods tasted great! Wish the seasoning and sauces were more selective, since they were kind of limited in that. But enjoyed eating at the restaurant and the service.
google avatar

Fatima R.

Yelp
Came here in a group for dinner. Parking was great, tons of it, it was pretty empty when we sat down. Customer service was friendly and quick. It was our first time trying a rotary style hot pot place but the vegetable selections were decent, good amount of meat options. The pricing was a bit more escalated than I expected and from pictures we had seen of the menu online. I enjoyed the kimchi broth while the rest of my group tried a variety of others. The Tom yum one was quite delicious. With places like this I'm always nervous of how long the food has been sitting out but none of us got sick so that was a win for us!
google avatar

Tori L.

Yelp
Our 1st time here...very clean & empty around noon. Good customer service. My hubby had Sichuan broth, which was really good & I tried the Tom Yum broth, which was ok but way too salty. They only had few choices of sauce but I was happy they had peanut sauce/sriracha when I asked. $60 later, we were both really full unlike at the Shabu Shabuya restaurant. Overall, good place to go if you want hot pot fast and don't wanna drive to Boiling Point in South center.
google avatar

Linh N.

Yelp
I like the idea of this and honestly the restaurants is very open and bright. Hot pot is perfect for a nice cold day so trying Hotpot world for the first time was a good experience but in all honestly i wont be coming back. I can make hotpot at home when I want and if I'm desperate I would prefer to go to Boiling point where the pre made bowls have everything you need and anything you dont can be added. I ordered the Tom yum broth and grabbed an assortment of plates; udon, shrimp, wonton, fish balls, steak, enoki mushroom, spinach, etc. All of the add in are at different prices and the prices are kind of ridiculous if you love varieties in your soup.. the total price of my meal would have been able to feed my family LOL. The tom yum broth is pretty standard for me. I wish it would have been spicier cus even after adding in all the spices it wasn't to the level i liked. I kind of kicked myself when I was leaving cus I paid so much for hotpot that I could make at home with more veggie choices. Any who, definitely good to try!
google avatar

Debbie N.

Yelp
Beef meatballs, fish egg containing balls were delicious; shrimp was not so much, the flavor was not strong or bland but just felt off. I tried the beef broth, flavor is there, however not as much as I'd like. It was almost a pho taste when a hint of some other seasoning. The place is catered to the Vietnamese population carrying the common most eaten green varieties of rau, cai, and different meats. The interior is quite cold, or at least on a November night it feels so. The non spicy sauce was more on salty side. Staff was lacking, just two people running the restaurant. It was hard to find staff to request a drink but we are in a time of worker shortage. I would order drinks right away with everything else because they might not be back for a while. Given other hot pot places, I'd go here to try some Vietnamese hotpot items, otherwise the conveyer belt items can add up quickly and if you are craving hotpot in general, BP would generally satisfy most. The durian bubble tea is artificially flavored with powder. I would not order this again. I'd be very curious to try their bun thit nuong (vermicelli) and cannot comment on their other menu items.

Yelp
I want to update my first rating since I am basically obsessed with this place. It's hard to come here since it's far from where i live but whenever I am in federal way, I do make an effort to try to come here. I love the broth, I get Sichuan spicy. My friend got the Tom yum and really liked it. And my sister gets the beef and brother usually get kimchi. And each time, we are all very satisfied with the flavor of the soup. The portions for the add ins are a little on the smaller side but I feel like for me, they are a good amount. I noticed they raised their prices on the red plates though :/ kinda disappointing but won't deter me from coming here.

Michael T.

Yelp
This was a fun place to go and build your own soup. They have lots of options for both meat and non meat eaters. I thought it would be loud but it is quite pleasant inside. The people are very friendly and helpful.
google avatar

Lani L.

Yelp
I like the food here. The broths are good, today's service was not as great as before. Poor attention, my pot ran out of broth basically and we had to wait to get someone's attention for more. Maybe they were short staffed?
google avatar

Thornton A.

Yelp
Hotpot is always fun and conveyer food is fun this was just a kick. This is a great place to introduce yourself to hotpot.
google avatar

Disco B.

Yelp
I just ate the most expensive and disappointing instant noodle dinner here. I was hopeful for this place, given the unique rotary style menu for hot pot. Pick your broth: beef, pork, chicken and others. I picked pork...and it tasted like pho broth...but if I wanted pho broth I could've just went to a pho spot. ($8.50) Then I added the lamb ($5.50), clams ($4.50), napa cabbage ($2.50), taro ($2.50), and instant noodles ($2.50). All the ingredients placed into this small pot and let it boil. The lamb was too tough, the clams were somewhat decent, and everything else was just ok. The bowl of food was so small that I was still plenty hungry yet I could not see myself adding more items. Because the total came out to $26 for basically a very underwhelming bowl of instant noodles. Add tax and tip and I was almost in for $35 on this sorry meal. Simply too expensive for what you get and not a really good dining experience. You're better off going to Boiling Point for a better hot pot experience.

Yelp
6/8/2021 Monthly Lunch with my niece Meh it was kind of ok PROS You have your own little pot Beautiful decor Good location Easy access to main Hwy and I-5 Inside looks clean and well maintained Bathroom was clean Your typical hotpot food type of things They have some variety of seafood, meats and veggies Close to the Walmart, Commons Mall, H-Mart and many other businesses Plenty of parking You control what goes in the pot CONS; The dish rotation was kind of slow coming No place for a private party Our server was a little slow, maybe because they only have one running around Not enough veggies to pick from, where are the onions, ginger, garlic, bean sprouts, scallions, green onions, different kinds of mushrooms, peppers??? I didn't see Korean Tteokbokki rice cakes, or did I missed it? If they can make the labels a little bit bigger and facing to me , I don't have to spend time trying to fugue out what's inside the dish SUGGESTION: Cut the meat and arranged them to look appetizing If the food looks beautiful, people will reach for them, put some kind of garnish on top to make the color pop out Add more kinds of noodles Serve your customers with a friendly smile Maybe you'll get a better tip if you don't neglect your customers, PAUSE‼and take your take your time making your customers feel welcome. It doesn't hurt to take a minute to say hello, how's your day? Create a fun and exciting kind of environment Take us back to your native country Bring forth The taste, the music , decor and artifacts and make my food experience different from the others Always striving for a great food experience and hopefully this review will help to improve for a better future. The idea of hotpot, is healthy keto Friendly and delicious I want to see your business thriving and surviving A happy customer will always return Good luck everyone‼ Happy yelping‼

Yelp
Such a fun ambiance. The service was quick and upbeat. The food came on a conveyor belt so it was so fun!

Yelp
Pretty cool concept and pretty unique to try it out. If you do hot pot often at home, it's not a very good deal here, especially the greens. The little dishes are priced at different prices based on the color, and they add up quick! It's smart to share the little dish with others in your party. Though I appreciate how there's such a variety of food you try and there's different broths you can pick. Since there's so much, I can also see some items weren't the most freshest looking items, especially the meat and fish.
google avatar

Wen W.

Yelp
This is actually a cool concept. I am so used to eating conveyer belt sushi. I've not seen conveyer belt hotpot before until now. The restaurant is spacious and very clean. We get seated and immediately get to our broth. I settle with vegetarian broth, which is actually very tasty. It is definitely fun to pick and to choose the items for the hot pot as the dishes go by on the conveyer belt. This is just like me cooking my hot pot, except for eating at a restaurant. 5/5 will come back!

Maria M.

Yelp
Amazing Amazing amazing a must try restaurant it was so so good myself and my boys loved it! Will for sure be coming back

Yelp
Cash/Card accepted Restrooms available Free public parking Group Friendly Family friendly Rotary Style conveyer Buffet (pay per plate) An appealing establishment with a one-of-a-kind style of dining in. Prices at the time of this review are currently on a steady rise. We were greeted accordingly, and our server was very attentative. You'll have a selection of Broth, and immediately, they'll bring out your order. Cleanliness can be improved in some areas of the table and conveyors. Some options are limited but worth it. Some items on conveyor may have been left out for a while, so be cautious. Overall, it was a good spot. Prices may be high; all the while portions of the food have been sitting out can be less than appetizing. Just a situational awareness.
google avatar

Mae W.

Yelp
Wow! I love being able to customize my own food and I love hot pot too, so being able to choose my own ingredients was amazing. The ingredients were fresh and the service was great! They were attentive and were even nice enough to refill the broth for you if you weren't done. The broth I chose was the Tom Yum Broth. I love the conveyer belt as it always provided. I can't recall what I got in terms of ingredients since my ADD was on overdrive that night. But I think I stuck with egg noodles, soft tofu, all the mushrooms (enoki, shiitake, and white), and jumbo shrimp. Probably got some chicken in there too, tbh. I can't wait till covid restrictions are lifted and we can start going back to places like this. I'm needing my fix!
google avatar

Bernie S.

Yelp
Sichuan and Tom yum broths are both flavorful, neither are very spicy. Good selection of ingredients on the conveyer belt on a Saturday around lunchtime, everything was fresh. Would definitely come back, especially to introduce new people to hotpot.

Ryan S.

Yelp
I doubt this restaurant will be open a year from now. But it is not because it isn't great. I'm not sure if they took over a former conveyer belt sushi restaurant. But I think the potential clientele in the area are too price sensitive to be "charged" every time they take a plate off the conveyer belt. This place needs to be in a location where customers don't give a f*ck about the price associated to the color of a bad pattern around a plastic plate...personally...I'll be there until they close or have to reduce the quality. With that said...with the new train station soon to open...maybe more people will join me at what is a great concept maybe a little to early for the area.

Yelp
Love this place. We found it almost by accident. We wanted to go to red lobster on our way from Seattle to Portland. But they had a waitlist for 40 min so we decided to go look around. And this was just a few walking minutes away. When you walk in first thing you notice is the rotating belt and I thought oh "a sushi place" I do not like sushi so I looked at the menu if they habe chicken teriyaki. I'll think it's Japanese law that if you sell sushi you need to sell chicken teriyaki for all non raw fish eater. Lol. And yes they had that on the menu. So I was fine. We got a space on the belt and then it all happened they said scan the QR code on your phone and watch the video and so happy we did. We learned this is an Asian hot pot rotary basically a fusion of Swiss/German fondue mixed with sushi items rolling in front of you. It's just not sushi. So on little colored plates there where different vegetables, diverse fish, seafood and meat variations. Really something for everyone. And just like at melting pot or any other fondue place you choose a broth first. They had six different from chicken, vegetables or beef broth up to spicy variations. I decided for chicken broth. They bring a pot of that and put them into little holes in the table and they connect to a heater that you decide your self how hot it should get. Then you take from the belt what ever you like - in my case, chicken, raw eggs, bacon, broccoli, egg noodles, filled wan ton, potatoes. Then you put it into the broth until you are feeling comfortable to eat it. And it all was so yummy! First you have the hunting experience from chasing the belt with the ingredients you want, then you "cool" them yourself and finally enjoying your weird creation. The broth was really tasty and all the ingredients fresh as possible. It was a really fun experience and delicious as well. Finally I'll took the remaining broth with me and had it the next as lunch. After you are ready they come around and each plate has a different color with a different price level up to 5.50 per plate for the most expansive stuff like salmon. Most plates are 3.50 - it really adds up but it's also fun. If you never have experienced it it's really worth trying cause it is literally something for everybody!

Yelp
I was trying to go to my regular Hot pot spot out here, but randomly noticed a Yelper stated it was closed. So we stumbled upon this, and let's just say We have been talking about it ever since lol. I love the ton of protein and veggie options that are constantly in rotation. Did Tom yum broth and it was perfect spice where it wasn't over powering. We will def return.

Yelp
Finally a great hot pot place! This place has been here for what seems like forever but we went for the first time on a Friday evening in 2022. It was busy but we were seated with no wait for two. I can say that this is the best broth I've ever had at a hotpot place and the beef was well cut. I loved the variety of options for ingredients and the price point is fair. I won't lie this place loses a star for cleanliness between patrons but it wasn't anything major, just enough to trigger my OCD.

Yelp
Ended up here coming back from Seattle tonight. We had planned to stop here eventually when we went to a neighboring business recently. I found the menu very contemporary in its layout a QR code guides you to a site that plays an instructional video on how it all works. You pick your broth, I chose beef, then you simply build your soup by the remaining fresh ingredients. The items are priced by color coded plates, grab what you want when you want it, you can adjust the heat under your pot of soup ( it's placed in an recess built into the counter between you and the conveyor, so it never cools down ( this is my only complaint about take home pho) a problem quickly remedied at Hotpot. It was a crazy unique experience. I chose the beef broth and the flavor was awesome!! I'd go back again it was an amazing experience!!

Yelp
You can't get bad service here as you just order the type of broth you want Abe pick whatever you want on your hotpot. The price is pretty good and gig can always ask for more soup. Pretty cool place to eat especially now that it's getting colder.
