HotChix LA - Hot Chicken

Wonderful hot chicken. The staff has gone above and beyond to make our experiences great. One trip they were out of an item and made some fresh for us then delivered later. Top notch service and great food. Thank you, Hot Chix!

As a transplant from the south, this is the best chicken I have had in California. Not only was the chicken fresh, the spice was authentic Nashville heat. The Mac and cheese was incredible and the care of the owner in the service is well worth the wait. Quaint picnic style seating and strange late night hours make it a perfect spot to end the night. I love this place and will be visiting frequently.

Got the hot chicken slider and fries and it was delicious. Being a wimp, I got a level 2 spiciness and it had just the right kick and didn't over power the flavor, which was super juicy and tasty. The slaw was a great compliment on the sandwich and the "secret sauce" complimented the chicken well. The skinny fries were also great as the seasoning was awesome. Definitely would come back again!

Wow first off the service Is phenomenal! I walked in and felt like I knew the owner for 20 years. The chicken, even better! It was crispy, delicious, juicy, and the perfect spice! And hot dam that mac and cheese and fries, Amazing really good slaw and everything I give it 10/10.

LOVE this place! The loaded tater tots are my favorite, coleslaw is a nice balance and the chicken sliders come with a huge piece of chicken. Oh and the Mac and cheese is also a nice side. If your still hungry after eating here, you probably eat way too much. Just sayin.

Couldn't be happier. Good amount of food for the price. Person that I interacted with was incredibly nice and actually conversed with me for a second. Seemed very thankful for our business. Chicken was juicy and crispy. Not overly breaded. Slaw was light and refreshing. Already excited to go back for an even hotter chicken next time!

When my wife and I got home (less than 5 min drive), the fries were cold and tasted old. The chicken is good, dont waste your money on the fries. Chicken 4 stars, if hot probably 5 stars. 1 star for the fries, old, cold and were seasoned very lightly with salt.

I went here on Saturday and the food is AMAZING!! I got the two chicken sandwiches with Mac and cheese and it was so delicious! It is a small area so make sure to place your order atleast a few hours in advance so it’s ready when you get there!
