"Modern, elegant, and focused on service, the Hotel 1000 is an excellent choice for travelers wanting luxury amenities in a smaller downtown property. Opened in 2006 two blocks from the Seattle Art Museum and the pier, this hotel puts an emphasis on technology—its rooms are equipped with individual Wi-Fi networks for guests’ Internet needs and heat sensors so the staff knows when not to interrupt. Some of the rooms are configured with open baths (with optional privacy screen) to allow for a view of the bay while soaking in the deep bathtub that fills up from a spout in the ceiling—a feature in even the standard rooms. The entire hotel underwent a major renovation in May 2017 after it became a part of the Loews Hotels family."

"What did you notice on arrival? The lobby’s a total stunner. A transfixing light fixture—250 raindrops formed from hand-blown LED glass—meanders around the ceiling and a marble backdrop adds additional weight and flair. Part of a multi-million-dollar remodel completed in late 2017, the lobby’s your first signal that this is one sleek place to stay. Who does this hotel cater to?Despite the refined digs, staff make sure young families and even pets feel welcome, with a toy wagon full of toys for children and ample swag for the canines, too. The good stuff: Tell us what we need to know about the rooms.A gray and green color scheme, with pops of dusty pink, lets Elliott Bay take center stage. And floor-to-ceiling windows ensure you’ll get a great view of the water and the Olympic Mountains beyond. How about the little details inside? Anything you want to make off with? We’d love to steal the industrial-chic bedside lamps—black tubes that hang, bat-like, from the ceiling, and end in two globe-shaped shades. Staff: If you could award a trophy, who gets it?Sometimes a trip sneaks up on you. If you failed to plan your trip carefully, fear not. This incredible concierge team will make sure you get to the good stuff. Anything stand out about other services and features? Food? Spa?Snack on fresh oysters at sprawling All Water Seafood & Oyster Bar downstairs, where a daily happy hour menu with beer and wine specials, plus discounted snacks like sliders and calamari, lures crews of coworkers from nearby office buildings. All your waxing and massaging need can be met at the onsite, high-end spa." - Jessica Voelker

We recently stayed here for a 4-night stay and unfortunately experienced a serious plumbing issue that impacted our experience. The shower in our original room provided either freezing cold or scalding hot water, with no ability to regulate it. After notifying staff, engineering confirmed there was a valve problem affecting our tower. As a result, we had to repack and move to a smaller, downgraded room. Our second room’s shower also had issues; the water flooded the bathroom floor each time we showered so we had to put down a bunch of towels on the floor to soak it up. While we understand that issues can happen, what was disappointing was how the situation was handled. No compensation or adjustment to our rate was offered until we asked for it, which we shouldn’t have had to do. Even then, the staff made minimal effort to accommodate us or make up for the inconvenience of not having a functional shower and being moved mid-stay. For example, a manager assured us if we packed our bags, they would move our luggage to our new room, but they didn’t. Overall, we had hoped for more proactive customer service and hospitality, especially at a hotel of this caliber. The experience left us feeling like guest comfort wasn’t a priority. More empathy and initiative from management would have been appreciated.

My stay at Hotel 1000 had been absolutely wonderful. Since I stepped in, Sarah at Concierge/Front desk took a great care of me and as it was still in the morning and my room was not ready, she was very helpful with suggestions for some activities. When I got back in the afternoon, I was treated with grace and got upgraded with my room category. I personally want to thank Eric and Lukas from Front desk again for providing such a great service and paying attention to the smallest details. It means a lot. I had a chance to grab dinner in the All Water restaurant, where again it was such a pleasure to be served by their staff. Eric was a great bartender, giving lots of recommendations on food and local beers. It felt like a family hotel. Breakfast is an a'lacarte option, prepared to high standards and gives a great kick for the day. ||Thanks again and will be back when in Seattle!

Recently stayed at Hotel 1000 for a birthday celebration. What a wonderful staycation for us to celebrate. I worked with the hotel for early check in as I was having spa services that morning. Upon check in (9:30am) the room was almost ready, but they were able to take my bags while I was in the spa. The front desk team was so welcoming and very attentive. When I was ready for the room it was quickly available - still well before regular check in time! We had room service and were surprised by a bottle of champagne courtesy of the concierge team in celebration of my birthday - it was a delight! The room was bright and very clean, lots of snacks/drinks available in the room (for a fee) so that made truly staying in easy and fun. Beautiful view of Elliot Bay and the ferry terminal. Bathtub was a nice bonus - it fills from the ceiling which is different but fun. We had dinner in the restaurant All Water - which was nice. Very walkable to Pike Place Market and other Downtown venues. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel 1000, LXR Hotels & Resorts. The location is very convenient, the rooms are spacious and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel is both modern and comfortable. A special shoutout to the front desk staff who assisted us at check-in—she was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Not only did she make the process smooth and efficient, but she also thoughtfully recommended several nearby restaurants. Her warm hospitality truly set a positive tone for our stay—though we regret not catching her name! That said, the check-out experience fell short in comparison. The front desk staff at the time appeared distant and offered no greeting, leaving a somewhat cold final impression on an otherwise enjoyable visit.

First time staying at hotel 1000 and let me tell you, it was fantastic, and surpassed my expectations , in every way. I stayed in the grand corner junior suite, king size bed, with spectacular water view, and it was pure perfection! The staff were very welcoming and helpful…but let’s get back to the room. First off, it was spotless! Never have I seen such a clean, every item meticulously arranged, beautiful room. I am very particular about cleanliness, especially in a hotel room. I do believe I said “WOW” when I walked in the door. The view of the pier at sunset was breathtaking. The architecture and history of some of the surrounding buildings takes you back to another time, in a wonderful way. The bed was very comfortable, high end linens. Snacks and drinks waiting (for a fee) but there if you get that late night craving. Let’s move on to the luxurious bathroom. When I say luxurious, that is no exaggeration. The large soaking tub was the most amazing tub I’ve seen, in a hotel. The water filled it from the ceiling, more breathtaking views from the big window next to the tub. There is an electronic shade for the window, if you want privacy while bathing. I turned out the lights and enjoyed my bubble bath while looking at the twinkling lights of the city, out the window. There is a large stand alone shower with amazing santal 33 scents, for hair and body. I could go on and on about this magnificent place . Mine was a short stay, and I didn’t want to leave. I will be back and will be booking at least a few days. There are lots of restaurants in the area, including a couple at the hotel. The waterfront and pier are right down the street. I would highly recommend this suite for a romantic getaway or if you just need some time to breathe, be alone , and pamper yourself . Whatever your reason, you will not be disappointed!

We stayed for one night on our way through Seattle. Staff was incredibly kind and helpful (especially the valet staff), room was clean and comfortable, and the bay view was stunning. The front lobby is trendy and cozy with the nice fire to stay warm by. We were also delighted with the location that enabled us to walk to all the main sites: Pike Place, space needle, and Mariner’s game. We didn’t have time to try out the restaurant or spa but we heard great things about both. Would definitely stay again if we were back in Seattle.

My husband has been wanting to stay here for a while, so we did two nights before we had to split because of where he is stationed. The valet was wonderful, if a little slow at times, and our checkin experience was wonderful. Our first room was…a bit smelly, but it was quickly remedied and I appreciate it. I do wish we had been able to get a room with a bathtub, but that and the shower being either hot as hell or ice cold was my only complaint. We stayed here under the FHR program and this hotel honored that credit and our Diamond credits.

Google
Loved everything about this hotel! The location, the staff, the room. It was very similar to my stay at The Ritz-Carlton in Portland, but half the price. The room was amazing and comfortable. They do turn down service, which is such a perk, and so lovely! The bar served great drinks and the staff was also great there. The two bartenders were so nice, although I can’t recall their names. One said it was his “4th day” 😂 he was awesome! Overall, loved my stay to celebrate my 15th wedding anniversary and would definitely come back as well as recommend!

Yelp
We booked this hotel for the night before we left on an Alaskan cruise. We got in late and they must have sold out, which landed us in the Presidential Suite. It was a nice surprise! The hotel and room were beautiful! The hand soap is one of my all time favorites! Their hospitality was great as well, from the night time check in host to the bell boy and the lady who was at the desk upon checkout. They even allowed us to leave our bags there for a few hours while we walked around the market place on our return a week later. I would absolutely recommend.

Yelp
Reasonably fine hotel although it's got a few issues that keep it from being next level. Hotel 1000 has been around a while. It's always been quite nice but it appears after either the Lowes or Hilton take over they did a remodel that removed most of the tasteful Pacific Northwest aesthetic. In its place is a slightly elevated Westin-style design: inoffensive, very white, fairly dull. Still, you could do far worse than this in downtown and I think most people will still be impressed (the water from the ceiling tubs are still present!) Amenities fall short of being a truly nice hotel. Bar and restaurant are nothing to write home about, there was a very limited after hours menu (no desert?? What?), and the neighborhood isn't very exciting; to be fair, the location has never been a key feature. Ten years ago this would be a top recommendation for your stay in Seattle but these days I'd say staying at the Lotte, W, or the Fairmont would be more worth your while. It would be closer to four stars if it wasn't so expensive for what you get for your money here.

Yelp
I flew into Seattle for a quick trip and the family I was supposed to stay with was sick. So while on the plane I booked this room. I was getting in earlier than check in time and asked for an early check in and they accommodated. From that first great customer service through ever day there I'm so impressed with this hotel. Every single person I interacted with was helpful, kind, and willing to help with anything. The location is great and easy to get to other places. The rooms are very spacious and nice furnishings. The rooms felt very clean and well taken care of. Thanks to Eric for all his help with my printing needs and everyone at the front desk. Thanks to Mikala and Endeya at the front of the restaurant for their kindness and helpfulness. Thanks to the house cleaning crew for helping me. Honestly, one of the best stays I've had in a long time.

Yelp
I LOVE this hotel!!!!!!! It's beautiful inside and the staff is extremely welcoming. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean. The mattresses are plush and comfortable. The rooms come with a mini fridge stocked with wine, water and soft drinks. The bathroom is spacious and beautiful. The tub is deep and the water pours from the ceiling! There's also a separate shower and a water closet for the toilet. There's subtle lighting where needed and bright lighting where needed. It's an experience staying here. There is a parking deck and valet parking. The only downside is the space for loading your vehicle when leaving only allows for two cars. If you double park or take up more than two cars, the police WILL come and give you a citation.

Yelp
My go to hotel brand when traveling is usually a Hilton or Hyatt, and they all are usually about the same, nice hotels with great service. Hotel 1000 surprised me by taking it a step further with their attention to detail. Once we got to our room we found little bags of lavender on our beds, a bag with slippers next to each bed, a bottle of water on each night stand, and ice in the ice bucket. The room itself was fantastic. It had a very modern crisp look to it. The beds were super comfortable. The bathroom had a stand alone tub that filled from the ceiling, as well as a separate shower. The staff were top notch. The check in process was smooth and fast. They offer valet parking which I though was great since finding parking in Seattle is challenging to say the least. Shortly after arriving in our room I received a text from the front desk asking if we needed anything, which I thought was a nice extra touch. Check out went equally as smooth. I will definitely stay with Hotel 1000 next time I need a hotel in Seattle.

Yelp
We were staying in Seattle for the night and had won a free stay at Hotel 1000 in a water view king room. I have to say that, as a traveler, this was one of the more comfortable hotels beds I've slept in. The pillows were great and, if you travel, you know how important that really is. Arriving, the valet was prompt and whisked away the car so we could check in. Check in was smooth and everyone we met was very friendly. Destiny checked us in and walked is through the amenities, figuratively. She ushered to the elevator and ensured that we got to our floor. Shortly after arriving in our room a staff member appeared to offer us turn down service, ice, or additional water. We were out later than expected and didn't get to enjoy the bar or any other amenities. I'm fact, we didn't even have a chance to grab some cash. Never fear! The front desk was able to tip housekeeping via our check out. We would certainly stay at Hotel 1000 when we need a place in Seattle. The location is very convenient and staff super friendly.

Yelp
If you thought the only way to experience a luxury hotel experience in Seattle was going to the near by Four Seasons Hotel then let me stop you right there. This is right here my friends is one of the most elegant experiences I have had at a downtown hotel in Seattle. Driving a large vehicle, I was thankful that I didn't have to worry on the particulars on parking my car in one of Seattle's compact spaces. You drive up and you arrive to the best Valet group the City has to offer. No hassle, no fuss. Once you're inside, I was greeted by a friendly and attentive staff. Sure, I may be a Diamond status Hilton member but I don't think you need Diamond status to feel like you're the star of their show. The rooms were magnificent. Clean, well laid out and top notch finishes. The bathroom was spacious and the King bed was comfortable. Pro Tip- Splurge at the Spa. The Spa experience is by far my best spa experience I have had (and I have had a lot). The restaurant has some of the best oysters in the Pacific Northwest and the beer selection was plentiful. I've already booked my next stay in November and look forward to my return visit. This has to be one of my favorite Hilton hotels this side of the Mississippi.

Yelp
Loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect. Walking distance to a lot of attractions. We were able to walk to the Pike Place Market, to the waterfront, the pier, restaurants, coffee shop and much more. Let's just say we did a lot of walking. Beautiful hotel, well maintained and friendly staff.

Yelp
GREAT LOCATION! Close to all the major attractions and within easy walking distance to Lumen Field. The rooms are very nice size, with very comfortable beds. As Diamond members, we received $50.00 food credit per day at the hotel restaurant All Water, which has excellent food. Rooms very well equipped with luxurious soap and shampoo, as well as nice towels. The hotel is a short walk to the harbor. Valet Parking is $60 per day, but this is standard in a hotel downtown. Outstanding stay

Yelp
For a brief respite in Seattle before setting sail on our Alaska cruise, we were treated to a delightful stay at Hotel 1000. Nestled right in the heart of the city, this accommodation boasted an intimate boutique atmosphere, coupled with a repertoire of luxurious amenities, enhancing our short visit into a premium experience. A pleasant surprise came in the form of a complimentary upgrade at check-in to an executive suite, a perk owed to our Hilton status. The attention to detail in this hotel extended to a daily cleaning and turndown service, which included charming small gifts such as decadent chocolates and aromatic bags of lavender. Our experience was taken a notch higher with the addition of high-end Le Labo toiletries. These personal care products added an exquisite touch of luxury to our daily routines and my wife Amy is already shopping for them online. One feature not to be missed, and yes, you are reading this correctly, is the bathtub that fills from the ceiling - a whimsical, yet luxurious touch that left us marveling at the design and detail that went into this room element. Our stay at Hotel 1000 was nothing short of wonderful. The hotel's central location, boutique charm, and array of amenities were the perfect preface to our cruise. We're already looking forward to a return visit the next time our travels bring us to Seattle.

Yelp
I stayed 4 nights at Hotel 1000, what initially drew me to choose hotel 1000 was that the bathtub fills in from the ceiling. Looked unique & luxurious, and after staying here several nights it was really enjoyable! The good: bathtub is wonderful & can easily fit 2 people. The bed was comfortable & AC worked very well. Beautiful views from the 10th floor! We got upgraded to a waterfront view and it was really special. Housekeeping is phenomenal here! I think one day they cleaned our room 3 separate times. They also had chocolates waiting for us upon arrival & left us a lavender gift for the evening two nights in a row. They brought ice to our room every night as well. House keeping is seriously 10/10 - give these guys a raise they're going above & beyond! Also had a wonderful late check out of 4PM, latest hotel check out I've seen! Super helpful when I had a late flight. The bad: the hand washing sink in the room isn't deep enough, so when you wash your hands the water kind of splashes everywhere. The shower is a bit small and the water pressure/shower head isn't the best. The shower does leak onto the bathroom floor, even when the shower door is shut. The reusable shampoo & conditioner also weren't my favorite. I love the idea of larger shampoo, conditioner & body wash in the shower - much better than teeny tiny bottles, however I think the shampoo was a bit rough and strips your hair too much. I might be a bit picky, but that's just my opinion. I've had mixed experiences with using Hotel shampoos/conditioners, and I think they missed the mark here. Lastly, the bathtub does not drain on its own. You have to either wedge something in it to keep it open and keep it draining, or you have to hold it as the water drains out. So that needs work. Overall impression: Hotel 1000 is located conveniently in the heart of downtown. You can easily walk to Pike Place Market and lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and the Seattle Art Museum. The hotel had really great service & I had a nice stay here, only minor complaints here and there but nothing that would deter me from staying again. I had a daily breakfast credit for 2 up to $60 & a $100 credit to use throughout my stay, so this also made Hotel 1000 worth it. If you want to know my thoughts on their restaurant, check out my review for the All Water seafood & oyster bar. But overall I had a nice time staying here & my upgrades/credits made the experience more enjoyable.

Yelp
Such a luxurious experience! Includes a morning and evening turndown service. The evening service even included lavender. Comfy bed and bath tub was great! Good central location to downtown (good for business travelers), definitely a tough uphill walk though.

Yelp
Super hit or miss. Mainly depends on the staff. I stay here. Eat here and drink here. I do enjoy the chowder yet the clams are always chewy, ALWAYS. Oysters are good as long as they are not the happy hour oysters. That's like eating them out of the alley out back. Mixed drinks can be meh to sheesh depending on the 'tender. Overall a good spot for a 1st ave gamble. Give it a try. You got a 50/50 chance.

Yelp
This hotel was amazing and it had great service. The pool is open 24/7 and you can choose a water bed or a regular bed. Both were very nice. In the pool area, they also had a big fish tank. They also have a cat running around. That might be a violation of the health code though. So if you're allergic to cats, don't go. They have a bar and a buffet room for an all-you-can-eat. All the food is free. The stay only costs $100 per night. They are super generous with how nice this hotel is. I stayed there for 5 nights. Their service is amazing. They even brought my child a night light because the lamps were too bright. They also have a day-care center where you can leave your children. $1 an hour.

Stephen D.

Yelp
If there were an option for 4.5 stars then that would be the rating. It's a nice hotel with very nice rooms and nice team members. Location is good in a city that is struggling with the after effects of covid. Rooms are generous in size, well maintained, decent bathrooms and beautiful bedding. Compared to the Charter Curio Hotel (see separate review) this place is the Hilton brand to choose. Bar is decent and food is good, there is a cocktail bar that is closed Monday & Tuesday which is an odd place, don't quite get it's purpose to be honest. One thing that does grate on me is nickel & diming a customer, they charge a $25 dollar Urban Resort Fee which is redeemable in the restaurant, it's just a way to get you to spend money and hacks me off in all honesty, they are not alone though as all the Hilton properties in Seattle charge it, annoys me that as a customer I'm forced into spending money in the hotel against my will and without merit

Yelp
My girlfriend and I wanted to have a little staycation over the weekend and decided to come here. Hotel 1000 is owned by Hilton and their LXR hotels are some of the most luxurious hotels I've stayed in. It's located in downtown Seattle near Pike Place Market, the waterfront, the pier, and all your typical Seattle tourist destinations which make Hotel 1000 a good option to stay if you prioritize location. If you're taking the light rail either from the airport or some other place, it's minutes away from the University St. light rail station adding to its convenience. We booked the grand corner junior suite and ended up on the 14th floor which is the top floor. The room was beautiful and huge! The room had a big king-sized bed along with a couch and nice views of the downtown area. The bathroom is also a good size surrounding a huge two-person tub in the middle. The only problem we had with the bathroom was that the water temperature in the shower was really warm even on the "coldest" setting, so we had to use it at that level which lowered the pressure of the water coming out. The amenities included an hour per day at their golf simulator inside the building, meeting spaces on multiple floors, fitness center, cellar, and spa. To book the golf simulator go to the front desk to make a reservation. The staff members, especially Spencer, were all great at accommodating our requests during our stay including providing extra towels and toiletries. We also were granted late check-out (from 11am to 12pm) with ease. Overall we had a good stay and experience!

Yelp
Stayed here on a recent trip to Seattle to watch the Dodgers play the Mariners. Chose this place because of it being centrally located to both the stadium and some of the downtown areas. Didn't rent a car this time and relied on either ridesharing or public transportation. The hotel is located within 1/2 block of a Link Lightrail station. The trip from SeaTac airport was under 5 bucks and the airport station is a short walk from the terminal. There are also an ample number of bus routes near the hotel so you can get pretty much everywhere with a very reasonably priced day pass. Our room was extremely comfortable and well equipped. It was solidly built and even though first responder sirens could be heard periodically throughout the night, it wasn't disruptive. The hotel staff was kind and helpful and always greeted you when you walked in the door. The hotel is really a throwback ... beautifully decorated ... the lobby and lobby bar are very comfortable to just chill for a while. We'll definitely stay here again should be travel to this lovely city in the future. The walk to the baseball park was about 15-20 minutes. The walk to Pike's market was about the same. And the walk to the monorail station was maybe 25 minutes. I'll editorialize a bit here by saying that we visited the EMP about 10-15 years ago which has now been reborn as MoPoP .... The EMP was much better. I didn't really need to look at Paul Allen's sci fi memorabilia stash and would have preferred more music based exhibits. But back to the Arctic Club. Breakfast was very solid with one exceptions. The scrambled eggs were very runny. But the rest of the breakfast offerings were much better than you typically get at a hosted breakfast.

Yelp
Doesn't have a grand entrance, so keep your eyes peeled - easier to spot the attached restaurant. The best part of this stay was the staff. I wish I'd write down names to give the proper kudos but to the gentleman at check-in Wednesday the 16th around 1 and the lady doing checkout on the 17th I hope your boss(es) see this review and you get recognized for your outstanding customer service. The bed and sofa were comfortable, but I was all about that bath. (They sell bath bombs if you didn't plan ahead!) Also of note... it fills from the ceiling... so don't be surprised like I was To me nothing says relaxing like getting a cocktail downstairs and soaking in the tub. Capped off a great stay.

Yelp
Stayed here for a night while I stopped by the Seattle office for a first time visit. Hotel 1000 was just 7 minutes away to South Union, so it was nice being close to work. I was upgraded at check in for having Diamond status (yay!) and they actually had drinking water in the room available (double yay). The upgrade to a suite was a nice perk, the full bath tub is super nice to have, even though I did NOT expect the water to fall from the ceiling like it did. There was some black sediment in my tub when it was full, I am not sure what it is from (?) because the tub was clean before filling. But it was great to have a hot soak in the tub on Thursday morning before heading out into the chilly Seattle weather. There is some wear and tear in the rooms that could use upgrade or replacement (table in living room had use/scratches all over it). But otherwise, the room was exceptionally clean and I was pleased with my stay. I will definitely be back to Hotel 1000 the next time I am in Seattle!

Yelp
Last Saturday was my first time in this hotel attending a special party. The place was very nice . Very friendly staff. Everything in the party was amazing including the food Buffett . It wA all first class. The only issue was lack of help when I arrived to the hotel and pulled in right from of the hotel. There was not anyone there to park my car. I had to leave the car on the street and run inside to see if I can get help. Finally there were able to get someone to help me. Other than that everything else was great.

Yelp
A beautiful hotel, and many rooms offer a stunning harbor view. We were also pleased by the location, which is a few blocks from the DT core, but situated in a great neighborhood. Daily breakfast was fantastic, and I loved that they offered a free golf simulator session in the basement (need to ask the front desk staff to schedule). Also, the staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. It's a pricey hotel, but our room, friendly staff, and great views were worth it.

Yelp
Hotel in excellent condition, great service, very conveniently located. Valet is $60/ night. If you prefer a quiet room, request one that doesn't face 1st avenue which can be noisy. If you prefer not to be disturbed by housekeeping, be sure to push the button by the door to turn on the "privacy" light, otherwise you may end up getting charged for turndown service in the evening.

Yelp
So this hotel is the former Loews hotel and Hilton bought it which I think is the reason for the name change?? Anyways, beautiful hotel!! We pulled in front and valet was there to take our bags. There are a few parking garages around if you want to attempt to self park but I would recommend to valet. There are some hills so not sure you want to be carrying luggage up and down the hills. My fiance and I are Hilton members and were upgraded to a beautiful room with views of the water. Bed was comfy, had two closets, huge bathtub, overall comfy room. There is a restaurant downstairs that serves breakfast and dinner. We had breakfast there which was very good but pricey ($53 for the two of us). Luckily since we are Hilton members, we had credits to put towards the breakfast. Location is great. It's about 4 blocks to Pikes Place. Lots of restaurants and bars also within walking distance.

Yelp
My wife and I spent the night here following a event we attended in Seattle. We were very impressed. This place has the perfect location and the staff was extremely friendly. The room was clean and modern and we loved the added benefits they offering d is as Hilton Diamind and AMEX Platinum members. They even allow you to use your $100 on valet parking ($60) which is a plus and very different from other Hilton properties. We will definitely be back.

Yelp
Surprisingly deplorable customer service. Hilton is my go-to hotel when visiting Seattle and Dallas throughout the year. Hotel Anatole in Dallas not only has outstanding customer service, but reflects its reputable partnership with SWA for this reason. Unfortunately that is not the case for Hotel 1000 in Seattle.

Yelp
Stayed here while in Seattle for a weekend. Great hotel. Had a water view. The lounge/restaurant were great. Service everywhere was great from the front desk, bell staff, bar tender, etc. the hotel even had a bottle of champagne waiting for us upon arrival (we got married here more than ten years ago) which was a great touch.

Yelp
I was dropping a food order for Uber eats...the front door staff, specifically the man about 5'10-6ft...was extremely rude...using a demanding tone said to give him the food...which I refused...thankfully...as it was for a hotel across the street....I wouldn't be surprised if he has stolen orders from customers when it's been accidentally dropped at wrong hotel....would suggest staying across the street instead...

Yelp
Had a pleasant stay at the Hotel 1000, LXR in Seattle. The location of the hotel is very convenient for visiting the touristy spots in Seattle - its a 10 min walk to Pike's Place and a 10 or so minute walk to the waterfront. The room was very spacious and well appointed. We really liked the view and soaking tub. The only downside of the hotel when we went was the staffing issues related to the pandemic. Because of COVID and staffing issues, the restaurant wasn't operating lunch or dinner service on Monday. I had Amex FHR credits that I was hoping to spend on dinner at the restaurant. Unfortunately, the spa was also closed so there was nowhere I could spend the credits except for a small overpriced convenience counter near the lobby. The staff was nice enough to open up the spa store so that we could at least purchase more than just bags of chips and cans of soda. Otherwise, its a nice hotel with a great location in Downtown Seattle. I'd return, but just make sure to note when the restaurant is operating if you intend to dine there.

Yelp
This place is a joke! I stayed in a "water view" deluxe king. What a generous description... if you want a large bay view, you aren't getting it unless you stay at the top floors with a balcony. I prepaid for my room and taxes via a 3rd party booking site. I checked in late at night and advised the front desk associate that I prepaid for the room. She was busy doing her paperwork and not paying attention. She charged me another $569 for the room and incidentals. The next morning I realized what she did and approached the morning front desk staff to reverse the error....she tried to "fix the issue" which resulted in new charges ended up charging me another $285. So for a two night stay, I have $1,586 invested in this hotel and has been holding those funds hostage. They were more concerned with charging my card then making sure the amount being charged to my card was correct. It's not the error that I have a problem with, it's the lack of acknowledgment and little attempt to reverse a guests bad experience. I'm a frequent traveler, and my rating would be higher, but the hotel staff didn't communicate with their upset customer. The room is decent and the bathtub is nice...but frankly guest service leaves much to be desired. Seattle has great luxury hotels with excellent customer service, this is not one of them.

Yelp
This hotel was fantastic and certainly worth the money. We were able to check in at about 9 am. It was literally the earliest I've ever checked in to a hotel. Our room was fantastic with a huge bathroom and wonderful tub with water than came down from the ceiling! The bed was comfy and I was amazed at how quiet the hotel is. Every night they came by and dropped off waters and provided us with a satchel of lavender. We also got house slippers and robes. Made our stay very cozy. We ate breakfast at the restaurant and had great service and the staff was just so nice. They made the stay very enjoyable.

Yelp
We had an incredible stay at this property. The staff was excellent. They thought of everything and were so quick to give attention and provide assistance. The facilities were divine. I enjoyed the bathroom far too well. Definitely check out the golf club! Breakfast at All Water is delicious. Views are spectacular. Would definitely stay again.

Yelp
I am a Hilton honors member and planning to book my stay at LXR Seattle. While I am selecting a room type to stay, I prefer a free standing tub inside the bathroom for privacy by the window view similar to the inserted picture below. Please advice what room type or category have this type of bathroom with 2 queen bed for a mother-daughter retreat. Appreciate the response.

Yelp
This place was so cute! The staff was very accommodating to any of our needs. I wish I was staying there forever. Thank you Hotel 1000 for being so amazing. Also, walking distance from a lot of things. Cheers!

Yelp
We've been staying here since 3/19 and we leave tomorrow 3/22. We couldn't be happier with our hotel choice!! Check in was super quick and painless, the front desk gave us plenty of recommendations for what to do around seattle and they were kind enough to hold our bags until our room was ready(we got here around 10am). We are a family of 3 and we got the room with one king and one queen whaaaat?! In all of our travels we've never seen that option. It's been perfect for my husband and I to have the king and my teen daughter to have the queen. If that weren't already amazing it gets so much better, the rooms are divided and we have the most amazing bathroom!! Toilet is private so that the bathroom can be used while someone is using the toilet, separate bath and shower. Our highlights of the room were: the amazing bathtub, separated rooms, option for king and queen queen bed, 24 hr fitness and nespresso machine for amazing espresso right in our room. Some awesome bonuses were the lounge with complimentary goodies and refreshments, in house restaurant.

Yelp
The front desk service has been excellent. Despite a few hiccups in the room, door handle falling off, coffee and towels being missed during housekeeping, the desk has made it all right. Unfortunately there never seems to be adequate personnel at the desk and waiting a good while the standard. The room A/C could be better for sure. Slow to get cool and the humidity in the room suffers as a result. The "golf simulator" is a joke. Low end club sets that are incomplete and offer no left handed options. The staff was not really interested in helping fix these issues. She laughed it off and left. The attached restaurant service is awful. I would not even consider All Water Grill at all. The accommodations are good but the extras that you are supposed to be paying for have definitely been less than advertised. Location is a good perk and close to Pike Place. All in all I would stay here again but would look for other options at this price. I'm sure someone has these issues fixed.

Yelp
Very expensive hotel, they have a golf simulator which was cool and a nice gym. Staff was very friendly! But the room they gave me as a diamond member and east upgraded even though they said they were not full had no view. Literally looked out the windo to a building across the alley with homeless screaming through out the the night. But the bathroom and tub was awesome! Just expect more for the price and being a diamond member. Restaurant was disgusting, the hamburger was shaped like a hockey puck and raw, not a fresh smashed patty. I would only use the hotel credit for the drinks if we go back.

Yelp
We stayed three nights. Clean, beautiful room. Kind staff at every interaction. Excellent breakfast. They came around every night to restock . Location perfect, we walked everywhere. Will definitely stay again if in town.

Yelp
We stayed here for only one night. Lovely place. Clean, staff where very nice and attentive. Ladies at reception where friendly and catered to all our needs. The restaurant on the ground floor was great, the food was amazing. If we are in Seattle again then this will be our goto place. Very top notch experience. Close to everything.

Yelp
Four night stay for spring break with a family of four. The hotel room was spacious, clean, quiet. The beds were comfortable. Everything was in working order. The bath that filled from the ceiling was unique and fun for the kids. What really made this day was the service. Daily housekeeping, twice a day was excellent. Alexandria at the front desk really made this day enjoyable, she had great tips for the visit. Complimentary bottled water and the food credit which we used for in room dining, which was also incredible. The location was good, we did a ton of walking to most of the attractions nearby and many restaurants. The price value was very high, luxury hotel in a great location at reasonable price.

Yelp
The service sucks I lived in a presidential suite and could even be expel by saying our voice is too loudly. But actually the voice is even more quiet than I would use the audio in my bedroom. After they expel us, they reject to refund and even charge us for the dirty the towel.

Sue N.

Yelp
Eric in the restaurant is fantastic. He recommended the clam chowder and it was the best I have eaten. We also received great service from Eric. Will definitely go there the next time I go to Seattle.

Yelp
Had a great time here. Great rooms, with great staff. Brooke and Spenser were super helpful and made our experience feel so welcoming. Great recommendations for what to do around town. My Fiance and I felt very welcome and hope to make another visit here in the future next time we are in Seattle.

Yelp
I booked this hotel for the obvious reason LOCATION- However prior to arriving in Seattle or the Hotel I felt it would be best for me to rent a car during the duration of my stay due to COVID. Myself and my wife were trying to be as pro active as possible. The hotel states that they only have Valet parking but it does not say anything about there being a fee which is $45 a night on top of their "RESORT FEE." This Valet fee (PARKING FEE) was not disclose to me upon arrival or was it even shown to me. If a hotel is going to charge for parking than state it on your website Do not state " Valet Parking only" Valet is a tipping service. I called to ask and than was told by the person who answer the phone that i was made aware of the fee WHICH IS A TOTAL LIE! I demanded my money back since this was clearly not disclose to me or on the website site. I will be filing with the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU since the person who answered the phone said essentially I am in the wrong along with apparently being a LIAR and the hotel is in the right. Their website states differently and in no written area does it say $45 a night for PARKING. I did take a screenshot it in order to file my report and attempt to get my money back the $225.00 dollars this hotel charged my credit card not including the tipping that I gave each person who brought my car. I would not had an issue if this was showed to me upon check in. I did not arrive at 11 pm but before 6:30. in the evening. There was a desk clerk available 3 people were present and not one of them mention this PARKING FEE. This is not VALET PARKING IT IS A PARKING FEE. I know this may sound redundant I want to make this known to all future individuals who chose to park a car with them they charge a PARKING FEE $45 dollars a night plus their "RESORT FEE" Update The General Manager has refunded the amount of the parking fee. Thank you so very much for responding to us and addressing this issue.

Yelp
So when we arrived at the hotel, the valet place is full so we have to wait and block other traffic and watch the valet person slowly went into the car before us and drive away. When we are in the lobby, obviously no one open the front door for us. There is no one in the front desk for more than 10 minutes, I mean it's not 12am it's 6pm, someone should be at the front desk. The elevator is not well maintained, the touchscreen design in the elevator is stupid. The room, the room is spacious, but not well maintained, there is damage on the cabinet and the door is unnecessarily hea What make it a 2 score is that when we ask for the dental kit, they said they have toothbrush and it's available at the front desk ........... Come on, this is a five star hotel, it's not that hard to deliver it to the room ........ I will avoid any Hilton hotel in US from now on, you guys are not qualified to run a 5 star hotel Please goto fairmont or lotte, those people knows how to properly run a luxury hotel The restaurant is great, otherwise it's 0

Yelp
Amazing hotel! Very warm welcome by Jordyn at reception who made sure we were well taken care of! Very well maintained spotless public areas. Extremely comfortable bed with great linens and pillows. Breakfast at All Water was delicious! Great experience, would visit again next time I'm in Seattle.

Yelp
Beautiful hotel. Room, restaurant and bar all at an affordable price considering location. Staff members were all delightful, especially a younger guy at the front desk who I believes name was Spenser. The only downside and reasoning for the one less star was the parking situation. Street parking is always a disaster and there was no parking garage nearby like most hotels, so valet parking it was. If I had been made aware of this beforehand, I probably would've gone elsewhere. With all of the extra fees and taxes, it was a bit too pricey.
