"This elegantly restored hotel is a mere five minutes from Paris’s center of gravity, the Champs-Élysées, which really means it’s five minutes from everything. The first thing to note is that there is an actual hammam in the basement. After a long day of sightseeing, a few laps in the pool followed by a steam is a healing balm for exhausted feet and sore muscles. Aesthetically, the Art Deco influence is quietly done and hidden in the details, like the lamps, the restrained use of marble (and the not-so-restrained use of stripes to beautiful results), pretty velvet upholstery, even the occasional in-room porthole. Unbeatable location aside, the attentive staff and excellent service catapult this new hotel to the top of the short list of excellent places to stay. The adorably small hotel bar and the sexy dining room make leaving that much harder. "

"Located in the 8th arrondissement, just a walks away from the Champs Elysees, this newly remodeled boutique hotel is an adorable option for travelers who want to be close to the mix, but not in the thick of it. Decorated in Art-Deco style, the hotel features a 40 foot indoor pool, comfy beds, and a continental breakfast that’s actually worth eating."

Execeptonal!|Firstly the location is perfect - your a short walk from the river and a short walk from two Metro Stations.|The staff from the reception to the cleaners to the waiters are all so friendly, efficient and wonderful people who go above and beyond.|The room (we chose one with a balcony and two beds) was very spacious like a suite, the sofa turned in to a bed which we had requested to be done before our arrival. Both beds were incredibly comfortable. |There is no fridge in the room but you can request one from the front desk (just a heads up if anyone needs a fridge) |The closet space was very spacious and lit up inside and had the best mirror for getting ready.|The bathroom was very clean and had great water pressure - the lighting is quite dim in there so I wouldn't recommend it for getting ready to go out.|We had a lovely little balcony with a bistro set table and chair which we utilised while replacing in the day.||Between 2 and 5pm they serve coffee and cake downstairs - which my mom took advantage of.||The pool is open 7am until 9pm - which I used each day. The pool is so beautiful and incredibly well kept. There are jets you can turn on at one end with a seat which was very relaxing. And off to the left of the pool area is a sauna. ||I would 100% stay here again. The room was fantastic, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and wonderful and the location is second to none.||This is such a wonderful little place to stay in Paris! ||We also got ubers in the evening from here with no issues.||Round the corner is a supermarket (it has 3 floors and all the necessities you could require - they also have grab and go hot food) - we didnt use any of the resturants near by so im unable to recommend any. ||Breakfast is usually included in your stay and is traditional continental with a few additions

Pros:|• Prime location in Paris.|• Lovely room decor and attractive lobby/public spaces.|• Excellent omelettes (when offered).|• Friendly, dedicated staff (front desk, bellmen, housekeeping) despite challenges.|• Management doing their best under constrained resources.|Cons:|• Severely understaffed, leading to poor maintenance and service.|• Subpar breakfast buffet, the worst among eight European hotels recently visited.|• Smaller rooms compared to nearby competitors offering better value.||Dear Owners,|It’s truly disheartening to see a hotel I’ve cherished for years during frequent Paris visits fall into decline. Your property, once a standout, now feels neglected due to decisions that appear to stem from ownership’s budget constraints. This luxury hotel no longer delivers a four-star experience.||The most glaring issue is understaffing. Front desk clerks are stretched thin, forced to handle maintenance tasks like neglected public bathrooms due to a lack of dedicated support. The kitchen struggles to cope with a full hotel, resulting in a disappointing breakfast buffet—the weakest I’ve encountered among eight European hotels recently, despite comparable pricing. Nearby cafés and competing hotels, which I scouted during my stay, offer far superior breakfast experiences.||Basic amenities were absent: no cups for lobby coffee, no napkins at the buffet, and no menus provided. Omelettes, a rare highlight (cheese and tomato only, but excellent), weren’t offered unless requested. Why hide a strength? This feels like corner-cutting, not luxury service.||The rooms, though beautifully decorated, are smaller than those at nearby competitors. Your prime location and lovely lobby remain assets, but they can’t offset the overall decline. ||I explored hotels within walking distance and found many offering better service and value at similar or lower prices.|Your staff—front desk, bellmen, and housekeeping—are friendly and professional, and management is clearly trying hard despite limited resources. But full occupancy during busy times shouldn’t mask these issues. Travelers share their experiences with agents, social media, and friends, and your reputation is slipping.||Please invest in adequate staffing, improve the buffet, and restore basic amenities. Your hotel has the potential to reclaim its former glory, but it currently falls short of its luxury promise. I sincerely hope you take action.||Good luck,

This is a gem of a hotel in an excellent location for the Champs Elysee and many of the Paris highlights.|We had one of the most beautiful rooms we have ever stayed in. I know of no other room where you can luxuriate in a bath with views of the Eiffel Tower. Our delicious breakfast (no extra charge for delivering to the room) was taken on the large balcony with the most amazing Paris vistas. |But what made this hotel so special were the staff. From the moment we arrived they made us so welcome and could not do enough to assist us. They are the perfect mix of professional and personable. In particular, we would like to thank Sercan, Yohann, Yannis and Christine (please excuse spellings). You are outstanding at your jobs!|We will definitely return.

My son & I had a fabulous stay here. Champagne on arrival was an amazing touch. ||Although I was initially disappointed the room did not have a fridge (one could be requested though), the staff accommodated me by providing milk for tea & an ice bucket for wine when I requested it. ||In fact the staff were super helpful & friendly in general. ||The room was cute & comfortable- & the terrace was sensational. I was not expecting an Eiffel Tower view, but we could see it! Lovely to enjoy the sunshine out there. ||The lift was a little slow at times but not a big deal. We enjoyed the pool but only had time to use it once. ||Location was excellent, close the the Champs Elysees & Franklin D Roosevelt metro station. Lots of eating options nearby. ||It was pretty quiet overall, occasionally could hear people overhead but tolerable. ||Thanks for a great stay!

We were stood up by an apartment we had rented across the street. The staff at this hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, not only in offering us a place to stay but also helping us to contact the owners of the apartment that stood us up. Our room was very comfortable, hotel staff exceptional. They even have a small lap pool and steam room!

We stayed here as two adults and two kids in a family suite. The welcome to the hotel was very friendly and the staff in general was great. The suite wasn't very spacious but not bad either. There was enough space for the kids to move and play around a bit. One room had the sofa bed and the other a normal bed. The bathroom was nice and clean and there was additional lavatory as well. The view wasn't great. One side looked across the street and the other one looked at the roof of the hotel restaurant. The rooms location is excellent. It is just a block away from Champs-Elysees main road and there are restaurants, shops, cafes etc. all nearby. We were actually able to walk to Arc de Triomphe and the Louvre museum. It was a long walk to the Eiffel tower, but we did that as well once. We only had breakfast once in the hotel. The breakfast had very limited items which wasn't great as we were with kids, but the taste of the items was good. Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay here as it was in a central area, very safe and the room and the service was nice.

Pleasant hotel. Nice size. We had room 72 with the terrace that had a surprising view of Eiffel tower. The air con doesn't work that well in hot weather and the shower was a little inconvenient. Nice boutique hotel amongst the action in Champs Elysee

Wonderful hotel! Perfect location, lovey pool and spa and very kind staff. Loved staying here! The only downside is that the standard room is on the small side, but it absolutely has everything you'd need, so it's not a problem.

Yelp
LOCATION (check) COMFORT (check) FAMILY-LIKE SERVICE & WELCOME (five stars)! Centrally located to all the major attractions that Paris has to offer is this small quiet gem of a boutique hotel. The location is convenient yet off the beaten path. Perfect for weary travelers. The lobby and restaurant are small but comfortable and adequate. The room layout is above average for privacy and designed to appeal. A few of my favorite touches are the wash room with Bluetooth speakers and a separate toilet divided by a central wall from the main bedroom creating a dressing cooridor of sorts apart from the rest of the room. Also, a Samsung cell phone is included with the room for calls to the US and Europe! And best of all the bed is like a heavenly cloud of serenity! Above all, the service was impeccable! The staff was attentive to our every need and friendly beyond an ordinary welcome! They made us feel comfortable and like a part of their family for just a few days. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would choose to come back again myself!

Yelp
Excellent hotel centrally located in short walking distance to Champs-Ellysees and the FDR metro train station. Great front desk, attentive, responsive. Smoke-free environment, which aren't very common in the area. Provide guests with smart phone at no extra cost, great use for phone calls, gps navigation, etc. Highly recommend.

Yelp
This hotel just opened and it's beautiful ! We stayed there 2 nights and we had a wonderful stay. The hotel is very central, just behind the Champs Elysées and close to the Grand Palais were we have seen a great exhibition on Kupta. There is a lot of good restaurants in the street and in the neighborhood so it's always easy to have lunch or dinner. And the must : the hotel has a pool !!
