Amazing Hotel with exceptional service ! We staid here for 4 nights in a magnificent room with a great view of the mountains . The staff felt like family, very attentive and helpful. The food was top notch. Honestly a magical experience !

Stunning views and amazing staff that catered to all our needs. The rooms were beautifully designed and offered great views of the Swiss mountains. The breakfast offered was one of the best I have tried. This hotel is a must-visit if you are in Crans Montana.

Stayed at this hotel in the midst of one week Fall break trip with 3 year old daughter and husband- superior hospitality. Small hotel that was getting close to closing for the season, so we were among the last guests to stay there, so the hotel was very quiet. We were upgraded to a larger room as we were celebrating our anniversary- the size was perfect for our family of three! Lovely balcony that we sat on daily- had a lovely breakfast outside the dining room as well as inside. Loved the daily baked treats they brought up to our room- the aesthetic is very pleasing and rustic. We were a bit unlucky in that it was quite cloudy and turning a bit cold during our stay, so we were inside a bit more than hoped, but the room was very comfortable and welcoming.

A perfect summer holiday! From the staff to the location, the services offered and generally the vibe, we had a wonderful time and we can't wait to return in the future, possibly for a winter holiday for a change.

The rooms were spacious, well maintained and clean. the staff friendly and courteous. Assisted with all our needs. Made the stay truly memorable. A unique experience. The hotel is close to several world-class hikes and the downtown area. All in all, a perfect place to stay. Would visit again.

There is not much I can add to the many stellar reviews about this hotel. While we only stayed for one night: service location and hospitality of the stuff I was first class. While the 1 star Michelin restaurant wasn't open that particular day the bistro was exceptional.

checked in during low season and not expecting much but ending up having one of my best dinners in a long time,excellent. most restaurants nowadays charge allot but deliver mediocre food. the sommelier recommended very nice swiss wines ,true pleasure.
