Unfortunately, I had a very negative experience with this hotel.
About a month before the stay, I informed them of my intention to cancel the reservation due to health reasons, believing the situation would be handled with understanding and that a refund would be issued.
Later, I sent the medical report proving my health condition that prevented me from traveling, but the hotel showed no empathy and refused to issue a refund, demonstrating a complete lack of sensitivity and respect for a verified medical situation.
I even went to the hotel in person a month before the stay, but they showed no interest in helping, were arrogant, and dismissed the matter immediately.
I do not recommend this hotel at all. Very poor attitude, unpleasant staff, and a deeply disappointing experience.
