We went for our honeymoon. The room was nice and the staff were very polite. Before our arrival, I requested a decoration with petals to surprise my wife, and although there was an extra charge for the service, it was beautifully done and I was happy with it.||The rooftop is lovely, the spa is relaxing, and the hotel is extremely central, perfect for visiting all the main monuments by foot.||However, we had one major issue: we couldn’t sleep. And considering that restful sleep is the most important part of a hotel stay, this was a big problem.||The room was simply too hot. We stayed for three nights, and on the first night we both woke up in the middle of the night completely sweating. The room temperature was about 28°C. We went to reception and politely explained the situation, but we were told that from autumn to spring the air conditioning doesn’t work due to environmental reasons. I’m not sure how accurate that is, but if this is true, the hotel needs to find an alternative solution, it’s impossible to sleep in such heat.||I asked if they could at least lower the temperature to around 22–23°C, and the receptionist said he would try, but nothing was done.||The result? We had to sleep with the window open and listen to all the noise of a busy metropolitan city. On top of that, I ended up with a cough. I barely slept, waking up every hour.||Unfortunately, this really affected our experience. I am genuinely sorry for myself and my wife, as nothing was done to help us with this issue. Overall, I’m quite disappointed.

We booked this for a 4 night city break. The room was fine for hardly being in it modern enough but would not rate a 4 star. The shower heads were very dirty so i reported to recep staff who changed the main one. If the room gets cleaned regulary then this could not have been missed ( not a hard task to keep them clean). The pool had to be reserved and only 1 hour at a time which does sound crazy. Breakfast was ok but feel they budget a bit too much. Roof top terrace was nice. We ate out every night. The place next door is a recommendation 😋. One of our staffs two fire alarm activations, one 7.30am and the other 11.40pm which annoyed me. Stafff told most of the us staying that the fire panel is also connected to the ajoining property which is classed as a different address. Aint right but we enjoyed the city but will not stay here again. Defo not 4 star.

The hotel staff are amazing! Thank you to Islam — our TV wasn’t working because it had lost its signal, and he fixed it straight away. He is such a nice and genuine person. His friendliness and service really made our stay special. I will definitely come back to Rome because of the great experience and the wonderful staff like Islam.

After spending 4 nights in Albania we were off to our next destination which was Rome.||I organised this all myself. Again I used Ryanair for our flights from Albania to Rome and the hotel through Booking.com.||Our flight was at 8am and only took 1 hour 25 minutes. I managed to sleep which was great.||With Security at Ciampino airport it is one large line then it splits for EU and non EU. For British people it is the electronic machine. Our bags were waiting for us when we got through security.||We had a prearranged a taxi through Booking.com. This was our first time doing this and I was very impressed with how they kept us up to date with this. For example where to go to meet our driver, the drivers name and number.||As we had an early flight our room wasnt ready but the hotel did keep our bags for us. ||Our room was in a separate building. Which the staff took our suitcases over. It does have a very funky lift. We were in room 703. The room is very modern. It has a coffee machine, kettle, mini fridge and a hairdryer. There was plenty of room to store our suitcases and clothes.||The hotel does have a rooftop bar and also a restaurant on the same floor. If you book a table with reception you get 10% off the bill at the restaurant.||The rooftop bar is open from 6pm to 11pm. There was plenty of tables and chairs. We came here twice during our stay.||We also tried the restaurant which was a little bit pricey. ||The hotel has a gym, swimming pool with two alcoves with a jacuzzi and two jacuzzi beds, then there is a sauna, steam room, Himalayan Salt room and a ice pod. We waited until our last day to use these facilities as it was such a fun and relaxing way to end our holiday.||A little tip is take your flip flops otherwise there is a small charge. ||The location of the hotel was within walking distance to a lot of the attractions. Plus there is plenty of restaurants and bars near to the hotel.||This was our itinerary ||Day 1 of our trip||Hard Rock Cafe for lunch |Spanish Steps|Exploring the shops|Trevi Fountain|Back to the hotel rooftop bar|Food at the hotel||Day 2|We took a taxi to the Vatican City.|I highly recommend booking your tickets online to get into the Vatican. Then we walked back stopping off for food and drink.along the way.||Day 3 |We walked over to explore the Colosseum and the Hill and grabbed lunch here. Again I highly recommend booking your tickets online and they are strict on checking you are there at the right time.||Day 4|Our last day.|We enjoyed the hotel pool and facilities. |Hard Rock Cafe for lunch|Then different bars before heading back to the hotel for a very early night as we were checking at 3 am.||I would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

Overall if you are looking for a decently clean place to just sleep in a good area this hotel is great. However, if you are booking it because it says it is a 4 star with spa amenities it’s probably not going to live up to your expectations. The spa you see in all of the photos is highly deceiving and can only be “reserved” for 1 hour a day. The spa is lack luster, ice cold, and just overall not what they advertised. The salt room and sauna were under construction and look and feel nothing like what you see in the photos. The front desk workers seem helpful but are not very kind or good at explaining the way you have to reserve every little thing you would like to utilize. The roof top jacuzzi has to be reserved… BUT you cannot reserve it after 1800 because the bar opens … and you MUST have reservations for the downstairs spa and the rooftop restaurant. Also, they make it seem like breakfast is included when you check in but it is not!!! It is 15€ per person and you learn that at check out. The breakfast was cold and a big let down so I am glad we only tried it one day. The walls are paper thin and the last few days we were there we could hear everything out new neighbors were doing and saying. Please read the other reviews and know they are likely true to their experience as well. Aside from these things the bathroom and linens were very clean upon check in.

I was a bit apprehensive to visit this hotel after reading some reviews, but I had nothing to worry about. |Location - great location right in the centre of everything, all attractions can be easily reached, either by open top bus or walking. 5 minute walk to the hop on hop off bus & metro & 10 minutes walk to main train station. |Room - we had a corner suite on the 5th floor, friends had the same room on the 4th floor. Room was spacious & immaculately clean. Bathroom is large with a walk in shower, toilet, bidet & sink. Had coffee & tea making facilities, a wardrobe, safe, fridge, 2 bedside units, large to & plenty of places for clothes. Any requests for extra milk toilet roll, issue with room was dealt with immediately. |Spa & pool - this is located in the basement & open till 10pm, you booked a time slot at the desk & again this was immaculately clean & we visited on a Saturday evening enjoyed our visit in there, we all used the pool & jacuzzi area & my husband & friend used the gym, sauna. |Breakfast - nice selection for a small city centre hotel, cooked breakfast (bacon, sausage egg) pancakes, cereals, cakes, toast, fresh fruit salad, yoghurt. Plenty of selection. Only issue we found with breakfast was that some hot food was not on a hot plate so could be cold & the toaster was extremely slow. Served on the roof terrace which gave a lovely view. There is also a bar up there in the evening that served drinks & food. We visited this once but found it a little expensive compared to surrounding bars. |Staff - all the staff from reception to cleaners we found very pleasant & nothing was too much trouble. Any requests dealt with immediately & with a smile||Would definitely recommend this hotel 😊

This is really not a four star so definitely don’t expect too much. It was ok for a two night stay but I wouldn’t stay any longer and I wouldn’t return. ||Plus points as I like to be positive where I can be - the location was fab and reception staff were helpful to us (although I did witness a few awkward and rude encounters with other customers!). When we asked for extra coffee we were given a good handful which was nice. Lovely cookies in the jar in reception ! ||Room for improvement (there’s quite a bit!) - I wish they would just give guests what they book (!) as we paid for a suite with a lounge area, we were given a small double boxy double room. This was sorted but not very well. No apology and a bit huffy. As we checked in, another guest checking out complained that for two days their shower hadn’t worked properly. Reception said in a really aggressive way they should have returned to complain again and nothing they can do now… erm… The phone in our room didn’t work to reception. The room felt mucky, the bathroom was dirty, the shower taps and shower head stained and needed a really good clean. The shower never turned hot just lukewarm. ||There were no glasses for water just flimsy plastic cups. No water in the room. The hairdryer well… the hair would dry faster without it !|| The pool is tiny and grim, really cold and the jacuzzi stings your eyes so badly we had to leave. The steam room wasn’t even turned on, sauna tiny as was the gym not enough space for 1-2 people. Nothing like the photo. ||The hotel staircase barrister was wobbly, the lift whirled as it went up. Felt like faulty towers. Was extremely noisy as our room was above the restaurant below. ||The rooftop bar was covered /closed until 6pm, the place for brekkie had very low roof and felt v claustrophobic we didn’t use it. The “hot tub” on roof was freezing and grim. Great views though ! |||Don’t use their airport transfer it’s €70 whereas all Rome taxis have fixed price €40 I felt totally fleeced especially as I emailed in advance to ask if they could reduce their transfer price as just one adult and one child. I had no idea about the fixed tariff for normal taxi and of course the hotel didn’t tell me despite me saying budget was a worry. Oh well !

Nice hotel good staff. The lady at reception (from Rumania I think she said) alerted us to a planned train strike the following day which would have disrupted our travel to the airport. She booked us a transfer to the airport for 70 EUR (instead of a train 14x3 = 28) but much better than missing flight.
