Hotel Altus Palace

This is truly luxury with a decent price. Lots of nice details and especially incredible bathroom. They served a sparkling wine when arrival. Well I don’t drink alcohol so the option was water… ☺️ There is a parking, but only limited space available. The concierge kindly help me to find spot.

A beautiful stay in a beautiful city. This property is gorgeous! It was a wonderful welcome to our Poland trip. The staff is gracious and caring. They gave us many recommendations and even helped us with outfit choices as we were unfamiliar with the local weather! I don't think I've ever seen a hotel as clean and tidy as Hotel Altus Palace. I was stunned by how spotless it was while maintaining the historic building's decadent design. The contemporary art curation is fun and seamlessly fits the property's theme. We had a couples massage and loved our experience. I have never been more relaxed after a spa treatment. It's a wonderful place to return after a day and night exploring Wrocław. Dziękuję!!

our stay was a mixed bag, however not at the level of a 5* hotel. I would really struggle quantifying this hotel as even 4*. The first night our bathroom smelled of sewage, one of the saunas was broken during our entire stay, also the wellness area lacked clean towels and clean water cups. the hotel has huge potential but fails on delivering the basics for a 5* experience. however, the staff at breakfast was excellent and worked very hard to make every guest happy, also the breakfast is a must, it is excellent. overall, I think I would look at another hotel upon returning to Wroclaw.

I had a wonderful time at this hotel – it’s such a lovely and cozy place. There’s something truly special about it, and the historic decor makes a huge impression. It wasn’t my first stay, but every time I walk in, I get goosebumps – it honestly takes my breath away!||The staff are definitely a big plus – everyone is super friendly, smiling, and always ready to help. A special shoutout to Ms. Ewa at the reception – not only did she recommend some really cool and unique places to visit in Wrocław, but her warm smile also completely made my day.||Breakfast wasn’t included in my booking, but I decided to try it – and it was totally worth it! Delicious, fresh, and beautifully served.||The spa area is pure heaven – total relaxation, peace and quiet. I felt completely refreshed afterward.||This place has such a great vibe that you really do unwind. I’m heading back to everyday life feeling recharged – and already thinking about when I can return. Highly recommend it!

Very comfortable hotel about 5-10 minute walk from the town. Rooms are spotlessly clean with very comfortable beds, high quality bedding and very quiet and efficient air conditioning. Staff are largely friendly and attentive, however, a mix up at whether we had paid for breakfast one morning (we had) let the hotel down a little; it’s more a 4 than a 5 star property but don’t let this put you off. The breakfast itself was one of the best I’ve had anywhere. Would definitely stay again.

I loved staying here! The room was clean and beautiful, all appliances were modern. the bathroom was like a spa on it's own (heated floors 😍, wood panelled ceiling) The entire hotel is beautifully restored. The staff are exceedingly professional and welcoming. Our room wasn't quite ready when we checked in so they gave us two drink vouchers and sent us to the lobby bar in a wonderful indoor atrium space. Tranquil wellness area with a Finnish sauna. Though we declined, prosecco was offered with breakfast... We will be back 🙂

Hotel Altus Palace is a beautiful hotel conveniently located near the city center. The building is stunning inside and out, and the rooms were comfortable. The water in the hot tub was very cold and unbearable, which was extremely disappointing as we were expecting to be able to relax in the hot tub after a long day of travel. We asked the front desk staff at the spa if the cold water was intentional, and they had no idea. Regardless, we had a good stay overall!

Easy check in process, lovely rooms, and kind staff. The bar tender was extremely kind to us and spent hours chatting about drinks, culture, and more. The location was great- very close to the main square. The hotel also provided some suggestions for things to do.
