Hotel & Restaurant Zum Reussenstein

We went to the restaurant and the service and food were amazing. The sampler for starters and venison mix were the best we have ever had. Excellent table wine, desserts, and their ash bread is really good. If you are looking for high end Schwabian cuisine, it doesn’t get better than this.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Hotel Reussenstein as a family of four. The rooms were clean, the food was delicious, and most importantly, the service was amazing. In particular, Gabrielle at the reception desk went out of her way to ensure we had all we needed during our stay and that we were well taken care of. I highly recommend Hotel Reussenstein!

10/10 Absoulute BEST hotel I've ever stayed at! I doesn't even feel like a hotel, it feels like I'm at home. There's so many choices for different rooms! The apartment is my favorite! Breakfast is great and everything there is locally sourced withing 60 miles! And the staff are the most friendly and helpful people at a hotel ever! Also free shuttle service once per day! Just make sure you make a reservation.

The warm welcome was the best ever, offering ‘feel at home and help yourself’ to a coffee, tea, snacks and a comfy chair in a communal lounge area.||Room was well appointed and modern. There’s a lift and car park nearby. We slept well in this quiet location.||The other best aspect of this hotel is their superb restaurant right opposite the hotel. Dinner was 10 out of 10 and I doubt I’ve had a better meal. The white asparagus was just delicious as was the whole meal. My fish dish was very generous too. I was too busy admiring the food and eating it to photograph it. It’s served on a tiered tray so you don’t crowd your plate, plus you can share if you so choose.

We are very lucky to have a Michelin Green Star restaurant in our area!! Chef Owner Timo Bockle imparts his impeccable stamp of phenomenal quality of his food, the restaurant itself, and his staff. Outstanding food sourced regionally! Incredibly attentive wait staff that ensured a special evening! We offer the highest recommendation for the Reussenstein Restaurant!

Booking online and email went smoothly. Parking can be difficult if the hotel is full, however there is an underground car-park with an additional daily rate. Staff extremely pleasant. Rooms are very clean and the beds are comfy. Free drinks and snacks available at reception with the added bonus of beer on draught. Reception only open until 21:00. Additional sitting area in the basement but not accommodating.

Compact single bed room in trendy style, but without active ventilation or airco. All-in drinks and sweets until 9pm. Breakfast buffet. Free street parking. On walking distance (10min) from center

Located in a quiet part of Stuttgart, the hotel provides a nice getaway from the city life. Rooms were clean and had a very nice naturistic feel to it.

They are my mother's favorite restaurant. Because of the lockdown we were unable to visit her for her 93rd Birthday. To make her day special, I contacted them to see if her favorite meal (Schnitzel!) could be delivered to her. I was informed that they do not deliver, but for this special occasion they would. Big shout-out to Restaurant Reussenstein They did a wonderful job and my mother could not believe it! Many thanks to the whole team and especially Ms. Nadj for making this work! If you are in Boeblingen on your future travels, they are the place to go for a great meal!

This is arguably the best sophisticated German food experience you'll find in the area. The chef has been on TV and their traditional, yet modern menu gets me coming back here as often as I can. As for menu recommendations: try anything and you will be happy!

Reussenstein is a really magical place and my dining experience was superb. They presented an elegant take on rustic cuisine local to the region. I was recommended an excellent wine pairing that went very well with the quartet of venison. For dessert I had a beautiful pear cake with hazelnut and spruce ice cream. The meal was both comforting and exciting. The atmosphere was very inviting. Service was phenomenal. I only visited the restaurant, but if the quality of the lodging is similar than it would be an outstanding place to stay.

#1 place my co-workers and I ate at out of two weeks eating out in the Sindelfigen/Boblingen area. An unexpected hit after having one of our group say he wanted to go out for German/Swabian one more time (even though the other three outings were all decent). Reservations are a must here though, and since we didn't have one, we were lucky to get seated at one of the two tables in the bar area. So the best description I can offer is that the regional Swabian dishes are all taken to "11"--perfectly prepared and tweaked in elegant and delicious ways. Service was perfect. Good wine selection. Dessert was great. This is a Must Eat At place in the area. Even for a more formal setting, was reasonably priced given the level of execution. This will be at the top of my list each time I come back to the area.

Brought my parents here as I had such an amazing time here before! We ordered very well and everything was so delicious and amazing! We are coming back again when they are back in town! The staff is so attentive and very kind!

Every single thing I ate here from appetizers to dinner to dessert was top notch! One of the best restaurants I have eaten at in böblingen. All their food is locally sourced and super fresh! The trout soup amuse bouche was amazing!!! Will be back to eat here again very soon!

The food and service are great here, but do not try to get in unless you have made a reservation. The place is always packed, and you really need a reservation.

Exceptional 3+ course dinner for 17 (2 kinder) from Chef Timothy: grass fed beef wth herbs & gravy sauce was terrific, as well as vordpeisen & deserts. Good biologico Rose wine throughout the meal.

Great food - great service! Indoor and outdoor seating, although we were attacked by huge flies as soon as the entrees came. The server was very friendly and fast - very unusual from my experiences eating out in the area for the past 6 weeks since arriving.

Fantastic. Very well done meal, beats what i had earlier this week in central Stuttgart by another 4.5 star yelp restaurant.

Great, "Michelin quality" meal and service at very reasonable prices. My wife and had dinner at Reussenstein on 10 October. The service was first class and the food was phenomenal. We both ordered beef dishes, with mine being a herb-encrusted steak with roast potatoes; easily the best steak I have eaten (yes--better than Del Monico Steak House in Las Vegas). Highly, highly recommended!
