The indoor pool is spacious and elegant, perfect for unwinding after a day on the slopes, while the outdoor heated pool offers breathtaking mountain views. It was an incredible experience to relax in warm water surrounded by snow-covered peaks. Exceptional Service Service was truly 5-star in every aspect—attentive, professional, and beyond reproach. Used to stay in this hotel when i was a child and decided to go to Courchevel 20 years later and stay to the same hotel !! Best experience!! The hotel makes you feel like home!! Lovely rooms with amazing view! Bathrooms and rooms were equipped with everything you need. Every night we had a little gift in the room. Cleaning service came 2 times per day the room was so clean. Staff were so polite made you feel so welcome. Shuttle service was top as they go to the center every 15-30'. Everyone looked after us and made our stay wonderful. Room service especially breakfast was so fast and breakfast options were amazing i would take something different everyday! Staff in the ski room were super polite and helped with the ski boots and everything. The bar had amazing drinks. Fondue restaurant had the best fondue i've ever had. Thank you for such an amazing stay! Will be back!!

Exceptional experience with a truly world class 5 star hotel! The ski in /ski out is as it should be, magical!!!! Hugo was superb. ||The hire shop provided the best of Skis with no compromise. ||The spa facilities were, beautiful, felt luxurious and perfect for Apres Ski!!||The service and food were on point. ||The location, views and layout were magical. ||The shuttle service to the croisette is perfect. ||Back next year for sure!!!

I don't know who gives the stars to the hotels, but this is so far from being a real 5-star hotel. You cannot control the temperature in the room, which is ridiculous. The breakfast is pathetic. For simple eggs, you have to order and wait. And simply there is nothing to choose from. The swimming pool is so cold that nobody uses it. The steam bath smells and the sauna is very small. The bed was very uncomfortable. The synthetic cover glows during the night from static electricity. This combined with thick synthetic pillows ruins your dreams. The gym is very small and separated into two different rooms. Overall, I would give it 0 stars if I could. The administration will respond to this review but there is no point. I will never be back.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room service is slow when I asked for anything to the point that I asked them for an electricity converter and they told me to come and get it from the reception. The laundry service lost my underwear. Today at breakfast I ordered an omelette and when I ate it I found pieces of plastic inside the omelette and when I called the restaurant manager and she saw the plate she said don't worry we will bring you another one I told her my health will be ruined because of the plastic I ate. She kept quiet and apologized. This is the worst hotel ever in terms of service and treatment

The rooms were spotless, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat after a day of adventure on the slopes. Plus, the easy access to the slopes made our skiing experience all the more enjoyable, allowing us to maximize our time on the snow. The prompt shuttle services provided by the friendly drivers were a true convenience. Whether we needed a ride to the nearby attractions or back to the hotel after a day of exploring, the shuttle service was always readily available and provided with a smile. Overall, our stay at Hotel Annapurna exceeded all expectations, and we can’t wait to visit again soon. With its welcoming staff, pristine accommodations, and convenient amenities, it’s the perfect destination for anyone looking to enjoy a memorable mountain getaway. Don't choose this hotel! Our holiday was destroyed without any compensation.|| We are shocked by the management of this hotel. Cynicism and indifference to clients! Very weak level. We asked to speak with the General manager, but they refused, and others are not solving anything. This has never been seen anywhere in the world. We were from January 14-22, 2024 with a 3-year-old child in a family suite consisting of 2 rooms. We also stayed here last year. There were many disadvantages (weak room service, constantly cold tap water, strong disgusting smell from the bathrooms and the chemical smell of main playing room (the ice field room), but we decided not to change the hotel this year and in vain.|| On January 18, at the main entrance to the restaurant, where all breakfasts and dinners are held, a girl named Chiara/Kiara was placed, she was constantly coughing and sneezing, sore eyes and a red face, with a fever, absolutely sick and spreading the virus in the most crowded place! Nowadays this is a Crime. Instead of distance and quarantine, she worked all the time and communicated closely with people, insistently accompanied us to the table and followed us. She, being sick, tried to play with my son. Why is she doing this?! Why is management doing this?! My husband demanded that managers replace her Three times and they ignored us three times!!! On these dates the hotel was almost empty, with only 5 tables occupied for dinners. As a result, she passed on her virus to my son, the next day he fell ill with a temperature of 40, we called a doctor, he felt worse than ever, I had to give him an antibiotic for the first time.|| We had to be in quarantine in our room for the rest of the days, while that sick worker continued to work! Instead of at least some help or compensation, the hotel demanded money for every little thing. We always tip everyone. I don’t mind the money, but hotels of this level don’t do this anywhere! The hotel has posted photos about wearing masks and maintaining distance. But the workers themselves do not comply with this! Sick workers openly sneeze and cough without masks, without distance, without quarantine!|| In addition, like last year, the hotel has big problems with sewerage. Bad smell from all bathrooms. There is NO HOT water in the morning (it is impossible to wash the child between 7 and 16 hours, I waited 30 minutes and it did not become warm). Last year we were in a family suite on a different floor. It was the same.|||| There is a strong chemical smell in the main playroom (-1st floor of The ice field room), it is impossible to stay there for more than 15 minutes.. Why the hotel does not make repairs is not clear.|||| But the hotel made renovations in the restaurant.. Why?! The main problems had to be solved: sewerage and the playroom. This is not the place for people with children.|| The design of the restaurant and bar area last year was much better, now it is absolutely not beautiful, without style, it looks cheap.|| Room service and restaurant cannot prepare many of their dishes: meat steaks are terrible, club sandwiches are impossible to eat, bad baby alphavit soup from baby menu (disgusting even for adults, without any vegetables, bad receipt), burgers are also very bad cooked. They can make tasty only “soup of the day”, “salmon” and white fish from the restaurant. The menu itself was much better last year. I remember very tasty beef, this year not. Breakfasts is good. Room cleaning is good. Shuttle service is good.|| From positive point I can mention Mary from Room service, always correct and good job. Last year there were problems with this.

Gorgeous hotel highest up the slopes in Courchevel 1850, fairly close to the altiport. You have probably the largest and most sublime skiing system in the Alpes just outside the hotel doors, le trois valles system - Courchevel, Meribel and Val Thorance! Excellent skiing! I love the hotel, excellent service, indoor swimming pool, very good ski shop where you can rent more or less all equipment, a very nice and cozy bar, and a superb restaurant both for lunch and dinner. If you have nice weather you can have lunch outdoor in the sunshine! Remarkable hotel! Highly recommended!
