First of all, I have to give them a fantastic review because of the accommodation they provided. I had a very early incoming flight, and they allowed us to check-in super early, which was much appreciated. It allowed us to enjoy the city freely and not waste our day. The room itself was quirky but comfortable, the king suite. We were on the 25th floor. Our view wasn’t the nicest but overall no complaints on that front. The hotel bar is closed, so bring snacks. The room itself, although advertised as non-smoking, had a strong cigarette odor. It’s decently cleaned, but you should always further disinfect it. The tiles in the bathroom need to be updated, carpet replaced, and ceiling wiped down, but again, overall, not bad. The location was superb, and that, combined with the rate, makes hotel Audrey a great place to consider staying!

The staff was very friendly. The room was very clean, nice and had plenty of room for a family. I especially liked that part of the room was elevated so you could stand there and look down on the city through the window without starting at anyone that might be sleeping. We were on the 17th floor and the view was really nice. It is located very close to the magnificent mile so there was plenty to do within walking distance. There is also a very good deep dish pizza place next door so dinner was also easy. We will definitely stay there again.

"Hotel Audrey" and the pics they have posted of bright modern rooms doesn't exist. The hotel is actually Chicago Hotel Collection and the rooms are much different. Scaffolding makes it hard to see the front. Clean, comfortable rooms. I slept well. Microwave and fridge but no tea or coffee in the room. Be aware the hotel charges an "amenity fee" on check-in that wasn't posted anywhere. Other hotels I've booked that were actual resorts disclosed those extra fees up front. And parking is separate and was $56 overnight. So you'll be paying almost $150 more than expected. Also the nice looking bar in pics is permanently closed, so they should remove the pics. I felt catfished by the fake pics of everything.

We had chosen this hotel for a quick getaway based on the great reviews and the fact that they advertised a bar that included coffee & pastries for purchase in the morning as well as a rooftop bar/restaurant. However, we did not have the experience described in the previous reviews. The room itself was just okay, definitely not what I would consider to be a 4-star hotel standard. The bathroom had stains all over the walls & ceiling as well as wallpaper peeling actually peeling off the walls. The doors are also not completely sealed to the wall so the edges of the door frame let in light all night long. Also, the only ice maker in the hotel was on one floor of a completely different elevator system even though every floor had a placard that stated it was on every floor we checked. There was no proper signage telling us where to actually find the ice, we ended up asking another guest in the elevator. The bar/breakfast option was never open when we were there even though they had painted signs describing an every day mimosa experience. They instead offered Keurig coffee makers in the lobby that you could use. The rooftop area was also closed which in fairness may have been due to the colder weather. I think the part that really frustrated us however was the fact that they charged an additional 60 dollar resort fee on top of the registration fee itself when we went to check in. We learned that this fee only included use of their gym and a random bag they handed us that had 6 bottles of soda/water. That fee was ridiculous considering most of the amenities that might have made it worth it were not available to the guests at the time of our stay. This hotel is absolutely not worth they price considering the hidden fees and the fact that there are so many other hotels in the area that offer more. I recommend finding an alternative option.

This hotel is apparently under a variety of names but this one matches the address and pictures. I paid $70 a day for valet parking services, which is about what I might expect to pay in a big city. However, there's only 1 valet attendant at a time so it took 15-30 minutes each time to retrieve or drop off my car. I don't know how anyone could think that 1 valet person per 400+ rooms is adequate but their sadly mistaken. Further, I received better service at cheaper prices. This is literally the only hotel I've ever stayed at where I had to ASK for more toilet paper and towels, or to take out my trash. I only stayed 3 days but this was uncomfortable. I was told I could request room services and receive them the NEXT day. This hotel is fine for an overnight stay but I wouldn't recommend more than that. What a waste of time and money. Not to mention the peeling wallpaper and early morning construction.

Pleasantly surprised with my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and updated with a cheery, modern decor. The rooms had very large bathrooms with huge walk-in showers. The linens were soft and plush and the down pillows were a welcome surprise! Upon arrival, the front desk team was efficient, polite, and very friendly. They quickly assessed our level of familiarity with the downtown area, gave us directions to the local restaurants, and made sure we had everything we needed for our one night stay. The morning's breakfast was hot and fully stocked with an assortment that fit all our preferences. The coffee was freshly brewed, wonderfully bold and our servers was well-timed and friendly. The gentleman that valeted our vehicle was funny and quick, offering us directions and a traffic report before leaving. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends. We had a much needed, relaxing stay. Thank you to your entire staff for a wonderful trip!

The place is good but there is no room cleaning on daily basis, no breakfast. The judge's leave is from Friday to Monday. I paid 942 with parking no coffee maker in the room but it's in the reception no entertainment no shampoo in the bathrooms there's tv but we can't watch because we have to pay $20 and parking $70

Really nice hotel. I was basically pampered the moment i stepped through the door. The front desk actually made an effort to connect with you and make you feel welcomed. The room was really nice. I had a king room which was really spacious and really cozy. I liked everything. The huge tv, the comfy bed was so inviting. I am really happy and satisfied. Definitely recommend as a must visit hotel.you won't regret! Update October 27. I think i will stay by my previous review. This time the room was even bigger. Also i was more welcomed last time than this time.

Yelp
Avoid this hotel at at all costs. Had a reservation, receipt, confirmation. Upon arrival I was told my room was cancelled due to a declined card. Despite having a receipt, showing the charge on my business card etc was told it was cancelled. They refused to print any sort of cancellation receipt or email. Never received any email or phone call that my paid for, booked room was cancelled. Matthew at the front desk was incredibly rude and unhelpful.

Yelp
$100 mandatory amenity fee, includes 3 bottles of water, Pepsi and Sprite, gym and coffee station in the lobby. That's a joke. Most hotels have all of this complimentary. Add to that rooftop bar closed at 10 pm, and two tiny elevators for 29 floors. People were waiting for elevators for 30 minutes. I'm not coming back.

Yelp
A very pleasant experience last night. Bed was comfy. Room and bathroom were quite clean. Location is wonderful, very close to the Hancock Tower. Gino's East next-door and Walgreen's around the corner. The 24-hour gym looked pretty nice and had several treadmills. TV and WiFi was good. Friendly staff. Nothing that will WOW you like the five-star hotels in town, but a pleasant experience at the price point.

Yelp
The worst experience I ever had, they have over charged for a crappy room where the phone or light switches don't work and the worst part is they charge the resort fee of 47$ in addition to the room charges and taxes. They don't a breakfast and when asked for toothpaste, brush they simply said we don't have any yet they charged resort fee of 47$. Try the Hilton next to this and avoid this crap.

Yelp
This hotel looked nice online. I booked it a couple weeks in advance. The pictures looked nice and had good reviews online. When we arrived, there was no clear sign for parking or valet. To use the valet it was $70 a night. The front of the Hotel was completely full and we were not sure where to park the car. When we got into the hotel we checked in and paid for the valet. The people working the valet were ok but it took almost 20-30 mins to get service because they only had one person working the stand. That's almost an hour every day just to get and drop off your own vehicle. The last night we were there we finally found out that cleaning services only come upon request which would have been nice to know when checking in. The only thing they can do same day is new towels and toilet paper. There was no ice machine on the floor we were on and no signs of where one was. The main room with the bed was nice but the bathroom had peeling wallpaper all over. Definitely not worth what we paid for it. Either they need to hire more or charge less. Less expensive hotels offer more than this hotel did.

Yelp
I booked via my American Express card. The rate per night was good. When I went to check in, they told me I was required to pay an ADDITIONAL $52 a night for "amenities". Amenities include a bag of 3 waters, an orange crush, a sprite and a ginger ale, a self serve coffee bar, and access to their gym. I told them that was BS as I wasn't planning to work out, use the coffee bar or drink any of the sodas. I showed them my reservation confirmation. They drilled down to the tiniest fine print to find where it says the hotel might charge additional fees for mini-bars etc. I get mini-bars. I've been traveling for 40 years for biz. Whilst in the middle of arguing about this additional charge, another young lady (maybe 25) came in and had the exact same issue. It was a cold rainy night in Chicago at 9PM. She told them to stuff it and left (they gave her some vague promises to have hotels.com or whomever she used to refund her money like they were doing her a favor). They literally put this young lady out on the streets in Chicago BY HERSELF on a cold rainy night. Don't stay here. The rooms are OK. But they are totally bait and switch folks. A rip off. My total bill for three night (prepaid via AMEX) was about $360. They tried to add another $156 on top of it for CRAP. Please sleep on the street before you stay in this place.

Yelp
This is a prime example of exceptional service. They were the most compassionate staff I've ever met. I had just flown in to Chicago that morning and found out my brother passed away before I could get there. In my distraught state of mind, I booked the wrong dates for the hotel and to make things worse, it was the weekend of the Chicago marathon. I was frantically calling different places but nothing was available. When the two front desk staff found out what had happened, they were incredibly kind to me. Even with every room booked, they managed to find a room for me and convinced the manager to give it to me at a greatly discounted price. They even brought me a charger for my dying phone so I could contact my family while I waited for the room. Unfortunately, I didn't get the names of these two staff members but I hope they know how grateful I am for their help during one of the worst times in my life. You are not only good at your jobs but also wonderful human beings.

Yelp
This is by far the worse hotel I've ever been too. The rooms are nice but the service is terrible. Front desk lady was very rude, there's a food menu but you can't order food, I'm starving. And when I asked for water, they don't even give free water!! And when I asked to even purchase water, they said they didn't have any water for purchase. Wtf. No food, no water, no room service, what's the point of staying at a hotel. Might as well get an air bnb and call it a day.

Yelp
Quiet boutique hotel located at the heart of downtown Chicago. It was easy and quick to o walk to shopping on Magnificent Mile, the Navy Pier, Millennial Park, top Chicago dining, and so much more. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and were a nice size. My only complaint, which is not new apparently is that there is no daily housekeeping available. I am a pretty neat and tidy person, so I was able to keep my room fresh and clean and make my own bed every day.

Yelp
I recently stayed five nights at Hotel Audrey and loved it. I made the reservation through Expedia thinking it was a different hotel where I had stayed before. I was wrong, but I'm glad I found Hotel Audrey. The location could not be better. It's between the Lurie Children's Hospital and a Gino's, where St. Clair runs into Superior. It's about a block from Michigan Avenue and close to a 24-hour Walgreen's. When we stayed, the bistro/bar was closed because of Covid, but plenty of restaurants are nearby. The rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Most rooms have a small refrigerator; all have a coffee maker and a nice TV. The staff were kind and knowledgeable.
