Hôtel Barrière Les Neiges

This hotel was not worth the cost. Fabulous location, lovely spa (although we didn’t try any services) and good options at breakfast. However, there were numerous deficiencies: . Gym was so-so. Service in the restaurant was terrible, as was the service in the lobby. Guest room was extremely hot and temperature couldn’t be controlled from within - staff told us to keep the door open which was not comfortable due to noise on the street. Bathroom was tiny. I would not recommend it.

This property is absolutely phenomenal and is the perfect place to stay in Courchevel. The staff was incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful - some of the best service we’ve ever experienced anywhere. Our room was beautiful and well-appointed, and the hotel amenities were all fantastic including the lobby, ski lounge, restaurant and spa. We will definitely be back.

An amazing hotel with excellent service, a great ski storage room, and always friendly staff! The rooms are very spacious and cozy. You can ski directly from the hotel to the slopes, get your ski pass at the reception, and return on skis right back to the hotel. Definitely one of the best hotels in the valley.

The rooms are stunning—modern yet cozy with a chalet-inspired design, fine wooden interiors, and plenty of closet space. Ski room, Resturant and spa are top standard The entire experience felt effortlessly luxurious. This hotel exceeds expectations in every way.

This hotel exceeded any expectations we had and the hotel staff were above and beyond to ensure our family was happy and satisfied. Rooms were quite clean and comfortable that I didn’t want to leave my room :) The view was magnificent from the balcony of the room we had Mountain Views and ski to door access. The whole experience was amazing. I would say this was the best hotel i've stayed at around the world. The service was amazing, the food was exceptional. Truly exceptional stuff who made our stay perfect. The staff are all so warm and friendly, We loved our stay so much. Probably one of the nicest spa is in this hotel and they have the best ski room with professional staff. We highly recommend this hotel If you are looking to go to Courchevel then this hotel is the only choice for an unforgettable experience.

We had the absolute best stay at Les neiges as always! Great location, fabulous ski in-ski out, amazing restaurants, nicest concierge and overall top notch service! They make you feel at home and always go above and beyond to please you. We will be back next winter!
