My Wife and I have just returned from a four night stay at the Hotel Baume . Where to begin..? ||The Location.|Its on the left bank of Seine virtually next door to the Odeon Theatre and in a very quiet area that said there is a wide variety of Restaurants nearby and the Blvd St Michel is in walking distance ||The Hotel Public Areas|Very tastefully decorated , cosy and interment in its atmosphere |There is a very well stocked Honesty Bar, of Wines and spirits plus Soft drinks Etc which i found of use in that one could have a relaxed night cap before bed.||The Staff|Without a single exception every member of staff we interacted where nothing short of Excellent in every way.. nothing was too much trouble for them our every need was catered for.|Particular thanks to Alma ,Martin and, Blue ||The Breakfast.|Plenty of choice to start the day, based on a typical continental theme as you would expect in Paris.||The Room.|We were given Room No1 on the ground floor adjacent to the breakfast area. The Room is about 20 metres square.. which for Paris can be a generous size. |Our room was designed with Accessibility in mind offering a large wet room shower which has a dual purpose shower for a rain or hand held spray with excellent water pressure, The Toilet is set higher than standard to enable transfers, the basin is clear underneath so as to accommodate a attendant propelled chair if required.||While there is no fixed grab bars or shower seat , i believe the Hotel has variety of aids that can be provided , for example suction grab bars ||The quality and comfort of the bed and linen was first rate, we had four good nights|sleep.|The TV has international stations including German and English channels||A bottle of water is provided daily in the room also there are Robes and Slippers and as you would expect a good quality Hairdryer also a long mirror ||Cleanliness |The Hotel was spotless throughout, Public area and, Our Room were faultless ||All in All, The Perfect Parisian Stay.
