Hotel Bellavista

Comfortable, friendly and very welcoming. I booked this hotel before reading the reviews and almost cancelled as reviews were not very good. I was relieved and delighted by what I found! Reception welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again. The location was great, with access to the beach and 2 excellent restaurants just across the road and Lido Centro just 20 - 25 minute walk away with vast choice of places to eat. Continental breakfast with a good choice. Just 30 minutes by metro from Rome and Metro Stella Polare just 5 minutes walk from hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The Hotel is quite adequate for an overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have more products like soap and shampoo. I could not open the blinds to see out the window. There are plenty of small cafes and restaurants nearby.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a touring holiday. Rooms not clean, every time we closed the door dust and fluff came out from under the bed. Tea & coffee making facility in room was supplied as kettle, one mug which had seen better days, tea bags and coffee sachets which looked as though they'd been there for quite some time. Breakfast was available in the hotel but dinner was across a road, through a car park, across another very busy road to the dining room at the beach. There was no menu, no notification of what food would be served to us, no questions asked of us on whether allergies had been taken into account. Food was cheap and most of our party barely ate anything provided. One couple in our party had an infestation of ants in the bed. Another couple had cockroaches in their ensuite. This resort looks as though it may have been popular at some time but now is looking tired and unkempt. Definitely would not recommend this hotel

What happened was that the receptionist gave us the key to the spa I wanted to go to the jacuzzi and it was closed and had no sign the worst second of all there were stains on the toilet seat and the shower was disgusting thirdly the seats outside on the balcony had bird poop which is disgusting but the view was the only thing nice about the hotel

The receptionist was very nice and gave us very good room with sea view. I like this place also because of location. Everything was great👍🏻 -

Let me explain the title of my review:||The check-in was great!||The receptionist at check-in was very helpful and courteous even if I was arriving late.||The check-out was not helpful at all.||It was 6:50 am and I asked if I could have at least a coffee since I had an early flight but he denied it telling he had to check with the breakfast room but he never checked.||Therefore I left without it.||I understand the breakfast was opening at 7:00am but he could at least checked.||So would have give 5 stars for the check-in but 1 or 2 stars for the check-out.||The room appear in a good shape and clean. But when I walked barefoot in the room (I have forgot my sleepers), my feet were completely black...||Maybe a wash with water instead of a simple sweep with the broom would have been appreciated.||The A/C was blowing air but not cold at all. I had to open the windows to have a little of cooler air although it was humid.||The shower box had a minuscule entrance and I had to squeeze myself to enter to the shower on the side risking to break the sliding doors (and I am a normal size guy)||The location wasn’t so great but that it is due to the town.||In fact, the receptionist at check-in suggested to not leave ANYTHING in the car to avoid any break-in...||Bottom line use this hotel only if it is your last resort...

The Room and The Service was good, but The Wi-Fi is super Terrible. They need to fix their Wi-Fi.
