Hotel Bellavista

My wife was very ill in a local hospital and I stayed at Hotel Bellavista for about a month because it was near the hospital. The folks at the hotel were wonderful and helped me out so many times with advice and information. The rooms were comfortable and they had a nice breakfast included. The hotel is close to the beach and restaurants. I highly recommend it.

This is the worst, dirtiest place I’ve ever been to. When I entered the room I was honestly speechless and couldn’t even imagine sleeping there so I left. After I read the reviews mentioning that there are also cockroaches and bed bugs, I figured I made a right decision

Comfortable, friendly and very welcoming. I booked this hotel before reading the reviews and almost cancelled as reviews were not very good. I was relieved and delighted by what I found! Reception welcoming, friendly and helpful. Room was a good size, and spotlessly clean as was the bathroom. I would definitely stay here again. The location was great, with access to the beach and 2 excellent restaurants just across the road and Lido Centro just 20 - 25 minute walk away with vast choice of places to eat. Continental breakfast with a good choice. Just 30 minutes by metro from Rome and Metro Stella Polare just 5 minutes walk from hotel.

The hotel staff were very friendly and efficient. The Hotel is quite adequate for an overnight stay. The room was clean and comfortable. It would have been nice to have more products like soap and shampoo. I could not open the blinds to see out the window. There are plenty of small cafes and restaurants nearby.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a touring holiday. Rooms not clean, every time we closed the door dust and fluff came out from under the bed. Tea & coffee making facility in room was supplied as kettle, one mug which had seen better days, tea bags and coffee sachets which looked as though they'd been there for quite some time. Breakfast was available in the hotel but dinner was across a road, through a car park, across another very busy road to the dining room at the beach. There was no menu, no notification of what food would be served to us, no questions asked of us on whether allergies had been taken into account. Food was cheap and most of our party barely ate anything provided. One couple in our party had an infestation of ants in the bed. Another couple had cockroaches in their ensuite. This resort looks as though it may have been popular at some time but now is looking tired and unkempt. Definitely would not recommend this hotel

Don’t have any microwave or nothing to warm the food - one hotel without nothing like this , isn’t worth that price

What happened was that the receptionist gave us the key to the spa I wanted to go to the jacuzzi and it was closed and had no sign the worst second of all there were stains on the toilet seat and the shower was disgusting thirdly the seats outside on the balcony had bird poop which is disgusting but the view was the only thing nice about the hotel

Even tho the location is amazing (just across the beach) the place needs major renovations. Some rooms are extremely dirty. The tray on the room which was on the table was covered in dust like before WW1. There was mold on the windows and the biggest surprise was to find same mold in the mini bar. All the beverages were covered in mold and in the back of the minibar there was a leftover of an ice-cream.
