Great location! With the beautiful view to Alhambra. The hotel itself creates atmosphere of the anturage and feeling of the history. Great customer service, very good breakfast, convenient parking. Special thanks to the lady who served the breakfast! It was very helpful to get instructions on how to get to the hotel. Would recommend.

This is a clean hotel with a nice design in a great location right near the Alhambra. Unfortunately had an awful experience this morning; we’d booked the hotel after confirming that we could park the car there, even though there would be some construction. Then, we were woken up at 8:30 and told we needed to move our car somewhere else or it would get towed (luckily we hadn’t gone out for breakfast, or our rental would have been towed). We needed to get to the airport so I ended up parking up a steep hill 1km away and lugging our bags there (street parking is tough to find). The concierge did not make any effort to help or acknowledge their error, even though the hotel had told us we could park the car there. This place is fine, but it’s disappointing if you’re looking for hospitality or good service.

A warm friendly hotel, with a comfortable bed. I particularly appreciated how helpful the staff were in answering local questions.||The breakfast was particularly good. The chef made a delicious omelette for us. Pipping hot and full of flavour. They also had an excellent selection of hams.

This hotel is amazing! We had great view of the Alhambra from the room! We loved the decoration of the hotel and it also has all the modern amenities. Definitely recommend

Hotel Casa Morisca was the perfect place to be in Granada. The hotel is in a 15th century Moorish house which fits the essence of the historic neighborhood. We were in a medium-sized room, two twin beds pushed against each other. Super comfortable and as a couple, we secretly enjoyed our own separate bed but still together. While we had a street facing room, it was very quiet. And the location is perfect. A 30-minute beautiful walk to the Alhambra. Yes it’s uphill but the walk is gorgeous. Just take it slow and enjoy the scenery. We also had fantastic tapas and wine nearby at La Tabernilla del Darro

This hotel was as much a part of the experience of being Granada as it was a place to stay. The building provided a sense of real immersion into the culture and history of the place. We appreciated its history and the nice decorations throughout. Our room came with a great view of Alhambra from our bedroom and the shower. Location was excellent along a main walking street with plenty of shops and activities, within walking distance to Alhambra if you can brave the elevation, and only a few minutes from the best sights in Albaicín and the Sacromonte. Staff were friendly and helpful, allowing us to both check in early upon arrival and to watch our bags while we explored Alhambra on our final day. They provided detailed access instructions although we used a taxi, and were quick to respond to some questions I had via WhatsApp. There was also an elevator available for anyone with mobility issues or large bags, which can be quite rare. The room itself was small and simple but this comes with being a historic space. We were comfortable enough and slept well here. I would recommend this property to anyone visiting Granada.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Morisca! The staff was friendly and helpful, and we loved the Moorish-style architecture and interior design. Best of all, it’s only a short walk from the Alhambra, which you can see from the street in front of the hotel. Just down the street are many restaurants with a view of the Alhambra. The Albaicin, Sacromonte, and city center are just a short distance away too. We would highly recommend Casa Morisca for your stay in Granada.

Located in Albaicin and with a direct view of the Alhambra. This is a boutique hotel 🏨 with very good clean facilities, bathtub, toiletries, AC. There is a bus stop outside and taxis freely available or the reception orders one and you pay by the meter. Breakfast is paid, but not very elaborate, just basic menu. There is a lift. Restaurants just below, and the city centre is a short walk away.

Yelp
This is a hotel with lots of character, located at the edge of the El Albayzín neighborhood. It's very conveniently located- from the hotel, it's a short walk (5 min) to most of the sights in "Modern" Granada and a ~20 min (uphill) walk to the Alhambra. The lobby, hallway, and rooms all retain the architecture of the house from which the hotel was converted. The service (both by the maid staff and the front desk staff) is excellent, and they speak English. Unfortunately, a couple issues prevent me from giving the hotel a higher review. First, a faint smell of sewage greeted me each time I opened the room door. Sure, it was faint, and sure, it seemed to go away after a few minutes (i.e. I got used to it), but a sewage smell is a sewage smell. Less importantly, the wifi didn't work well in the room (and was weak even in the lobby). This is an issue in many hotels we visited in Andalusia though, so I'd recommend purchasing a local 3G/4G sim card from Vodafone.

Yelp
Charming and cozy hotel with very friendly service. It has a very traditional feel but with all the amenities you expect in modern living. Victor, who was working the front desk when we arrived was very welcoming and attentive. He was out to help us with our bags as soon as we arrived at the door. It's in very close proximity to the Alhambra and is within walking distance to city center and Mirador de San Nicolás. There's an option for buffet breakfast in the mornings for a fee and wifi speeds are pretty good. Highly recommend if you're visiting Granada for a day or two days and want to be close to the Alhambra.

Yelp
Can't believe my wife and I are the first to review this wonderful hotel. It has won a preservation award for turning this very old house into a small, boutique hotel. One of the advantages is that it offers parking if you reserve in advance, but we would strongly advise you to rent and drive a very small car. The old town streets are challenging, and this hotel is very difficult to find. Even with the map provided by the hotel, you will find it difficult. We also had the CityMaps2Go app on the iPhone (definitely recommend this $3 app for European travel that works with GPS even without internet access), and this did the trick. Note: the hotel indicates that the surrounding streets have restricted access, suggesting that there is some kind of a police barrier, but this is not true. The hotel is right across the street and river from the Alhambra, though you have to walk up a steep hill to get there. As such, it is centrally located and convenient to all sites. The staff is very friendly and helpful. On our trip, we avoided the hotel breakfast, opting to grab coffee and a pastry at a café. The only breakfast we took was at this hotel to save time. It was a more than adequate buffet of pastries, cheese, fruit, and meat. And for anybody who reads this far in this review, we discovered that while your access time to the Nasrid Palaces is limited to 30 minutes, this only refers to the entry time. One inside, you can take as long as you want and proceed at your own pace. Ditto for the other 2 venues within the Alhambra where you must show your ticket. Finally, we think that although the Alhambra "closes" from 2-4 PM, this only refers to entry. If you are inside already, they don't kick you out. Buy your ticket online well in advance, and pick an early time.
