Great experience! Helpful, knowledgeable staff - especially Ms. Daniella. Great location and price. We loved renting the house Scooter to explore the area.

Very nice hotel with nice rooms and situated close to many establishments. Loved the stay! On a different note, animal lovers take note: this hotel is run by very kind staff - they found an abandoned, starving kitten with no one to look after her. They took this little girl in, fed her and gave her shelter and love. My daughter came upon this kitten while staying at the hotel - fell in love with her and adopted her with the blessing of the kindly hotel staff. We brought her back to the US and couldn’t be happier. Her name is Oreo and she’s alive because of the wonderful people of Hotel Boutique Pasha Tulum. A beautiful story with a lovely ending. Please ensure you visit and stay at this lovely hotel snd extend what support you can!

This place is a wonderful oasis in downtown Tulum. It's conveniently located to all the amenities and attractions. Federico was spot on with all his recommendations. My daughter and I had an incredible time. Thank you SO much for everything.

We had a good time at this place, staff are reliable and friendly. Everything is clean and most of the stuffs are accessible in the area especially grocery store is just across the street. ❤️❤️❤️

Cute little hotel with comfi rooms and nicely furnished. Even though the hotel is on a major main road, the rooms are in the backyard so you hardly notice anything of the hustle and bustle outside. The only thing we regret is that we couldn't stay longer.

Very poor hotel claims to be 4 star.|Did not get the room we booked .Our room was dirty dismal and scruffy.we asked for two extra pillows but the manager would not give us any .The hotel was full of construction workers we felt intimidated being two females they kept looking through our window and were drunk late at night jumping in the pool.The room we originally booked the deluxe bungalow was still advertised as available all throughout out stay .The bedrooms are not upgraded they need a good lick of paint and some tlc . On a positive Tomas and the other staff were friendly and helpful the manager was the only problem. Would not recommend this hotel ...its not a hotel its more a boarding house for workers .

This hotel is very well situated and the staff are very helpful and kind. Maybe the room could have been a little cleaner, otherwise I would give everything a 5. I would stay here again.

The only reason I'm giving 1 star is because zero is not available. Booked this hotel online for my trip to Tulum in March 2024, but when I got to the hotel, the site didn't look like the photos. For one the rooms and entire property was alot smaller than expected. The swimming pool was dirty and filled with leaves. After they showed me my room I indicated to staff at the front desk that I would not be staying. I left the hotel shortly after. I just want to clarity I spent about 15 minutes at the hotel, didn't spend a night there and informed staff of this. I later requested a refund which was denied. I didn't even receive a partial refund. Extremely disappointed and would not advice anyone to stay there based on this experience.
