This is a beautiful and calm little boutique hotel! Daniela is a wonderful host who helped me plan my activities and was very amenable to help me when any problem came up. The location is great, near the center and steps away from amazing food options. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Tulum!

Very nice hotel with nice rooms and situated close to many establishments. Loved the stay! On a different note, animal lovers take note: this hotel is run by very kind staff - they found an abandoned, starving kitten with no one to look after her. They took this little girl in, fed her and gave her shelter and love. My daughter came upon this kitten while staying at the hotel - fell in love with her and adopted her with the blessing of the kindly hotel staff. We brought her back to the US and couldn’t be happier. Her name is Oreo and she’s alive because of the wonderful people of Hotel Boutique Pasha Tulum. A beautiful story with a lovely ending. Please ensure you visit and stay at this lovely hotel snd extend what support you can!

This place is a wonderful oasis in downtown Tulum. It's conveniently located to all the amenities and attractions. Federico was spot on with all his recommendations. My daughter and I had an incredible time. Thank you SO much for everything.

Very poor hotel claims to be 4 star.|Did not get the room we booked .Our room was dirty dismal and scruffy.we asked for two extra pillows but the manager would not give us any .The hotel was full of construction workers we felt intimidated being two females they kept looking through our window and were drunk late at night jumping in the pool.The room we originally booked the deluxe bungalow was still advertised as available all throughout out stay .The bedrooms are not upgraded they need a good lick of paint and some tlc . On a positive Tomas and the other staff were friendly and helpful the manager was the only problem. Would not recommend this hotel ...its not a hotel its more a boarding house for workers .

We had a good time at this place, staff are reliable and friendly. Everything is clean and most of the stuffs are accessible in the area especially grocery store is just across the street. ❤️❤️❤️

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice room and garden courtyard. Location is in a bustling area of town but the hotel itself feels insulated from the noise providing that the other guests are quiet. With that said, if you are looking for a hotel that is a walkable distance from restaurants and bars then this is a good choice.
