And although the building's bones have been well-preserved, the hotel does feature of-the-moment tech updates, including do-not-disturb buttons that can be activated from the bed. The Bowmann Bar is an elegant space that fills with Parisians after work. The restaurant 99 Haumann, meanwhile, reflects the hotel's design ethos, with a menu that's French at its core but decidedly contemporary.
