this place has changed for the better each yr. I was there 40yrs ago and it was nice. the worst thing lately is the noise from local bars that have music playing loud until 3AM. Now, nice and quite since the street is close to traffic. the staff are like robots. this last group were not understanding English. WTF. Every other hotel have people that use English. The ladies there were dumb. my computer allowed me to transact my reservation. the room i was given was supposted to be very quit and for 2 days i was awakened by noise in the wall. i complained but to deaf ears. 4am more noises and a fire alarm. i got a "security guard" to come into my room to hear the noise. He heard and just left. the noise quit. it was the fast food joint making noise in the walls that connected to Caesars. I wanted another room but the girl dunce at the front desk said that there was to be no more booking for another room until the next day. no more stays there for me. I got a nice room for cheap around the block quiet with great food. Caersars is always fixing the place up and is very nice but whoever hires the clerks should be fired. I have stayed there since 1960. nice and quiet since the street is now closed to all traffic. NO Big deal with the Caesar salad invented by accident by an Italian cook. they will miss my money

I don’t usually give reviews but I had to now. I stayed at the hotel over a month ago. I received a phone call from the staff alerting me I left money in the safe. Not smart in my part. That being said I returned over a month later they had my money in an envelope ready for me. I appreciate the honesty.

This is by far my most favorite hotel in all of Mexico. Been coming here and the sister hotel baja for several years. Safe, clean and friendly. The lady's Milca and Adriana at the front desk today are so sweet. So warm and welcoming. Made me feel like I was at home. Even the room service, door man, parking lot guy, everyone that works here looks happy. And of course the birthplace of the Ceasar salad is amazing. Highly recommend.

The hotel room is clean and fresh and the staff is nice. A few things I cannot let go. First, upon check in the attendant “needed a minute” and asked us to wait. In the meantime, three people came in and we immediately helped. We had time so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Second, we had a vomiting accident and used one of the towels to clean the mess. The hotel staff called to charge us 20$ for the towel. I asked why and they said “because it’s dirty”. I asked reasonable questions like “is it stained” or “unusable”. I told them I could have it cleaned locally and fix the issue. They said it could be regularly cleaned, but they have to charge because it’s dirty. Will you charge for any used towels at a hotel room? Ridiculous! Third, there is the worst construction going on in the hall and in a building near by that started at like 7am/8am it was so loud. Welp, guess we are getting up early, because sleep was hard under those conditions. Other than that, love the free coffee it was solid. The room is solid, just smaller than the photos. And, the location has access to some neat food and local convent stores. The street of the hotel is safe, but DO NOT go into the neighborhoods a few blocks up or down. It’s super sketch and all local drivers will warn you about these areas of high theft and solicitation.

Google
You can't beat the location. This is the heart of the truly cultural hub of Tijuana. This place is always clean, the people here work very hard to keep it that way. Great restaurant next door, the obvious must do while in the area. Great breakfast joint directly across the street, and excellent value for the location. I love this place and will stay every year. It's not a modern hotel, but it is comfortable, safe, clean, and historical.

This is a Travel Advisory Please be aware that there are thieves that work there at night and will steal your cellphone. They will lie to your face about not having it even though you have tracked it to them. They will deny having it and become threatening when you insist to show them proof. This is a dangerous place if they are bold enough to take a cellphone this way I hate to think what else I escaped…

Google
Rooms were a little smaller than pictures represent. But overall it was clean and the rooms are soundproof. Weird check in thing though. Check in wasn't until 3pm and they won't let you start the process of checking in until exactly that time. Maybe it's because I am from Vegas and used to a little more hospitality but it was only a weird interaction not that it was bad. Solid place, good amenities around it. Not bad.

Great choice on Tijuana's famous Ave. Revoluccion. Room was very clean, simple but modern, nice shower, and handy safe for valuables. Pretty quiet considering the hotel is on the city's main entertainment drag. Famous restaurant where of course the 'caesar salad' was invented. All in all a nice choie at a verrty reasonable price.

Yelp
Came down to the hotel Caesar for on a whim with my boyfriend last month. We just had a light lunch of appetizers and of course the Caesar salad. Everything was delicious. Service was good, the restaurant was clean. Will be back.

Edward N.

Yelp
A few friends and I came down here to try the original Ceasar salad so if you're going to compare your Ceasar salad to any other Ceasar salad this is the one to compare it too. For starters I'm not big on salads nor veggies. So I was more excited about the history rather than the salad itself. The restaurant looked great, tons of seating inside, they have outdoor seating that is covered, it's very elegant you can see the old charm and class here. The staff is very professional, friendly and helpful if you have questions. With that being said I ordered the Ceasar salad you can order 3 or 5 leaves and they prepare it table side and explain every ingredient going into the salad. I have to say it was one of the best salads I've had. Best Ceasar salad I've had and I'll be back for more in the future. They of course have a full menu with meat, pasta etc if you don't want salad.

Jody K.

Yelp
Sign in the room clearly states checkout is 11. However, they give a 1 hour tolerance. Otherwise you are charged a day. I get a call at 11:01 saying either to leave immediately or pay another night. So I left immediately. Hotel Ticuan is the much better option. I will be in TJ a lot over the next year. 1 hour cost them all my business

Martin S.

Yelp
No aceptan q lleges despues de las 5 pm No puedes hacer reservacion por telefono La unica forma de pago es pay pal

Luis R P.

Yelp
On a Saturday at 6am, the room started shaking and vibrating due to an industrial truck pumping sewage or unclogging a main sewage line in the middle of the courtyard next to my room. The infernal noise and vibration was only masked by the stench of sewage that permeated through my room. There was no warning this would happen. When I called the reception, they had no clue as to how long the sewage works would last. By 8am I decided to just leave the room.

Yelp
We decided to stop by to sample their famous Caesar salad, and it was an interesting experience. Caesar Salad: The Caesar salad came with three leaves, which was enough to share if you're not too hungry and just want to try it out. It was cool to watch them prepare it right in front of you. However, the downside was that the person making the salad wasn't very welcoming. Tortilla Soup: We paired the Caesar salad with the Tortilla Soup, which turned out to be a good option. While it wasn't the best soup I've ever had, it was decent enough, providing a nice complement to the salad. Margarita: Unfortunately, the Margarita was quite average. I wouldn't order it again from there. Overall, the Caesar salad was interesting to try, and the Tortilla Soup was a decent choice, but the Margarita fell short of expectations.

Pat M.

Yelp
I would give it 3 stars . The hotel is old and after one night of staying there I asked for a refund for the next 2 days because I wasn't happy staying there but they refused. There is not a mini fridge in the room and no iron and ironig board or microwave. I understand there's brand new hotels near at the same price.

Ed B.

Yelp
Nicely renovated hotel the rooms are small yet very clean the Bathroom modern. The bed comfortable and the TV had the ability to Cast (smart TV) I wish American hotels had this perk for TV entertainment. Be aware NO elevator yet there is help to take your belongs to your room. Pricing is fair and the staff friendly. BTW we took a cab from the border. More about what we were doing there

Dung N.

Yelp
We went to Tijuana for the day and came here as our first stop. This is where the original Caesar salad was invented, so of course we had to order that. We also shared the patatas bravas, escargot, and the carne asada plate. We received complimentary slices of a small baguette with tapenade. If you like olives, this dip is for you! The patatas bravas and escargot were both pretty good appetizers! I'm so glad we ordered the carne asada because the meat was so tender and tasty. We kept waiting for the Caesar salad, but there was some miscommunication, so we didn't have it made table-side until the end of our meal. It was very cool to watch them add all of the ingredients. I never liked this salad until now- the portion was kind of small, but the salad was full of flavor! If this is how Casear salad is supposed to taste like, I've been missing out! We were saving our appetite for the next stop, but I would be happy to return and get the salad again, among other items on the menu.

Yelp
This review is for the restaurant, not the hotel. My gosh. This place was utterly amazing. Who would've thought that an awesome place like this could be found in downtown Tijuana? We walked up to the front, and we were asked if we wanted to sit inside or outside. I am so thankful that we said inside. Sit inside, folks! Sit inside! We walked inside, and it was like a 1930's steakhouse! There were two little old ladies, dressed impeccably, sitting at the corner of the gorgeous, long, wooden bar, sipping martinis. The place oozed panache and I thought I'd just died and gone to heaven. The menus are in Spanish or English. We all ordered a cocktail, and my $4.00 mojito was way better than the $13.50 mojito that I had at Papas and Beer the night before. They brought out bread with some green and black olive based spread that was delicious. We ordered the octopus appetizer, and I thought that I was going to be eating garlic flavored rubber bands. NOPE! That octopus was tender and delicious. I could've ordered five of those for dinner and been happy. My gosh that was good. We obviously had to try the Caesar Salad. The dressing is made table side, with olive oil, mayo, egg yolk, minced up anchovies, and other things tossed in. Holy cow it was so good. I used some of the bread to soak up the dressing that was on my plate after devouring the salad. Two of us got the Beef Wellington, and I decided to try the Salmon Wellington. Their Beef Wellington was fantastic, and my Salmon Wellington was really good - but I think I'll stick with the beef next time. All three dishes came with some roasted fingerling potatoes and perfectly cooked green beans. We were all stuffed from dinner, so we got two desserts instead of three. We had the creme brule' and some kind of cheese and fruit on crackers. The brule' was really good, but I hated the cheese thing. I thought it was awful, but the one who ordered it said that it was supposed to taste that way, and that it was delicious. To each their own! We will, without question, be back again. I have no problem driving from Los Angeles to have dinner here, but I don't want to wait in the lines to get back to the US for hours, so I won't be coming here for dinner all that often. I will, however, absolutely come back for dinner every single time that I'm in Tijuana. The only downside, and I'm not going to dock any stars for this, is that the entire staff seemed unhappy to be there. Maybe it's a cultural thing? Maybe they were trying to impart a sense of old school high end dining? I don't know, but it seemed that no one wanted to be working, there. Nonetheless, we shall return!!!

Tony H.

Yelp
Enjoyed our stay, will be staying there again next time I go. It's on revolución and have everything to do around you.

Tori H.

Yelp
The hotel entry is very clean, aesthetic, with a gorgeous Christmas tree. Check in was very smooth and easy. The restaurants decor is gorgeous and the Caesar salad was perfect. The meat in my fettuccini stroganoff was very tough and the sauce was note on the salty side. The beef Wellington was perfect the pasty was flaky and tasty. The Manhattan martini and the old fashioned was a bit on the sweet side. The biggest reason for only 3 stars was the size of the rooms. We had a "king" sized room with a queen sized bed. The walking area was VERY limited yet every thing was very clean and tidy

Mason D.

Yelp
Food is amazing and well priced would definitely be coming back. Cesar salad amazing!!

Chloe S.

Yelp
The hotel was nice and clean. The beds were super comfortable! This hotel is right on the main block with all the shops, restaurants, pharmacies, and tourists. I felt safe even walking around by myself. I took off one star because they were doing lots of renovations around the hotel and the lobby area was dusty and out of commission. There is not an elevator either, my mom (who stayed here with me) has a hard time with stairs. The limited interactions i had with the staff were great, everyone was helpful and kind. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. PS: make sure you go to the restaurant (Caesar's) and get the table side Caesar salad.. it's where this salad was invented! You won't be disappointed.

Sam L.

Yelp
This place has been around since the beginning of time so not much to say that has not been said already. My husband and I went here to try the original Cesar Salad but it just didn't stop there. We ordered the octopus and then the bone marrow. I wanted to keep going but someone wanted to go shopping. I could just sit there and eat everything on the menu.

Jennifer O.

Yelp
Great food , great nostalgic atmosphere . I'm only leaving 4 stars because the waiters are still wearing mask . So pseudo science! Ppl plz stop listening to anyone ( Fauci aka fraudsi) who tells u restricting oxygen to ur brain and vital organs is somehow good for you !! They lie to u !

MIchael M.

Yelp
Honestly was impressed with the room. The location is very convenient to the night life and everything you want... it's within walking distance. I got valet parking in a secure lot. Service was excellent.

Gomez F.

Yelp
Nicolas, the manager was very unkind, unprofessional, and a liar to our face. I asked if there was a handicap spot because I'm disabled and he never answered me. He acted like he didn't hear me when I asked the other lady he told her with the bad attitude, I already answered him and told him noto the staff and management of this hotel if he's the manager in charge or if he's the person in charge, I recommend that you fire him immediately because Nicolas is a horrible person to have running this hotel. Nicolas Nicolas Nicolas he needs to be fired. He's lucky I couldn't give zero stars, and I was forced to give one.

J C.

Yelp
Small small bathroom to much noise... NO LIFT...NO ELEVATOR.... but the bellman can carry your luggage No mini fridge neither... Valet parking $5 dollar.. Self temperatures check in at the lobby.. ... Clean rooms comfortable beds One of the best places in avenida REVOLUTION...

Max P.

Yelp
I have dined at Caesars excellent restaurant before, so I knew about the hotel when United Airlines presented it as one of their accommodation offerings. The room I had was quiet (did not overlook the street) and comfortable. The walls are tastefully painted and the carpeting is good. The bed was very comfortable--United said it booked me a Queen but it turned out to be a King. The television has a good selection of Spanish and English programming. The room also has a safe, which I had no use for but it could be useful info for some readers. The bathroom was modern and the linens were all good. They have the European system of delivering hot water: it is never hot enough to burn, though you might find it comfortable to add a little cold into the mix. The only reason I didn't award the extra star is there was a dead insect on my floor when I checked in. I covered its liitle corpse with a Kleenex and it was gone after the chambermaid's visit. The fact that it was dead indicates that they are dealing with the problem. It is conveniently located in the center of El Centro and only a couple blocks from my dentist, which was the primary purpose of my visit.

Rick H.

Yelp
Food here is amazing. Delicious made with love. Ceaser salad is a must !!!! Had an amazing experience here !!!! This place was on my bucket list. Checked !!!! highly recommended!!! 10 star

Olga R.

Yelp
The service is superb and the food is delicious and the waiters are super friendly and attentive.

Ralph A.

Yelp
Clean rooms , nice amenities, comfortable beds!! Secure and right wear all the fun is!!

Jose a. M.

Yelp
Pretty nice, secure, and cheap. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They saw I had a case of beer and gave me a free disposable cooler. Parking is valet only but not expensive and obviously much more secure. The location is perfectly in the middle of Avenida Revolucion and of course with the famous original Cesar Salad being served downstairs. The rooms were small and clean. Perfect for one person and at the rates they had, cheap enough for everyone to get their own room where you can walk to various destinations. Gets really busy on weekends so plan ahead. During the week, you will almost always find something

Teresa H.

Yelp
Booked for two nights, but had to re-book for future dates. I had my friend that speaks Spanish call so that there was nothing lost in translation. She called at least a week before our original stay and they told her that we were all set and the dates had been changed and we just needed to use our original reservation number. We arrived to find out we did NOT get re-booked. They would only grant us a one night stay (even though we had already paid for two). They said they would not refund our money, and they would give us a voucher for another night. When I asked for the voucher the next morning at check out, I was told no. I asked to speak to the manager, and after waiting 20 minutes the guy at the front desk told me that she didn't want to speak to me and that she "just didn't care". Rude and unprofessional. WE WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!

Clara B.

Yelp
Immaculate, right on revolution. 24 hour front desk and supervised parking. Everything a scared American can ask for (Not me, but probably you if you looked up a review on Yelp)

George B.

Yelp
Honestly the Caesar salsa is outstanding, the bone marrow sopes are fenomenal. Pesto was decent and the ribeye was delicious.

Hailey R.

Yelp
Great hotel for the price! I stayed four nights (June 12-16th) while recovering from a rhinoplasty I got at ciplastic with Dr. Hermes Pelayo and I just stayed another night (June 23rd) for my follow up appointment. Everything is very clean and the maids are very very nice! Over all I had a good experience, went to the Praga cafe across the street for lunch and Caesars restaurant downstairs for dinner, both were very good. Keep in mind the location is in a "night life" area and it's very crowded late at night! But it made me feel safer having more people in the area! They also have gated parking with a guard! Made me feel very safe leaving my car, they will ask to keep your keys though and if valet is available you can dial 0 from the room phone anytime you need them to drive the car up front! I would recommend this hotel, it's very safe and secure but BEWARE of the front desk lady, she is rude (dealt with her both times) she was working when we checked in at night both times. Other than that ALL of the employees were nice, maids, valet, parking guard, etc.

Armando G.

Yelp
Great Hotel, clean, kindly staff. Steps away from restaurants and nightclubs. Visiting Tijuana for the next 3 days.

Carmen A.

Yelp
I wouldn't recommend staying here. I called ahead of time regarding my reservation one bed and all. I was told it was all set; I got there and they gave me whatever the fuck they wanted. So what's the purpose of having an reservation online and calling ahead of time to make sure of the booking. Not worth the price cause of the service and not follow your reservation.

Fausto B.

Yelp
Yesterday the idiot front desk receptionist at Hotel Baja in Tijuana, Mexico gave my room key to a complete stranger after I stepped out to go watch a movie. Upon my return, several items were missing including my iPhone. I asked to see camera footage and everything was there. The asshole manager was just that and stated that all I could do was file a police report. So his employee screws up and I have to fix the problem? PLEASE! Mexico can't solve murders but they are going to resolve my measly iPhone issues!? Do me a favor and DO MOT stay at Hotel Baja or any of the Hotel Caesar chain! They are crooks and their customer service is shit! Customers do not come first here

Marlena Serpico C.

Yelp
This is for the hotel not the restaurant. This place has thieves. Keep your cell phone close to you at all times. The people who work there at night will deny having it even though you have it tracked and you can see the calls made from it. When you email them they will ignore you. We have stayed there many times and it has gotten worse every time. Now we will NEVER go back. That means we will never go back to the restaurant either. I hope it was worth it to you!!!!

Alfredo R.

Yelp
This might be the first place where the Caesar salad was invented but Come in here simply for the history it's gonna do you no good. The prices are shady their website says one thing when you get there they charge you another price. If you come here on a holiday go somewhere else and make sure you make your reservation and make sure you double check the price anywhere in TJ you go. Make sure you call your credit card before making any reservations to establish that you're not going to be in the US but in Mexico. So they're aware what's going on in case something shady happens. That goes for any country outside of the US. Just to protect yourself. I strictly use cash. At this hotel but if you use US dollars they're going to charge you an extra 18% charge. And even though American holidays have nothing to do with the Mexico they will charge you extra simply because there were the travelers will come south of the border to take a mini vacation. And they're aware that most hotels are booked up so they will take it vantage. Hope this is helpful for anybody seeking to travel to TJ

David L.

Yelp
They did a great job remodeling. Feels modern. The room was comfortable and clean. I had a room on the third floor facing the street and it was nice to stand at the open window and watch life down below. I knew the street side of the hotel would be loud since the bars blast music until the early hours of the morning but it wasn't a problem for me since I wanted the view. Request an interior room if you want silence. They have valet parking which is 40 pesos. Not sure if that's per day but if it is it's still a good deal. I just found my own parking for 50 pesos per day in a lot I'm accustomed to.

Knick O.

Yelp
Wanted to try the place that pioneered the first Casear salad. Let me tell you, it was good, really good. Just don't come here for the Casear salad, they have really good dishes. Not stuffy, casual environments and the waiters speak English, which is good since I don't speak Spanish.

Bradley P.

Yelp
Yeah, pretty horrible. There's some sort of loud club across the street that goes till 6am. And when I say loud, I mean as loud as it gets. The walls are so thin it sounded like we were actually in the club. There was no possible way to sleep. I wouldn't suggest going here.

Elizabeth R.

Yelp
Really nice hotel. Its been 5+ years that I haven't been in Tijuana. I read some of the reviews on yelp and was concerned about the customer service and quality of the hotel since is located in the Avenida Revolution. And some reviews were not thst great. Let me tell ya Vallet Parking And Security guards were AWESOME. Only problem i had was with front desk lady in the morning of Saturday 04/27/19 that we requested no service at all and she was insisting that housekeepers were only gonna go in change towells and take out trash. She was arguing back and forth with me. Not acceptable really upset about this to be honest. I work in the hospitality industry and this absolutely Disappointing.

Mac D.

Yelp

Michael M.

Yelp
Very unfriendly. They charged us for a room fee after kicking us out within 5 mins because we had our small dog with us. There were no signs anywhere indicating this was not ok and they still charged us. Very shady..

Jenn G.

Yelp
I do not know why people write about the restaurant when this is for the hotel there is a separate listing for the restaurant if you want to write about THAT. I wondered why the hotel seemed so empty and then read the reviews. They have done a lot to improve since some of the bad reviews, NO BUGS, CLEAN, AIR CONDITIONED, SAFE (I left my laptop in here, though I lost the connecting cord but do not think it's is due to any theft) rooms have been and are being renovated, unfortunately that leads to a little noise during the day while construction is going on, but if you are not here then, it's not of concern. There is ONE BIG reason to stay her and that is because of Marco Estrellia (he is the reason I gave this 4 instead of three stars,) not only does he speaks excellent English, he remembers your name like you were in a Ritz Carleton hotel unfortunately, there are factors that brought the rating down. ( I once read a review where the first line complained about was the desk clerk there so I stopped reading then and there so if the things I complained about are not important to you and you just care for an efficient and friendly desk clerk and Marco is working that night then by all means stay here.) NO elevators, though SOMETIMES they will have someone to carry things to the room. It is a good value, nicely appointed hotel in the center of downtown and best of all next to Caesar's restaurant (they now have different ownership) but a restaurant of this caliber would be twice the cost in the U.S. (like my dentist-LOL) BUT the wifi is awful, I kept getting bounced off and it was slow, the problem was the second night, the clerk spoke no English so could not help at all and during the day if you are taking a nap it sounds like a drill or something was on (it looked like they may be renovating the hotel so that's why their prices are especially low now.) If you want more towels, strangely enough, they charge you extra but they are thick and fluffy the toiletries are nice, AND you get a free bottle of water but the toilet seat kept falling from me and I could not adjust the water temperature in the shower which is very hot. Well, if you don't need the internet and if you can speak Spanish in case a problem arises or do not think it would matter for one night or so and find out that they stopped renovating or will not be around in the day when they do, this would be a good value but as I said, if you can, find out before working whether Marco is working that night, that would be the best day to arrive, I think that much of him.

sam a.

Yelp
I highly do not recommend this place to anyone from the United States to stay there if you don't speak Spanish they look at you as if you're speaking alien and not only that if anything is wrong with the room or your stay they do not honor anything and they will not come a day anything for you I highly do not recommend this place worst place I've ever dealt with in my life management is completely unprofessional

Brian F.

Yelp
This hotel was very good but they recently raised prices. No apologies or accommodation for long time regular customer. When I asked about the increase they said that they plan to raise prices more soon. Another problem they have had for months is their credit card machine. It often does not work. When it does function it takes a long time. The front desk clerk... the male one then says you must pay in cash. I didn't mind that much before the price increase but now it aggrevates me. ATM charges are high south of the border. I used to swear by this hotel but quality has declined and price has increased.

Christopher A.

Yelp
I've been to many fine dining restaurants in San Diego, and none of them hold a candle to this establishment. Mortons, Ruth's Chris, and the Marine Room are good but not great. I thought places like Lubachs didn't exist anymore, well they do. Cesar's restaurant is one of them. The decor is very classic, service and food are impeccable. Anyone reading this review do yourself a favor and try this place you won't regret it.

Alfredo S.

Yelp
The restaurant is awesome. The service is great. Table Caesar salad is a must have. The drinks at the bar are stiff and very reasonable priced. When in TJ I stop at Caesars hotel for a small side Caesar salad and couple drinks, always hits the spot.

Larry F.

Yelp
We came here about a month ago and had a late lunch/early dinner. This is very fancy cuisine at reasonsble prices. I had the salmon baked in puff pastry and a "Victor" salad (cousin to their famous Caeser). Desserts also very upscale. Service and ambiance very nice...would have loved coming here in the glory days.

Jorge C.

Yelp
Brought my wife here for a quick stay before visiting the dentist next morning, who was located not far. Paid $10 deposit, and $90 for one night. As I went out to find parking, my wife went up to the room. They didn't have any air conditioning, first off and it was HOT! She turned down the bed and was going to start unpacking when she discovered maggots and long black hair in the sheets of the bed. Saw a cockroach on the wall too! As soon as I got to the room no more than 10-15 mins later we decided to tell "management" and get a refund. Not only were they rude and dismissive, they flat out refused to refund us any portion of our money. Do not go to this shit hole!!

Yelp
I did a comfirmed reservation for a cheaper price and decided to pay at hotel and when i arrived they said they had no more rooms. Then they suggested same room i have reserved and said it would be $60 dollars higher! I was like what??? No way!! Long story short i had to pay the $60 extra cause they said rooms were more expensive now. Receptionist told me to cancel my online reservation so that he can offer me the room for 60 dollars higher. We got the room and there was no freaking water . Only drops of water, wanted my refund and they denied it.. got my car back from the parking and they charged me an extra fee for parking then an extra 60 dollar deposit. Worst service ever. Dont go, had a bad experience

Yelp
Elegant, dark wood interior. Music from Frank Sinatra era playing. Very fun to watch the Caesar Salad made right at the table. Really enjoyed it. I felt the tortilla soup was a bit too salty.

Yelp
First time here, but it sure is one not to forget. The staff is Friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and neat. They have free wifi haha who doesn't like free wifi. I'll definitely recommend this hotel and I'm know where to stay next time I come to T.J.
