Hotel Can Cera

We stayed at the Can Cera for 4 nights and it was a delightful affair from the moment we walked in the door. A grand entrance hall, tastefully decorated rooms, quiet luxury, cozy corners throughout the hotel. |The exchange with the management and the staff felt genuine at all times, which gave us the impression that everyone identifies themselves with their house. We received information and help whenever we needed it, be it for directions, a restaurant reservation, car rental or just a short chat during breakfast - which offered a wide, outstanding, fresh selection of products.|On my birthday, a small, luxurious chocolate cake awaited me in our room, complete with a candle and a box of matches. A wonderful and touching surprise! Thank you again for this.|We will come back, for sure.

We enjoyed a wonderful short break in Palma at can Cera hotel. It is a charming, comfortable, historic and peaceful building in the heart of the old town, close to the cathedral and the main shopping areas! The staff were very caring and friendly and on hand to help with ideas or to sort out a difficulty (we needed to return some shoes which we had bought because we realised they were not fitting properly and the hotel called the shop for us and arranged for us to return them). There is a spa area too which is a bonus/very nice. I would no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a comfortable and restful place to stay. Thank you to marta, Camilla, noeme and all the staff (we did not get everyone’s name!) for a lovely stay!

This stay was a splurge for us but well worth it. We were blown away upon arriving, every detail was exquisite and the hospitality was on point!|The building and space itself were gorgeous, compelling and historic, as well as with every luxury amenity, upgrade and modern integration one could ever desire, plus the location was great, too. The staff were attentive, friendly, and truly wonderful. Breakfast was heavenly. A hearty recommendation. Just wonderful!! |p.s. We spent four nights in Can Cera and are very happy to have chosen this hotel. As soon as you cross over the threshold of the wooden entrance door, you step into another time. The interior is architecturally stunning, decorated in modern Moorish motif. Our suite was luxurious and clean. A complimentary bottle of red wine and plenty of bottles of water were much appreciated. We enjoyed having breakfast every morning, with a wide selection of hot and cold options. The automatic espresso machine in the lobby was a bonus for those who enjoy coffee. Most importantly, the staff were attentive, helpful, and friendly. The hotel is situated on a quiet, pretty street, close to restaurants and the main sights in the center. We would definitely recommend for anyone who wishes to have a unique experience in Palma de Mallorca to stay at Can Cera. We would love to stay again in a future visit to the island.

We have just spent 2 nights at this wonderful hotel . It is perfectly located within the old town of Palma . Every member of staff are polite , friendly and welcoming. The building itself is stunning and there is a relaxed , serene atmosphere. The room was well appointed and had everything you could want . The towels were changed twice a day and at night you would return to your room to find gifts left for you . There were lovely touches like complementary wine and nuts upon arrival and even a room spray to keep as a momento. This is a very high end hotel and one we are sure to stay at again.

Cancera Hotel in Majorca has been my standout stay of the year. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming team set a tone of effortless comfort. The atmosphere feels wonderfully intimate, every corner shaped with meticulous care , from the thoughtfully curated art pieces to the homemade food selections that taste like they were crafted with genuine love.||It’s the kind of place that makes you want to return before you’ve even left. And I have no doubt it won’t stay a “hidden gem” for long, it deserves to be discovered again and again.

Pros: Excellent location. Stunning property and decor! Very friendly and courteous staff (special shoutout to Camila and Juan in the front desk). Spacious bedroom: comfortable bed and pillows, incredible room fragrance/smell, his-and-her sinks in the bathroom, fantastic water pressure and temperature, great bath products, and impeccable cleanliness. Only tried the restaurant for breakfast, which was simple, yet well-curated and delicious.||Cons: No pool. Rooftop area is unappealing and very small. Couldn't figure out how to charge phones overnight while having all lights turned off in the room.

The hotel is clean, tidy, and beautifully designed, with a very elegant atmosphere. The rooms are uniquely styled, and each one has its own distinctive charm. The fragrance throughout the hotel is amazing and adds to the overall experience. A special thanks to the lady at the reception (I forgot her name) – she was incredibly helpful, kind, and attentive. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. Truly a fantastic stay!

This place is gorgeous, the common areas are grand and the rooms are beautiful. Very small hotel so make sure you book in advance. They have parking on site but the streets are small, so if you are renting a car get the smallest one available...

We had a very nice dinner with great service at Hotel Can Cera. For once in Palma service was good and for the first time we tipped accordingly. We started out with a couple of shared plates of Pan Cristal, Patatas Bravas, Burrata and the salty crackers with sardines. The Pan in particular was very tasty, both light and crisp - something that's proven hard to find here in Palma. We then had the Gazpacho soup with tomato icecream. A bit sweet but very flavourful (quite strong notes of herbs like basil and sage), the icecream was possibly a sorbet. Tasty tasty if you're ok with sweetness in your food. For mains we had the black paella (crunchy and well balanced), the grilled seabass with potatoes (a large portion size), the salmon rolls with lentils (more of a starter in size) and the Gallician squid with creamed potatoes (to uniform in texture to work well as a dish). We could taste the chefs ambition to create both authentic and innovative dishes. Most of it worked, some details were less succesful (even though the squid was tender) but overall a meal where we enjoyed each dished. The desserts were the only let down. The mandarin sorbet was to artificial in flavour, the lemon cake with lemon sorbet too tart (never thought I would say a lemon cake was too tart). The souffle with caramelized almonds was great - but in truth it was an ice cream on a cookie. The kitchen by mistake sent out paellas with seafood instead of our black paellas. Having this corrected was no problem and we were treated to an extra bottle of cava for the mishap. We were very happy with the food, the local and the service at this restaurant. Recommend!
