Hotel Canberra (le)

We revisited this hotel - 5 nights this time. We're going again next year. We love this hotel - staff are so helpful and polite. Location is great. It has everything we need - beach nearby, shops, restaurants, train station nearby. thank you Le Canberra staff again for making our stay earlier this year so nice.

Stayed at Hotel Canberra for a girls weekend as our first time in Cannes! Can’t recommend enough, we felt really safe and the hotel room was perfect for us all! Huge thank you to Amgelique for all her help and always a smiling face during our stay and to Anna for helping during check out! Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever back in Cannes!

Me and my wife had a fantastic stay for three nights last week. The hotel is clean and the pool area is very nice. Stayed in a junior suite and the room was nice and spacious. Very close to the beach and shopping/night life. I give them my best recommendations, and an extra shout out to Stephanie for her excellent service.

It is all about expectations. Solid option for a visit to Cannes. Wont be the best hotel you stayed at, wont be the worst. Service was great. No major complaints. The pool is a major plus when you just want to kick it and relax….or when you arrive super early and check in is at 3 PM. Yes, you will wait until 3PM. Breakfast has some pastries and coffee is good. Dont worry about it if not included. Plenty of options in the area. Not too far from train station and beach. Again, solid.

Nice bright hotel with great staff! Celine was so lovely at breakfast, and the folks at reception were helpful with good suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Awesome location to walk to the fun beach club road as well as the smaller historic area with small delicious restaurants. Loved it!!

Le Canberra is a lovely four star boutique hotel located in a great location. It is on the Rue de Antibes, which is great for shopping and two blocks from the beach. What made the experience special? The room was comfortable and well appointed. However ,best of all is the warmth of the staff!

We had a great stay at the Le Canberra for over a week.||The allocated room was spacious with a huge bathroom and shower. Despite being situated on the busy Rue D'Antibes, it was very quiet as the windows were soundproof. ||We had a balcony, which was fun to walk out onto to look at the street each morning. Restaurants were in easy walking distance, and the hotel was literally two blocks back from the famous La Croisette.||The hotel was very clean with a lovely guest- only swimming pool, which was perfect for plunging in the late afternoon. The kids loved it though curiously swimming we not permitted after 6.30pm. Pool side service exists for drinks and limited bar snacks, Daily breakfast was sufficient for the family and good quality.|| We would stay again. ||.

Very mod-chic property. It is also located in a good middle-ground between Le Croisette shopping, dining areas, and the SNCF station. We really liked the hot pink highlights in the WC as well as the floor-to-ceiling windows that encircled our room. However, the standard rooms are incredibly small - try to ask/pay for an upgrade. Plus, our entertainment table was also slightly crooked down the middle. Little details like that may be okay if you were a studio-for-rent, not okay for a hotel room. Please spare the $200 and get yourself a new table.

As Cannes is generally overpriced, so is this hotel, but not overly so. Offered a large room, spacious comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast. And on rue antibe, close to everything. The place had a clean light feel and was quite silent considering the buzz outside. Offered a nice terrace and a patch of green difficult to find in the centre of Cannes.

Almost perfect. Comfortable beds,great pool and good location. Price is right too! Away from the crowds but close enough to everything.
