"In the absolute heart of the picturesque old town is Hotel Cappuccino — your new Mallorca home. The freshly-opened hotel from the vision of legendary interior designer Jacques Grange is too beautiful to ignore, from the blush-colored facade facing Palma’s bustling central square, to the apartment-like guest rooms detailed with bright Spanish mosaic motifs."

Family of six including four adult children absolutely loved it. Great central location gave easy access to Palma's offerings. The food was top-notch and the staff was super-friendly. We slept on the third floor and it was quiet. We will definitely go back!

You can’t get any better than this in the city. The team is insanely wonderful, kind, energetic, and helpful. I had a minor snafu with my reservation and they made up for it tenfold. I will never stay anywhere else. The pool is quite small… while the gym is for private use (as is the spa… ) You don’t stay in the middle of town to hang out all day at a hotel. If you wanna go stay at a resort, this is not the place you are the Epicenter of town and can walk everywhere to shop eat and see the cathedral and the old town. Their sister property the lobster club is a Ball. It’s expensive but it’s a great day on the water and a beautiful environment thank you thank you thank you staff.

This very comfortable small five star hotel is located right at beautiful Plaça Cort, just some few steps away of most sights you might want to see. In this pretty contemporary-classical luxuriös environment guests enjoy also a lot of amenities (complimentary water, (illy)espresso and tea in their tastfully decorated rooms. If you stay more than two nights, ask for lovely number 15: A charming junior suite with very spacious bathroon that lifts up grey morning moods with it‘s three small balconies (one in the bathroom :-). One of the hotel‘s highlights is the warm welcome of the remarkably empathetic reception staff. Taking the luggage and offering a glas of whatever (I chose cava rosé) in the charming lobby bar, while the suitcase is brought to the room. Just calming down, watching people passing by. In some of the evening you can enjoy live music, too. But: Don’t feel tempted by the music to have dinner in the hotel. It is not as thoroughly made as the hotel is and in the best case an uninspired „bistro choice“. But no problem: There are lot‘s of alternatives nearby. And the engaged reception team will do anything to give recommendations and arrange whatever they can. They are truely concerned if something happens to be not optimal. Thank’s for this feeling of coming home to friends after a day in the streets of Palma. P.S.: Also book your private time in the small Spa with Sauna and whirlpool. And don‘t forget to have a treatment, as the very kind therapist really knows what to do… After one hour your body will be rejuvenated…

This review is for the ground floor bar only. From walking around in Palma, if you walk past this bar, it is obviously luxurious. The bar itself is gorgeous. It looks a little pretentious, but we gave it a go. We really enjoyed it! We found the staff to be helpful and we were served promptly. Drinks were nice. The price was ok, to be expected at such a location. Perfect place to enjoy a wine and watch the world go by!

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Cappuccino — honestly, it’s one of those places you don’t want to leave. Everything from the stylish vibe to the super friendly staff made it feel like a little slice of luxury. If you’re there, do yourself a favor and stop by the Lobby Café. Their cheesecake with wild berries is pure magic

I visited for a final drink at the end of the evening and was extremely disappointed by the service. We were barely acknowledged while waiting, and our drinks were left sitting on the bar for 15 minutes without a word. After being a loyal customer of the Cappuccino group for over 10 years, I felt completely unappreciated and overlooked. This experience left me feeling like just another tourist in a place I once valued. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to share this to help others set their expectations accordingly—I won’t be returning. To add to this, my step mum had to kill a cockroach whilst we were sat inside. Please see the photo attached.

A comedy of errors from start to finish - I honestly don’t know how this place functions as a business given how hard it was to get any service, place an order or even pay the bill. We somehow ended up paying three bills, the last of which came after a member of staff followed us down the street after they messed up the bill for the third time. Staff would start a payment, only to inexplicably leave and return with a new, mistake riddled bill. Food was good. Coffee below average. Good luck getting either.

Visited for breakfast twice during our stay - beautiful surroundings inside and out in a great location. Friendly helpful staff and a varied menu. We tried croissants, yoghurt and granola with mixed berries, avocado and poached eggs. ||Thoroughly recommended.
