"In the absolute heart of the picturesque old town is Hotel Cappuccino — your new Mallorca home. The freshly-opened hotel from the vision of legendary interior designer Jacques Grange is too beautiful to ignore, from the blush-colored facade facing Palma’s bustling central square, to the apartment-like guest rooms detailed with bright Spanish mosaic motifs."

Location perfecto ! |We arrived in a rental and was quickly helped to unload as there’s no parking. I was directed to park not more that 100 meters away. All good so far! ||The staff were amazing and they assisted with everything and all our needs. ||Hotel rooms are newer and super clean. ||The lobby and bar was beautiful. It’s a photo op. For sure.

Loved this hotel. ||Really nice feeling and worth it (if you get it at the right price). ||Rooms are big and spacious and with a nice design. ||Central easy location. ||Divine roof top pool (on the smaller side but still lovely).||Definitely recommend ||The service was slightly slow at cocktail hour but otherwise loved it

We stopped in here for a coffee after visiting the cathedral on our recent visit to Palma and had a really nice experience. The iced coffee we had was exceptionally good and the seating area is in a very nice open square. ||The only thing we were critical of was the cost - it's very expensive. But the quality is good and the staff were friendly and attentive.

Only went to the cafe cappuccino of this hotel and it's stunning. Perfect location for those old town visitors. Facing the city hall and the most beautiful olive tree I ve ever seen! Must visit when you need a little break during your sight seeing.

Hotel Cappuccino is a stylish boutique hotel right in the heart of Palma. The design is elegant and unique, with great attention to detail. The rooftop pool and terrace offer stunning views of the city, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Staff were friendly! A nice choice for anyone looking for charm, and a central location in Palma!

A splash of cinematic glamour in the middle of Palma’s Old Town. Every corner feels curated—velvet chairs, vintage art, and sunlight pouring over Plaza de Cort. The rooftop pool is small but magical, perfect for a morning dip above the city rooftops. Staff greet you by name, the breakfast could double as an art exhibition, and the in-house cinema is a hidden treat after a day exploring. More than a hotel, it’s a little world of style, comfort, and stories waiting to happen.

For the second time we got room 15. The climate in the room was poor and opening the windows is not possible due to the road. Extensive noise every night (garbage, drunk people and the cappucino crew pulling all heavy furniture at 6am in the lobby and atrium). Very disappointed - not even worth half of 350€ per night.

Absolutely loved Cappuccino! The location, range and quality of food, service, ambience, are all great. Definitely worth a visit. I logged on there to work for a few hours so even if you’re just looking for a spot to do a few emails, definitely check this out.
