"Here’s a Gangnam pied-à-terre for the Williamsburg set. At 18 gleaming stories, Hotel Cappuccino artfully balances right on the line between hostel and condo, borrowing the former’s drop-in flexibility with the latter’s unsurpassed upscale convenience. The lobby’s a handy microcosm for the design sensibilities at work here: massive floor-to-ceiling windows illuminate a bricolage of reclaimed materials — polished wood, valises, cements." - The MICHELIN Guide

This is more like a pod hotel. Clean, Comfortable bed. Nice shower, no place to sit and type. no room to open luggage. Gimmicky power, lights, plugs. switches, AC. Staff are friendly and helpful as are all staff in customer sites in Seoul. Location is great, Rooftop bar is very nice. Limited menu and prices high, Better down the street. Very safe walking neighborhood. Public transit nearby. Place seemed empty, fairly quiet. No hot water from 5am to 7am. This is should be a 2 star hotel.

In-between two subways and access to the limosean bus for the airport. Solid location. The view at breakfast is epic across Seoul. I don't really like much Asian food if I'm honest and I struggle to eat breakfast in the morning normally. This hotel provided a decent number of western options for me to get me through the day. The rooms are tiny, like a bed, a couple of meters of floor and then a shower and toilet. But the bed was a great size and I really like the padding around it and general layout. They have made good use of the space. The electric blinds are a good touch. Toilet was also one of the better ones. Also the quirky demon character they have in random places was a nice touch.

Not recommended for more than 1 person each room. Rooms are very very small but i still give it 5-star because the pricing is fair!! The rooms are very clean. Tv is nice. Pricing is fair. If it is anything more expensive then I probably would rate it lower. Water is provided. Free wifi. I love the breakfast & the view from the breakfast room. Very noisy rooms, you can hear the street. I recommend blocking extra noise from the window by putting the extra pillows & cushion & hanging your clothed against the window

I stayed there for a month bc of my surgery. Even there is no wardrobe it was still good managable to hide my big luggage under the 'seats' and was hanging most of my stuff. The bed was big and comfy. Also the staff is very friendly. Its also in general a very convenient location close to shops, Cafes and so on. Make sure to have good footwear incase you want to do walks instead of just using bus or trains because the hotel is like on top of a 'hill'.

Great room size (2mx2m bed) and provides all essential needs for a good price. Location may seem a bit out there, but it is actually really well centred to a lot of locations to visit. And best of all, their service is great, they are a good team that are helpful. Highly recommend 👌

The room & location was pretty good, but the service was pretty bad. We asked for the receptionist to order Venti taxi for us cos we have a lot of luggages, but she just wont order it for us, even if we pay her in cash. She said she wouldnt take a bet. I mean we stayed here for 2 nights and paid the room fee, as foreigners it was hard to order Venti taxi cos they request OTP and we have to change sim cards. Other hotels helped us before, this was the first time we received this kind of service. It was just 9000won and they just wouldnt help us. I mean we'll pay her upfront anyways. Just FYI u have to pay extra for everything, early checkin, late checkouts, everything you have to pay, even for netflix.

The room is average. We can still hear the noise from outside. At night time can still feel the coldness from the window side.
