Hôtel Clarisse

We found Hotel Clarisse perfectly located for exploring Paris with shops and a park close by and the tramp at the door! Hotel and rooms compact but very clean and staff were very helpful. Kept our luggage for us while we went to Versailles for the day which is only an hour away by train.

I had a pleasant stay at Hotel Clarisse in Paris. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transportation and nearby cafes. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though a bit small, which is normal for Paris. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, it’s a good option for a short trip if you’re looking for a cozy and affordable place

It is conveniently close to the train station & tram stops. The staff are friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable. They were kind enough to give us ice for my knees but they don't have any ice machine. It is next to a restaurant, grocery store, close by is a pharmacy, bakery, laundromat and several restaurants. When you get out, there’s a restaurant to the left and if you walk just to the street called Rue Brancion and make a left. You will see Monfort Theatre to your left and to the right are several restaurants. We thought the price of the breakfast for 16€ per person was a bit overpriced though not a lot of choices but good quality. The rooms are very small, can't even open a suitcase on the floor, can't put our toiletries in the bathroom, also no drawers provided. They only give you one towel each, no face cloth or hand towels provided. Also even if you take the elevator to get to your floor, you still have to climb about 6 steps to actually get on to your floor. So if you have a very heavy suitcase, you'll need to be able to drag it up 6 more steps. Walls are very thin, you can hear people using the toilet and normal conversation through the wall. Budget friendly accommodation with convenient location, friendly & helpful staff.

Absolutely loved our stay here. We went for my sister's birthday for 4 nights. The beds were made every day. We were given fresh towels every day and the bins were emptied each day too. Everything was spotless. The staff were friendly and polite and helpful when we had questions about the best way to purchase public transport tickets. We couldn't see how this hotel was rated 3 stars. Maybe for the location? It was a 20-30 min train/tram ride to Central spots like the Eiffel Tower but we navigated the transport very easily. Maybe if breakfast was included in the price too, that would have made it extra special. But it was so quaint, very modern and, at the same time, very French with the Juliet balconies! We think this hotel deserves at least a 4 star! Thank you for a wonderful stay ✨️

Great experience. Room was cozy, warm and all the staff members are welcoming and kind. 10-second walk there's a tram station, so very easy to use it as well.

I booked this hotel to see the spectacle Moliere.The room is a little bit small but by the way the air-conditioning system works very well.The subway isn't too far to walk there and you can take the bus directly in front of the hotel.

Excellent hotel for a city break, while not in the centre of Paris itself, there is public transport a few steps away (bus and metro), lots of restaurants and a supermarket nearby. The rooms are clean and comfortable, free WiFi was a boon and although there is not a hot drinks facility in the rooms kettles are available to borrow and you can purchase coffee from the breakfast room at any time. The biggest plus for us was the staff, they were so friendly and helpful especially Daoud and Timi who put up with our attempts at speaking French with kind grace : ) we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Hotel Clarisse and would happily go back.

Worst hotel I've been to. Do not stay here if you need wifi to work. It is slow or non existent. I talked to the owner multiple times about and they didn't do anything. Service is horrible. The place smells wet. They charge you for everything. Coffee is not included. Area is not safe. Loud at night. Far from all the tourist locations. The elevator can only be used for 1-2 people at the time. It smells weird.
