Hotel Clark Budapest

My wife and I spent 1 night at Hotel Clark in Budapest, as our first time being in Budapest as a stop on our travel plans. Immediately when we went to check in, we were informed that due to an issue with the room that we booked, we were upgraded, which itself was great. Due to the fact that we had to wait for our room to be ready, we were offered a choice of drink to have as we waited. We also received a complimentary bottle of wine in our room.The valet service was great. They helped us to our room with our luggage. The room itself was quite spacious and very beautiful. I loved the shower, and the bed/pillows/blanket were super soft and comfortable. The view of the Lion Bridge was stunning, especially at night. In the morning we had breakfast, the service was great. The waiter was super friendly and attentive. We didn't have to wait long for our food, and our order was taken immediately. Overall, this was a lovely experience, the staff were incredible and the hotel itself is beautiful. In the future, we will definitely return for a longer stay.

Excellent customer service from all the associates of the hotel. Special thank to Boroka for all the arrangements. Pick a room with Danube view, you will not be disappointed. The rooftop bar was great option for dinner with stunning views of the city and Danube. The hotel location is in the centre of most attractions, public transportation is very convenient and there is bus stop as well as tram stop next to the hotel. Highly recommended to stay.

First time in Budapest and stayed at Hotel Clark. Vibes were amazing and the hotel interior was so stunning!! Staff were super friendly and accommodating! Made our holiday superb!! Location? Perfect! You get nice views and most important thing was we feel safe all the time! 10/10 experience! Loved it!

Stayed in the bridge view room, clean with very nice view. Room is quite even with it facing the busy street. Breakfast is good with small buffet section and a few items you could order from the kitchen. Staffs were also friendly and helpful. Only con is the room is small, probably just the room we stayed, the room maps shows bigger rooms as well. Thanks to the bell boy who ran to 2nd floor to get us water even when we checked out already. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We are so pleased we chose this hotel to stay in for our 3 day trip to Budapest. Even our Uber driver who drove us there from the airport said it was s fantastic hotel and he was right.|From the moment we arrived, the staff have been super friendly and attentive.|We booked the chain bridge studio as our room. It is perfect, such a fantastic view over the river and fab for people watching! The room is spacious and to a very high standard and has everything you could possibly want.|The location is great for what we wanted to do and see.|I 100% recommend this hotel.

Amazing hotel at amazing location. The staff are excellent and extremely helpful at all times. They go beyond and above to help their customers including advise on city tours and restaurant selection. The rooms are amazing / perfect and very clean with all facilities you expect from a 5* hotel. We are from the UK and never been to Budapest and the hotel experience makes it all worthwhile to visit such a wonderful city

We were delighted with the hotel from the moment we arrived, it’s beautiful and couldn’t fault it at all. Our room was cosy, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We had a lovely view of the river and chain bridge. |The location was fab and very accessible for all transport links and walking into the city and other major attractions.

We've stayed at Hotel Clark in Budapest twice and loved every moment. The rooms are great, our had stunning view of Chain Bridge, beds super comfortable, and the location is perfect. The staff are kind and helpful — special thanks to Zoltan at the front desk for all the useful tips. Hope we will come back again soon!
