Stayed at the hotel for 7 nights, and we absolutely loved it. It's the perfect hotel experience, with amazing staff, brilliant location, fantastic food and the terrace/pool area is pure bliss. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. The staff themselves are some of the best we've ever had the pleasure of dealing with! Highly recommend from us here in the UK! Perfect! 😁

We spent three days here at the end of August and it was perfect. Really attention to detail had been paid all around the hotel. The staff that we encountered were great and they all seemed to care about the guests and turned their hands to many aspects. The pool was a real asset and I used it several times each day. Breakfast was a real treat with exceptional service. It is perfectly placed for enjoying the beauty of the town either during the day or in the evening. Car parking was easy which is also an asset.

This hotel is truly amazing. The staff went out of their way to help us when we required assistance with a medical matter. The food was delicious and served in a delightful setting. All the staff were happy and friendly. Our room was lovely and immaculately cleaned. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending this fabulous hotel and hope to return in the future. What a dream hotel. Literally one of the best hotels I ever stayed. The front office is super sweet and welcoming. The rooms are 10/10. The hotel itself is cute and charming. I particularly enjoyed the outside jacuzzi accompanied with a local craft beer ;). Also the breakfast is super diverse and they will make you everything you need to fuel for an amazing vacation day. Hotel Cuevas, thank you very much for the stay, we enjoyed every second.

We had a lovely time at this hotel. It's a lovely, comfortable, quirky, modern 4 star hotel on the edge of the beautiful medieval town of Santilla del Mar. The selling point has got to be the staff who are so friendly, and cant do enough for you. Freshly cooked breakfast every morning was an added bonus! Heartily recommend this hotel.

We stayed for 3 nights in this beautiful hotel. Very helpful staff. Immaculately clean room and shared areas. Only managed to use the pool and outdoor jacuzzi once during our stay, wish we had more time. Loved being able to make coffee in our room. Easy to access everything Santillana has to offer. Thank you for a wonderful stay, would highly recommend to anyone visiting Santillana del Mar.

Visited this hotel because our friends were staying there a few nights. We entered and saw a few chocolate peanuts in a jar outside without any sign and we grabbed ~10. A woman came and in an unfriendly tone said those were for guests only. Can’t believe such a bad service at this hotel which those reviews. Will they get potential new clients? Definitely not

Our second time at this truly wonderful hotel since we last stayed 3 years ago and it did not disappoint. Honestly probably the best hotel we have ever stayed at and we have travelled widely. The combination of superb facilities, immaculately kept, such friendly, helpful and professional staff a brilliant breakfast and lovely surroundings at such a reasonable cost. Cannot recommend it highly enough. Only a 5 minute stroll to the village itself. Free parking outside the hotel and paid secure parking if required.
